We certainly believe in supporting family owned businesses. In doing so we selected J's Residential Cleaning Services to do carpet cleaning.

I must say they provided EXCEPTIONAL service, arrived early, were welcoming & jumped right in leaving us with the best carpet cleaning service.

The first time I used this company was about 3 years ago. My dog pooped all over my apartment because of fireworks. It was 4th of July, and I was calling people off Google. No one would come & then this amazing company agreed to come! My carpets came out amazing, you would never know my dog destroyed it hours earlier.

The next time I used them was to clean my apartment, because I was moving out. I was able to give my list of requirements the complex gave. They did such a fantastic job that I got my deposit back.

The experiences I had with them are amazing & consistent (they deliver quality service every time) that I won't use anyone else. Anytime I need professional cleaning for my apartment/home (I'm renting) I will only use them! I sent them to my mom when she asked for a recommendation, that is how amazing they are!

They are an awesome family owned business, who are just really cool people, so caring, honest, and their prices are great!

I was shocked to see there cleaning service had 5 stars,  In October of 2022.  I had them come out and give me quote for my home in North Phoenix.  (2) people showed both oweners and looked at the home and gave a price for cleaning 10 days prior to needed them.  I hired them to clean on  Friday-October 21, 2022.  Waited for over hour they did not show so we called them, there were running late cleaning another home.  Then called again over hour later, we left the home on lockbox.  They still were not there they were no eating lunch.  When they did show up they told me the home was way worse then the remember and did have time to clean it.  They were leaving and tell me I would be happy with the job they had time to do that day.  I told them we had people moving on 10-23-2022 ( Sunday).  They said it needed a deep clean, I told them to just leave was not fair.  They should give a price and if it increase so be it, put don't leave I need the home cleaned.  They could even do that they had to go to the truck to look and see how much  they charge andif and when they could complete the job since it was to much for that day.  Then I text her saying-- What--- I was going to leave a bad review and make sure to let people know you treat your hired customers.  She told me I better not due this and gave me warning.  I told her to leave the home, lock it up and leave immedately.  I was calling the police if she did not leave my home .  I said you can just show late and then   rip people off like this.  Never ever would I use them.  I asked them to speak to superivsor they told me no they were the owners.  Hard to believe this!!  Beware !!   (5) star can not be true for the cleanning crew.  Warning -This could be you.

I needed someone at the last minute before my daughter and her roommate moved in to their 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Surprise AZ.  Jerri and Sandra did an amazing job! The price was a little high, but they were willing to come out and move their other appointments to get the my daughters apartment done.

Amazing service for a reasonable cost. Nice and professional with a touch of humor :) I highly recommend this company and will consider them for a monthly cleaning service in our new home in Surprise. :)

Jerri, Sandra & Ted are amazing people! They work with your specific needs and are fair, honest & hard-working. Our carpets in our "new-to-us" house turned out great after the cleaning. The previous owners had spilled food and makeup in a room, and 99% of the stains are gone. It was the makeup that left a bit of a stain, but not their fault, it's makeup with dye. Our "new-to-us" house needed a good once over before we moved in and after they came to clean, I felt so much better about moving in.  They did a great job & I will be using them again & again! Remember, expect what you pay for. You pay for quality services & that's what you get from this team.

Jerri and Sandra did an amazing job on my house. It feels so wonderful to sit back and enjoy my clean house. They worked fast and efficiently. Even after a long, hot day, they were pleasant and a joy to visit with. I highly recommend them.

Been using them for Years and never am I disappointed. Best carpet cleaning/house cleaning in the Valley! Always professional and always get my kids stains out of the carpets! Stop scrolling and just CALL them today!

Hands down BEST cleaning company ever! We got new tile installed over two years ago. We have grandkids, pets and do lots of entertaining, needless to say our grout was looking horrible in some areas. Called J's and they fit us in and our tile and grout look brand spanking new again! I expected clean but they literally went above and beyond what I was expecting and did a FANTASTIC job. I'm loving my new tile all over again!! Best thing is they are professional, personable and all around great people. They have a customer for life!

Utilized these folks again as I did the last two times. Since I physically moved away from Phoenix already, I needed someone I could trust to clean my lingering apartment back in Phoenix so that it's "lease-ready" for the next tenant. That's J's Residential Cleaning Services, no other group I'd trust to clean in the area!

So, I'm on this business trip right now to Hong Kong/China, which means that my internet connectivity is severely limited. Also, due to timezones, I'm unable to actually call J's unless I stayed up into the wee hours here. Bleh!

Wife was incredibly helpful and engaged J's on my behalf and scheduled with Aura Apartments to have the cleaners show up within a certain date / certain time. They showed up, leasing agents let them in, and from what I gather, it was a wonderful success, they were in and out in under an hour!

It is a shame that I can't bring J's over to California, as I'd trust them over any other cleaning group I've used, and I've lived all over the USA so far in my short life.

Trust J's, they'll take good care of you and your home :)

Other remarks:
- They use some really cool cleaning solution that gets all that grime off of a gas or electric stove top (you know, when you spill something and don't bother to clean that up? SOMEONE has to clean that!)

- They do something really cool with the air refresher after they finish a job. I won't share the secret online, but trust me, it has a lasting effect. I'll leave it up to J's if they want to share it.

- They work REALLY fast.

- They clean places you wouldn't even think about it. Like for instance, doors. Ever pushed a door open without using the doorknob? How about a greasy hand because you just grabbed a greasy cookie from the kitchen and you were too lazy to wash your hands first? We've all done it, you know what I'm talking about!

- They do something cool with the toilets when they're done cleaning them, to give the bathroom a "new" feel.

- Reasonable pricing, contact them directly! Use the good ol' phone.

We moved in to a new house and tile was filthy. J's residential cleaning gave us a great quote and we had the floors cleaned. I'm absolutely in disbelief that this was the original color of my tile. House looks much cleaning and neat now. Also, because all past odors have been washed away, my dog isn't trying to mark every location anymore.

I have used Jeri and Sandra for almost 4 years now. In that time, I have had monthly cleaning visits, carpet cleaning, and white glove move outs. I have always been extremely satisfied with their services. They even travel nearly 65 miles to comes to my house. Aside from their professional services, both Jeri and Sandra are extremely nice, hilarious, and I always feel safe having them in my home. As long as I am in the Phoenix area, I will use their services.

They did a great job, carpets are fresh and look amazing and they even used those nice corner guards that keep the hoses from rubbing as they turn corners.  Price was very reasonable. Will definitely call again. :-)

They cleaned the carpet in my house and my parents and did an outstanding job! The carpet looks and feels great! I have a dog and they were able to treat a couple problem areas with ease! They also cleaned the carpet on the stairs and it looks great! They are so friendly and are willing to work with your schedule. I have come to them twice now for help with my carpeting and they do an amazing job each time! Definitely recommend them!

Jerry and Sandra did a fantastic post move-out cleaning job of a trashed rental home for me. They removed a wallpaper border that was bleeding purple into the walls, cleaned greasy, filthy walls and baseboards, windows (including the tracks) and filthy, caked on dust blinds as well as the usual cleaning jobs of kitchen and bathrooms. In the kitchen, they pulled out the stove and cleaned the sides as well as the top and front which had years of built up grease, sink, microwave and fridge.  Not cheap but fair price for what needed to be done.  Will definitely call again for my next vacant rental.

I am giving this review one star out of five stars as the company is unprofessional and did a very poor job of cleaning my apartment. I did a consult with Jerri and her husband. I purchased their cleaning service and their professional carpet cleaning. I would like to say this is a 100% honest review. Therefore, what was done right will be stated here and what was not will also be stated. The carpet cleaning was great! I was very impressed. The apartment cleaning was very poor. I cleaned the apartment before handing it off. The cleaner did a great job with the air intake vent grate; it was cleaned well. The interior windows, toilets and ceiling fans were also cleaned. However, everything else was left dirty. The washer and dryer were not wiped off. The appliances were not cleaned. There was dirt and grime left on the base boards, walls, the microwave, oven etc. None of the drawers or cabinets were wiped out. The tub/showers had caked on shampoo and were left dirty. I had to spend several hours cleaning the apartment before I turned in my keys. I am out a $380.00 cleaning fee. After discussing this and sending Jerri pictures to review. She sent me her own pictures, which were from far away, without resolution to see up close in very poor lighting. Her final response was a refund would not be issued. She offered no resolution, did not even offer to come down. Her final text was in response to me stating I would be writing a review about the poor cleaning job and she stated, "that is just great I am pissed off." Jerri lacks professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact I hope the BBB investigates. I hope this review spares someone from making the mistake that I did in hiring this company. I am beyond disappointed.

I was looking for a cleaning service to come to my parents home very last minute in preparation for a party (long story with why it was needed last minute...), but Jerri came through. I reached out for a quote and Jerri called me right away to set up time to see the house for a cleaning and also for the deep tile cleaning (which her husband manages). Long story short Jerri and her team got the job done quickly and throughly. Super professional. Really pleased all around.

Great customer service, excellent work, and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend them! I only wish I could bring them to the Bay Area with me.

J's Residential Cleaning Service is great because they quote really good prices, but also do great work. They are the most efficient cleaning service I have used. Also, the carpet cleaning side of the business got the really bad pet stains out of my carpet and it look like and smells like new carpet. I recommend this company to anyone looking for cleaning and/or carpet services. Their years of experience show through in their work and it's much appreciated.

Jerri and her team are awesome. We had a big party planned and needed to have the house cleaned. They came by the house to give us a reasonable quote. The day they cleaned they showed up on time and were very professional. My mom was home the day that they cleaned and she kept raving about how friendly and great they were. Everything that they cleaned was spotless. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ted & Jerri got us in when we needed it.  They took great care it checking for stains and getting the job done right.  The cost was very reasonable.  They put corner protectors in make sure they don't get scuffed and are such super nice people.  So happy with the results!

Saved my life!  I received keys at 1pm on a Friday for a 2,000 square foot home I will be renting for the next 2 years.  The previous tenant left the home unclean.  I had movers scheduled and had planned to move in at 1pm Saturday.  I reached out to several companies on Yelp to assist with home clean up.  J's called me immediately, went to the home, prepared a quote and started the job.  They remained at the home cleaning until 9:30pm and it was 111 degrees that day.  They also offered carpet cleaning which was complete in time for me to move furniture in the next day on clean/dry carpet.  The appliances and bathrooms were sparkling clean when I arrived.  They were efficient and thorough.  I can't say enough about how happy I was with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.  Thank you to everyone at J's for doing such a great job for me!
