I've purchased 2 custom bath tubs from Jetta and let me tell you, the customer service is top notch. I first purchased an $1,100 bath tub from this place back in Nov of 2017 but the tub was damaged due to my negligence. When I called them today to reorder the same tub again, I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jeff. I advised him what had happened with the first tub and that I needed to purchase the same bath tub again. Without me even asking, he had sympathy for me and offered me a very nice discount. It is very rare that a company offers a sympathy/empathy discount but he went above and beyond and had mercy on my situation with the first bath tub.

As the CEO of a large company, this is the type of role model I will start expecting from my employees.

Very talented and professional! They refinished our jewelry cases and did an amazing job. They are known for their stellar custom cabinets, but obviously no task is beyond their capabilities. Highly recommended.

They just completed a master bedroom closet and mud room hutch for me and I couldn't be more pleased.  Price was fair and work product exceptional.  It's clear that they take pride in their work.  The hutch was started by another party and was a mess when they took over the project.  They were able to take care of the shortcomings and complete the job quickly.

Matt did a wonderful job installing my all kitchen cabinets and all the hardware and crown molding. He showed up on time and was very skilled at the job. Attention to detail was great.

We are so happy with our new wall bed for our guest room/office.  Lynda was extremely helpful in selecting the right bed for our room, the perfect finish and hardware.  Delivery was on time and installers did a great job.  We could not be more pleased.u

Well I would like to start out by saying these guys are truly phenomenal & exceptionally skilled in their craft,  and utilize cutting edge machinery in the mill space. Jeremy and his staff use only superior products and do not cut corners (no pun) on your project. They are hands down the Millmasters. Jeremy sat down with us and explained everything in great detail and used laymen's terminology so we understood the process. He is ber professional, patient, kind and a pleasure to work with along with his staff. If you want stuff built cheaply and falling apart in a few years don't bother dealing with Kingswood. They make your product to last for an eternity and remain beautiful as well.

Ty has been my Go-to guy on all my cabinets jobs around town. He meets my clients at sollid's showroom when necessary. Answers all their questions and treats them like Family. What better person to ask questions about sollid's cabinets then their oldest active dealer in the valley? Ty you truely go above and beyond and it doesn't go unnoticed. Chitwoods installed cabinets for our kitchen renovation at our 2nd home in Pine and did a fantastic job! They designed the space for the cabinets to maximize use of the space.

They came on time and didn't leave until the job was done...even though our 100 pound farm sink from England was challenging due to its size and weight.

We worked with several contractors during our Reno and Chitwoods was the best...quality and service fantastic.

Great job, cabinets and floors look great.  Customer service was on point, timely communication and completed quickly.

Though they mostly do kitchens, I purchased semi-custom cabinetry for a home den.  The quality was excellent--genuine hardwoods, solid drawers, etc.  No particle board here.  They were able to configure exactly what I wanted in my space.  Owners were very experienced and knowledgeable about the products and options.  I highly recommend.

I researched companies and reverified their credentials with AZROC, BBB and looked at their reviews before deciding who would remodel our guest bathroom and the master bathroom. Then I found Millennium Designs, Inc. their website looked great; they have many happy customers and won awards. When you read about the company, it says we are your one-stop-shop for all your remodeling and construction needs in actuality; It is a one-stop-shop that does NOTHING.
I would not recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism and lack of communication. I spent nearly five weeks wasting my time starting from 7/8/2021 when I went into their shop to discuss the project, and due to the owner going on vacation, an appointment to visit our home was set for 7/21/21 at 11:00 a.m. to look at the project.
He committed that he would do the job when he came to our home on 7/21/21, looked at the guest bath, took measurements, and needed to generate a quote. However, he never performed or produced a quote after several requests, and nearly five weeks later, we were strung along with the owner, Neil Kortie. When asked if you are interested in this project, he never said no when asked on 8/3/2021 on the quote status, he texted back on 8/4/21, and I quote him, she will be coming around the mountain when she comes, getting closer.  I did not appreciate that remark or humor!
He also never indicated not to purchase any fixtures for this job; I purchased fixtures to move the project along, including the granite slab for the custom vanity countertop. I am still waiting to get another contractor and the slab fabricated. Total costs for the fixtures/slab to date are $4500.00, excluding the costs of the shower door, the custom vanity, or fabrication.
I made an additional phone call on 8/9/2021; he said he was very busy will have the quote by the end of the day. On 8/10/2021, I received no quote, so I called him and said, this is not working for me, and we need to go our separate ways, so he was fired on 8/10/2021; his only response to me was good luck with your project. It is clear to me that due to his countless delays, he never intended on doing the job in the first place after all these wasted weeks, let alone not being honest and upfront with me as the customer!!
Companies are having issues with not wanting to do the job because I have already purchased the fixtures. They can't profit from the fixtures I have purchased, regardless of having the master bath coming up next; thank you, Mr. Neil Kortie. What happened to our society in helping people or being kind and doing your job which appears does not exist anymore.

We hired Frank to do work back in 2016. He came to our home with the most disgusting cabinets that I forced him to take them out. He still owes us $4600. Do no use this company.

This company was recommended by our contractor. They provided absolutely no follow up on my project when things were off. One cabinet arrived in the wrong color. They wanted to reorder the cabinet but there was no time to wait another 2 months. They offered no other compensation for the mistake and wouldn't pay to have it painted. Also a skin for the side of one cabinet never arrived. After leaving voicemails and also talking with Nico a few times, they never followed up and my contractor had to buy one separately. I've also never been compensated for that mistake. They seem nice when first designing the plan but there is no customer service after the order arrives. I wouldn't recommend this company.
