I have had the pleasure of building a relationship with Ability over the last several years both personally, having utilized their services on my own home, and professionally, as having been able to work with them as a real estate photographer (and seen many of their projects first-hand). I can't give enough praise to Mike, Phil, Michael, and the entire crew, who work tirelessly to ensure that the job is done to the highest standards. I honestly believe that to fall back onto their exemplary professionalism, communication skills, and the personal relationships that they strive to maintain with each individual client. There is a reason they are highly-regarded in the community as a business and as individuals! I wouldn't recommend any other contractor... even in the rare chance they haven't been able to help me with a project, I give them a call and they always point me in the right direction to trustworthy help. If you're looking for a home contractor, you won't find a better one in Prescott!

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

Back in 2010, we had Canyon Kitchen Cabinets redo our kitchen and master bathroom. They did a beautiful job on both projects, and had no problem with the many changes we made in the middle of the projects. However, after completion of the bathroom, there was a small leak coming up at the floor outside the shower. We brought it to their attention, and they sealed the grout. Unfortunately, we didn't tell them that that remedy didn't correct the problem. We just lived with that small area of moisture located at the outside corner furthest from the door. Years later...in 2015, we discovered that, in addition to that known area, there was also moisture at the joint of the adjoining  closet. It was only THEN, five years later, that we called them. Much to our surprise, even after FIVE years, (way beyond the end of the warranty period) they came out, diligently worked to figure out what caused the problem, and fixed it. (Norm told us that in spite of the difficulty they had in discovering the cause of the leak, he wanted to know how to prevent that same thing from happening with his future customers.) They were courteous, helpful, and made sure, after each days work, that the room was clean. I don't have enough superlatives to describe the high integrity of this company. They are THE BEST!! This is one of Arizona's finest companies. They perform professional, excellent work on a timely basis and are a joy to work with. One generally is facing a very difficult situation when ACR arrives and they are exceptional at providing service that makes a difference. Follow through and timeliness is very good as well.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

Danny recently completed  two projects for me. One was a laminate flooring and subway tile backsplash installation. The other job was replacing two toilets.  Both jobs were completed above expectations. People have even commented  how great the flooring and backsplash  look. Both were completed on time and within the budget. The jobs were left clean every day that his crew was working on them. He finished the plumbing job in a couple hours. Having worked  with construction trades people in the past, Danny is a true professional. He knows how to price a job and get it done within the time frame he quotes.  I will call him first for all my renovation needs. He will probably be busy, but I will wait for the quality work.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

These guys do outstanding job, best cabinet company I had ever had pleasure working with. Their sales staff are super professional and knowledgeable of their products, and designs they provide are very well thought out end functional. I've recommended Mill & Stone to many of my friends and clients with a very good feedbacks. Definitely surpassed my expectations.

Had fairly severe water leak from bedroom window.  Andrew was my point of contact.   Everything was evaluated and completed in a timely manner and much sooner than I expected.   You can't do any better.  5 stars all around.

We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

I was cut off and flipped off by one of their drivers this morning. Very unprofessional considering they were in a company vehicle.

Two no show appointments. First scheduled consultation was not communicated to the actual consulting personal and was missed. Second scheduled appointment no show and no contact.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Mario is friendly and willing to answer any questions. The service and price was amazing. Much less expensive  than home depot and way better customer service. He was very nice and not pushy at all. Even after the instal, when I thought there might be a stain on them, Mario came over right away to look at them. He assured me that what ever the problem was he would take care of it. Luckily it was just a smudge from the machinery and he cleaned it up for me. I absolutely love my new countertops.

Bad connection on phone line and then sounded spacey.

Wasted my time with multiple emails bc didn't bother to actually read mine.

Glad I didn't hire.

Update-

They could've seen the house had they had the time or inclination.

First experience over the phone was unpleasant.

Other companies I called right after were fine.

This company clearly doesn't have their act together but does have time to argue and whine on Yelp. Again, glad I dodged a bullet. Their definition of project would take ten minutes. Ridiculous. Funny and Ridiculous.
