Absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately the builder screwed up our grout and we had soft grout and we had patches that had come out along with some shotty DIY repairs I had tried to do myself. I have nothing but great things to say about the owner, Josh, and his employees. They worked their a**** off and I look like I have brand new flooring and a brand new tile shower. They were also very reasonably priced. I am beyond thrilled and recommend them to anyone for their tile and grout needs!

The owner was quick to respond and come give us a quote on tile cleaning. He gave us a few options and even recommended a different cleaning solution for mopping our floors to try out first. I would definitely recommend his company and use it in the future!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The owner was very responsive to my first inquiry. He came out to provide a quote shortly after our phone call. He arrived on time and provided a reasonable price. Unlike other companies who offer this service, he was able to address some missing grout.

On the day of service, his men arrived precisely on time. They were professional and respectful and worked efficiently throughout the job. Before starting, they took the time to help me find a perfect sealant color.

Josh and his team, (Jorge led) an exceptionally well run clean up and grout repair/overhaul of my parents entire living space /front entry. Saltillo tile is def beautiful but not easy to take care of and the grout over the years shows it's wear! After 25+ years their tile looked like no one had cared for it - now? It looks brand new! Josh Parkhouse's team recently restored our outside Saltillo, front and back, and refinished a section of Saltillo inside that had been added when we remodeled, but never matched in color or sheen. It all looks beautiful!

The job was a long time coming. We have a tree we love in our backyard called  Cascalote. It has beautiful little orchid-like yellow flowers from fall to spring. It never occurred to me that the flowers would be falling when Josh was due to refinish the tile - just before our annual Thanksgiving dinner outside with the whole family. So we pushed back the date. Then the pods arrived, long pods hanging precariously from the tree and looking as if they were going to drop any minute. Fortunately, I did some homework, and found that we were safe until June.

Josh was so polite and flexible through these months (and had plenty of work, so the real problem was going to be fitting me back into the schedule), and finally it happened!

Most of the Saltillo was 35 years old and looked it. We had refinished the inside when we bought the house five years ago, but the patios were in sad shape. I didn't watch the entire process, but it involved a very thorough cleaning, replacement of cracked tiles, filling in of pits, some staining, fresh grout, and coats of finish. There is a lot of hand work to this process, and it takes a careful and artistic eye. Josh has a Saltillo specialist, Sergio, who is brilliant!

When the crew was finished, all three spaces looked beautiful! We had to stay off the Saltillo for 24 hours, and that meant my husband and I were going to have to put all the pots and furniture back on both patios.

Josh called last Friday to check on the job, and I told him we were very pleased, but dreading putting everything back. He knew we had an event on Tuesday, and would be using the patio. Our run-through is today (Monday). Well, guess what? Josh let me know this morning that he would be over in the afternoon (on a Sunday!) to put everything back. I figured I would help him.

Good as his word, at 5:00 he arrived with his whole family! He and his wife had been helping a parent move. The three kids got out of the car and waited patiently while their mom and dad put everything back exactly as I wanted it. We had a little visit, met the kitties, and they were on their way.

Very responsive to all questions from first call to last cleanup.  I made four calls for estimates on my job, two were answered and two never responded.  Desert Tile answered, came out and gave me a bid, the other company gave me a bid via text.  Prices were comparable so I chose Desert due to Josh's response.
The work crew was on time, professional and did an amazing job.  We had our whole house tile floor done and it truly looks like a new floor.  Josh told me it would look this great but he is a salesman, an honest one apparently.  
Saul was the foreman on our job and went out of his way to answer all of my husband's questions.

This company and how they went about their business of following through to get the job done right is why I finally signed up on Yelp - so I could share how pleased we were with Josh's commitment to customer service and dealing with a job that didn't appear to be his issue (coating peeled prematurely on an outdoor slate clean and reseal) done late spring.  Josh showed up, took care of the issue with no complaints even though it cost him a good portion of his Saturday.  Results look terrific and it is really great to work with service providers that not only know what they are doing, but have utmost integrity.

Just moved into a home that had flooring from the nineties. Kinda looked like the previous owners sealed over dirty floors, it was nasty. This was way beyond what I could do to fix it. Started doing my research and found Josh's company. This was one of the better things I've done lately. His team was able to take our combination slate and slate-look tile and bring it back to near original condition. His guys replaced some loose grout that had loosened due to common minor foundation cracks and it's darn close to the original color, 26 years old and they found a very close match. Josh's team also helped move some furniture out to our patio, so the rooms were completely empty, that was greatly appreciated. We've already had friends and family ask when did we get the new flooring. It's that dramatic of a change. For what you'll get in tile/stone cleaning, Josh's prices are very fair. Just make the call, you won't be disappointed.

These guys are amazing!  The owner Josh (great name by the way) was very professional and responsive. The floors look brand new!  I would highly recommend them for all your tile cleaning and grout sealing needs. They even replaced a few cracked tiles we had for a reasonable charge.

I was told I would get professional tile cleaning, color seal for the grout and free shower pan cleaning for $100.

The guy stepped foot in my apartment at 1:35pm with his bucket and mop and was gone BY 2:00pm

No color seal grout and all they did was mop with "high acidic cleaner". They spent 5 minutes filling their buckets with water and about 15 minutes "cleaning" with the same equipment a maid cleaning service would use. Gloves, mop, and green scrubbing sponge.

And to top it all off...the guy had the audacity to ask "$200". $200!!!!!!! For 15 minutes for mopping. Are you kidding me???????

I gave him $100 (which by the way i didn't get what I was promised) and booted them out the door. I shouldn't have gave more than $40.

Ridiculous scam business. I feel like I just got pranked.

Clearly it all depends on the works that show up. This guy had his brother in the car with him and that seemed to be a larger priority to him.

Now they are claiming I showed up 30 minutes late and was acting suspicious. This is amazing. The owner privately emailed me and threatened to tell yelp about my business practices.

I'll be happy to share with Yelp the call of the driver coming to my apartment and asking where to park and me coming out to show him. So how could I have been 30 minutes late?????

Your workers are lying to you. No one kicked out anyone in the middle of a job. Who would do that? What would be the point of that? I actually told them that I was going to step out of the house so they could finish and that I would be back in 30 minutes. They replied with "were almost done anyways".

This is terrible look for you as an owner. Terrible.

Was super interested in this, until I learned how much they wanted to charge. I wanted to spend around $500 bucks to clean 1500 SQ FT of 20 inch tile and grout. If they polished tiles , cleaned grout, sealed their tile - I would have paid more. But I don't see any reason to spend around $3,000 on getting my tile polished.

Technically, it's correct that we never spoke. But, factually it's incorrect. I had Maria W call for me - based on a few good online Yelp reviews, and she was quoted absurd dollar amounts to clean some tile, on a house our client is selling.

Are you stating you only clean grout, and don't leave the tile floor shiny? That strikes me as half a job

Josh and his crew are top notch!  We had mismatched, dirty looking grout and tile in a new home we purchased.  Josh was on time, friendly and professional when he came out to do an estimate.  We scheduled a time for his crew to come out (the very same week) and they arrived on time and were also very professional.  Jorge showed us a variety of grout colors to choose from while the rest of the crew carefully moved our furniture and even took pictures so they could put it back exactly where it was when they were done.  They finished right on time and Jorge texted me pictures of the completed job when they were done.  The difference from before and after was night and day!  We keep staring at it and can't get over how good it looks.  We would highly recommend using Desert Tile for making your tile look like new. Desert Tile and Grout is an awesome company. We worked with Josh - he is personable, accessible, and honest almost to a fault. Most of our flooring is travertine so we had them out to clean and color seal the tile. Oh my gosh, it looks so much better! We're a family of five, six if you include the dog, so our floors take a daily beating. The team he sent out to work on our floors was probably the best crew of workers we've ever had in our home (Especially Adrian!) They were SO friendly, courteous, accommodating, and most importantly they did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with the work done or with the customer service. Highly recommend!

Desert Tile & Grout knocked it out of the park! We could not be more pleased with the end result. We recently bought a new to us home with beautiful tile but grout that had never been sealed and was nearly black due to age and dirt. These guys made it look brand new! Dan, the owner is fantastic to work with and his crew is top notch. They showed up a bit early, explained the process, and had me do a walkthrough when they were finished. So happy I found them!

A bottle of cleaner was left out on my marble bathroom floor, which left a chemical ring that would not come out. I received a couple of pricey quotes from other companies but Desert Tile was willing to work with me to do a small job to resolve my issue. They fit me in within 3 days and did an amazing job! Josh helped me schedule the appointment and Todd was the representative who came out to the house. They were both excellent with communications and follow-up, and very professional and friendly. Todd showed up right at the scheduled appointment time and did an exceptional job on my floor. I highly recommend Desert Tile and will absolutely be contacting them again for my floor care needs.

As to Josh's response to my first review, he didn't look at, he only talked about it, having been told by my tenant that his competitor said it was there. He didn't diagnose it himself.  I wanted to see if Josh agreed but he never even looked at it..

As to the sanded grout not taking a seal, he didn't know about that either because he only viewed the tile in one bathroom and only from the door.  He obviously had somewhere else to go that was more important than this small job..

He started calling both my tenant who was at the appointment and me within five minutes of me posting the original review, so he has an alert set to let him know when a review is posted. He asked my tenant if he should call me and she said no but he did anyway. He left a message saying he wanted to "clarify a misunderstanding". I did not take his calls. There was no misunderstanding. He didn't even look at the job!!!!

Josh is just amazing. Excellent customer service and great price. I'd recommend him for your grouts/tile care anyday.

Josh and his crew are outstanding professionals that deliver as promised. We had Desert Tile & Grout out to our home about a year ago and the service technicians he had at the time were sloppy, with a lot of spillage onto the tile from the painting of the grout. I called Josh the owner and explained the situation. He came out to inspect their work, and he she was very unhappy with the results. In fact, Josh stayed work on  the tile floor for half a day trying to correct the situation. Long story short, those original service technicians are no longer with the company. Josh offered to make it right with a free cleaning and grout color and reseal. He he hired three great guys Saul, Damian and Adrian who came in and completed the job quickly and professionally. They did such a great job! Adrian asked me several times if I was happy and satisfied with the result  because he made it clear they weren't leaving until I was completely satisfied. It looks like I have a new floor! If your floor tile and grout is dirty, stained, and ugly hire Desert Tile & Grout. I recommend them without any reservations.

If I could give Desert Tile and Grout 100 stars I would! We had them completely redo the grout on all of our floors and in the master shower today and it looks spectacular! Josh and his team are great. Very professional. Very kind. Very gentle moving furniture. Very patient in placing it back while I measured distances and asked for constant tweaks. I just cannot praise this company enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them and have already referred them to neighbors who saw the before and after! Thank you Josh and team for a fabulous job.

Ah-may-zing!!!! Two years ago we bought a 16 year old existing home that I swear they never ever cleaned the tile floors.  1 year ago we had a company come in and "professionally" clean them.  We would have been better off taking our money and throwing it in the Grand Canyon. We hired Desert Tile & Grout Care as a last resort before I resorted to burning the filthy house down.  They said they could get the floors clean and after cleaning/staining/sealing the grout, it would be clean.  TRUE TO THEIR WORD, IT IS AMAZINGLY CLEAN.  And the grout looks fantastic.  Their technicians are professional, polite, and communicate with you throughout the process making sure you are satisfied as they work. Expectations exceeded!

These guys did an amazing job. I had just bought an investment property with gross disgusting grout. These guys came in cleaned and colorized it. Night and day difference. I think they may even end up using the before and after pictures on their website. Easy to schedule. The owner was a straight shooter. Very happy all the way around. In November, my husband and I decided to get our tile and grout cleaned before the arrival of our first child. I started searching for local businesses and came across Desert Tile. I called and left a message and quickly received a call back from Dan. We made an appointment for him to come by and give us a quote. Dan was wonderful! He was courteous, professional, and hilarious! We really enjoyed talking to him and decided to use his company for the cleaning. On the day of the scheduled service, Josh and George were also courteous and professional. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the results! Desert Tile is a top notch company with very affordable pricing!

My house was built in 1995 and has that lovely, 12" white porcelain tile that just makes you want to cringe and cry over the ugliness. I have no plans to replace the floor any time soon (75% of the house is tile) as it's just my starter home. All the grout had turned a wonderful shade of dark charcoal (originally was off white according to the tile in the closets) and the tile in the kitchen looked like my 4 dogs held a bachelor's party there. No amount of cleaning, steaming, scrubbing had helped before.

So after reading reviews, I decided to give Dan a try. After all, how much worse could it look?!? Holy sugar plum (I said the adult version out loud to Dan), his cleaning supplies and magic scrubber machine made the floors look really good. The kitchen tiles were white again, and with the new grout paint and seal?!?! I was floored, I kept staring at it and saying Holy S*** (which made Dan laugh a bit).

If you need your tile cleaned and grout resealed, call Dan. His prices are very reasonable and he gets the job done very efficiently and as quickly as can be expected.

I want to give a shout out to Josh at Desert Tile & Grout. Our tile grout was in major need of a cleaning. I selected Josh because unlike other tile cleaners, Josh's process includes staining/sealing of the grout, which is really the best way to get it looking brand new again. I got one other quote and although it was cheaper, they were going to do a quick steam clean and couldn't guarantee any results.

Josh was on time for the estimate and took accurate measurements. It was super easy to book the job and he was flexible when we had something come up and had to switch the date of the job. The day of he arrived with a professional crew and made sure that the work was done in a manner that was suitable to our needs.

If you truly want your grout looking new again then call Josh. You can expect to pay $1.00-$1.50 per square foot for this kind of work.

Dan does a great job, every time.

We have used Dan for our business tile cleaning. We have a storefront and a manufacturing shop on the back with a grind room, CNC, welding and automotive repair department so, you can imagine as much as we try to keep up with it, it gets pretty grimy.

Today was our second cleaning, we have them on schedule to come out once a year. I really enjoy the work ethic as not many people live by Dan's standards or ethics these days.
- He was able to get us in NO PROBLEM.
- They were ON TIME.
- The time estimate was accurate, it took 3 hours to clean the interior tile areas.
- The chemicals don't smell horrible
- They do not leave messes to clean up
- They are more than willing to help move furniture if necessary

My wife and I worked with Josh at Desert Tile and Grout Care after being duped by another company and while unfortunately ours is in such disrepair we were unable to get work done, I still want to thank Josh for his outstanding customer service.  Josh was prompt, professional, and more importantly he has integrity.  He refused the job because he didn't feel he could do the work up to standard, and that says a lot.  We had previously worked with another company who over promised and under delivered and that is why we reached out to Desert Tile and Grout Care.  I can only say he is a great representative of the company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Owner arrived exactly on time of scheduled appointment to provide quote and details of proposal to clean and seal our more than 2000 sq ft floor tiles.
After comparing proposals and selecting Desert Tile, the team of 3 showed up at exactly at the time scheduled-- courteous, respectful, and explained everything they were going to do, in keeping with their quotation.  Efficiently when about things, carefully moved furniture, and were very thorough in cleaning and resealing grout.  Moved furniture back to original placement and repeatedly made sure everything was meeting expectations. We never sealed our light colored grout when we built our house, and, over 7 years, it eventually became black. We tried every cleaning product and Pinterest home remedy to no avail. I despised our grout. What to do? Dan to the rescue! He and his assistant arrived promptly, helped move furniture, and worked diligently on hands and knees cleaning and recoloring 900 square feet of grout in only five hours! Our floor looks brand new and is now properly sealed. It looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier!

George and Kim arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned our bathroom grout and stone. They restored it to it's original look. Very happy with results.

Most of my 17-year old home has travertine floors and over the years it had lost its luster and needed cleaning and polishing and some grout repairs. I also had a dozen or so tiles that had developed cracks due to an apparent crack in the underlying concrete slab. In addition, I had travertine in the master bath and shower that needed cleaning and polishing. After speaking with several providers, I selected Desert Tile and Grout Care. Josh who represented the company was straight forward and I felt comfortable they would do a fine job. I had seen reviews that overall were excellent. They were not the low bidder nor were they the high bidder either and I believed they were the best choice. The job was originally scheduled for a couple of weeks out, but several days later Josh let me know they could move it up to the next week due to a delay in a larger job. The crew arrived on time and were very courteous and very professional. Very simply the entire crew was excellent, simply nice guys to be around and have in your home for a few days. Todd was an excellent team leader and he and Jason made the floors look fabulous. Sergio did great at replacing the cracked tiles and Adrian make the bathroom sparkle again. I've had a lot of construction done for me over the years and there is always something when the job is done that needs attention and I have found that responsiveness to solving the problem is the key being a great contractor. Some years ago I had a new home built and at the final closing I gave the contractor a punch list of 109 items that needed attention. I never had to ask the contractor again and all 109 items were fixed within six weeks. He did everything he promised and made everything just right. I was impressed then. When the Desert Tile and Grout Care finished the job I paid the bill. A week or so later I noticed that one of the replacement tiles wasn't quite right. I emailed Josh about the tile. He let me know that he would arrange the replacement and polishing of the tile. The tile was replaced and polished and the entire floor - and the bathroom - all look terrific.  No hassles, Josh just made it happen. He did everything he promised and made everything just right. I was impressed now. If I need my tile repaired or polished or whatever, I would hire Desert Tile and Grout Care again.

Josh and the crew were excellent. Their work produced a night and day difference in my floors. In addition to grout repair and cleaning, they also replaced several cracked tiles of mine and addressed a sub flooring issue I had. They were friendly, professional and on-time. Excellent service and great advice on my travertine pavers. After the first call we had an appointment the next day at 4pm, he showed up promptly and was very honest and personable.

Our standard builder tile was in good shape for being 20+ years old but you would see all the dark brown tic tac toe grout lines from years of use and dirt accumulation. Tried the standard do it yourself grout cleaner from Home Depot but it maybe changed it a shade lighter at most... searched yelp this year and decided to give Desert Tile a try. Dan personable, professional, knowledgeable with grout color sealant samples for us to pick. Timely, friendly and efficient crew arrived at 7:30 done by 11:30. Results were unbelieveable! The standard 12 inch square beige toned builders tile look brand new with the cleaning and new color grout sealant. Very satisfied, highly recommend!

We had Desert Tile & Grout seal and stain our grout this week. They showed up on time and cleaned  the floors before they started the stain and seal process. They moved all of our furniture and other things so we didn't have too. The floors look beautiful. The crew was polite and professional. They got right down to business when they got here.

Dan and his assistant cleaned and sealed approximately 700 sq ft of saltillo tile in my townhome in about 6.5 hrs. I recently bought the townhouse and prior to that I have never had saltillo tile in a home before. They educated me on the tile do's and don'ts. Scheduling them to come out was fast and they were prompt upon arrival. My floors look beautiful!

Dan, the owner and his crew are extremely reliable and prompt to answer calls, texts; They were on time to start the job of cleaning, staining, repairing, sealing the tile floors in 70% of our house in Tempe. They did a fantastic job, the tiles look like brand new and we are very happy with the result. All questions were answered beforehand and the cost is reasonable, competitive for such a heavy duty job! It lasted about 8 hours and everything was as Dan said it would be. They are quite professional. I recommend them all heartily.

Used this company to clean, stain and seal our tile floors and change grout color on our kitchen backsplash. First, when you call and they say they will return your call within an hour, they actually do; every call I made to them!! Second, the owner, Dan, is on time, answered our many questions and gave us a reasonable and competitive estimate before he left our home........and with no high pressure tactics. The three person crew was on time, did a great job, unbelievably clean, checked that we were happy with all their work before they left our home. We will only use Desert Tile and Grout Care in the future.

Dan and Tyler are awesome! When we had a home built 3-1/2 years ago we were told to wait at least 6 month before sealing the grout. Big mistake! We have almost 1,500 SF of tile on the first floor so moving furniture and seal the grout just never happened. We finally decided to had to do it. We researched and decided to color seal the entire first floor. Dan came to our home and spent more than an hour with us. He listened to what we were seeking, made some recommendations, but was never pushy. He really seemed interested in making sure we get what we wanted. I price was less than I had "feared" we agreed on the date for the services.

Dan and Tyler arrived right on time, got right to work and did a fantastic job. After seeing the color of the seal we had selected installed in a portion of the house, we realized the color needed to change. We reluctantly told Dan and he was more than happy to stop, get other colors, apply two of the colors in "test areas" and let us choose the one that turned out to be "just right". Even though they had to reseal the areas already completed, they did it with smile. Dan and Tyler were in out home 1-1/2 days and we could not be more pleased with the result. They were pleasant, courteous, funny and very professional!

We will use then again next year after we remodel our upstairs tiles areas.

Dan just did our newly purchased home.  and wow if I didn't know any better I would say new tile was just installed.  Dan was very professional through the work and his communication and attention to time was amazing.  Only wish other companies where this good with attention to detail.

These guys are great! I had them clean and seal the tile in my bedroom/bathroom. They were very professional, but they make you feel comfortable and at ease. They were very fair with their estimate and the result was perfect! They showed up on time (both days) and got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. I was able walk barefoot on the floor in a few hours . My tile has never felt this smooth/clean before. I will definitely be recommending them to friends!

We've been exploring options to clean up out grout for years. I made a phone call to the owner, Dan, and he quickly returned my call within 24 hours. He thoroughly explained their process that consists of 2 rounds of deep cleaning tile/grout, hand staining/sealing all grout, and hand washing the entire floor afterwards. The initial estimate was very fair and this is exactly what we paid.

Dan and Tyler were able to come out very soon after our initial call, send a color pallette beforehand, and showed up on time Saturday morning. Our downstairs consisted of approximately 800-900 sq ft and the job took from 730am-130pm. We were so happy with the results that we have them scheduled to come back and do all of the upstairs tile/grout.

Dan & Tyler are extremely friendly and we felt safe with them in our home. They left aftercare instructions and even recommended a cleaning product for our appliances that were damaged by a previous floor cleaner. By the way, that product is Bar Keepers Friend and totally cleaned up our appliances to looking brand new. Thanks for that too guys!! I had nothing but a pleasant experience with this firm.  Their estimate was done quickly, the crew showed up on time and they worked diligently (on their hands and knees) until the work was completed.  They were very pleasant and professional and my tile looks beautiful! Highly recommend them.

I called Dan to clean about 800 sq ft of my travertine tile, clean and repair cracked/missing grout, and recolor the grout. He showed up exactly on time, did an excellent job, very clean, neat, and respectful of my house. He explained each step of what he was doing throughout the day, and made sure I was happy with the results and grout recoloring. At the end, he answered any questions that I had and provided me with tile cleaning and maintenance instructions. I highly recommend Desert Tile & Grout Care for any flooring needs. Kevin arrived at my home on schedule to repair grout around the bath tub and several other locations.  He was polite, professional and clean & performed all work as needed.  He did an excellent job and I would recommend him and Desert tile to anyone asking for a professional to do tile and/or grout work.

I was referred to Dan by my realtor after moving into my home and discovering that the "brown" tile throughout the whole house was covered in grime (thanks, previous owners!). Dan and his crew came out and did an amazing job. WORTH.EVERY.PENNY! Not only was the floor so clean you could eat off of it, I was able to change the grout color to a lighter tone that was a better match to the tile than what was originally selected and they added a seal to keep the grout from getting so filthy again (as it turns out, "grime" is not a color people, LOL).

Dan came out and gave us an estimate for stripping and cleaning our tile and grout.  Quoted a fair price for a time-consuming process.  He and Tyler showed up on time and did an outstanding job.  Our tile and grout looks brand new.  They were very professional and pleasant (actually fun!) to deal with.  I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

Besides doing great work, Dan connects with me because he answers his phone or calls back promptly, arrives on time, finishes on time,  provides a great value, and has an amazing personality.  He and his assistant cleaned and sealed Saltillo tile on our covered patio and in our laundry room.  While seeking a firm to do this I learned that there are not many that will work with Saltillo due to its softness.  Dan assured me he was experienced with this material.  Indeed, he was. The results were just amazing.  I could not be more happy.  Both areas, but particularly the patio, just glow spectacularly. They also cleaned the ceramic tile and resealed and restained the grout in our bathrooms and in our front entry way.  Again, they did a fantastic job!  The restaining of the grout lines makes the tile appear as if it were installed yesterday.  Visitors ask if we had new tile put down.  If I could give Desert Tile 10 stars I would.  I highly recommend them to everyone.

After having my office tiled, I found that the grout was nowhere near the color it should have been and did not match the grout color throughout the rest of my house, Dan did a great job staining and sealing my freshly installed grout. I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend his company.

Dan and Tyler came out and did a fabulous job cleaning my concrete stamped floors. They did a deep cleaning and put 5 coats of finish on them and the floors are gorgeous again! Dan has been out to my house twice and the results have been fantastic both times. My tile floors are original with the house, 14 years old, and they look brand new!
