Amy from Desert Clover Cleaning has been cleaning my house for a few weeks now. She consistently cleans everything that is agreed upon. My bathroom has never been cleaner! Eli made our house look and smell brand new. She came over to take a look at the house before she gave me a quote. Her quote took into account that I would have a deep clean done before she started. Well the "deep clean" was very sub standard so I was already planning to bump up what I paid her. She showed up on time with all her own gear and immediately got started. When she was done she mentioned the fact that a "deep clean" had not been done - good eyes!! - so the cost went up $15.  Based on the shine and orderliness of everything, I gladly threw in another $35!! She is scheduled biweekly now.  Phew! I can have guests now!! Woo hoo!

Did a great job and were very friendly and easy to talk to. They are ok with animals being out and about in the house, seemed very trustworthy and we have them coming back in 1 week.

I have moved several times over the last couple of years, and in an effort to make sure I get my deposit back I hire cleaning services.  I initially called Merry Maids, but the quote they gave me was extremely expensive (over $300) so I randomly called Heavenly Scent after picking from a list on a google search.  The quote I got for 3 hours was $160 which seemed great for a full service job.  

Both ladies were extremely friendly and did a great job.  As a single guy I must admit the place was in pretty bad shape but when the were done it was cleaner than the day that I moved in.

I have been talking back and forth with this company about coming to clean my house for awhile now. It was all set for them to come the day before a party I was having. I had asked if they can clean everything that was offered standard except the bedrooms. There was a misunderstanding and they thought they were only coming to clean the bathrooms and when I corrected it they asked to come the day of the party in the morning. I was fine with it as long as they were done by 2pm the latest. That's when they stopped messaging altogether and would only read my messages. I even called and got no answer. I didn't have enough time to look for someone else to come clean. This is the most unprofessional and very irresponsible thing to do as a company. If they would have responded to I probably could have found someone else to do the job.
