I woke up this morning to the most awful smell EVER. My son and husband both thought I was crazy but come to find out, the refrigerator had decided to completely die. The things that has defrosted should not ever be defrosted and allowed to become warm (I.e, shrimp, fish, things of this nature).
The first phone call was to the people who had allegedly serviced the fridge before: Accredited Appliance. Considering the woman seemed to have a substantial problem processing what we were saying (I don't mean a language barrier - I mean, an intelligence barrier, and also a lack of general manners), Un-Accredited Appliance could not come until Monday.
Lady, clearly you don't understand the desperation I have. :-)
My husband was not going to do any more searching, so I called a few. Roger was the second or third. He called back within an hour and came over within 2 hours.
Roger is very honest, polite, efficient and gave his real opinion. He serviced the fridge, gave us his honest opinion, would provide a few quotes, and for his trip, repairs and time it was only $135 (including freon).
