Design is subpar, I paid for a cabinet I had to remove because it was so close to the sink it was getting splashed and there was no elbow room.  Coffee maker was put in so high it can't be used.  They installed drawer fronts that when you open it up there is only an inside drawer on the left side - it looks like a kindergartener built it.  When I asked, Cortny said its supposed to look like that lol.  Original kitchen layout they marked off for my electrician was all wrong and I had to redo my electrical which cost over $2,000.00.  They knocked a 4'x4' hole in my kitchen wall which cost drywall repair.  They want a deposit before starting another 40% on delivery (which everything was not delivered only about 70%) which gets them up to 80%-90% paid and then don't show up to install.  They left the cabinet doors leaning against a wall in my room for so long several were warped and had to be remade.  They would show up and install one or two items and I wouldn't see them again for weeks and weeks and could not get a response from them about when they planned to return.  They have delayed my project by months, they are unreliable, you can't get an estimated timeframe from them for anything.  They avoid avoid avoid.  Then when they say the project is done they are DESPERATE for money and threaten not to come fix warranty unless they are paid in full even though they are really not done and hung up a door they knew was warped just to get a check.   I could go on but I think the point is made.

Please note - I've known the owners for decades and this is what I've gotten -RUN!

They just completed a master bedroom closet and mud room hutch for me and I couldn't be more pleased.  Price was fair and work product exceptional.  It's clear that they take pride in their work.  The hutch was started by another party and was a mess when they took over the project.  They were able to take care of the shortcomings and complete the job quickly.

Matt did a wonderful job installing my all kitchen cabinets and all the hardware and crown molding. He showed up on time and was very skilled at the job. Attention to detail was great.

We are so happy with our new wall bed for our guest room/office.  Lynda was extremely helpful in selecting the right bed for our room, the perfect finish and hardware.  Delivery was on time and installers did a great job.  We could not be more pleased.u

Kings Wood Creation is top notch, and I can't give them enough stars. We had a different cabinet company that took our 50% deposit only to go out of business on us after 7 months of waiting for installation. We contacted several cabinet companies, and no one wanted to take on our project. I found Kings Wood Creation and contacted them on a Friday. I spoke with the owner, Jeremy, and explained our situation. He mentioned that he was booked out but felt terrible about our situation and thought he could fit us in his schedule. He invited us to come tour his shop and see his work on a Saturday just prior to him leaving for his family vacation. He agreed to help us, and we knew right away that we would be in good hands. Within 1 month, our design was finalized, and our custom  kitchen cabinets were put into production. Installation occurred just 4 weeks after that. Installation crew did a fabulous job, workmanship is excellent, and the quality of our cabinets far exceeded our expectations.  Everything from design to installation was seamless. We are beyond grateful to have Kings Wood Creation cabinets in our home and are forever grateful to them for taking us on as customers. Jeremy and his crew are great and we would recommend them to anyone looking for custom cabinetry.

Ty has been my Go-to guy on all my cabinets jobs around town. He meets my clients at sollid's showroom when necessary. Answers all their questions and treats them like Family. Got several quotes on kitchen remodel, decided to go with CHITWOOD cabinets due to their help in deciding our design and products to use. They came to our home to meet with us and general contractor to design layout and discuss options before making  final decision. Drew up plans signed  paperwork and informed us 6 to 8 weeks and cabinets would be in. 12 weeks later cabinets came in incomplete!!!! CHITWOOD neglected to fax in the special order items with the order. Finally another 12 weeks later the final pieces arrived.  Our general contracter took the lead and customized our kitchen above and beyond.  When we called        Chitwood for any updates on our cabinets it took days to get a call back. We are very happy with our end product but the miscommunication and lack of urgency and customer service was annoying and disheartening! We will not be recommending CHITWOOD Cabinets!

They not only were the best price but they did a great job! My cabinets look great. I'm impressed with how heavy duty the shelves are. I highly recommend them.

Though they mostly do kitchens, I purchased semi-custom cabinetry for a home den.  The quality was excellent--genuine hardwoods, solid drawers, etc.  No particle board here.  They were able to configure exactly what I wanted in my space.  Owners were very experienced and knowledgeable about the products and options.  I highly recommend.

The Millennium Designs' owner, Neil, was a wonderful and patient person to work with for kitchen cabinets. After the installations of brand new cabinets in my kitchen, I found some defects on some of the cabinet doors.  Neil called the kitchen factory and ordered new ones for me, but colors did not match the rest of the cabinet doors! So, he told the factory to remake them, but the factory refused to do so and they told me that they would come to my house to spray all the cabinets!! My husband thought it could be toxic to our health!  Neil negotiated with the factory again and see if they could make the whole brand new kitchen cabinets!  Finally, the factory agreed with Neil and we are happy to have all matched color and brand new cabinets in the kitchen. I really appreciate Neil to make his effort to have my kitchen so beautiful.

I was also a victim of Frank's con.  Agave Custom Homes took my family for a large amount of money, unfortunately.  I tracked down some of his vendors and they told me Frank and his family have a history of misappropriating and sometimes outright stealing customer deposits.  I was told that Frank is on the run from creditors and he has multiple complaints filed against him with the AZ Board of Contractors.  Every few years Frank changes the name of his company (Stephanie's Cabinets, Downtown Cabinets, etc.) as people catch on to his fraud.  

He posts multiple ads on Craigslist - be careful.  He will bid you a great price on a job and then ask for a 50% deposit.  Months after we gave Frank a deposit (and each week a different excuse from Frank) he brought over some poorly constructed furniture to our home to finish assembly and paint.  Frank showed up with one of his workers with gang tattoos who did not speak English and asked to leave this worker at our home while he Frank left for the day.  Scary is an understatement.  When Frank completed our entertainment center and other furniture we had to have another vendor rip it out and start over as Agave's furniture was uneven, shelves misaligned, mismatched paint/stain - - totally amateur work.  AVOID!

P.S. not sure why Yelp shows me as being in San Francisco.  I live in the Southeast Valley of metro Phoenix.  Agave Cabinets operates in the metro Phoenix area.

This company was recommended by our contractor. They provided absolutely no follow up on my project when things were off. One cabinet arrived in the wrong color. They wanted to reorder the cabinet but there was no time to wait another 2 months. They offered no other compensation for the mistake and wouldn't pay to have it painted. Also a skin for the side of one cabinet never arrived. After leaving voicemails and also talking with Nico a few times, they never followed up and my contractor had to buy one separately. I've also never been compensated for that mistake. They seem nice when first designing the plan but there is no customer service after the order arrives. I wouldn't recommend this company.
