Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

I had them remodel 2 bathrooms and a bonus room in my home. The quality was better than I expected and the price was very reasonable. The best part was the communication through the whole process and considering the amount of work done, they kept the areas pretty clean. They even brought in a cleaning crew who touched up the whole house when done! Will use them for all projects.

In 2007 we hired Justin and Caine and Company to do a major addition to our 1950's ranch home in the Camelback Corridor. After interviewing several other contractors and receiving bids from other design/build companies, we were thrilled when we found Justin. He understood exactly what we wanted and what we needed as well as our design aesthetic. He immediately "got" our vision for the project, listened to our needs and walked us through the entire process. We added a bedroom/office, a bathroom, a kitchen, great room, and reconfigured doors, walls, and closets in the existing house to make the addition cohesive.  He completed our addition on time, on budget and with outstanding results. I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Justin and his crew. He was communicative, honest, fair, and reliable. He contributed to the design and his experience and expertise made the entire process painless. The end result was a space that our family of five enjoys on a daily basis and we would recommend Caine and Company to anyone looking to transform their space.

They did a fantastic job on our kitchen, did everything except the cabinets and countertop which they coordinated with the other vendors.  The job included taking down a load bearing wall. They were great to work with, on time, very knowledgeable  and professional. I highly recommend them for any project - large or small!

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Throughout the process, Katherine was available to meet any need, inquiry, or concern and maintained exemplary response time with her calm, pleasant demeanor.

On the installation days, her team was on time, polite, accommodating, professional, communicative, focused, and meticulous in their work efforts. During the three-day job, her crew left the premises tidy each day upon completion. Words can't capture my appreciation for their professional partnership in completing this endeavor.

We needed some interior drywall repair work done and also utilized Arise Construction to help us finish installing our laminate flooring in our master bedroom.  THEY WERE FANTASTIC!  Marcos and all of the gentlemen we worked with at Arise Construction were amazing.  Communication was prompt and all phases of each portion of the job were completed in a timely manner at a fair price.  We are very pleased with the service provided.  We are looking forward to working with them again.

These guys were great! They were very respectful, on time, cleaned up both days they were here and did great work. I will definitely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone needing home repairs.

I selected Aqua Tubs after doing my research on the internet.  Most places usually just take care of tub installation only not electrical   Here they manage the entire project start to finish.  From the top down the service and support has bee outstanding.  The installers Jacob and George true craftsmen.

I met Veny when AZ Royal Granite installed new counter tops at a neighbors.  When it was time to remodel our kitchen we worked with Veny on the selection of the granite and backsplash.  He made several suggestions to the design which we are very happy with. Our remodel also included the reducing the height of a pony wall from bar height to counter height, rerouting electrical at both the pony wall and the wall behind the stove, and installation of under counter lights.  Veny and Alex were onsite each day they had a team working in our kitchen.  AZ teams are neat, professional, arrive on time and clean up after they have completed a task.  We will be using them this fall to replace our counter tops in our bath rooms.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

Paul Rene was the best choice for our floor-to-ceiling book shelf.  We had gotten a quote from a previous business and it was the basic shelves and cabinetry that one could find anywhere.  For practically the same price, we received a true work of art:  a one-of-a-kind, custom piece that we helped create.  Paul not only took in our own thoughts on the project, but kept the design of our home and styles in mind.  The book shelves (complete with ladder) is  a dream come true!  Definitely worth more than 5 stars!

Shane was very patient with my wife and I during our lengthy selection process.  Apache Tile had connections for the most reasonable cabinets we ever found so we used them to source those as well.  We never thought we'd be able to afford solid surface counters in our bathrooms and kitchen, but finding Apache Tile Outlet made that possible.  I'm grateful to have found these fellas and look forward to referring them to anyone who needs a "countertop guy".

The quote the owner gave us was competitive and i had decided to hire him.  But before hiring him i sent an email asking for their license number and two references I received no reply whatsoever. Weird !!!

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
