HISTORY


Established in 1986.
Diamond Kitchen and Bath, Inc. has been professionally serving the valley since 1986 and we are a family owned and operated business. Diamond Kitchen and Bath's owners came from the home improvement center's and have been in the industry non-stop since the 60's. They are still actively involved in the business today. Diamond Kitchen and Bath's retail showrooms first starting sprouting up in the late 80's with their original showroom on Grand Avenue in the west valley. Today they boast 5 locations conveniently located all over the valley!

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER


Tony Owens has been with Diamond Kitchen and Bath since 2013.  He has been our lead salesman for nearly the entirety of his career at Diamond Kitchen and Bath and his focus is and has always been customer first.  Tony took over the Store Manager post in 2018 for Marty Moorehead who had been running the store since it's inception in 1996.  Marty retired from his Store Manager post but is still with the company!

Today, Tony's store has five excellent design and sales staff including himself that are ready to help you with your kitchen or bathroom project!  

Tony's passion is his family!  He has 3 young sons and has been married since 2009!

Remodeling our master bath. Ordered our cabinets and worked with Kenny. Very knowledgeable. Helped us with more detailed information and choices than other places. So far, very happy with services

We placed an order for our cabinets in nov'21. Our kitchen remodel started in march'22. We were missing a few pieces that were delivered in may'22. We are still ( july '22) missing a piece that is required for our microwave installation. In may we were told that we would get it in 2-3 weeks.

I have contacted diamond bath and kitchen multiple times and they have been unable to provide an ETA for the missing piece.

So after many months of searching Home Depot, Lowes, a few other smaller companies, I chose Diamond. Cody, the designer was great. He helped me through the design process.  I did the whole process over the phone.  We never went down to the showroom.  Bill and Mark, the demolition guys were awesome.  Bill even offered to change my dishwasher from being hardwired to installing a plug. Robert the cabinet installer was amazing, really nice guy, great attention to detail.  You can tell when someone takes pride in their work.  Richie, the countertop measuring guy is here now, and he's nice. Overall the process has been surprisingly smooth. It has definitely exceeded our expectations.  My wife and me are so appreciative. Thanks for a great experience. Steve

Right now I am giving 1star. We lost our home to a fire several months ago and needed to get new cabinets. Unfortunately our contractor was/is sub par, but that will be another review. I was initially very optimistic and pleased with how everything was going with the cabinets. I do love love the product that was installed back in the beginning of October. Things started unraveling after that. Doors were not measured correctly and we are missing drawers and doors from early October and we STILL do not have them and now we are in December. Communication is if initiated by me it then sure, but don't expect for them to reach out and let you know the status. It's not like we paid only a few thousand. We are taking over 12k and I still don't have a full kitchen. Again the cabinets that I do have I love, but it's missing Pantry doors and my main silverware drawer. I just would not suggest at this time this company. Maybe if/when we get our full set that we paid for then I will comeback and give an update.

Our experience here was not good. The salesman said as a precaution due to Covid we could come in after hours. After spending 3 hours with the salesman we were ready to place a huge order. Unfortunately when we texted the employee the next day, he responded that he had a positive Covid test so would be out for a week. His boss told us that this salesman called him @ 11pm to report being very sick, just an hour after we left the store. Oddly, the salesman later texted that he was asymptomatic, he had only tested because a relative was coming in. These discrepancies were among the reasons we decided to go elsewhere. Oh and then of course we received a positive Covid result following our after hours visit! So sad, Is it really worth risking your customer's health to make a sale? This experience made us uneasy with their business practices in general.

I I worked with Kaitlyn Anderson for my kitchen update.  Kaitlyn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the perfect cabinets and counter for my kitchen. I really appreciated the fact that once she made the sale she continued to follow up until the very last detail was complete.  I love the new look and would recommend Kaitlyn at Diamond Kitchen and Bath.

I made an appointment for a gentleman to come and get measurements for whole house remodel and no call no show. So I will not be using this company in the future. As a person in the service industry we do not treat our customers this way.

Recently made a purchase from them for cabinets and regret choosing them. The cabinet fronts came a different color than the rest of the cabinets and though yes they got me new fronts from the manufacture, they will not replace them. This is clearly a company who does not back up the workmanship of their supplier. They have now made their manufactures problem my problem. I would avoid buying your cabinets from Diamond Kitchen and Bath unless you want the same headaches I'm going through with them.

Update: the vanity arrived and was installed broken I reiterate that it's not really wood. I was told they would reinforce it with adding a layer of wood to the inside the cabinet. I was told that this is normal. Once the cabinet was installed I was told that I would also need to pay additional money to have the plumbing connected. Which was not disclosed to me. Shortly after installation, I noticed that there was damage to the front panel. This vanity is in the least used bathroom in the house. I had to have them come fix that as well. Since that time, the vanity paint has just peeled off in a few places. Now 28 months later I completely regret this vanity. It's low quality and is not meant to last.  It was a complete waste of $3,000.00

If you work with Tony you'll probably be good but I'd be weary if any other salesperson helps you. I ordered four cabinet faces from them in late April 2020 and a couple weeks ago finally received all pieces (yes, that's almost 9 months later!). Yes, SOME of the delays were likely due to Covid but there was no communication initiated on their part about it. They provided an estimated arrival and say they would call when it arrived but I was always the one having to inquire about it. When I did call though they were responsive so that was a plus. But when it finally did arrive the first time never received a call and it had been sitting at the warehouse for a week by the time I called to inquire. One piece was scratched so the employee said he would order a warranty piece and give it about 1.5 months to arrive. We gave them some extra time and two months later we call to get an update to find out it had never actually been ordered in the first place! Thankfully Tony was the one who we spoke to that day so it went smooth after that and we received the warranty piece in a timely manner with a call to inform us it had arrived. We initially went with them because their prices were slightly lower than a competitor but in the end wish I had just gone with the other company.

Edit in response to company: I looked back in my emails to verify what you are saying happened.  I had called on 6/22/2020 to inquire about my pieces. I then received an email from Kenny stating the pieces had come in but there was a scratch on one and needed to be reordered. So that does verify they arrived on time the first time but I was never called about it or informed of the situation on the scratched piece. It wasn't until I inquired about it on 6/22  that I knew of why the order was taking so long. It was estimated to arrive in 1.5-2 weeks at that time. I emailed Kenny on 7/13, giving an extra week beyond the estimated arrival before inquiring. Never received a response. Emailed again 7/16 and received a response on 7/17 that the piece was in and all four pieces would be delivered to the Mesa showroom. We picked it up from the Mesa showroom on 7/25 and Kenny assisted. That was when we discovered another piece was scratched and was told the warranty piece would be ordered but found out months later it never was ordered after speaking to Tony. I'm not sure where you see in your records that I picked pieces up in May at the wearhouse. That never happened. I don't appreciate you trying to make me look dishonest in my review.

Think twice about using this company for anything. Their subcontractors are careless and crooked. Breaking material and expecting the customer to pay additional money for their mistakes. After being assured that the work would be fixed they leave you hanging and blame you for purchasing nicer and more expensive material than they offer. What an absolute sham. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

My husband and I decided to remodel our kitchen after 32 years. After searching and checking out several places we decided on Diamond Kitchen and Bath.  The cost, variety, and services provided were exceptional. Also, our cabinets were manufactured in the USA.

We were very lucky to be working with Kenny Burch and I highly recommend him as your design and sales consultant.  He's very professional and knowledgeable in his field and was a tremendous help to us.  He was also very patient with all of our questions and changes.  I especially liked working with him because he was not aggressive and had a very pleasant demeanor.

Diamond & Kenny Burch shine bright!

This is the 2nd kitchen remodel we've done in 5 years (2 diff houses) and I made a beeline right to DKB and asked for Kenny Burch. He is great to work with and DKB takes pride in doing things right. Jed Stephenson did our install along with Cameron and they worked magic. JR came for touch up and he managed to make a mis-drilled handle hole disappear (more magic!). Highly recommend Diamond Kitchen & Bath & Kenny Burch for your remodel needs!

Update 7/23/16:
General Manager contacted me about a month after writing this.  After proof of cabinet damage with photos and a discussion with my contractor we could not come to fair terms.  To be clear I offered the amount of damages and delays be donated to a charity - not to me - would not do that.  Not ever using or recommending this company.

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN...!

Have used 3 times now so established customer.  This time they did not remind us we owed remainder of kitchen cabinet payment.  Going to a condo we are remodeling with cabinets but would not give to our contractor but would not state why.  By the time we got called from our contractor they left causing a days' delay.  My contractor owner asked what was the problem and would have paid for the cabinets had they told her.  Wife called and paid - $ that was never the issue - we had a lot going on plus we both work.  They delivered next day but two cabinet pieces delivered broken - discovered after opening boxes.  Fortunately I have a talented contractor that can repair and minimize the damage.

Cost us a 2 day delay on the project...

Very poor after the sale customer service - totally disgusted and dis-satisfied.  Maybe this 1 star review will get their attention.

As a single woman renovating my first home, I was so thankful for Logan and all his help. He wasn't at all pushy, and went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. I would highly recommend him and Diamond Kitchen and Bath !!!!

My husband and I were referred to Diamond by my sister-in-law.   We worked with Kenny and we were very pleased with our service.  

We checked out the showroom a few times before committing to anything and we liked that we were not hassled into buying anything during our initial visit.  We were even offered to take samples of wood as well as laminate home.  

After deciding what we wanted (and my husband's brother-in-law sketching and measuring our kitchen) we went back and had no problems ordering what we wanted.  Kenny came to our house and double checked our measurements.  

We were told what and when to expect our new kitchen.  I think it was about a 4-6 week turnover.  We opted to pick up and install our own cabinets, but had the professional fit and install the laminate. If you are able to rent a U-Haul and you know someone who can help you install the cabinets, I would say do that because it is a bit cheaper.

Our experience with Diamond Kitchen & Bath exceeded our expectations and my husband and I will without a doubt recommend them to anyone who is in need of an update!

We ordered new cabinets and countertops for our kitchen and are extremely happy with them.  We met with Tony in November.  He was very easy to work with especially starting in our price range.  He came and took measurements and ordered the cabinets on November 16, 2016.  The cabinets were installed 8 weeks later which we thought was a good timeframe especially with the holiday schedule.  Within 4 days of the installation, someone came and measured for the countertop.  We had our countertops two weeks later.  

Every one was very professional and did they jobs well.  We had one cabinet door that was defective but Regis, the installer, noticed it right away and got a new one ordered.  We had that in 8 weeks timeframe which was fine with us because the defective one worked fine.

My husband and I were very pleased with Diamond Kitchen and Bath and highly recommend them.

Kenny was very knowledgeable and professional. I've done plenty of cabinet shopping as the wife of a general contractor and I would have to say my experience with Kenny and Diamond Kitchen and Bath would be an A.

Ask for Tony Owens... This guy has bailed me out too many times to count. He is amazing at his job and he WILL find a solution to fit your need. I can't use anyone else but Tony at Diamond. HIGHLY recommended.

We have been planning and designing our kitchen remodel for the last few years. We walked into Diamond kitchen and met Tony Owens.  He worked with us on our design and answered all our questions.  If we called with questions and he was unavailable he would call us back.  Excellent customer service.  We have had our kitchen installed and any thing that needed to be re-adjusted, replaced, or wanted to add to he made it happen.  Now we have a fabulous new kitchen and we love it!  Thank you Tony at Diamond Kitchen & Bath.

so the wife and I finally decided to pull the plug and get a new kitchen. we go in and see Marty, he is a fast talker but good to deal with. I tell him what I want and we are all good, however, I feel like he maybe didn't hear some things I said cause he is go go go.  anyways, weeks go by and our delivery date is on us, they say between 8-10, so at 11 am, I call, to find out where they are. well, turns out they are running late, no kidding huh, they wont be there till 1pm. ok, they finally get there and start unloading, that's cool, they collect payment really fast and I notice its less by about 498 bucks, but I figure maybe they discounted me or something came in less then what they thought, so I sign and pay the balance due.  Well, then they guys go to leave and they forgot the knobs, they have to go back and get them, ok, stuff happens, so they bring them back later. So about 8pm, the installer who was amazing, decides to call it a night, good thing cause we had to put our kids to bed. so Leroy, is cleaning up to leave and then ask that he come back on sat morning to finish up the knobs. well, I work mon-friday and like to have my weekends free or sleep in, but I guess not this weekend because I want the job done. so I say ok, come on over and get it done, hopefully I can still make my sons rugby game like I always do, but might not be able to now because the Diamond was running late. anyways, the cabinets look great, but now we are on to the counter top people and when they are coming over. so we get a call from them and I say to give me a call 30 minutes before your coming over, they say no problem. so my wife took that morning off to be there, but had an appointment to be at at 11 am.  So at about 1045 my wife is leaving to go to her appointment, and who is there, the counter top guys, did I get a call? Nope. so she is frantic, wich makes their measuring guy feel like he needs to be stand offish.  So my wife calls me to come home fast and I do, so she can go. so im there to sitting around waiting for this guy to finish doing his things, finally he is done and leaves and seams like all is good. so then later I get a call from the Warehouse manager wondering how my service was, and I let him know that im not too happy about it, and also, some slide outs that I thought I got to pick where they go on the pantry unit, are already installed, so I cant even put a box of cereal on any of the shelfs.  The upper part of the pantry unit I thought was supposed to have a slide out and a shelf doesn't have either one. and the slide out that I told Marty I wanted, and specifically told him why I wanted it even though he and everyone else tried to talk me out of it, well, that one wasn't in there either. so I talk to Marty about it all, and he says he can have one brought out to me and they will put it in. along with the other shelfs that should have been in that unit in the first place.  So their solution to poor service was to give me what I had already ordered, but they forgot to put on the build for free. how generous guys. but all they wanted was the rest of the balance that they had messed up on, before they went any further, they wanted that 498 dollars, or work wouldn't go any further, yeah, they really have you there. so I pay the remainder so my wife will have her kitchen, and what do they do to compensate me? they are bringing me a shelf for my pantry unit. way to go guys!

This was our experience.  You can draw your own conclusions.  We ordered the vanity & granite 11/9 and it was delivered 12/9.  The vanity was installed on 12/12.  However, 4 of the drawers on the vanity were damaged and Diamond was contacted on day of install.  On 1/11 the granite was installed on the vanity.  However, the sinks were being held on by one wood cleat of  1/16 of an inch or less. (we ended up reinforcing the sinks ourselves) A caulk was used that never did harden. (did not use a quality silicone caulk) The granite for the shower area was measured wrong and the install did not happen until 2/3. . The replacement drawers were delivered on 1/26.   The salesman was less than responsive once full payment was made.   We found customer service to be non existent once there were issues.  They may strive for 5 stars, but in my experience ZERO STARS if I could.  No reason to contact me, the damage has been done.

Tony Owens is our go-to kitchen designer and sales associate at Diamond Kitchen and Bath. We were so impressed with his design ideas and implementation of our apartment kitchen cabinets that we returned to Diamond for the cabinets in our new home.  Again, Tony did a great job and our new cabinets look great.

We would and have recommend Kenny Burch and Diamond Kitchen & Bath to friends and family for all of their cabinet needs.  My husband was a contractor salesperson for 34 years in Colorado and had designed and sold cabinets during that time period.  When we needed cabinets for a flip house approximately four years ago we found no one that my husband was comfortable working with until we came to Diamond and met Kenny!  It was so important that they talked the same language and my husband found someone to refine and order cabinets for us.  Since that time we have worked with Kenny on at least four other cabinet orders.  Finally we are working on our dream kitchen, Kenny, my husband and I have redesigned several times and with only a few more refinements it's going to be spectacular!  Count on professional, experienced service when Kenny Burch is your salesperson.

We remodeled our kitchen with Diamond Kitchen and Bath and had the greatest experience. Our consultant was Tony and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient!!! We replaced the cabinets but didn't really know what look we were going for. Tony showed us many options, was very patient when we changed our minds, and even stopped by our house as we were concerned with lighting in our dark kitchen. We will use Tony again as the cabinets are of great quality, well made and less expensive than being ordered elsewhere.

My wife and I went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath (Tatum and Thunderbird) on 7-31-15 Looking to redo our kitchen.We were met by Randy and Tina , they took the time to see what we were looking for .We advised they were the first place we stopped and would be shopping around.We ended Up going with them the same day, We worked with Tina, We gave her our budget and she did an Excellent Job in designing/ choosing a great cabinet layout and granite counter tops.One of the Items we had to do as well was move some A/c duct work and add new vent in the kitchen area,We didn`t have an A/C person and Diamond gave us a reference for UHC(Ultimate Heating and Cooling) Great Guys! They were very professional and courteous Would recommend them to anyone. We were promised a specific date for the cabinet install and they delivered on time and the Installer was very professional and nice person ,he did a great Job on the install. The counter tops were delivered right on time as well and again Great Installers.The following day the Final install of appliances, plumbing Etc..Again Very Nice and professional install....Diamond Kitchen  Did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said and as Far as We are concerned the Entire Project was A Grand Slam , a  perfect Job on all fronts. We actually have more usable cabinet space in the same area due to the great  cabinet choices and design that Tina did.
This wasnt the biggest Job on earth but it was our Project, and it was seamless.
