Troy was awesome! I had a front porch light that was not working with new bulbs and the lights in my daughters bedroom were flickering like crazy. I expressed I wanted the front porch light to be fixed before Halloween for trick or treaters and Inline was the only company who made themselves available on time. After troubleshooting, Troy informed me of the root causes of the issues, which ended up being super minor solutions! I am so grateful he was honest about it all! Especially since I was so unknowledgeable about what was going on. It ended up saving us so much money. He earned our business for life!
AC Breaker went out ( It's July ). Troy was available same day, was friendly, respectful. Although he didn't think the problem was just the breaker, it turned out the breaker was arcing. Unlike another electrician I spoke with, Inline Electrical Resources did not massively mark up parts. A few hours later, our AC is on, and because of the fair pricing we were able to replace 4 other breakers for the same cost as we were quoted elsewhere for just a single breaker. These were also the same brand / model as the other electrician - so I know they weren't just swapping in cheaper parts.
It seems all the electricians have a pretty standard service charge ( $150-200 ), but it's worth calling a few and asking.
I have some additional work I will send them once the weather cools down. No need to be up in the attic mid july :)

Great experience! I just bought a brand new range, but when it finally arrived, I was frustrated to learn that I wouldn't be able to use it until I got a range outlet installed. I requested a quote from a few places and Troy was able to come out the same day.
He took a thorough look and broke down his quote for me. When I was able to find some parts online at a cheaper price than he mentioned, he lowered his quote accordingly.
This is when he went above and beyond! He saw that I was very frustrated with the delays getting my range (not his fault of course) and offered to go out and get the parts and install it right then! I'm very pleased and grateful, and will definitely be keeping them in mind for future projects.
Troy and his staff are outstanding. They definitely went above and beyond to solve my electrical problems. I got in in touch with him and by that afternoon he was at the house troubleshooting the issue. I ended up needed an entire new panel which involves getting SRP as well as city permits to install. He and his staff worked on getting that done and I had a new panel and electricity restored as quick as possible. Troy does everything to keep you informed on what's going on and shows up exactly when he says he will. Unfortunately this seems to be a rare quality these days and I truly appreciate everything he did to get my electricity back on
Troy showed up within an hour of calling and went above and beyond to repair some electric and install a ceiling fan. Great guy who is knowledgeable and all at an affordable price. Would recommend 10 times out of 10.
Troy took the time to answer a number of questions I had about a potential installation job and ultimately recommended a more economical way to accomplish my project without using him for a complicated wiring job. Troy was very knowledgable and responded promptly. I really appreciated his honesty and valuable advice. I will definitely be using Inline for my next home electric project.
I had a heck of a time trying to schedule an electrician to install a new chandelier until I called In-line. Troy scheduled me quickly, gave me a good rate, and his technician Jesse did the job quickly with no issues. Jesse was also super courteousness made sure to wear a mask and offered to clean everything. I will definitely be using them for all my electrical work from now on. Highly recommend.
