We've done several kitchen remodels over the years in the Phoenix area and each time it was kind of a pain trying to decide which cabinets to choose.  Our experience with Chris was a welcome change.  He knew immediately which type of cabinets would look right for the house as well as had great advice on how to tie the entire kitchen in with the rest of the house.  He also made some recommendations to save us money throughout the project (i.e. which sizes were standard and which ones would cost more to custom cut).  His installers were very professional as well.  We will be calling him back when it's time for our next project.

I have an antique occasional that has been in my family for 3 to 4 generations.  A leg broke and splintered.  I took it to David at Complete Claim Furniture Service for repair.  I could not believe the result after they fixed the leg and reinforced the other legs and refurbished the whole table.  Their work is outstanding and I recommend them to anyone who needs repair of cherished damaged antique furniture.  They deserve the 5 star rating!

I agree.  I recently gutted and remodeled the 1975 kitchen in my 1934 house.  I had never been through a project as extensive as a kitchen.  Kas guided me through the process.  She designed a kitchen that is functional, balanced and, well, just darn pretty.  And affordable.  

Kas and her husband, Dennis, came to the house three times to measure and re-measure.  Their work was spot-on.  The cabinets fit exactly.

Did I mention the drawer inserts and the mixer lift?  Who knew the spice drawer insert and the shelf that tucks away your heavy Kitchen Aid mixer could make life so much easier?  Not me.  Kas figured out what I needed most and the accessories to meet those needs.

Kas also answered my many questions promptly.  She made helpful suggestions about other features in the kitchen to complement the cabinets such as the right sink (farmhouse stainless) and handles (chrome) - all perfect for my more-traditional-slightly-eclectic taste.  Her employees, namely Jamie, are also excellent.  Very attentive to detail.  As luck would have it, on the last trip, a cabinet front was dinged accidentally.  Kas had been informed right away and ordered a new front before I even got home from work that day.

Kas knows her products and how to make them shine.  She grew up in the business which she and Dennis then acquired several years ago.  She knows so much that it is sometimes like drinking from a firehouse, but that is far preferable than the expert who fails to communicate.

This is a local family owned business. They have multiple locations throughout the valley. I buy and sell a lot of real estate for clients and always refer this company to my clients. What makes them so great is how easy they are to get ahold of and also can ship to you directly from their own warehouse. Additionally they actually have everything in stock!

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She's remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.

We needed to redo our kitchen cabinets and wanted to change the color from natural maple to a much darker color. Our contractor contacted 3 companies; one of them R & R Restoration. We carefully interviewed all 3 and chose R & R after Mark was able to convince us that we would be happy with the outcome.

Mark detailed the process and it went as planned. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Mark scheduled a follow-up visit to make 1 or 2 final touch-ups and verify our satisfaction.

I've moved around a lot the last 15 years and upgraded kitchens several times.  I've gone with the insanely expensive shelving brands and the dirt cheap ones.  This was my first experience with Shelf Theory in Phoenix and I have to say this is the best experience from beginning to end I've ever experienced.  The shelves are reasonably priced, are beautiful and of high quality, and the installation was perfect and professional.  I cannot recommend these guys and girls enough.

If you are looking for custom cabinetry designed, built and installed by a talented, customer service oriented, and high integrity business owner then Custom Design wood Products is the company for you.  I say this - not only as a customer -but as a sister of the owner.  Ken has built his business from the ground up and has been in business for over 30 years.  Give him a call - you will be very pleased with the process from beginning to end!

I made an appointment for a gentleman to come and get measurements for whole house remodel and no call no show. So I will not be using this company in the future. As a person in the service industry we do not treat our customers this way.

Our experience with One Day Door and Closet (Phoenix) was exceptional!

We had a 10x10 room that we were looking to convert into a master closet. The room needed to be demolished, lay new flooring, and wall in an exterior door opening.

Matt was able to take accurate measurements and provide a working model before our room project began. He provided a 3-D model on his computer and was able to customize nearly every inch of the closet to our liking. We took bids from two other companies. A large big box store was actually the highest by over a thousand dollars and a mom and pop local closet company was less by about $1,500. We still went with Matt at One Day Door and Closets because of several reasons. 1) He was attentive and professional, as well as he took a vested interest in the product and service. 2) the 3-D model provides accurate measurements and you get a real feel of what the room will feel like (the competitors had to hand draw each wall on a piece of paper). 3) Matt was able to provide corner units (rounded corner rods). This is rare as well and provides a continuous look in each corner and maximizes space. 4)when asked roughly, how much hanging space will we have? Matt looked at the top of his screen and was able to quickly say 28.6 feet. I loved the accuracy. The other companies responded with well..about... this much.

The date was set for about a month after confirming product layout and initial payment of 25%. The date was accurate and his crew arrived promptly at 8 a.m. By 3pm they left. No mess, no fuss.

Overall, we are thrilled with the product and service of One Day Door and Closets. Yes we paid more, but we honestly feel like we received more product and service as well.

I recently had an old ugly wood floor replaced with porcelain tile / wood lookalike. Juliet Pekaar, an interior designer at Builders Depot provided a very reasonable bid and then took over every aspect of the job including scheduling and inspecting each phase. I was very impressed with Juliet's attention to detail, creativity and ability to keep activities flowing smoothly. The job was completed on time as promised and I am thrilled with the results. I can't wait for Juliet to tackle the next project here -my windows! Thank you Builders Depot, thank you Juliet.

We recently got our cabinets and countertops installed here and I have to say we are so grateful we were able to work with Mark! He was attentive to our needs and wants and really took care of us! He walked us through the entire process and was very clear with what to expect. Mark was available any time we called and was prompt with his response to any questions we had. He was really easy to get along with and seemed more like a friend than a business man. We definitely recommend this place but especially Mark!

I ordered my cabinets through my contractor from J & K.  Overall the product was good, but when I was missing trim and had a wrong size ordered I had zero help correcting the situation.  My contractor left me high and dry so I was trying to get it corrected myself. I even had my receipt that showed I paid over $6000.  After months of no help from J & K I found another contractor to create my cabinet that was ordered incorrectly the first time to match my other kitchen cabinets from J & K.  At that point, my current contract contacted J & K for the cabinet color so it could match my other cabinets.  No help from J & K whatsoever and would not give the cabinet color even when my receipt of over $6000 was shown again.  Overall good quality but if anything goes wrong don't count on any help getting the situation corrected, I would never use them or recommend again.  Horrible customer service!!!!

I visited the showroom and liked what I saw, so I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate.  After receiving two confirmations and clearing my calendar to meet, no one from the company showed up to the appointment.  No call, no email, no text, no explanation.  

Yelpers, if you are looking to remodel your kitchen, I recommend doing business elsewhere.   This is a new business that is, apparently, not ready for customers.
