I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

Setup a time I requested service, they said they could do it  and they no call or text. I texted them and never heard back. It put me in a limbo so frustrating.

Take my review with a grain of salt because I never ended up using their services. But I do believe in first impressions and theirs was very "meh". I called and spoke to someone at Two Maids after seeing their ad on Yelp. I said we had been using another company that we were not happy with and would like someone to come out and take a look at what we wanted and it would be a twice a month service. She said "the company" wouldn't allow her to do that. Huh? I said we had a very large house but didn't require a lot to be cleaned and she responded that it didn't matter as "the company" wouldn't allow them to base an estimate on what we wanted done, but square footage alone. She then said she had to put me on hold because "a team just walked in". Seriously, you put a potential client on hold to speak to your employees? I have been managing sales people for many years in my business and if a sales rep put a potential sales client on hold because one of their workers walked in that they wanted to speak to, they would be terminated. I was on hold for about 2 minutes or so, so I just gave up, hung up and contacted another company that accommodated our needs. Definitely not feeling warm and fuzzy and that they wanted our business much. I will give the company credit though for answering the call instead of what I expected which is voice mail, as most companies don't answer calls. I am going to give this company a 3 on Yelp and also an incomplete because again we never used them. But when I call a new company and put out there that I am interested in being a twice a month client, I want to be wowed and accommodated a bit better and not put on hold because you want to speak to "your team" and quote "company policy" everywhere. If you treat a potential new client like this, it would scare me to how you would treat them down the road when they were using your services. Hope this review helps. Just trying to give an honest assessment of my first impression.

I needed a cleaning done fast. It was a total mess from a long move out and 6 years worth of crap. Empire cleaning answered my call immediately and was able to get in the same week! They were easy to work with long distance which was a huge bonus, and the quote was the price, unlike many other "5 star" cleaning businesses. I highly recommend Omar and Empire Cleaning!

So far, I called Jennifer and she answered right away. We had a wonderful first conversation. She was very friendly and easy to talk to during our conversation. She is coming out only three days after our first conversation.  I am looking forward to meet her and to get my project completed . Will give feedback again after completion of project.

Tidy & Clean are a professional mother/daughter business. I inquired about a quote and they got back to me that very same day! my house smells amazing! They got all the black stuff off of my oven, deep cleaned my windows, vacuumed my stairs, cleaned every room, and it looks like a brand new place!

I am so glad to have found an amazing cleaning company! I've been through several bad eggs and was starting to think a great cleaning company didn't exist.  April came to our house to give a quote and explain their practices and was great with communication through the whole process, including scheduling the cleaning. The 3 ladies that did the cleaning were very friendly, trustworthy, respectful, hard workers and efficient. They answered any questions I had and made sure I was completely satisfied. I have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so!

I needed help moving a studio apartment worth of  furniture and was sad bc every company was charging $375-$800.....until.... In walks Mr Buff's Yelp quote. His rate of $250 had me simultaneously excited and worried it was a scam. I debated for a while and finally decided I could dispute the deposit with my credit card if I had to, but I was ultimately worried that I would be screwed on the move if he didn't show up. Thrilled I took a chance on a new company! He was friendly, communicative and showed up in the time frame he gave me. Thank you for being affordable. Im sure the low rate won't last forever, but I appreciate you and will use and recommend you in the future. Thank you. I'm still appalled that some company's wanted to charge $700+ for 1.5 hours of work. I know gas is expensive, but that's a bit much.

Julia and Keshia came out to clean my home for a deep clean before the holidays. These two ladies did such an excellent job. Everything shines. They are honest, polite, hard working, and kind women. I will be coming back to them again and again. I seriously can't rave enough about these ladies! They literally cleaned my home from top to bottom and they even cleaned my little girls tablet.

Saved my life!  I received keys at 1pm on a Friday for a 2,000 square foot home I will be renting for the next 2 years.  The previous tenant left the home unclean.  I had movers scheduled and had planned to move in at 1pm Saturday.  I reached out to several companies on Yelp to assist with home clean up.  J's called me immediately, went to the home, prepared a quote and started the job.  They remained at the home cleaning until 9:30pm and it was 111 degrees that day.  They also offered carpet cleaning which was complete in time for me to move furniture in the next day on clean/dry carpet.  The appliances and bathrooms were sparkling clean when I arrived.  They were efficient and thorough.  I can't say enough about how happy I was with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.  Thank you to everyone at J's for doing such a great job for me!
