HISTORY

Established in 2007.
We have been remodeling since 1987 and specializing in bathrooms since 1996 in Phoenix and SE Florida. We changed our name to Allure Bath Remodeling in 2007 to concentrate on the Phoenix market. Our business is a family owned business and we are proud of our reputation and customer relationships forged over the years. As Phoenix natives, we are proud to help improve the living quality of our beautiful area and provide a professional and worry free experience for our customers.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Born and raised in Phoenix, I have lived in the area most of my adult life. After completing my education at ASU, I worked and learned the construction industry and chose to go into business myself in 1984. Since 1984, we have built houses and completed thousands of remodels since 1987. We are proud to be a part of Arizona!

Allure Bath & Kitchen remodeled both of the bathrooms in our vacation home. John was extremely easy to work with. We trusted them to come in and out of our home while we were not present. The bathrooms exceeded our expectations and are spectacular. Everything we agreed to was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely have them back again

Just wanted to thank you & your so called company for not following through with your obligation to my wife & myself.
No call back, no go to Hell, no we can't do it.... NOTHING... You were going to have out Bathrooms completed by Christmas.
Here it is February 2nd & still nothing, I don't know what kind of Company you run, but you are the absolute worst OWNER
we have ever talked too. You could of at least had the BALLS to call us & say I'm sorry, or we are unable to do your job.
Nothing, not a email, or phone call.... Allure Bath Remodeling is the worst company we have ever delt with....
Your Customer Service SUCKS!!!!!

We renovated both of our bathrooms. John, the owner, was professional all the way even though things took a little longer due to Covid-19. Our bathrooms look amazing and the work done by Allure has increased the value of our home tremendously and has added to the comfort we feel living in our home. If you're thinking about remodeling reach out to John you won't regret it.

Excellent service all the way around with phenomenal results. The Owner, John, listened attentively to our "dream" and developed a plan to make it come true. His crew followed that plan methodically and meticulously from beginning to end. The originally estimated a five day deconstruct to construct time frame which morphed into eight days. We did not mind the extended time frame because it was evident that the workers wanted to do the job right, rather than fast. They also willingly did "call backs" to fix minor construction problems without issue. Kudos to John, Mike, Shane, Cecelia, and Roberto for making our dream come true.

Two no show appointments. First scheduled consultation was not communicated to the actual consulting personal and was missed. Second scheduled appointment no show and no contact.

Said it would take 2 or 3 days. It took almost three months. These are not the people you want if a licensed contractor is your desire, I found no license. They wanted to be paid early when work was still incomplete. Countless repairs of punch list items did occur but over a long time. This is two guys and their dad...not as pro as website looks. Work was just ok and some aspects were just unprofessional. The shower door was warped and did not close properly. They flipped it around to make it work with the warped door still in place until I wanted it replaced. Professional corner cutters.

I was very pleased with the renovation projects. They got what we want for our bathroom and kitchen. The workmanship was excellent.I am happy to recommend this family owned business and look forward to working with their crew again.
