The 2 Brendas did a great job on my home, very detailed.  I could not ask for anything better..  I would recommend them..

I just had them clean my home. Not even kidding, they did an exceptional job. That same day they reported with pictures of how things looked. I really loved that. It made me feel reassured. The customer service was exceptional. Torey is the gal I worked with and she was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her from the get go. I will be having them back and will refer them out over and over again.

June, 2022. We have now been clients for 4 years and it has been great. The old husband has had a few surgeries so her team is more valuable than ever.    I love Lori's Cleaning Service team, they are the best.

I have been really busy and finally have the chance to write a review. My place needed some touch up cleaning. The staff was amazing, friendly, energetic, and were focused on the task at hand.

The quality of service exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their services.

Found this company on a Yelp search. I requested a quote online and they responded quickly with a quote and available dates. We scheduled a walk through before the actual cleaning date so they could see everything and we could go over specifics.
The Mother-Daughter team are very nice and friendly. They were interested in all the things and specific wants I was looking for to made sure I would be satisfied.
On the actual clean date they were very punctual and professional. I was not home at the time but I felt comfortable letting them in through the garage from the app on my phone and disarming the alarm so they could come in. They let me know when they were done and left the house locked up.
The service itself was good. We did have a discussion about a couple of missed assignments and personal points that needed to be addressed on the next visit. But that was expected because it was their first time servicing my home. But overall I was pleased with the job and very pleased with communication and professional approach to the job and to the things I was unhappy with.

I will be see them on a biweekly schedule. I highly recommend you give them a spot if you are in need of cleaning service.

not reliable spoke w/Tiffany yesterday around 11am she said she would come give me an estimate within 2 hours.  It is now the next day and she never showed up or even call back to reschedule.  She said it was her and her mother doing the service but I expect they won't be in business long if they can't even bother showing up.

Unreliable cleaners. First cleaner begged me for over a half an hour to give a good review. He said if he didn't get a good review he'd be homeless. Second cleaner cancelled at the last min. Third cleaner only cleaned kitchen for two hours(I have a tiny kitchen). She didn't mop. Fourth cleaner cancelled and rescheduled appt for following Sat ( today). Supposed to arrive at 9am. It is now after 11 and no text. She is obviously a no show. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They may offer cheap prices but you don't even get what you pay for. On top of that you cannot just cancel at any time. If you do, you will be charged $177. For what? I have no clue. Their scheduling software and text reminders are bad too. I have answered several messages about a cleaning I never received on Oct 1. I have changed the service schedule 3 times to reflect the cancellations and it still shows dates that I do not want someone coming. Highly frustrating and almost infuriating. Normally I am patient and understanding, but it's as if they don't care about what they've put me through. If you are smart, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

They have no clue how to clean a home.  Horrible job.  Came with paper towels, wet wipes, small vacuum cleaner.  Did not dust furniture but, did clean my wood dining room table with Clorox wipe!!!  Do not hire them!
