Fast response, my fountain quit Saturday, I called Sunday and they came out Monday morning and fixed it! The two who responded were pleasant, friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job of tearing my heavy concrete fountain down to replace the pump, then putting it back in much better shape than before! It's now level, something it hasn't been for years. I'm very happy, and will call them again when I have any fountain problems! The neighborhood birds and hummingbirds thank them too!

I used Yelps service to find fountain repair and Jared's came up. They messaged right away. Told them what I needed gave me a quote and we agreed on a date for repair. I could not see them for a month due to my schedule. The day before the appointment I received a text making sure it was still good for me. They texted the day of service letting me know they were in the way. That type of communication and professional is pretty much unheard of these days. Sylvester and Ariana were so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. That too is unusual these days. I really can't see how they could receive anything less then a 5 star rating. Our fountain works perfectly. They provided me with great information on how to keep our fountain looking great and in working order. Will definitely use them and recommend them to anyone who needs fountain service. Great job thank you both again.

After two requests for a quote on refinishing my fountain I still never got a single reply through email, text, or call. Not even a simple We cannot do this work. Dead silence. Not professional nor anyone I would depend on for doing work on my home. Please use caution.

They came out and fixed my fountain, within two days. He was honest and reliable, and did the work for far less than another had given me. He also didn't have to replace my pump which the other guy said needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this business

My water feature pump decided to give out after 3 years of constant use, just as I listed my townhouse for sale. I called several companies on Yelp and they responded within 20 min.s, and were able to come out the next day. The pump was replaced and things were up and running in less than an hour! DO NOT HIRE these people!!
They are scammers!! They pretend to be nice and say they have young kids to 'connect' with you but end up doing a horrible job! They try to be nice in the beginning but DEMAND payment almost immediately and at times BEFORE the job is even done! Husband and wife duo who pretend not to speak English but we saw right through them!! It's really unfortunate because we thought they were nice snd genuine but ended up being complete frauds!!

Highest recommendation! This husband and wife team repaired a leak at the base of the fountain, refaced the inner surface of the base, and repaired clogged pump. Prompt, courteous, and very easy to deal with. Our fountain now runs perfectly and looks beautiful.

Very easy to schedule online, arrived exactly on time, completed the job quickly, efficiently, and well, and charged exactly as agreed. We paid when job was completed as would be good business practice. The workers were a husband and wife team who both spoke English and did not try to act otherwise. Courteous, friendly, and good business. Will use again. (The scope of work was to replace a submerged pump, clean, and restart).

They returned my email within minutes and set up an appointment for the next business day. They arrived early and were set to install a new pump that was hardwired to get my fountain operating properly.

Within five minutes they determined the current pump filter was simply clogged and set at a low flow rate. By cleaning and adjusting the pump, the fountain is running better than when it was first installed.

They saved me more than 70% by cleaning the old filter rather than installing a new one I didn't need (but was prepared to pay for.)

Our fountain was out of service for several years. Jared's had good reviews so I decided to call. I was nervous because I've never had anyone come out without getting a referral from someone I know. Arianna returned my call right away. I texted pictures of the fountain and they quoted a reasonable price and were able to come out within a week. We have been using Jared's for nearly three years now to clean our water feature, a waterfall and small pond. They have replaced our 12 yr old pump which had gone completely out, and now come out on a quarterly basis to clean and maintain the waterfall. We asked them to come out and fix our fountain. For $480.00 they put in a new pump and fixed the rest with tape. They threw some gummy glue in on some leaks and called it good. The top of pump is still broken, the fountain still leaks and they want another $120.00 to come back out.

The staff is very friendly and fixed my fountain without any problems, and were very fast. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because the fountain broke 2 days later and they said they'd have to change the pump out which would be somewhere around $400. We found the pump at Home Depot for $45 and swapped it out ourselves, so I'm disappointed that someone tried to WAY take advantage of the situation for me. I'd recommend them for light repairs but be careful of getting a new pump.

I've had Sylvestre come out twice now. Once to thoroughly clean my rockfall w/ pond water feature (including filter) and once to replace the failed circulation pump.

There are not many people who do this sort of work in the Valley... Lot of people will build/install various sorts of water features, but very few people are willing to repair them and fewer of them will reliably return calls in a timely fashion.

In both cases Ariana responded within hours of my contacting them via Yelp.

For the cleaning, they came to check-out the pond and give me a quote and then offered to do the job right then and there as they had the time.

For the pump replacement, Sylvestre came out by himself, but needed to source the replacement. He found one the same day and came out early the next morning to do the replacement.

In both cases, they arrived exactly on time.

The work was completed quickly and competently for a reasonable cost.

I would heartily recommend them for your water feature maintenance needs.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! Ariana was so professional and easy to work with. I texted her a pic of my fountain that required maintenance. She had a very reasonable quote within seconds texted to me. Scheduling was hassle-free as well. They texted when they were on their way and they showed up within the time frame promised. Update 9/26/2017 - These guys continue to amaze me with their exceptional customer service. We were having problems with the fountain again and they offered to stop by when they were in the area. Turns out, it was an easy fix, but they still spent 30-40 minutes at the house and even sent me a video of the issue and repairs since I was at work. When I offered to pay them, they responded that there was no charge.

Honestly, you don't find businesses that operate with this kind of integrity and honesty anymore. These guys are awesome and I will never use anybody else!

I had a great experience from scheduling to the work being performed. I've learned that someone who even answers the phone is a win in the home services industry. I've had way more trouble ordering takeout than I did getting the fountain that was sold as-is running again. Like any service industry, you're not just paying for the time, but the time it took to learn how to do it. I'll update if there are any problems, but I'm very satisfied with the experience and I'd recommend them to anyone with a water feature that could be restored to glory with some new parts and love. Had Sylvester and his wife Ariana repair our Fountain today.
Pretty good size fountain at 6 ft. Tall.
It was a mess.Pump bad.Water leaking from inlet and was not
Level at all and very dirty.
He returned my call very fast was at our house in a couple hours and on time. Yes. Same day!
They returned and started to work even with a light rain they did not stop.
Pricing was very reasonable and they are just very nice people to work with.
Glad I found them on Yelp.
To many large Companies over charging because of there overhead.
I would give them a 10 star,if I could.

Super job! Sylvester and Ariana replaced the pump and float in our fountain, which is at least 30 years old and hadn't operated in years. It was also leaking like a sieve around the base and Sylvester repaired it by brushing on several coats of an elastic-type coating. Sylvester spent some time checking out the electrical connections and the existing timer. When they finished, they said if I had any problems, they'd be right out to take care of it and I believe them. They also gave me a lot of good advice about caring for our fountain now that it's up and running. They were punctual, super nice, and it's obvious they care about their work and their customers. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. They also clean and maintain fountains on a regular basis.

I like to have my water fountain cleaned every fall before refilling. I usually have trouble getting someone to do it in a timely and reasonable fashion. One place told me 3 weeks just to give me an estimate. Google search found this mom and pop operation. I called and got an estimate by providing pictures via email and they came out the same day! They were both very nice people. I talked to the wife while the husband worked on the fountain. She was very knowledgeable about fountains and the business and she told me how much pride her husband takes in his work. Well, it certainly shows! My fountain is sparkling clean now and I can enjoy it! I would highly recommend Jared's Fountain Repair!

Our fountain had a leak & needed refinished. I got 3 quotes. This was the best & so I went with them. They were here when they said they would be, & they did a great job. They came back & cleaned the fountain after the new surface cured. Our fountain looks beautiful again!

Our fountain is 25 years old and has occasionally stopped running when the motor burns out. It had not been running for over 4 years. My neighbor recently had his fountain repaired and was very happy with the company he used. I had intended to ask him the name of the repair company, but he was out of town when I got around to scheduling the service. I called Jared because they have great reviews on Angie's List. This is literally a mom and pop operation - a husband and wife team. They came out to look at the fountain, determined it needed a new pump, electrical outlet repair and a new leveler (exactly what we had determined needed repair). The bid was $450 and they requested $100 deposit to cover the cost of the materials. They returned on time with the materials. They did a great job! They even cleaned the fountain bowl after finishing the repairs. The repair bill was similar to what we have paid in the past. The fountain looks beautiful again! I am happy to recommend them. Additionally, as they were working on the repairs they asked if my neighbor had recommended them. They had done his repair!
