What excellent service! I received a response to my request quickly and within just a few minutes I had an appointment for a cleaning when I needed it. The communication was on point. Once they showed up, the cleaning was thorough and everything sparkling. I appreciated the attention to detail. What a great company and will be in touch again for services in the near future!

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

We engaged Minor to Major Cleaning to do a move-in cleaning of newly purchased home in Anthem AZ. The process went well from initial contact through the cleaning day. Juanita got us on the schedule and Molly, Annette and Dawn did a wonderful job getting a dusty, stale house sparkling and smelling great!  We'll definitely keep them in mind as soon as we get settled into our new home for future regular cleaning! We just began having our house cleaned by Juan and his team. We absolutely love the way our house feels after!!! They do such a great job.

We can't review their actual cleaning services because their office messed up scheduling. We booked a specific time (10am) for a cleaning to take place after our holiday travels. Upon returning they tried to have us confirm a different time (8am) via text, unfortunately we had a schedule conflict for their new time frame (DCS coming to visit our foster children). We refused the new time, and now they are charging us half of the cleaning fee stating we cancelled. We have now officially cancelled and will use a different company for our biweekly deep cleans. We will also be forced to perform a chargeback. Bit of advice for the company. Don't try and make your clients pay for your mistakes.

My husband and I were blown away by the job Empire Cleaning did. Their attention to detail and absolute thoroughness of cleaning left our home looking better than we've ever seen it.  We will definitely be using Omar and Patricia as our go to cleaning experts.

So far, I called Jennifer and she answered right away. We had a wonderful first conversation. She was very friendly and easy to talk to during our conversation. She is coming out only three days after our first conversation.  I am looking forward to meet her and to get my project completed . Will give feedback again after completion of project.

Tidy & Clean are a professional mother/daughter business. I inquired about a quote and they got back to me that very same day! my house smells amazing! They got all the black stuff off of my oven, deep cleaned my windows, vacuumed my stairs, cleaned every room, and it looks like a brand new place!

What a great find! I love that my house smells fresh instead of like chemicals after the team leaves! They go out of their way to make my dog feel comfortable while they are here and I have no qualms about them coming while I'm gone.  They leave a checklist behind so I can see everything that was taken care of and I know I can trust them to do a great job consistently. Mr. Buff was able to immediately get me scheduled. He took very good care of my piano and moved it from one house to another quickly. I was thrilled to have my piano and myself in the same house again.

Julia and Keshia came out to clean my home for a deep clean before the holidays. These two ladies did such an excellent job. Everything shines. They are honest, polite, hard working, and kind women. I will be coming back to them again and again. I seriously can't rave enough about these ladies! They literally cleaned my home from top to bottom and they even cleaned my little girls tablet.
