Gaio contracting is one of a kind. In today's world it is hard to find good people let alone good contractors. Well, I am hear to tell you this company is the best company I have every worked with, they have unbelievable compassion for the homeowner. Rick went above and beyond to try and help us get the best price for our countertops after he was done installing our cabinets. He also was more than happy to ensure that the sink would fit in the frame that was installed before we ordered it on Amazon. He was very polite and he cleaned up after himself everyday. If you do not choose Gaio contracting for your next kitchen or bathroom project you have flat out lost your mind. Great experience.

We just finished a gut remodel to our house with Integrity Luxury Homes and got LEED Certified. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend them. They were committed to helping us get our LEED certification at the highest level possible. They went the extra mile to make sure that we will be happy with the outcome for years to come. Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I highly recommend Aldana Renovation

Joe came out to fix my in-laws' door after an emergency situation where the door got busted. He very promptly assessed and helped me to navigate the process (call insurance, door choices etc) of repair. He was diligent, professional, efficient and kind. I absolutely would recommend him for future home needs.

The wax ring was bad on upstairs toilet and water damage was happening under our tiles damaging the sub floor. The rotted ply wood was replaced and new tiles placed. Amazing work. They were reliable. Efficient, affordable, and communicated well.

I'm a real estate investor here in the valley. I recently had a project I needed to complete in a timely manner but my regular contractors were both tied up with other projects. After making several calls to other contractors who were referred to me by peers in the industry,  they too were all busy or unable to start when I needed them. That's when I came to Yelp. Based on their high reviews, I chose Patterson remodeling to complete my project. Darren was my project manager and handled everything from the start. He answered all my calls, emails and texts in a timely manner and was extremely flexible with additional requests I made to complete the job. The project was completed within specifications, budget and ON TIME. I would not hesitate in recommending Darren and his team and will be using them again in the future.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

Interiors by Thomas just finished a major remodel at our home in Sun City.  Our remodel consisted of enclosing the laundry room that was open in the garage.  This gave us a large utility room with a closet, sink and storage. We also moved a wall, giving us a larger dinning room and a separate TV room, replaced a glass sliding door with a single French Door. They also replaced the tile and carpet with Luxury Vinyl Flooring, installed ceiling fans and can lights.  All doors and casings were replaced and painted along with the whole interior of the home.  
The office staff was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. We really appreciated Lindsey's suggestions when picking out countertops and stain for the laundry room cabinets.  
Per our contract timeline all the work was done in the time frame presented to us.  The work crews always informed us on what they would be working on each day.  They were presentable, friendly and polite.  You could tell they took pride in the work they were doing. Our experience from start to finish was what we expected.  If you're considering a remodel, big or small I would recommend Interiors by Thomas.  You will not be disappointed!

ABA just completed two bathrooms in my home. The workmanship was quality but it took a long time to get some products. All workers that came to our home were pleasant and accommodating to our wishes. We recommend this company.

I'm a retired builder, and I know good work and good service when I see it. For every step of the way in my water damage repair project, Qualizona's attention to detail and customer satisfaction/communications  were exceptional. Keep up the good work, guys!
