I was in need of some serious cleaning prior to vacating the apartment I occupied for 1.5-years.  Was referred to Spotless 'n Serene Cleaning by a local vendor.

What I can tell any is that the service is second to none Karen provided.  Very thorough in ensuring the place was spotless (hence the name), I would highly recommend Spotless'n Serene.

Any cleaning services needed in the future, there's no doubt of who I'm calling for a thorough cleaning.  You "will not" be disappointed by the service...GUARANTEED!

I recently bought a house after nine LONG months of the short sale process.  Although the house was gorgeous, the previous owners left the house in a total mess (pieces of long hair floating in the refrigerator, green carpet that looked gray because of animal fur, etc.).  I honestly really wanted to clean the house, but I just couldn't muster up the courage to dive right in.  

I started looking around and called some bigger cleaning companies, but their quotes were ridiculous.  Also, on top of the crazy prices, none of them wanted to do what I wanted them to do - clean the ENTIRE house.  Many places stated they didn't wash windows, wipe the insides of cupboards, this, that, and the other which was a bit annoying.  You want me to pay you $400 to clean my house for four hours, and you are not going to do what I ask you to do?

So, I started searching on Yelp, and quite frankly, I liked the name "Addicted To Clean."  My mother is OCD (not kidding on this part), and she is literally addicted to cleaning.  Therefore, I figured I couldn't possibly go wrong with these people.  

Jessica and Craig came right on time, and they walked through the house with me and listened to my request.  They started working right away, and when they were finished after 6 HOURS of cleaning, the house looked AMAZING.  They even took the time to clean up my yard waste, change my air filter, wiped down all of the windows and sliding doors, and vacuumed until my green carpet turned green again.  I could sit here and write down a whole list of what they did for me, but it is so long that I will leave it to your imagination.  (Besides that, Yelp has a tendency to filter out reviews that sound too nice. I know you, Yelp.)  

On top of my bragging about Jessica and Craig's abilities, I paid a fraction of what everyone else was quoting.   I would go with them instead of other larger cleaning companies around Phoenix.  I hope great things happen to them because their business deserves to grow.

We had a rental home that needed a move out/in cleaning. They went above and beyond what I expected from a cleaning company. They pulled my oven out and cleaned the sides! Seriously, stop what you are doing and pull your oven out! You would be amazed at what is on the sides of your oven and what gets trapped underneath! The fridge was pulled out and cleaned out as well. They replaced a light that was out in the bathroom and cleaned the tracks of the windows and the windows!!! I highly recommend LeBlanc Cleaning!!!!

just finishing up with a cabinet job. Dan and Chris were awesome, actually both showing up to do the initial meeting and to do the work. The finished result is awesome. We went from all white to walnut. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Dan and Chris!  Dave and Jan

I just had my cabinets refinished by grapevine to change the color in my kitchen and bathroom.
They did a wonderful job. Jeff was always very punctual and he followed through on everything we discussed.I highly recommend Jeff and his workers. If you choose to use them I would gladly have you look at the work they did in my home. Seeing is believing!

Wow, this place is the best! Found them through a request on Yelp for someone to help with a built in hamper for a recently built closet. Jennifer (owner) emailed me on a weekend and had Blake call me the next Monday. He had Brett come out to measure and just today he came back and installed it- just in time for my painters to prime and paint it. (I asked for it unfinished) It looks amazing, and the quality is perfect. Everyone was so nice to work with and I am so grateful for the beautiful hamper. It really finishes my closet!

Evan and Jonathan were awesome. They showed up on time, they worked hard, and the cabinets were installed beautifully. I'm glad I went with Quick Response, I'm sure you will be too. Thanks again guys, and I'll call you back when I finally decide to epoxy the garage!

I went there yesterday and they were very helpful in directing me on options and where to look for outdoor kitchen cabinets.  When I get ready for kitchen cabinets and counter tops I will definitely go back.  They are very knowledgeable.

They did a great job on our cabinets for the kitchen island.  We got a quick response and in home visit almost immediately after our request.

This was my 1st time using a cleaning service. Who trust strangers coming into their home? Uuuggghhh--not me! I was hesitant at first as any sane person should be. But, I got a positive vibe from them.
Also, I left them in my home to pick my kids up. When they left my house was above my A TYPE personality expectations, and, they left with the items they came with. Cleanliness was superb-trustworthiness was priceless!!!

Probably one of the worst sales experiences in my life, and we spent a total of 5 minutes in the store.  Information on pricing and customization was in a small booklet which is fine, but the salesperson looked over my wife's shoulder and said that the pricing wasn't real world.  So we asked what the pricing would be, and he just said it sounded like we weren't far enough along yet to need that information.  We close on our new house in 3 days and aim to start demo within the month.  Pricing would be pretty handy right now.  He directed us to the booklet of apparently made up prices, and said to look online.  Just a weird experience all around.  Hopefully it's a bad egg, but it seems like that's how the sales team here does it.  Ah well, guess we will just go elsewhere.
