We have been trained and/or certified by the major garage door opener manufacturers including LiftMaster and Genie, the two largest opener brands. Liftmaster also includes its parent brand Chamberlain and Sears Craftsman models. Our familiarity with almost all brands and models of doors makes us a credible choice when making the decision between repairing or replacing your garage door: We install Clopay brand doors, and can install and/or repair Ideal, Wayne Dalton, Genie, Overhead, CHI, Windsor, Anozira, Delden, Amarr, and 1st United. Entry Gate Systems are so specialized that a call would be the most prudent way to get information. We primarily install Elite, Craftsman and Liftmaster, but we repair, install and service all brands, such as All-O-Matic, Linear, Eagle, Mighty Mule and others.

Our side gate was not functioning properly for several months. I contacted several gate companies and received no response. I finally found Triple B Garage Doors & Gates. They responded quickly to my online request and came out to give me an estimate within a couple of days. Rusty was great, he explained my options for the new gate & he even took the time to re-hang my old gate at no charge. It took about six weeks to get the new gate, but it was totally worth the wait. The powder coat they used matches my security door & I love it. Pricing & craftsmanship is excellent

You can already see by Roderick's ratings here that you need to give them serious consideration, but let me add my 2 cents. We interviewed several door companies before choosing Triple B, and we couldn't be happier. Roderick is old school in his approach to customer service, and that is rare these days. He and his team are professional, technically sound, and friendly. If there is a problem, and we had a couple, Roderick is the first to step up with how to fix the issue. A beautiful, well made product coupled with impeccable customer service. We are thrilled.
Still waiting for someone to show up and complete out gate installation that they screwed up yesterday. They said they are going to be here between 9-11am, it is now 1pm and no has shown up or contacted us about being late. Also, they were late on getting our gate ready for the install as well. Told us it that it would take 4-6 week, it has taken over 2 months.
I can't believe a business would be so bad at communicating and completing a job that is so simple. Please give me the courtesy of not wasting my time and money if you can't be here on time or even show up. I have a job that I had to take time off for to be here.
My previous gate guy has taken to not answering his phone, and not returning calls. So I had to search for a new guy.
Contacted them to fix my gate opener which decided it wasn't going to work anymore. Their response was prompt, and we got scheduled very quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem, but then we had to wait for parts. The local supplier didn't have them. After a few days he came back, installed the new board, and it works!
The only negatives were that he left a pile of pieces next to the opener (I assume defective pieces?), and he didn't remount the opener cover properly (so it was dragging on the chain). I know it was dark when he finished (before we got home), so maybe he just missed it? It was easy for me to take care of. I won't hold this against him this time, and he will be my go-to opener guy for now. As you can see, I give him five stars.
Pricing was reasonable based on some checking for part prices on the internet.

For starters I am not sure what's going on with Rusty and or the crew. 140 plus five star reviews .
Makes it seem like my situation is isolated?
I have been working with Rusty since June of 2018 to finish the job they started then. I had them fabricate a iron fencing around my two air conditioning units .. to protect them from my Sons flying soccer balls etc. The cost is around $1700.00
They were referred to me by my neighbor who owns ACA Air conditioning of Arizona.
They finished it initially after 2 months.. but the workmanship and welds left a lot to be desired. Especially because I am paying for high quality, powder coated finishing.
It took them 4 months to respond and come out to address warranty issues. They agreed with me about the less than worthy workmanship . So they took the fencing with them to repair. That was in Nov 2018. Now it's going into April
Rusty promised the re installation by the 15th of March .
This is nuts.
I have been nothing but understanding and empathetic.. as he explained there is some sort of hardship they are currently working thru.
Please fix this ... just CRAZY!

Rusty called me a month ago .. to tell me someone on his crew .. accidentally took the missing part of the fence with him. He said he would get it out in that week.... thus you'll understand LMAO.
It still hasn't been done .. and I have heard nothing.
We have been struggling with our garage for years. Multiple people came to fix it, but no fix lasted long. We were prepared to buy a whole new garage system, but Rusty came and fixed all the problems in about a half hour and for a small fee! I'm grateful every time I open and close my garage door. I have already recommended Triple B to my extended family. Thanks again, Rusty and Triple B!

Roderic was simply amazing. I sent out several estimate requests (RFP) via the Yelp tool, and Roderic responded quickly and concisely, providing a clear estimate for the two garage door opener models they had available (the 1/2 HP and the 3/4 HP versions), as well as his schedule availability. I had requested the appointment well in advance (about a month), and doublechecked again as the date got closer to confirm we were still on his schedule (we were). Compared to the other responses I received, Roderic's response to my RFP was the quickest and most thorough, and his price was competitive with the other bids I received.
The job itself was pretty straight forward - just changing out a very old garage door opener on a light, single small garage door. The older model did not contain the security feature of the safety sensors, so this was something I had specifically requested (and came with the package that Roderic had to offer). We set up the appointment and just waited for the install to occur, scheduled the day prior to my arrival (as this is a vacation property so we do not live here full time).
On the day of the install, we had a hiccup (my fault) with not having communicated to them the door access code. Plus, when they were able to enter the premises, the door into the garage was apparently locked by one of our previous guests (another hiccup). I was in meetings the entire morning so was not able to answer Roderic's calls immediately when they ran into these issues. Roderic was extremely calm and patient with us, and the team ended up being able to get in and install the product. They were finished in a matter of several hours. When we got in, everything worked perfectly and they left the space clean. They programmed in the code we wanted, and removed the old keypad and other equipment.
I am extremely pleased with the product, and the new openers even have a WIFI feature allowing us to use an app to control opening and closing the door from anywhere! Technology these days!
The biggest thumbs up to this company is Roderic's responsiveness. We had several Yelp message exchanges, and he responded fairly immediately (even when messages were sent fairly late at night). Kudos to Roderic for his great service. I highly recommend this company.
After a large corporate garage door company failed to correctly diagnose my garage door problem, while charging me a hefty service fee, I called this company and left a voicemail. Roderic called me back, and after a 2-minute phone conversation, he told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem with no charge. It was super easy. I wish I had called these guys first!

I got in touch with Triple B while running through a list of door and gate companies, trying to find someone to help with a security gate.
For some background, I had recently gotten a new security gate installed on our front door by another licensed contractor but, while the gate itself was awesome, it was poorly installed and would not close/latch properly. The root cause was the frame not having been shimmed properly (read: at all) by the original installer, but they were unwilling (unable?) to properly correct it by removing and re-installing the gate.
Enter Triple B and Rusty in particular, who understood that a proper fix would require shims and was willing to help fix someone else's dodgy installation. Rusty was able to very carefully back out a few of the one-way screws (with no damage to the new gate!), install the necessary shims and then re-install new screws. The end result is that my security gate now operates exactly the way it should, without binding up from misalignment between the frame and the door.
I much appreciate Rusty and Triple B taking the time to help me with this awkward situation and for a very reasonable price at that. It's very difficult to find anyone willing to fix someone else's mess, and I genuinely appreciate Triple B stepping up when the original installer would not fix the problem the right way.
Called and asked if they could replace a lock on my gate. He asked me to text a pic of the lock which I did. Never heard back for a couple of weeks. Texted and said that I had not heard back. No reply. Good luck getting them to respond!

Called Triple B after several other companies told me that they couldn't even help me... and searching 'commercial garage door opener'. Apparently not everyone deals with 12' tall garage doors. Didn't realize it was a huge deal. Haha get it? Huge. Door... Deal... Anyway, I'm tired after moving and finding it difficult to be entertaining when describing my garage door opener experience...
So! I was pleasantly surprised with the quote I received and called to schedule. They were able to come out the next day! Great! They were prompt, professional and communicated with me during the visit so there were no questions or surprises as to where I wanted my keypads etc etc...
I appreciate that they took the time to thoroughly explain the different functions and ask me if I had any questions. They were great, the pricing was awesome and a would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service and price! As a new homeowner I was very happy with the service, price, and quality by Triple B. Roderic was knowledgeable and helpful. We got a quote on Saturday and the new door was installed on Monday. I would highly recommend this local business to anyone in the East Valley needing a new door or repair.
The spring broke on the garage door of our rental house. Without being there, I was able to schedule the repair with them and they communicated with the tenant on scheduling the service. They were able to come out the next day and repair the issue quickly.
Very responsive to my initial call and kept me in communication through the repair process. I like the automation with them sending a text when they are on the way, when they are finished, and seamless invoice processing. Very professional, rates were fair, and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend.
I contacted them through Yelp, asking if they could install a buzzer on our gate to alert us when it was open. Roderic followed up reasonably quickly and said he'd be out between 8am and 9am on Wednesday (today) to look at the job and provide a firm quote.
As you can guess from the one star review, Roderic did not arrive between 8am and 9am on Wednesday, nor did he arrive at any other time throughout the day. When I texted him at 8:57am saying are you still able to come out today?, I did not receive any sort of reply whatsoever.

I messaged Triple B after reading all the great reviews. They were able to come out that day and repair the springs on my garage door. They were responsive, efficient and did great work for a reasonable price. A warranty was also included.
The reviews were right and I myself highly recommend them!
Left a message for a quote on my garage, responded in less than 20 minutes. Roderick was out that same day & completed the job in no time. Very professional & efficient, highly recommend .

Readers Digest Version of this review: Watch out, do not use, less than honest, horrible workmanship, defective parts!
After a few reports of garage doors not working at some of our east valley properties we decided to hire a local expert to make the necessary repairs. Based upon Yelp reviews we selected Triple B Garage Doors and Gates. Here's a tip: checkout a business's website. If it's cheesy, lacks a business location and is half done STAY AWAY!
It took three calls before someone named Roderick called us back. We arranged for Triple B Garage Doors and Gates to provide an assessment of 12 properties in the east valley. No one showed on the scheduled inspection date. We did receive a call the next day advising they had a scheduling conflict and would be out the next week.
Roderick and a character named Kevin did show up (an hour late) for the scheduled appointment. We provided access keys to all the properties and they promised to give full evaluations and estimate for necessary services.
Less than 30 minutes after leaving our office we got a call from Roderick that the first garage door they inspected was stuck and needed immediate repairs. The cost was $476 dollars. I gave the ok but had a bad feeling about these guys.
Sure enough about an hour later another call came in that they were at the second property with another stuck door. The price for repairs was quoted at $610 dollars. Something did not seem right.
When one of our representatives arrived on site to investigate she was confronted by the character named Kevin. He was angry and wanted to know why she did not trust him and would not authorize the repairs. He pointed out that she was wearing a cross and that he did not like Christians. Not sure why wearing a cross given by her late Grandmother made her an evil Christian??
Given our uncertainty and the argumentative nature of Kevin we decided to pay for the first repair and move on with someone else.
We called A-1 Garage Doors the next day. Amazing difference. Someone actually answered our initial call and dispatched a service technician that day. I met the technician at the second property that Triple B Doors had alleged we needed $610 in repairs. My suspicions were confirmed when the technician advised that the only service needed was lubrication. Jack the service technician pointed out that the system was less than two years old and more than likely under warranty.
I discovered at the first property that $476 in repairs were most likely not needed and that based upon what was done we were severely overcharged. Wanting to get a refund I called this business and no one would return my calls so I went to the business location which turned out to be One of the owners home in a residential area . That was a waste of time as all I got was a sob story. They did however offer me a cash payment if I promised to leave a good yelp review GO FIGURE!
To be truthful I was stunned how could a business with such good reviews on Yelp be so bad?
This is where the story gets interesting. This business did not get a license until May 12, 2013, yet there are reviews proclaiming wonderful service prior to this date (look at first review left). There is even a 5 star review from a Yelper that wrote they had not had service but decided to give out a great review. Experienced Yelpers know this scenario.
Even more interesting is when I went to Roderick (one of the owners) personal Yelp page where he rips his competitors, including A-1 Doors that did a great job for me. Not cool and I believe a violation of Yelp TOA's. The facts are the facts and Yelpers can only be fooled for so long.

Rusty and Roderic are wonderful to work with. I have worked with them exclusively since 2014. They always show up on time and repair any issues for any garage doors, and cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend them without reservation!
Amazing company, call them and you will definitely not be disappointed! Spring broke in my garage door around 8 am, called at 8:30 after getting multiple recommendations through a community FB group and Roderic was at my house by 9:40 to fix it! Lowest prices by far and delightful service. Will absolutely call again if there is ever another problem and will recommend to anyone I meet that needs their services. Thank you guys!!

I had the exact same experience with Rusty as Vincent did below. Rusty came out and quoted a $9 thousand gate fabrication and install. This would have been an automatic auto gate and a pedestrian gate.
I got the final price 2 weeks later after nagging Rusty to send it to me 3 times. When sent, the bid did not include many things we talked about like the pedestrian call box and the fire department box. I asked him to revise the bid to include, which he did.
I was comfortable with the new bid and approved it using their email bid process. I asked for a specific install day, 5 weeks later.
10 weeks have now gone by and I cannot get anyone to even pick up the phone or return my call on this project. I don't have a gate or any idea if they are even making the gate.
Needless to say, I won't be using them again and recommend you do not do any custom fabrication jobs with Rusty or this company.
They may be respectable with maintenance jobs. I have not used them in that capacity.
I would ABSOLUTELY HIRE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND Triple B - Customer service CANNOT BE BEAT!!!!!!
We needed a new garage door AND LUCKILY found Triple B thru nextdoor.com and facebook groups.
Roderic (the owner) was VERY responsive to calls, emails and ALLLLL my questions. They also had the best price on the door we choose.
The door came in much sooner than expected. It was installed two days later.
The caveat to all of this is I never met Roderic but the trust he built on the phone was superb.

I used Yelp's request a quote and immediately got 4 calls or emails - even though it was a Saturday.
For a simple broken spring the quotes ranged from 185 to 285 for the two springs (since if one goes the other is not far behind).
I went with Triple B for a couple of reasons ...
1.) They were the lowest price.
2.) They provide a lifetime guarantee on the springs and 5 years on the labor - though if the LLC shuts down that is null and void - but Rusty's son will probably continue the business when Rusty retires.
3.) The springs themselves are rated for 80K cycles for our 7' door and should last much longer than what the builder put in.
Rusty checked the cables and bearings and saw no reason for replacement.
Another spring broke at our other house and Rusty's son was able to come out an hour after the call. He replaced the two springs, lubricated the hinges, and adjusted the opener - for $185 total. Excellent. I wish all repairs were this quick and reasonable.
Really happy with my garage door spring repair. I had another company come in to give me a quote and they were quoting me 3 times the cost that I paid triple b garage door . I called late Sunday evening and they were able to accommodate me next morning and were extremely professional and knew what needed to be done and no upselling or extra charges. Also lubed and oiled the rollers as well. It's almost 1 week and garage door works like a charm and a lot quieter as well. I will definitely recommend for garage door repair as there are many shady companies out there. You guys are awesome 5 star

It literally pains me to do this, especially given how many 5-star review they have but the service I personally received was non-existent. I don't take giving poor review lightly so please read on to understand.
First off I did an online contact through Yelp and Rusty, who I think is the owner, responded almost right away - good sign. He said they were able to help with my request and asked where I lived. I responded to him and never heard back.....for 4 days...which is when I decided to message Rusty again. He then responded right away, I gave him my address and he said he would be able to stop by the following day. The reason I was so patient is because of the massive amount of 5-star review these guys have, plus I was not in a huge rush, I know everyone has an off day - including myself. So 2 days later Rusty responded saying he had been in Scottsdale all morning and would put me on his schedule (no idea why I wasn't put on there before). I even got his number and sent him pictures of the gate I needed work done on. To fast forward, Rusty never did show up to my house and I didn't hear from him for several more days. A few days later, I have basically given up he called me out of nowhere and explained he had someone else with a similar name he was confusing me with. He apologized and said he would come out later that day but never did. I even called him back and got his voicemail which said if you need assistance to call a different number, which I did. I talked to another guy, I'm going to guess a partner, who said he would have Rusty call me..I never heard back from either of them, and to be honest I don't really care to. Typically I wouldn't let this be so drawn out but I have been working a lot and not in a huge rush to get the job done so I didn't mind him taking his time. I kind of predicted he would continue to flop but I was busy and was willing to let him redeem himself, he just never did. I have since called another company on yelp who is scheduled to come out next week, so far they have been great and have emailed me their price list and appointment info, plus called me to confirm. I won't mention their name but they also have several good reviews - I will leave them one accordingly once the work is complete.
As for Rusty and Triple B - if anyone took the time to read this review - good luck. By the huge amount of 5-star reviews he has maybe this was a one off but since he dropped the ball with me multiple times I find it hard to believe this was not the norm. Maybe he does great work, maybe not, but what if you ever needed to get ahold of him after the fact? good luck.
Triple B garage doors did a phenomenal job on our glass panel garage door. The ordering took a little longer than planned due to the manufacturer's scheduling delays. But Roderic kept us in the loop and communication was great.
Installation was excellent and only took a couple hours. Robert paid attention to the details. They installed the panels and frames along with the opener and synced all the remotes. They cleaned up after themselves very well.
From beginning to end they were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend their garage door installation without reservation.
They offered a competitive quote with several options, were super quick to respond to questions and the install was professional and fast. So glad I chose yelp to look for an installer!
I don't often give 5 star reviews, but this one earned it.
They responded very quickly to my call, called back when they were going to be running late, showed up on time. Roderick and company changed both springs on my garage door in less than a half hour. They provided an evaluation on the door and opener and said I had a good opener that should last a long time as well as how long I could expect the new springs to last.
I would use them again (I have them in my phone) and will certainly recommend them to anyone. The service was great and the price was right.

Our RV gate started to detach from the wall, which was a serious concern for us, as we have young children and dogs. It had also been dragging on the ground for years, making it difficult to open and close.
Rusty was great. He showed up on time, explained the repairs he would be doing, and he completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. He was also friendly and polite. The gate works great and even better, its SAFE.
I contacted Triple B late in the day on a Monday, and they were out repairing our RV gate at 7am on Tuesday. Thank you!
We just used triple-B yesterday, and very satisfied.
The arm that connects the drive to the garage door that pulls it up and pushes it down broke away from the frame of the garage door. The screws just pulled out.
I found triple-B on yelp and gave them a try. I got a call within less than an hour after leaving a message. Very polite. I told him to call my wife to schedule the appointment, and they did. They used a nice scheduling program that sent a text and/or email and reminded us about the appointed time.
I was going to do DIY-it but glad I didn't. My plan was to put a plate on the rib from which the arm pulled away. But I would've done at Jerry rig job. They put on a very nice plate the length of the ribs of the section where it broke from. Very sturdy. Very nicely bolted in. I don't think it's going anywhere.
And what really makes it nice, the whole service was $95, including maintenance service. I just figured it was going to be 150 bucks, and I would've paid it because they did a nice job.
I'll definitely use them again if I need repairs or plan on replacing the garage door.

Just wanted to provide an update...after giving the 1 star review, I was quickly contacted and rescheduled for the next day. The reschedule was agreed to with a lot of hesitation, but they came out at the time promised and did the work within about an hour (welding, changing hinge locations, and shortened the little doodad that fits in the latch). The gate now opens perfectly in a new direction, which is what was requested.
Just had Roderick replace the spring in my garage door. I had called a few places for quotes over the phone and triple B was the company for me. Roderick also lived up the doors gratis and was very helpful for info to do some reinforcing weak spots on the door to make it hold out till I buy a new one a few years down the road.

I was asking to install a new insulated garage door, change to new rails and springs, and to install another garage door opener to the smaller garage door I have.
They have the cheapest quote among 2 other companies I asked. Their communication is quick and the quoting process was straightforward and informative.
They arrived late but to my understanding it was situation beyond their control. The work was done right, wiring tied or stapled quite neatly and they even reprogrammed my wife's garage door opener for the 2nd opener.
I called needing someone to help me in a last minute pinch! To make a Real Estate transaction come together on time I needed someone to come fix a very large and very heavy RV gate. Triple B was not only quick to respond but extremely professional, friendly, prompt and reasonable! I highly recommend using Rust with Triple B Garage Doors and Gates. He was quick to come out and assess our gate damage from the storm. His pricing is very fair, affordable and reasonable. He was able to use our two existing gate panels and turn our swinging gate into a rolling gate by fabricating them together. We kinda had a rough start due to the fact that he was low on staff and another monsoon hit during his working on the gate. But as soon as we voiced our concerns to Rusty about the timing - he was quick to make it right. Rusty is an honorable person with a lot of heart! I didn't have my garage door fully open and decided to back up, crunch! Thankfully no damage to the car but the bottom panel of the garage door came off the track on one side and was bent enough I couldn't fix it. Oh and it was the day after Christmas, ho ho ho merry Christmas to me lol. I went to yelp and requested a couple of quotes and Triple B was the first one to come out (within 1.5 hours of the request the day after a holiday, amazing!). The guy was really nice (don't remember his name ) and the quote was fair so I canceled all other companies coming out. He was able to fix the panel so I wouldn't need to replace it and he also took the time to check all hinges and parts related to the door and balanced everything and what not. The door works swimmingly and is much quieter than before. Highly recommend!

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment (which was great because my car was stuck in the garage). After hearing my crossroads, Rusty called me back to tell me he had a serviceman near my home and rearranged the schedule to fit me in within the hour. The serviceman, Robert, was extremely professional and had the part we needed on his truck. My garage door was in perfect working order less than two hours from the time I made my first call. The price was extremely reasonable. Needless to say, I will call them again the next time I need work on my garage door.
I used Triple B Garage Doors to install my door and operator about 3 years ago. They were responsive and finished all work as was described in the quote. What is more impressive is they stand behind their work! I recently had a bolt strip out from the arm bracket, I gave them a call and they had someone out the same day to fix the problem! Not only were they reasonable on price but they take care of their customers!
My husband and I share a car so when our garage door spring broke we were basically home bound. Of course weekends are always busy but Rusty got his tech out within a couple hours. Triple B saved the day!
After scheduling an appointment with another company for a garage opener install and having them no-show (Lodi Garage--steer clear!), I called Triple B. They were able to come the same day and install on short notice, and at a price that was $100 cheaper than Lodi!
Robert was the technician assigned and he was there at the beginning of the time window I was quoted (amazing!), professional, courteous, and explained all of the features of my new garage door opener. I would recommend Triple B to anyone!

I don't give many reviews but I wasn't going to pass up this opportunity because this company is fantastic! Roderick came by to see why out door wasn't going down and I thought I had checked everything but felt silly when it ended up being a misaligned sensor. He was very good and even have me some pointers on how to fix it for the future.
Now I almost want something to go wrong so I can call these guys to come fix it. They gave me a feeling of total trust and credibility.

Great service and great price. I had it get a regular garage door and an RV garage door replaced. I called 4 garage door companies for quotes. One came and gave me a quote for the car door and said he'd call me back on a quote for the RV door and never called back. Second one scheduled an appt for a quote and never showed up or called back to reschedule! Another one gave a quote that was significantly higher than Triple B so I went ahead and ordered my doors with Triple B. Roderic was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came by to give me a quote. When I was emailed the quote, I asked him to update a few design options to compare and he was very prompt. Any time I left a vm they'd call me back within a couple hrs or if I texted I'd get a response immediately. They have a great system for emailing invoices, getting them paid, and texting/emailing status for appt's and install. Doors arrived earlier than expected and install was a breeze. When Roderic came back to pick up the equipment, he asked how everything went. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

We needed a quick repair of some insulation on two sections of our garage door and didn't want to replace the whole panel. The spring on our large door broke late Friday night. I used yelp to get quotes from 5 different companies. Triple B was slightly lower than all, but when he said he could be here around 6:00 a.m. Saturday I was very interested, but when he included the warranty information with the estimated price (The only company),I was convinced. On Saturday 6:10 a.m. the tech Rodrick was here, very polite and courteous. He told me more about my door then I ever knew. He went right to work and had the spring replaced in about a half hour. He then inspected the rest of the door for any problems. He even corrected a minor issue with the other garage door. I will be calling them if I should have any other issues. Thanks.

We used Triple B for a new garage door and are so happy. We decided to go with a big name garage door company who wouldnt call us back. Rusty with Triple B came out and quoted us very quickly at a great price! They were very nice and professional and we would gladly use them again!
I went to leave for work and one of the garage door springs were broken. I needed a garage door specialist and I was referred to these guys and was told they were the best around.
I called them first thing in the morning and was given a quote over the phone. I told them I needed the first available and they were able to schedule me for that same day as they were already going to be in the area that afternoon.

After reading all the great reviews, I called Triple B Garage Doors quite late in the evening and Roderic suggested I send pictures of my broken garage door so he can give me a quote over the phone. I sent the same pictures to 2 other companies. Although the quotes were pretty competitive, Roderic's responses were professional, knowledgeable and somehow sounded caring! I definitely made a great choice in picking Roderic - he was on time, courteous, did a great job and he actually dropped the price once he saw the garage door and charged me less than what he had originally quoted and what I had agreed to! Absolutely amazing!!! He was responsive and professional in every step of the transaction. I highly recommend him and would use him again myself if I ever needed to in the future.

Triple B was boss! I messaged on a Friday night and someone got right back to me. They got over to my house on Saturday and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Roderic from Triple B came over last week and got our garage door up and running! Both cables had come off and our springs loose as a goose. We decided to go with Triple B because they were upfront with how much the service would cost. We originally thought we would need new springs, but Roderic judged them to be good for many more years to come. This was due to the average amount of times we opened and close the garage door. So, he quoted price actually turned out to be less because it was just a routine service call to get the springs back on and re-tighten the springs. Roderic was able to to do all the the above with me hanging around and peppering him with questions. Once he was all done our garage door sounded and worked better than it has in our almost seven years of owning this house. I would definitely recommend Triple B!!!

Can't say enough about this company! Roderic and Triple B were life savers today! I called early in the morning about 7:30 and spoke with Roderic and he was very honest and straight with me and gave me a price right away! Didn't have to have a service call fee. It was just a flat fee that was up front. They came out just a few hours later and literally had the spring replaced in less then 15 minutes. Very friendly and very professional! They will be my first choice for any future issues or questions.

Called Triple B late this morning since I was tired of having issues with a temperamental garage door and remotes. I was thrilled that Roderic (and his assistant, Irish) would be able to come out same day for repairs! We wanted to replace our thin rickety garage door and especially replace our ancient and super loud opener. I found these guys in Yelp and liked what I read. I actually got 3 different companies to come out and quote and we picked Triple B. Here's why: The first guy to come out was the guy who had apparently installed the door we had. His name was hand written on a sticker on the panel switch so naturally I started with him. George came by and was a very nice man. He said he mostly gets clients by word of mouth which is why I couldn't find him online. I'm not big on taking blind leaps of faith when it comes to contractors. His price was fair, as was his timetable, but I always get comparable quotes so I called another company to come out. The second company I called I found in Yelp. Decent reviews. A Guy named (Dave?) showed up as scheduled and gave me a quote that was about $200 more than George's. He was also a good guy if somewhat scattered. He left his sample display kit in my garage when he left. Also, 3 days later I still hadn't gotten the quote he promised to send next day and I had to call his office to remind him. It finally arrived the following day and was a reasonable amount but I felt that if a person can't stick to sending a quote within 24hrs as promised, and I have to track it down days later, what's the rest of the process going to look like? I then called Triple B and was glad I did! Roderic, one of the owners answered my call right away. I noted in a subsequent call later that his outgoing voice message promises a call back within an hour and he follows through! Rod was a knowledgeable, friendly and professional from the jump. He answered all my questions, and showed up on time to give me a quote. His detailed description of all the various options for the new door was helpful in choosing the right components. We opted for an insulated door that has a steel back with added frosted glass windows along the top. Rod also recommended an opener that was exactly what we wanted: powerful, WiFi compatibility and most importantly QUIET. His quote arrived same day. I got sidetracked for a few days and Rod sent a friendly reminder email. I hired him and the door was ordered. We paid 50% up front. We opted to use our Amex card as we get killer points and didn't have a problem paying a small up charge to cover the added cost to the business. The work was completed professionally and on time and they said that if we had any issues we could call them and they would come by. They even offered to program the keypad, remotes and cars if needed. We love the new door and opener. The added natural light in the garage is amazing and the opener and door are really quiet. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for sure. Triple B is Triple A in my books!

Great Service! Told me they would be in between 1pm and 2pm. Same day service, and they called as they said they would. Only reason why I didn't give them 5 Stars is because they didn't offer a Military Discount. Charged me $140, gave $160 for tip. Fast, and very polite. Rusty, the owner even came over to check up! No complaints, just would have appreciated a discount or coupon.
We had an emergency situation with the garage door on a Saturday morning. We originally called the company who installed it on their 24 hour emergency number had to leave a message. First time I have used Triple B Garage Doors. Rusty was extremely professional and was on time. My garage door was buckling in the top middle whenever it would open. Another garage door company said I would have to replace it with a new garage door. Not something I was interested in doing or able to afford. I called Triple B and Rusty looked it over and said he could put in a support strut and adjust the tension on the springs for a heck of a lot less then I was expecting, only 120. He put in the strut, readjusted the thing that pulls up the garage door, not the spring but that brace, adjusted the springs, and fixed my garage door opener. I had apparently installed it upside down and that is why the light on it wasn't glowing, lol mea culpa. He fixed that and did it all extremely fast. He did let me know that the fix would last about 3-5 years and then I would need a new garage door. Rusty stated that since only the top part had some cracking and the bottom half had nothing wrong with it, a support strut was all I needed.
SO far so good and everything has been working well. I opened and closed the darned thing 20x after he left to make sure it would continue to work. I will definitely be contacting Triple B again when I have my RV gate looked at. One corner is popping up slowly but surely every time I open it. I should get it looked at now, but like most people I wait for something to break before fixing it oh well, heh.
After 20 years, my old garage door was extremely noisy and I was embarrassed to run it. Triple B replaced both my door and opener including tracks and mounts in approximately 5 hours. The service was professional and even addressed some pre-existing structural issues. The entire project cost less than a big box home improvement store (which starts with the letter L) wanted for just the uninstalled door. That's right! For less than the price the other store wanted for the exact same door, Triple B installed that door and a top of the line opener. All being said, using Triple B saved me over $1,000. I very highly recommend Triple B!!!

Just had Robert from Triple B Garage Door and Gates here to fix a broken torsion spring. He replaced the broken spring and the other spring in less than an hour! Not only did he install longer springs to last a lifetime, he also checked out everything else on my garage door and opener. He lubricated hinges and made any necessary adjustments. This is actually the second time we have used Triple B Garage Doors. The first time was a few months ago when our garage cables broke and it was time for a new spring. They were extremely quick and friendly. Today, our garage door started to make a new noise. I called and Roderick was at my house within 90 minutes. He found the problem and fixed it really quick. Triple B answered and made appointment on first call. Came out on time and called 15 min. Before arrival. The door was noisy, cracked in middle and opener it self was not at correct distance from ceiling. Replaced top door support, repositioned door open and checked All parts. Cost was $120.00 for labor and parts. I wrote the check out for 160.00 and he could have taken the money but he corrected my error. He is a young man, neat and knowledgeable. It is tough for small business owners, I already recommended him and will keep his number on file. Hope this review helps as I rely on your reviews as well.

Triple B Garage Doors is AWESOME!. A panel on our garage door had bent. The door is older and not manufactured anymore. We were told by another company that we would need to replace the door. Roderic of Triple B came out and looked at it. He gave us several options from repairing the bracing on the panel, all the way to putting up a new door. While we would have liked to put up a new door at this time we really do not have the funds available to do so. We opted for repairing the bracing. He was able to do the job right a way while he was here. I know that when we have the money to replace the door Triple B will be who we call. Thank you for excellent service. You made my day!
Robert my installer was kind, respectful and professional. He completed the work, cleaned up everything, illustrated the use of the system and charged me the exact quoted price!
Rusty came to the rescue on Christmas eve after a weld on our gate broke rendering it useless. He put up a temp fix and came back after the weekend to re-work the welds and install a new spring to enhance the self closing feature which had mostly disappeared. Good work, timely and affordable. In the future we won't look elsewhere for gates or garage dooor issues

I can't even think of a way this company could have been better. I pinged them on Facebook and they answered promptly and scheduled me for a appointment (with a 2 hour window) for a free estimate and said they could install new openers at the time of the appointment if necessary (they were 19 year old units in bad shape - we knew we'd need new ones). They texted me a link to a website to track the appointment and also sent me a text early in the appointment window when the installer was on his way. Roderick talked us through our options, recommended replacement and gave us a competitive quote for the replacements. I asked about any possible up-sell options or other things we might need, but the initial estimate included everything. He installed both units in under 2 hours, explained how the new models worked and helped us get our new codes set up. He gave us the manuals and everything we'd need to get started with the wifi option. At all times he was nice, informative, professional and gave us a lot of confidence that he could do the job correctly. He was very patient with my very dumb questions (lol) and my husband's better questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Another great interaction with Triple B. This is the 2nd time that I have had to use their service (for completely unrelated incidents) and both times they have been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The 1st interaction, Roderic walked me through a garage door issue on a Sunday via text and with his help I was able to resolve the issue myself with no response and no cost to me. I swore if I needed garage service in the future to use this company and I wasn't disappointed. Robert responded for the 2nd garage door issue we were having, he was on-time and sent continuous communication via text of his estimated arrival time and upon completion of work. We recently moved to a fixer upper home and immediately found problems with both garage door openers that the home inspection missed. When I called to price an garage door opener, Rusty asked why. I told him the the existing remote was not available and universals didn't work. Somehow, he found two, brought them to my home, programmed them, and tightened up my rollers. All this for a third of the price of a new! How refreshing to work with a honest and professional service provider!
I couldn't have been happier with the service, the response and the pricing. I called around to other competitors and Triple B was the least expensive and offered a lifetime warranty on the Spring with 3 year warranty on the labor. They were in and out the next day and within 20 minutes. Completely painless the whole way.

After being stood up twice by a garage door company that I had been introduced to at a home show, I looked on yelp and gave Triple B a call. They came out the next day and we placed an order for a new garage door motor and garage door. Roderick was extremely friendly and professional and offered his opinion without being pushy. We were pleased with the price, and the garage door arrived early. I believe the owner's name was Rusty - he came to personally install our door and motor, carried the old one away and it was better than we had even expected! We also got a referral for an excellent painter from them who ended up painting our entire house. We will use Triple B Garage doors for any gating or garage needs we have in Arizona from here on out. I could not be happier, and that is saying something! My car was broken into, and they stole the garage door opener to our Mesa, AZ house. I called, and Rusty told me the first thing I needed to do was deprogram the remote, so that the thief could not use it to access our house. He walked me through this, so that our house would be secure until he could come out the next day. I feel like this went above and beyond what I had expected! He came the next day, on time, and took care of replacing the remotes. We opened the garage door yesterday and it starting falling off the rollers - both sides top and bottom. I called a number of companies and all came out to give me estimates. The prices started going down and the door quality went up as the day went on with company estimates. I decided on the door but was torn between two companies (the only two I would deal with). What made the difference is Rusty put my broken door back in track and closed it for me - without any obligation. He said it was not safe just hanging there and only took him 10 minutes. Great company and service.

A lot of competition out there, who would you picked to fix your garage door? One of my retention spring popped and I needed to have it fixed. I checked reviews and web site for Triple B and ended up calling them. They came on time the same day as they said they would and replaced my two springs and went the extra miles to correct some former issues on the wood supporting the anchor. One hour later, the garage door was as good as new and with their life time warranty on the springs I should be fine for a while. Without any doubts, if something else comes up on my garage door and it needs TLCs, I would call them again without hesitation. They are nice, efficient and really know what they are doing while keeping an honest price. Highly recommended.

Got up to go to work and the garage door would only go up half way. Called first thing in the morning and BBB said they could get there about 11 am. Minutes later Eric called and said he was close and he could make in in about 20 minutes. Got there in 15. It only turned out to be an adjustment that took about 2 minutes and he said he couldn't charge me the full service charge just for that, so he said how about 40 bucks and I'll lube, tighten and adjust the door. That worked for me so he did that to the one with the opener and the non-opener single door next to it.... And he showed me how to do it myself regularly to keep it maintained. Now it works quietly and very smoothly. That's the way to do biz. I work at a Very Large Company and I'm spreading the word. BBB is how success stories are made. Not by some sniveling jerk trying to rip you off at every chance.

Read the numerous 5 out of 5 reviews and decided to give Triple B a try. Their price was the lowest from other repair companies. Called in the morning and they came on time and completed the replacement of double springs on my garage door the same day. Not only did they replaced the springs, but they made adjustments and oiled the hinges. They were extremely professional....and here's another 5 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great work.
Our garage door spring broke and we needed a repair/replacement quick so we called another company first. They came out and told us it would be $1200 because we needed 2 springs, new bearings, etc. Or we could buy a new door from them for $1700. Outrageous! Needless to say we did not go with them but called Triple B instead. They came out, replaced the spring with a better one than was already on the door and we saved over $1000!! The technician came right on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. And he never tried to up sell at all. Triple B is honest, reliable and reasonably priced and we highly recommend them!!

I was kept in touch with from the time I agreed to have them repair my broken spring, till it was done. They did a quick and clean job. I would use them again.
Fantastic service. Called and talked to Rusty, said he would be at the house in 2 hours and he showed up right on time. Looked at my problem, gave me a quote which was lower than other quotes given over the phone. I said go ahead and he got right to it and had it finished in less than an hour. Awesome! Triple B was one of several contractors that I sought quotes from to replace my garage door. The quote process was quick, easy and conveniently done via phone and text. Roderic was quick to respond, answered all my questions, provided options, worked with my schedule. I was notified when he was en route and he arrived promptly thereafter - at the beginning of the two hour window, to my surprise. Turned out I also needed a new motor which he was able to replace at the same time. Before he started, he explained what he was going to do and when he finished, went over what he had done. He was upfront about a little damage he had caused to the top trim and would need to come back to replace it and even offered to hold payment until then. The cost was very competitive and the credit card processing fee was waived. Roderic was personable, polite and friendly. I will definitely use them again if I ever have the need and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had another company come out to repair my driveway gates. After 2 visits lasting over 4 hrs total, I was told that both motors had burned out, parts were no longer available, and we needed a new system for $3600, not including labor! I called Rusty at Triple B. I got an appointment right away. Within 10 minutes he found the problem...a pinched wire leading to the battery! My gates were working again just a few minutes later! I wish I had called them first. I was extremely satisfied with the service and honesty of Triple B and would highly recommend them.

I called Triple B after reading great reviews on here. I spoke with Rusty, he was super knowledgable and basically diagnosed the problem by phone and gave me a quote based on what it sounded like the problem was. I had my mom meet him at my house because I had to work. He called 1/2 hour before appointment time and was on time. He came and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently and the diagnosis was the same as what he said on the phone and same price. This place is knowledgable, reliable, punctual and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them and will use them on all my future garage door needs!
Its crazy there are so many good things said about this company that's really hard to believe. The first time we scheduled with Triple B they where 2 hours late to fix our garage door. We also had him give us a quote on installing a garage door opener which the 2 kids that came out and installed did a good job. Then I called the owner last night 9/22/2014 and set up to have him come fix our garage door sensors today between 11-12 and its now 2:30pm the owner totally forgot. I really can't believe this has only happened to me I'm just the first to finally step and say something.
Had a garage spring snap late last night. Called Triple B today (Saturday) and they had someone out within 2-3 hours. I also thought I had a broken cable, but they were the only company of four that I called that told me the cable probably wasn't broken, it just came loose when spring snapped. For all I know, they could have said it was broken and charged me. Both Rusty and Roderick were very personable and polite. Fast service, very personable and fair price, I would call Triple B again!!

I spend entirely too much time researching things, at least according to my husband. Of the four garage repair companies I compared, they have the best prices and best warranties. My garage kept stopping at about a foot and then needed help to go up the rest of the way. A friend looked at it and told me that my spring was broken. That same day it wouldn't stop trying to open. I called triple B and they came out the same day and fixed it. Rusty told me it might be in my gearbox or I might need to replace the whole opener. When they got there they open the unit up showed me everything that was wrong with it and let me see what it was they were talking about. Rusty didn't pressure me to buy a whole new unit he told me it would probably work for a couple more years if I just had the gearbox replaced. I decided on getting a whole new unit anyway because it was old and I didn't want to have to mess with this for a while. I felt like they were very reasonable and honest. I would definitely use them again. .......And they didn't mind my boys sitting there watching them the whole time:-)

I called Triple B when my garage door finally just totally stopped opening after having issues for about 3 months. Roderick came out that very same day. I received a text and a call when he was in route, which was great. He had the problem addressed within the first 5 minutes and gave us several options ranging from repair, to a couple different replacement options. He never tried to upsell us and was completely forthcoming and honest in his opinion of each option. We ended up going with a full replacement and upgrading the unit. He was able to come out early afternoon the following day for the install. I again got a text letting me know when he was in-route. He had the install done neatly and quickly. My garage door works better than ever and now we have a system with many more options and comforts (automatic shutting , automatic lights, wifi garage door controller ect) with minimal additional cost. Thank you, Triple B Garage Doors for living up to the hype! Our spring broke on a Sunday and not being in a super hurry we searched around for a company. Many people spoke highly of them on a facebook sight and Yelp confirmed. When I called at 7am Monday morning, I told them we had another car that wasn't in the garage so we weren't in a hurry to get it fixed. This didn't matter to them - they arrived 30 minutes later and replaced the spring and freed my other vehicle. Roderic was super professional - even shared some knowledge with our young son who was captivated by the work. We will definitely call them again if needed and pass their name along. Price was great, too!

Rusty, the owner, picked up the phone when I called (Sunday) and was over himself personally within 24hrs to address & take care of my garage repair which was replacing 2 broken panels. After arriving he assessed the damage I had caused. Rusty and his assistant Roderick asked what had happened and discussed my options. My options were that he was going to repair the 2 sections/panels out of his own companies pocket. I was floored. I asked him why he would consider even doing that and he replied without hesitation, we stand behind our work and this possibly could have been avoided I didn't know people/companies like this still existed. I tried to use this company earlier this year, when I found out the garage door opener at a rental property stopped working on a Sunday. Called Rodrick and he answered the call! He told me what might have gone wrong, gave me an estimate, and then made an appointment to come out. But then I remembered I had a warranty on the house! I called him back apologizing for wasting his time, but he was super nice about it and told me to use him next time. Well, a week ago, the garage door opener at another rental of mine went bust and I called him to give me an estimate. One of the things I like about this company is that someone always answers the phone and patiently listens to my story, then try to tell me what might have gone wrong. They made an appointment with my tenant the next day and called me with his diagnosis - can either replace the logic board for $100+, or the whole garage door opener for $300+. They did not pressure me to go with either option, leaving me to call around on both options for prices. After calling a few other 5-star rated companies, I found them to be offering the best price! So I called Rodrick back to ask him to give me both estimates in writing, which I received immediately. Again, one of the things this company does well is that you can always talk to someone and this person (Rodrick or Rusty) is always patient to explain, and the estimates I received were very detailed with warranty information in black and white. After much education from them, I decided to go with a brand new garage door opener, which they scheduled right away for next day installation. After the installation, they trusted me enough to sent me an email with the estimate/invoice, which I paid by mailing them a check. Again, they were patient in waiting for my payment without demanding an immediate payment. Overall, the company is top notch - responsive, responsible, trust worthy and most reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them and will use them again for my future garage door opener issues.

I was referred to this company after we had a spring break on our main garage door. They were able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Roderick replaced both springs in under 20 minutes and took the time to inspect my secondary door and lubricate all moving parts and contact points. Very professional, polite, and highly recommended.

I had several other garage door companies come look at my very sad broken garage door. I was told it was not repairable and that I needed a whole new garage door! I was quoted from 600 to 1500 dollars! Single mom, 6 kids, 1 income...my garage sat broke for MONTHS. I called Triple B and they came and looked at my garage. They said it was FIXABLE! They were also honest stating I will need a new garage door in a year or two. They also said that although it can be fixed it won't be perfect be use of the dents. For under 200 bucks they put my garage door back up! Thanks so much! I couldn't be happier and I know who to call when I need the whole door!
