We had a wonderful install that transformed our pool area and I had a four hole putting green installed and a belt area for lounging and recreating.  The biggest downfall in my golf game has been the short chip, now I am so confident to step up first during a scramble to lead the way.  No doubt same with my putting.  I feel we live in a resort.  A few months after install one of the cups pulled out after a rainstorm.  Chris the owner came out on a weekend and replaced even though this wasn't under warranty.  I like how the installers listened to me and how well they took care of the yard and were articulate in their installation.  What a great team!  Highly recommended!  Thank you Pat for answering all my texts, you totally understood my concerns and vision, the end result better than expected!

Called on Saturday because my landscaping drips would not turn off. Nick was out of town but still answered. Walked me thru turning them off. Said he would come out Tuesday and fix the valve. On Monday I texted him to ask for his ETA for Tuesday because now the bad valve was leaking. Told me 0630 AM. Came home from work Monday and it was already fixed. Great Service only 1 thing...the way I knew it was fixed was from the email invoice I happened to see at 7pm. Don't get me wrong I appreciate Nick's responsiveness.  He did a great job. Would have liked a heads up we fixed it already, but again if I ever need something THE WATER GUY is my go to guy. Only cost 175.00 to come out and replace the bad valve. I was expecting it to cost more. So...THE WATER GUY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION....GREAT VALUE FOR MY MONEY...DID A GREAT JOB...VERY PROFESSIONAL...ANSWERED MY CALL ON A SATURDAY EVEN THOUGH HE WAS OUT OF TOWN.

Hired them to put in a fence, masonry and wrought iron. They assisted me in going through several design changes. Gave excellent recommendations.

Response times were not always what I wanted but they always did respond.

The new fence looked so good realized the landscaping needed some help. They came in and cleaned that up as well!

Gorilla Builders built us a 1500sqft detached RV garage.  They did a great job staying within budget, handling all of the permitting.  Timeline was doubled due to lack of trades available, but Jeff communicated well to keep me up to date.  Bob oversaw majority of project and was awesome to work with.  Overall I am very pleased with the end result and was done at a very reasonable price.

I found Barry and Progressive Pavers as a referral from a trusted and higher end pool builder so I was confident going in that he did quality work. We hired him to replace our old cool deck with travertine pavers. He also did a custom fireplace and redid our patio.  His quote was identical to one other paver company but Barry's communication skills/personality in the consultation helped us choose him.
He was good at giving us options and sharing the pros/cons of our different design ideas. He was mindful of cost control and was not in any way trying to upsale us.  He showed up when he said he would and I appreciated how easy it was to reach him via text/phone calls, quite unique compared to most of my contractor experiences. We could tell he was invested in us being happy with the outcome.  
During the project there was one minor miscommunication about what we expected. We were somewhat hesitant to point it out as we knew it would result in some unexpected demo and extra work for his crew.  When we pointed it out we were very impressed how graciously he reacted and agreed to make the corrections, as opposed to complaining or blaming us.   Barry is a pros pro, awesome to work with.
The quality of their work was incredible and we couldn't be happier with the results...its beautiful.
The only minor annoyance was some of his crew washing/cleaning their mortar buckets in my landscape rock leaving them gray and discolored...but honestly this has happened with every single landscaping crew I have ever hired. Barry was apologetic and sent someone back to rake/clean up the mess.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with and would strongly recommend Progressive Pavers

Very Professional and Quality Work !! I called, Carlos came gave me a quote did the job 2 weeks later and very reasonable on the price. The Crew were knowledgeable and didn't need any supervision. They worked together each one knew there job and it was definitely team work at it's best !! I would definitely use them again without hesitation. Juan and his team did a great job on our front yard.  He worked with us while we waited on our HOA to approve our new front yard. The process, once the HOA gave us the go ahead, was super easy and fast.  He had the old yard removed, and the start of the new yard in the first day!  Rain did delay, but that's to be expected.  Our new front yard is beautiful, we've had so many compliments from our neighbors. Miranda in the office was on top of the quote request, scheduling and awesome customer service.  Thanks!

Someone recommended this company to us, and we are so glad they did! Jonny Murillo (the owner) and his father Jonathan Murillo came over the same day I called them to talk to us about a project. They were obviously very knowledgeable about construction and repair work that we needed. Jonny got back to us quickly with itemized quotes that seemed very reasonable. They started work on the day agreed, arriving with a crew of three (Jonathan, his brother David, and their friend Daniel). They started work early and powered through the day. They only took breaks because it was 114 degrees, and they were pouring concrete! They were good-natured about everything, very polite and courteous and friendly. We had them do more projects because they were so good, and we got to be friends with them. In case this is an issue with Thumbtack clients, I should say that they all speak perfect English. They were very respectful of our privacy while they worked. They consulted us appropriately with questions and provided us with lots of resources to decide on materials to use. The final bill was about 30% of what we expected to pay for all this work. They aren't ripping anybody off. The work they did was very high quality. The patio, the walls, the benches...it looks like the Ritz Carlton! I can't say enough good things about this company!

Highly recommend! I had a small residential project, needing some concrete removed. Other quotes were 2-4 times as high. Caesar was easy to communicate with and the work was done efficiently and quickly. We also ended up having the team come back to add some rock to our yard and remove a couple other things. I would definitely use them again.

Transplanted 7 saguaros and they've done good over the last five months. Also transplanted a mini pineapple palm which promptly died.  Didn't plant some items that he said he would and never came back to complete the job once paid.

Reliable, economical, and versatile. They have done everything from masonry to landscaping to minor home repairs.Highly recommended.

SFM has been rebuilding my bottom & top patios as well as repainting them & this company has preformed the work well until i arrived to my property covered in dirt, trash and debris that has yet to be cleaned up. Alfonzo is supposed to be the manager or overseeing the work and he's clearly neglected to do so.
This company was also asked to communicate when they would be on the SHARED COMMON area of my home. Instead they invaded the private space of a sexual assault victim with zero care or concern for the well-being and deserved common courtesy when being on the property she OWNS. For the safely of others I'd recommend working with a company that CARES & NOT SFM.

Since leaving this review this company send more workers to my house WITHOUT NOTICE. The job isn't completed and they have damaged items that weren't damaged upon arrival. The excuse given was that the one to oversee the work had covid so he allowed work to continue, things to be damaged, my safely to be threatened & now I'm awaiting for further communication regarding when things will be corrected and communicated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SFM TO ANYONE !!!!

This company has still sent workers to my property UNANNOUNCED, they placed stucco OVER DAMAGE !  
They can not be trusted on your property. If the work isn't being overseen by a homeowner expect SFM TO CUT CORNERS AND NOT PROPERLY FIX the issue.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY  AS WELL AS THE Super intendant Alfonso Salazar. Who clearly does not care about the quality of work being performed

Was disappointed that this business chose to not reply to my requests for a quote to add some height to my backyard wall.  It was set up thru Yelp to send the request to several businesses, but this one chose not to reply.

Took 1,500 dollars from my parents to do a job but every time we try to call always goes voicemail . Worse experience can't trust anyone
