This place is the best. I was speaking to Mario, and he was the most helpful person I have dealt with since I started my project on my new home. Me and my fiance have been looking for a reliable company since we moved to AZ. We went trough a few bad experiences before finding the right person to give our business to.

He took care of all of our projects from start to finish, we can't emagine ever going anywhere else. We both highly recommend them, they are the best.

Rick and his team (Mike and Kerry) were very professional and made my cabinet installation a breeze. Everyone knows remodeling can be very stressful, but these guys really work hard to mitigate issues and have the skill to handle complex installations. I would highly recommend Gaio contracting to anyone looking for a worry-free installation from a company that is trustworthy and qualified.

We did a total gut job on our master bathroom. Mike guided us through the process. We picked out all the fixtures and finishes, but Mike, Tim, and crew did an amazing job. We went from an out-dated, boring bathroom to a modern, sleek master bathroom retreat! And they guarantee workmanship for a year, so if we have any issues, I know they'll make it right. (We haven't had any issues as of yet!)

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

When we decided to build a custom home, we interviewed over 10 potential builders and as soon as we met Jerry we knew he was the perfect fit for us. Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Joe and his team at Efficient Home Pro are great! After my home's door was ruined, Joe was able to order a custom-fitted door for me and install it, in addition to fixing the threshold of the door as well. He was super responsive and knowledgeable for all of my questions, and had very fair and straightforward prices. Not to mention, the final product of the project came out beautifully, as if there was never an issue with my door in the first place! A Very forthright and honest Contractor!  I was lucky enough to meet with Chris Schott regarding multiple business matters. He was prompt, courteous and always ready to be helpful. Additionally he will give you an honest assessment of your situation, and not deliberately hide anything for later. (a situation I experienced with a lesser company)

If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. Glad I found them. My project manager Guyton was so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and attentive! I feel he really went above and beyond to meet my timelines and budget. The crew Javier and Alex did great work and were very quick and efficient. Fair pricing. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

We had water leaking from our downstairs ceiling. Our upstairs bathroom had a pipe issue. Who do you call? Well, we called on the amazing team at Interiors by Thomas and we were NOT disappointed! They managed to come over to deal with our urgent matter and worked far into the night hours to stop the leak and open up the ceiling to let it start to dry out. They came back and fixed us up like new. I would highly recommend the professionals at Interiors by Thomas.
