HISTORY
Originally from Ann Arbor Michigan, but I come from a family of immigrants. My fathers family immigrating from Korea and China, and my mothers family immigrating from Germany and Russia. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a BBA in Computer Information Systems, minoring in Business and Data Analytics. Currently I am pursuing my Masters Degree in Project Management! I have always been an entrepreneur at heart. Speaking for all children raised within immigrant families, I grew up in a household with an emphasis on keeping a clean living space. I learned how to clean a 3 story home from a young age (in addition to other chores), and upon graduating University I decided to use those skills for the betterment of your homes. CM-Cleaning lives and dies by the phrase “Clean home, happy family”, because we know first hand how much of an impact a clean home can make on your family environment.

They've been coming for monthly cleaning at my place for a few months now; they are hard workers, very respectful of your time and space. They leave my house nice and clean every time. Ehhhhh so these guys came and did a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo and charged a pet fee and extra deep cleaning fees...which would be totally fine if those things were done.
But that afternoon after they were done, as soon as I turned on the living room fan, more than one dog fur "dust bunny" came out from under the couch. Same thing happened in the bedroom. So they clearly didn't clean under furniture. And to note, I've moved both the couch and bed by myself, so it's not like they're too heavy, especially considering it was 3 guys. And then things like some floorboards were still not fully clean, etc.
And whatever they used on the oven caused our fire alarm to go off every single time we used it for awhile after.
So they were nice enough and they came recommended, but we paid for a deep clean, and it was more like a "tidy up"

I've been using this company for a while now to clean my Airbnb. They are always so flexible and accommodating because the nature of Airbnb is so last minute. They're an instrumental part of us being able to rent out our home. Not only are they flexible and reliable but they're really honest. We truly do trust them with our home and things. We would recommend them to anyone.
I needed a last minute house cleaner. They showed up with a team of people. They did a great job and where in and out very quickly.

We've had CM cleaning to our home now twice. In all my years of having cleaners I have never had a crew that was that efficient and who left our home so clean and tidy. Their attention to detail is exemplary. They charge a fair and affordable amount. Please check out their website as they have a wonderful pricing structure.

I hired these guys to clean my 1400 SF house after I moved out. They did not do a thorough job at all. I had requested the "Gold Package", which according to the owner, Russell, meant they would clean everything. I even asked specifically about window tracks. He said "everything".
When I showed up at the house after the cleaning, the window tracks were not clean, the fans were not clean, the cabinets were not clean. It looked like they had cleaned the floor and the bathrooms and that's about it.
When I contacted Russell, he told me the guys had been there for the maximum time and had done as much as they could. The problem with this is that I was never told there was a maximum time. I was told the "Gold Package" included everything. He declined to come back out and fix it without further payment. I ended up cleaning it myself.
These guys were by far the cheapest, so I was skeptical from the beginning. You get what you pay for. I don't suggest using them.
Russell and his team were great! They were responsive and arrived on time. There was full transparency on their pricing- it matched exactly what I calculated per their price chart in their photos.
They are a bit new and I know they'll make further improvements over time and I'll gladly hire them again for my next cleaning.

I would rate my cleaning a 3.5 They were very responsive and easy to work with. Price was good! They were flexible with add on costs. But the cleaning job did not meet my full expectation . I still have spots on my floor trash could be removed with a mop. The entire house smells... similar to when you use a dirty mop or dirty rags.
The kitchen stove still has a marks on it that typically are removed with a good scrub
Overall... if you are looking for an okay clean for a decent price point this would be your company!
Russell and his team did an amazing job today in doing a deep clean for my condo unit.
They were prompt, super thorough, professional, and accommodated my busy schedule by coming to do the job on a (early) Saturday morning. I highly recommend this company and want to support these young guys working so hard to build their business!
Hands down! My search is over in finding a great home cleaning business.

these guys are awesome, they pay attention to detail, show up on time and have the right amount of people working. I'm super impressed with them and highly recommend them to anyone who's particular.
I started using CM cleaning. After is bunch of companies being unreliable. They are always on time and do a great job. I now use them in my rental business
I just moved my mom out of her house and it needed a good deep clean so we can sell it. They responded right away to every request for a quote, information, every question, whatever I needed they responded within an hour. Met up with Russell and Miguel today and they did an outstanding job cleaning everything, shampooing carpets, deep cleaning floors. I couldn't be happier or recommend them more. They were awesome.
I have been super busy and unable to deep clean my home, CM cleaning gave me a response instantly and came over the next day and setup regular services.
Russell was very respectful and through with my home he went above and beyond and I am so grateful to feel better in my home now that it's had more attention. Looking forward to the weekly services!

I hope this company gets more reviews because they definitely deserve it. I booked with carols cleaning which has over 100 reviews and 5 stars. Not only were they 2 hours late and only vacuumed on a move out clean, that cost $375 they threatened to charge me full price if I didn't take down my bad review. Unprofessional and tacky.
Now these guys were AMAZING. Responsive. Confirmed the time. Let me know they were running 5 minutes late. Detailed. Efficient. Friendly, respectful. Not to mention they did my 4 bed 4 bathroom 2100 so ft house for a full move out clean with appliances and everything for $215. I paid them $300 just because they did such an amazing job. Don't let the few reviews fool you. HIRE THEM. You won't regret it. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue last minute and doing an exceptional job. I will be giving CM recommendations and referrals whenever possible.
So disappointing after all the time seeing then up for my parents, they never showed back up for them.......

This is the worst company I have ever gave my business to. I would give ZERO stars if I could! We paid $200 for move out cleaning and NOTHING was done! I've attached just some of the mess that was left. I've tried contacting the owner and was ignored for days on end after calling and sending multiple messages! If there was no mistake on their end then why would they ignore me?? I went over the details of our specific cleaning package with the owner when I booked the appointment and we paid extra to have our bathrooms and kitchen detailed! I was fined by my leasing company for not having the house professionally cleaned which is why we hired this company in the first place!! I am extremely upset that someone would cheat us and scam us out of so much money this way! Someone from this company needs to own up to what they've done and refund us our hard earned money. We are already in contact with the Better Business Bureau to see if this is even a legitimate business. I will never be obtaining services from these people again and I am warning everyone I know to stay clear from them! Please see these photos for proof!

They were flexible with scheduling, right on time and very understanding! Price is great and the 3 people who came in to clean were respectful, hard working and quick! My house looks and smells amazing. So excited I found them and I look forward to having them come back for regular cleanings. Highly recommend!!

Was looking for someone to do a move in/move out cleaning on the weekend! Thankfully, these guys answered back my yelp message request in the evening and were readily available to clean the next day on early Saturday. They communicated great through text and voice call before and after the cleaning. They gave me an estimate and the total cost did come around to that accurately! They brought 2 cleaners (helps that one guy was REALLY tall) that took 3 hours on my 1800 sq ft house. They did a quality job cleaning, even my stove & fridge, as they paid attention to details (even making sure my windows & shades were properly cleaned). After the job was completed, they gave me a walkthrough of every single room and closet of the job they did. They were straight to the point, polite, and left the place spotless & smelling amazingly clean too!

We needed a cleaner for a move out cleaning of a rental home. CM-Cleaning was very responsive and worked hard to fit us in within our limited and short time frame. Very professional company. Quote was very good. Although our landlord ended up handling the cleaning and we didn't get the chance to use CM-Cleaning, their responsiveness was what impressed me. We moved out of state but if we stayed, we would have used them.
The team did a fantastic job. They are very professional and thorough! Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for one.

I did a quote search on yelp for move in cleaning and chose CM based on responsiveness and price. For a move in clean of empty house. I added grout/tile cleaning. They stayed until work was complete and house looks great.

We are so impressed with this company and their crew! The job they did was more than we expected -- so thorough. Their attention to detail is amazing -- and their customer service is outstanding. Happier than we imagined with the meticulous cleaning job they did. Please call them if you need this service; they deserve to continue in business.
