We've been using them for about 5 weeks and love them! John has been very communicative and flexible as I work from home and we have a young baby. I've also appreciated that they go the extra mile to tidy up any clutter if I cant to get to it (kids toys in the bathtub, clothes on the kids floor). Great service and people who care about making your home clean and life a little easier :)

Fantastic work! We needed a deep clean for moving out, and they did an excellent job!

I hired these guys to clean my 1400 SF house after I moved out. They did not do a thorough job at all. I had requested the "Gold Package", which according to the owner, Russell, meant they would clean everything. I even asked specifically about window tracks. He said "everything".

When I showed up at the house after the cleaning, the window tracks were not clean, the fans were not clean, the cabinets were not clean. It looked like they had cleaned the floor and the bathrooms and that's about it.

When I contacted Russell, he told me the guys had been there for the maximum time and had done as much as they could. The problem with this is that I was never told there was a maximum time. I was told the "Gold Package" included everything. He declined to come back out and fix it without further payment. I ended up cleaning it myself.

These guys were by far the cheapest, so I was skeptical from the beginning. You get what you pay for. I don't suggest using them.

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

When I needed to get my 2800 sq ft home cleaned and ready for sale In Glendale AZ, I was so fortunate to find Juanita and her cleaning service. I would only be in town for 2 days and Juanita came over right away...on a Sunday no less. After a careful review of the property and what I required she gave me a fair estimate and Juanita
had her crew there early the next morning!
The ladies went right to work with all their own supplies and within a short while I could clearly see they were doing an excellent, thorough job. What a relief to know how fortunate I was to find them. I was also amazed how hard they worked. They even cleaned the oven and fridge. The entire job was finished by 5:30 pm.  I was very pleased and was happy to give a nice tip. I left back to California so relieved that the large home was cleaned
to perfection and ready to sell. Thanks You Juanita!

I highly recommend this company. The crew is so professional and efficient. My house is sparkling clean and it smells so nice! I look forward when they come and clean my house biweekly. I cannot recommend it enough.

Setup a time I requested service, they said they could do it  and they no call or text. I texted them and never heard back. It put me in a limbo so frustrating.

I needed a cleaning done fast. It was a total mess from a long move out and 6 years worth of crap. Empire cleaning answered my call immediately and was able to get in the same week! They were easy to work with long distance which was a huge bonus, and the quote was the price, unlike many other "5 star" cleaning businesses. I highly recommend Omar and Empire Cleaning!

So far, I called Jennifer and she answered right away. We had a wonderful first conversation. She was very friendly and easy to talk to during our conversation. She is coming out only three days after our first conversation.  I am looking forward to meet her and to get my project completed . Will give feedback again after completion of project.

Tidy & Clean are a professional mother/daughter business. I inquired about a quote and they got back to me that very same day! my house smells amazing! They got all the black stuff off of my oven, deep cleaned my windows, vacuumed my stairs, cleaned every room, and it looks like a brand new place!
I definitely recommend them! They are detailed and efficient!

They are very professional!  Super clean and respectful.  We have kids and busy work schedule.  Really needed the help.  Great communication.  On time.  Details in all hidden spot and corner.  Very reasonable price.  We will use their service again.

I'm so sad to have to write this review because I desperately wanted to love GGH, and initially did! Bottom line: inconsistency and disappointment led to this 3-star rating.

My home is a 2 bedroom condo and I clean weekly but I needed GGH for occasional turn-over cleaning. Maybe that was the problem.

April the owner is a doll and I love what she's doing and how she's doing it. I greatly appreciated the initial walk-through and was excited after having met her.

I scheduled a trial-run turnover cleaning so I could see if it met expectations. Again, I clean my house regularly so for this particular cleaning it was already in good shape.  So when I returned home after the cleaning, I was disappointed because it wasn't even as good as I would have done! I had to touch up the kitchen, both bathroom tubs, and under (easy to move) furniture items.  Furthermore, I was told a card would be left by the cleaner and none was.  

I notified April of my disappointment and she immediately was willing to send someone back out, but I had guests coming to town the next day and honestly it was easier for me to do it myself. But having shared this with her, I anticipated improved results in the future and I'm a sucker for giving people second (and third) chances.

So a couple months later it was time for an actual turn-over cleaning. I was not able to personally witness the results but I had no complaints from the guest.

A couple months later was turnover cleaning number 3. This time it was me and my husband returning home.  Overall things were presentable (beds made, clean linens put out, etc), but the cleaner left her charger and a spray bottle and - similar to my first cleaning experience - there were obvious missed spots (dust, dirt) and the worst of all was the hall bathtub wasn't touched! I would have been very embarrassed if it were guests arriving to my place, instead of me.  They would have had to deal with the left items and unclean areas to boot! That was my final straw.

I don't have high expectations or standards. I am not a OCD cleaner and honestly I don't do the most remarkable job myself sometimes. I don't mind paying $150+ for a cleaning service (it's hard work!), but when I have to clean up after my cleaner... I'd rather pay myself.

I guess my first mistake was hiring a moving company to clean my house. The reviews for their moving services are great but cleaning is just not in their wheelhouse. I was sent a contract that listed the services they provide and they were not all completed. Unfortunately, i did not take the time to thoroughly check everything before Mr Buff and his employee left.
The fans were not clean, there was still dust under my bed and nightstands, the refrigerator was not cleaned the garage was not blown out and the windows were not done. When I reached out to Mr Buff be said the windows were only cleaned on the inside but that was far from the truth and he said he himself cleaned the fans, even after i sent him pictures that showed otherwise. He then told me to go back and read the contract because the refrigerator service is only for move outs but nowhere on the contract does it state that.
I am disappointed that i paid for the service and gave a generous tip. Lesson learned. Save your money and hire a cleaning company to clean your house.
I reached out to Mr. Buff not to argue but to point out that the job he committed to in his own contract was not completed. I sent the pictures to show him. He insisted that the jobs were done and if they weren't it's because I didn't ask. I don't understand why i have to ask for services he clearly states he is going to do in his own contract that I signed.
After writing this review, Mr. Buff sent me a text calling me a "Karen". That is the level of professionalism you can expect from him. I wasn't looking for an argument, I wanted to point out that he didn't do the job he said he was going to do. The pictures don't lie. I would have never reached out to him if the job was done correctly. He even went out of his way to laugh at this review from his personal yelp account. I'm glad Ledarius L., aka Mr Buff found it funny. Not only was the cleaning service sub par but the professionalism was as well.

Julia and Keshia are amazing!!!  They did a very thorough job on our 2 story home. I would recommend them to everyone. Fantastic work and super friendly. I've never seen my baseboards so clean.

We moved in to a new house and tile was filthy. J's residential cleaning gave us a great quote and we had the floors cleaned. I'm absolutely in disbelief that this was the original color of my tile. House looks much cleaning and neat now. Also, because all past odors have been washed away, my dog isn't trying to mark every location anymore.
