Jake and Salina arrived on time for a deep clean of my 2500 sq foot home. They went through the house with me first and provided an estimate, they were courteous and professional. They did such a thorough job including ALL light fixtures and ceiling fans, molding, ceilings. The bathrooms were throughly cleaned and the house sparkled. Just what I asked for and will definitely hire Paradise Cleaners again.

We were searching for a house cleaner to come once a month. We've never had a house cleaner before, so this is very exciting to have this. We could not be happier with Antonia and the work that she did today. We are looking forward to our very clean house and monthly service.

used the deep cleaning service for my new place, & the move-out cleaning service for my old place. The cleaner did not do the best job with the deep clean. She left bug carcass on the living room window sill, dust on the outside of the fridge, and a cobweb remained in the kitchen. Master bathroom still had grime on it. I spoke with Nati and since I wasn't completely satisfied, she charged me the lowest fee for deep cleaning, which was $150.

Fast forward to the move-out cleaning. I was told it can take between 3-5 hours (originally I was told 4-6). There were two cleaners; the first one showed up at 12:30pm, the second one less than an hour later. I leave them to it & go run errands. I get a text from Nati saying that there's more cleaning needed than originally expected, & they'd have to charge a "heavy-duty fee" of $50-$100 (never been told about this possible extra cleaning fee before) on top of the $280, depending on how much more time it takes. I got a text at 5:42pm saying that the ladies were finished (a few minutes outside of the 3-5 hour window).

A couple of days later, I called Nati asking when they'd run payment and how much everything was. She said she still had to do invoicing & would call me before she ran payment. A week from the move-out cleaning, I was charged a total of $530 for both cleanings. No heads-up. I'm trying to understand why I got charged a full $100 extra dollars for a move-out cleaning when they completed it a little after the 5 hour timeframe? Also, you don't just run payment a week later without giving a total. It's tacky and unprofessional. Lastly, please disclose up front ALL possible fees associated with a service; throwing more fees on top of the original price while cleaning is in progress is a bait-and-switch.

I asked for a deep clean for $300 and this is what I got. I could do a better job. Not recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 9:00 am and received a message confirming. Even messaged back yesterday asking if she could come an hour later and she confirmed.  No show and no message. I called and left a voicemail and no call back.  Don't waste your time.
