Horrible service. Had this company over to my home once, they did a good job, arranged. Weekly schedule that was supposed to start yesterday and the cleaner (Amy) bailed, didn't respond to multiple attempts to reach out and figure out what was going on. Now I'm back to the drawing board of trying to find a maid and have guests coming this week with a dirty house she was supposed to clean. Not so much as a call to reschedule or cancel, and no responses to apologize or make things right even though I have texted and called multiple times.

This team does a great job, happy with the service they provide! Always on time and communicates well.

Arrived right on time--super satisfied!  Very polite and professional-- went above and beyond what they were hired to do.  Highly recommend!

Easy to schedule. Confirmed the day before. Showed up on time and completed everything I was needing done in the time that was quoted. No chemical smells and safe products for my kids and animals. I'll be posting their business cards on our community board :)

Eli made our house look and smell brand new. She came over to take a look at the house before she gave me a quote. Her quote took into account that I would have a deep clean done before she started. Well the "deep clean" was very sub standard so I was already planning to bump up what I paid her. She showed up on time with all her own gear and immediately got started. When she was done she mentioned the fact that a "deep clean" had not been done - good eyes!! - so the cost went up $15.  Based on the shine and orderliness of everything, I gladly threw in another $35!! She is scheduled biweekly now.  Phew! I can have guests now!! Woo hoo!

I was very pleased with Brennan & Co.  The 2 ladies showed up at the arranged time, they cleaned the house in a proficient manner and we are looking forward to their continued cleaning each month.

Very disappointed. Returned home to 6 damaged items from blatant rough housing and rushing including broken items, gash in wall, two instances of significantly  scraped furniture. Some of which were "hidden" strangely, none were reported. Furniture was all crooked, valances left every which way (however vacuum attachment must have left them), shower heads changed and facing OUT of shower (found that out the hard way), lights unplugged, stereo settings changed, child safety outlets removed, two pieces of mysterious broken glass found on floor. I understand that things happen but all together this is a bit much!

Happy Maids did an excellent job of cleaning. The team worked hard. Thank you very much for your help
