They mounted my older, heavy, tv on the wall with no issues.
I'll call them again when I buy more TV's, and I'm going to call them to move my stuff into my house soon!

I guess my first mistake was hiring a moving company to clean my house. The reviews for their moving services are great but cleaning is just not in their wheelhouse. I was sent a contract that listed the services they provide and they were not all completed. Unfortunately, i did not take the time to thoroughly check everything before Mr Buff and his employee left.
The fans were not clean, there was still dust under my bed and nightstands, the refrigerator was not cleaned the garage was not blown out and the windows were not done. When I reached out to Mr Buff be said the windows were only cleaned on the inside but that was far from the truth and he said he himself cleaned the fans, even after i sent him pictures that showed otherwise. He then told me to go back and read the contract because the refrigerator service is only for move outs but nowhere on the contract does it state that.
I am disappointed that i paid for the service and gave a generous tip. Lesson learned. Save your money and hire a cleaning company to clean your house.
I reached out to Mr. Buff not to argue but to point out that the job he committed to in his own contract was not completed. I sent the pictures to show him. He insisted that the jobs were done and if they weren't it's because I didn't ask. I don't understand why i have to ask for services he clearly states he is going to do in his own contract that I signed.
After writing this review, Mr. Buff sent me a text calling me a "Karen". That is the level of professionalism you can expect from him. I wasn't looking for an argument, I wanted to point out that he didn't do the job he said he was going to do. The pictures don't lie. I would have never reached out to him if the job was done correctly. He even went out of his way to laugh at this review from his personal yelp account. I'm glad Ledarius L., aka Mr Buff found it funny. Not only was the cleaning service sub par but the professionalism was as well.

Awesome move services one guy dropped some boxes but we didn't use the nicest boxes either, also mounted a TV for me. 4 stars because the tv mount wasn't the greatest yes they got the tv up but a was definitely higher than I asked for and the whole here the cord hider wall was cut was a little sloppy and they filled my trash can up with wrappings from the move without asking me,

Overall awesome crew, absolutely the best price - flat rate no guessing (I called around like 10 moving companies), and quick work, thanks guys!

Used Mr.  Buff Personal Moving Services to remove an old TV and wall mount my new TV.  Very quick to respond and communication was detailed regarding cost, scheduling, and scope of work.  Did a great job with the install.  Would not hesitate to use their services again.  Very pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of work. The service from this company is great. I felt bad cause I made a same day appointment and had to cancel due to Walmart selling me the wrong tv but they worked with me and came the next morning. I usually mount my own TVs but this one was huge and I'm 2 months pregnant but they came and went straight to work and were done in less than 30 minutes he even installed my sound bar for me and I didn't know it could mount with the tv lol. I do plan on getting another TV mounted soon and will be  getting their services again.

I wish I could give Mr. Buff 10 stars because our move went so smoothly with him and his crew.  Mr. Buff knew my anxiety and stress level was high so he
came on Sunday the day before our actual move to start the process, who does that!  Also, he did not add any additional money to his quote.

Needed to hire a mover to pack and load my son's apartment in Phoenix Arizona into a trailer so we could take it to California. I got estimates from 8 different moving companies. After talking to all of them and getting quotes I decided on Mr. Buff. This is a Husband and wife Family owned business. I booked the the move a month in advance. They sent me a Doc you sign contract spelling everything out. It was reassuring and professional that they  conduct business that way. The day before the move Mr. BUFF reached out to me and confirmed our appointment. The morning of the move I received a text letting me know that they were on their way. They arrived on time with all the Materials
Needed for packing and wrapinall items needed to ensure a safe move.

Mr Buff, Mr Marcus, and Mrs Buff moved my entire four bedroom house to the new house, mounted five TV's, assembled four beds, put together my entire office, and brought over an entire garage of exercise equipment. Talk about a hard-working crew, and to watch the team work was phenomenal. It took two trips to move everything I have, and the move was all the way across town. On top of all of that, Mrs Buff went back to the house we moved from the next day and cleaned it from top to bottom. Honestly, three people did the work of ten people, and they moved very fast.

We were swapping refrigerators from one house to another. We received several quotes and after a few messages, we felt confident that Mr. Buff was a good choice and was also one of the low bids. He was only one of two willing to give a flat rate, not an hourly rate, requiring us to "guess" how long the job would take. Mr. & Mrs. Buff (as I referred to them) were very professional, doing everything necessary to get the refrigerators out of the house's doors (removing the handles). They got the job done in a timely manner and were professional, and polite. I highly recommend Mr. Buff Personal Mover.

Hired this company to install a ceiling tv mount on my patio. He did to a great job on the installation BUT during the installation while using tape on the ceiling for assistance with his tools the tape removed some paint from my ceiling. He said at the beginning of the installation he did confirm that he guarantees his work and like for it to look how it did at arrival when he leaves but that wasn't the case. It had gotten dark so it wasn't touched up before leaving and when contacting him to repair he asked if my son or husband can do it because he lives like a hour and a half away...WOW is all I'm going to say

I honestly can't thank Mr. Buff and his team enough. Prior to reaching out to his team I had contacted conventional cleaning services for work in my home and all had declined it because of the scale of the mess. Then I contacted deep cleaning/biohazard cleaning services and they all quoted me numbers that were simply out of reach for most people. I was in a situation where my house was too messy for one group and the other had priced me out and put other conditions on the work that made it impossible.

Then I called Mr. Buff, I was already near tears because of how tough this has been. He provided a quote after I supplied photos that was lower than I expected and he told me that he could have his team out same day! His crew arrived a little after six pm and they worked until 10. They really utterly transformed the space. The floor is safe to walk on again and is clean; surfaces are free of caked on grime and trash and all of the appliances might as well have been reborn. It's just amazing.

They even hauled off all of the trash too! I can't underscore enough that for the work they did it was life changing for me. And for those with limited mobility or additional challenges they are kind, caring and their work is AWESOME. My life has mostly been stress for the last few weeks but the service here was a welcome respite and not only will work with them again I would recommend them to anyone needing cleaning service.

Needed help getting an entertainment center from Costco to my house and up on the 2nd floor. Mr Buff was responsive, and able to meet me a day later after we spoke. Met me at Costco, followed me home and got everything done in about 45 minutes. Loved the fact he charged a flat rate. Other moving companies wanted a 2 hour minimum and a trip charge. Would have cost me 3 times as much as Mr Buff. I definitely recommend!

I was referred to Mr Buff by a family member and I was not disappointed! Mr Buff + Ayisha were able to move my furniture and boxes from the 2nd floor apartment in 1hr 30mins and all my items arrived safely at my new home. The fridge didn't fit through the door and Mr. Buff removed the door for the fridge in and in place with no hiccups. As far as price it was the best I found and they also had 1 price. No having to worry if the move takes too long and you have to be charge for additional time. I highly recommend their services.

Very responsive and accommodating. I had to move that weekend and they made it happen. A true 24 hour and flat rate service, fair and honest. All this AND they even had the best pricing out of the 10 quotes i received. They came prepared with everything to protect my furniture, no additional fees. Lastly, they are incredibly fast, efficient and professional. They loaded, transported from chandler to scottsdale and unloaded - all in less than an hour and a half. It was also pouring rain that day. Seriously so happy i got lucky with such good people to help me move.

We hired Mr Buff to help load/unload our POD for our move across town and the service was top notch. Mr Buff's team was careful with our items and were extremely good at making the most out of every inch of the POD's volume. Unload at the new house was equally as impressive. They work quick, but consciously as to not damage a single belonging or the home.

Absolutely LOVE this moving company! They were so kind and knowledgeable about what they do. They treated all of our stuff with care. They gave us a flat rate, which was awesome because you're not left stressing about any day-of extra costs. There were no surprise or hidden fees! They are a 24 hour moving company, so they were flexible around our work schedule. It rained pretty hard the day they moved us and they had to park their truck a good 30 yards away from our storage unit, but they didn't let that affect their efficiency. My boyfriend and I moved ourselves out into our storage unit in 3 days, and it only took Mr. Buff 3 HOURS to move us into our new house. HIGHLY recommend!

These guys really deserve 1,000 stars! I just had them move some very heavy furniture for me for the second time and once again they went above and beyond and did not disappoint! I very highly recommend this company. If you are looking for help with pretty much anything, call these guys because they will be there when they say they will and they will work very hard, they are some of the hardest working people I've hired! They are on my speed dial, it's so nice to know someone who's competent and really great people in general! They are very respectful and trustworthy and because of all of that they will always be the first call I make when looking for someone to give me a hand with something!

These movers are phenomenal!  I bought a safe that weighs 400 pounds.  The place I bought it from only delivers to the curb.  I was stressing out about how I would get it into my bedroom closet.  I called Mr Buff and they gave me a very reasonable quote.  He is very courteous and professional.  He reassured me that when the safe arrives, I call him and he'll be at my house shortly thereafter.  That's exactly how it happened.  Outstanding service.  I just can't say enough positive things about this experience.  He has all my future moving business.

If you want good customer service at a reasonable price, Mr. Buff is your guy! I needed a big, heavy TV removed from a wall mount and a newer, bigger one installed. This crew carefully removed the old TV, installed the new TV, packed and hauled the old TV across town to a friend's house, and installed it there all in one day. I'm recommending them to all my friends.

Mr Buff was very responsive on Yelp and helpful on the phone. Contacted him late afternoon, he came out for a quick furniture move within an hour and completed the it all in less than that the price can't be beat either. I needed help moving a studio apartment worth of  furniture and was sad bc every company was charging $375-$800.....until.... In walks Mr Buff's Yelp quote. His rate of $250 had me simultaneously excited and worried it was a scam. I debated for a while and finally decided I could dispute the deposit with my credit card if I had to, but I was ultimately worried that I would be screwed on the move if he didn't show up. Thrilled I took a chance on a new company! He was friendly, communicative and showed up in the time frame he gave me. Thank you for being affordable. Im sure the low rate won't last forever, but I appreciate you and will use and recommend you in the future. Thank you. I'm still appalled that some company's wanted to charge $700+ for 1.5 hours of work. I know gas is expensive, but that's a bit much.

Mr Buff and Ayisha did a great job and are very friendly. They were very responsive when scheduling and did a really good job removing our TVs from the wall and packing them into boxes for us. They wrapped the TVs really well so they'll be protected for the move. They also work very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!
