The came in and did a great job at a Move in clean. Now I don't feel like I am living in someone else's dirt. They were respectful and prompt.

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

Juanita and her cleaning crew are outstanding! They were kind enough to accommodate my urgent last minute cleaning request and got the place spotless for a reasonable price. They are true professionals! Will be using them again for all cleaning needs!

I can't recommend this crew enough! I wanted to get my mom a birthday present that would make her life easier - so I decided I would get her house cleaned. I was so impressed with the care and efficiency of this team. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did a phenomenal job. When she saw the house after they left, my mom texted me saying "I don't think the house has ever been this clean!"

I communicated with Juan and he was able to accommodate my requested day and time. He was on time and with a crew of four to expertly clean our two story home windows inside and outside along with the tracks prior to our shutter installation. I hired this business to do the, "Move Out" cleaning of my apartment on 26 DEC 2019 AD. They did a terrific job! Their pricing was fair and their level of service was outstanding!

The business will run the charge for your service, on the night of your service; they can email you the receipt in the event your apartment manager needs to see it. (Otherwise, some apartment managers may charge you a cleaning fee).

I would recommend this company to family and friends! If I ever move back to the area, I would hire them for regular home cleaning.

I needed a cleaning done fast. It was a total mess from a long move out and 6 years worth of crap. Empire cleaning answered my call immediately and was able to get in the same week! Tidy & Clean are a professional mother/daughter business. I inquired about a quote and they got back to me that very same day! my house smells amazing! They got all the black stuff off of my oven, deep cleaned my windows, vacuumed my stairs, cleaned every room, and it looks like a brand new place!

Going GreenHouse has been servicing my home for over a year and I couldn't be happier with their service. WOW! Amazing moving company. Never heard of a flat rate moving company and having now experienced it, I can't go back to the old way.

He's fast, accommodating and communicates excellently. Helped get my stuff from one end of the Valley to the other, as well as make a stop to drop some of it off on the way to the storage. Unheard of level of customer service. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Julia and Keshia are amazing!!!  They did a very thorough job on our 2 story home. I would recommend them to everyone. Fantastic work and super friendly. I've never seen my baseboards so clean.

I highly recommend Xiomara and Herman. They performed a move out cleaning for me for an apartment I'd been living in for almost 3 years. Needless to say they had their work cut out for them. They were extremely response through when booking and getting a quote. I was extremely pleased with the results. I almost wanted to move back in to the apartment. Five stars would definitely book again!

Utilized these folks again as I did the last two times. Since I physically moved away from Phoenix already, I needed someone I could trust to clean my lingering apartment back in Phoenix so that it's "lease-ready" for the next tenant. That's J's Residential Cleaning Services, no other group I'd trust to clean in the area!

So, I'm on this business trip right now to Hong Kong/China, which means that my internet connectivity is severely limited. Also, due to timezones, I'm unable to actually call J's unless I stayed up into the wee hours here. Bleh!

Wife was incredibly helpful and engaged J's on my behalf and scheduled with Aura Apartments to have the cleaners show up within a certain date / certain time. They showed up, leasing agents let them in, and from what I gather, it was a wonderful success, they were in and out in under an hour!

It is a shame that I can't bring J's over to California, as I'd trust them over any other cleaning group I've used, and I've lived all over the USA so far in my short life.

Trust J's, they'll take good care of you and your home :)

Other remarks:
- They use some really cool cleaning solution that gets all that grime off of a gas or electric stove top (you know, when you spill something and don't bother to clean that up? SOMEONE has to clean that!)

- They do something really cool with the air refresher after they finish a job. I won't share the secret online, but trust me, it has a lasting effect. I'll leave it up to J's if they want to share it.

- They work REALLY fast.

- They clean places you wouldn't even think about it. Like for instance, doors. Ever pushed a door open without using the doorknob? How about a greasy hand because you just grabbed a greasy cookie from the kitchen and you were too lazy to wash your hands first? We've all done it, you know what I'm talking about!

- They do something cool with the toilets when they're done cleaning them, to give the bathroom a "new" feel.

- Reasonable pricing, contact them directly! Use the good ol' phone.
