ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

My name is Jason Bottorff,
I have been an Electrician for 25 years.
I became interested and started electrical work when I was 16 years old. I really enjoyed making customers happy and the challenge of solving electrical problems. I decided that it was definitely the career for me. I attended a four year IECA electrical program and graduated in 2002.
My wife and I started J and M Repairs in 2004.
Maria and I have maintained a high customer satisfaction rating and take pride in the work that our company provides. We are your electrical technicians that specialize in lighting, lighting design, ceiling fans and electrical installations. We understand that your home is your biggest investment and we go to great lengths to provide proper care of your home. We make sure that we keep a clean working area. We lay down drop cloths and clean up the job site. All of our technicians are background checked. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. We are here to help with your electrical project.

I recently purchased a fan from Lowe's-Tempe via online. During that process, I had requested to have installation (via Handy Service/contractor). That put me in contact with J & M Repairs. A gentleman by the name of Jason contacted me on Sunday to schedule service, which ended up being 4/20. He was very kind and I was surprised that he contacted me on a weekend, which was nice. Day of installation, the electrician, Narciso arrived a little bit earlier than the schedule timeframe. Once he was finished, he advised me of the features and operations. He was professional, friendly and courteous. In addition, he practiced Covid precautions by wearing a mask and kept his distance as appropriate. I would definitely recommend this company for just their customer service. I honestly can't judge their pricing since it was paid through Lowe's, but I'm sure they are comparable. I plan on keeping their business card and will seek them out for any additional services they could provide in the future. Thank you.

I purchased a ceiling fan from Lowe's and J and M Repairs did the installation. The electrician, Javin and his crew installed and balanced my fan. Super neat, efficient and professional. I've been on enough job sites to recognize the meticulous attention to detail. Thanks for a great job well done.

We used J and M Repairs last year to add an outdoor electrical outlet and to move two junction boxes in the ceiling and they did a great job. Excellent work at a very fair price. I highly recommend them.
