These guys are great to work with.  I stopped in and they answered all of my questions, didn't feel rushed at all.  Also responsive by phone and also to changes to my order (said no problem up to a week before install).  They are busy but only a few weeks out when I scheduled.  I had their concrete guy pour a foundation for my shed, which is more expensive than the wood foundation.  He did a great job but if you're on a tight schedule I might recommend someone else.  You can make lots of customizations and the build quality is great.

They installed a pavers patio, turf, and built in grill for me. It's still a bit hot outside but I've used the outdoor grill a few times and it is absolutely my favorite part of my new yard.

Russ installed a stair railing that had been removed during a flooring project.  It was the type of small job that many contractors don't want to tackle.  Russ's estimate was in line with others and I chose him largely based on other Yelp reviews.  I was not disappointed.  Rather than purchasing or building new railings, Russ examined the original and said that I could save money by reusing what I had.  He worked over 2 days and was very detailed.  There were a couple of decisions to be made and he shared different options for me to consider (without changing he estimate).  It's obvious that he stands by his work which drives him to do a quality job the first time.  I've got a couple of other home projects on the horizon and he will be my first call.  Highly recommend him.

I hired Block More to build a decorative block wall for a mid-century modern block and steel carport project.  It involved incorporating decorative breeze block with plain CMU.  They showed up as scheduled, completed the job as promised.  The owner Todd, was on site for the majority of the work, constantly checking for plumb and level.  The workmanship was impeccable.  We ran into an unexpected issue that was stressful and took a few hours to resolve.  Todd maintained his sense of humor and determination to get around it.  The work and the crew was beyond expectations.  Highly recommend!

I have nothing but sincerely positive things to say about Borders & Beyond. They made us love our yard again (yay!). They installed artificial turf with paver border, several shrubs, trees, and gravel for us. Erik is the best landscaper that we've worked with - super nice, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and made very helpful recommendations - just really great to work with and he has excellent suggestions, creative ideas. His crew was amazing as well - excellent work, on time, efficient, experienced, and tireless workers.  We've worked with several other landscapers over the years and this was truly a great experience from all aspects of initial contact (through their website), quote, and installation/completion. A&A Masonry did an amazing job repairing my pony wall. The work was done well. They were prompt for the job and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was complete. Highly recommend!

This place has everything you need to build an amazing backyard. We all had such a great time looking around. The staff is very knowledgeable about all sorts of things. The selection of vegetation is immense and almost overwhelming. All the plants inside looked happy and healthy. I'm not an experienced plant person but I was not overwhelmed because they were there to help.

Juan is responsive and did a good job on my yard without any direction from me in person.  We only exchanged photos and texts.  He completed work on time for a fair price in this market.

Just want to say I rarely yelp but Rick was amazing and his professionalism shouldn't go unnoticed. I am a relatively new homeowner with minimal experience when it comes to foundation issues. Rick assured us our problems were more or less natural from settling, especially since several of our neighbors flood irrigate. Even though we were told that these issues were nothing major he still checked the leveling to verify. He was also able to refer us to a colleague of his to seal the foundation. Overall, Rick is a very nice guy that is knowledgeable and ethical. I would recommend him to a friend and definitely do business with him again.
