We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Words can't describe how pleased I am with how my project turned out using GPS.  They are true professionals and keep you well informed throughout the entire process.  I will likely use them again for a bathroom remodel project that I anticipate starting at the end of the year.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

This contractor was in his truck with business logo and all purposely going around a 16 year old with his driving permit in the drivers seat and slamming on his brakes out of road rage because the kid had his blinker on to move over after exiting the freeway and turning onto bell rd. Me in the passenger seat tells my son that he will want to get in the middle lane so him putting his left blinker on and doing that was enough for this grown man to need to road rage and possibly get rear ended by an inexperienced driver. Should really think about that while promoting your business with logos and phone numbers. I

I rent my home and during the last wind and storm we noticed shingles blown up and leaks in the house. When I talked to my landlord about fixing it she had a fight from the insurance company about patching instead. Well luckily my friend told me about these guys and I told my landlord. Even though this was during the holidays they responded to her message and came out and looked. I have worked with many contractors and have never run into this level of professionalism and service. They handled everything and were very thou rough to investigate all possible problems and causes. They handled insurance paperwork and replacement of everything that was old damage caused by a hail storm in the past that the insurance never fully fixed. Awesome company and I have never been treated with such integrity.. it is great to know this level of commitment to service and workmanship still exists.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline for a number of years. Jacqueline was the Interior designer for our latest project, a home remodel in Ramona, CA. Jacqueline was able to assemble a team that completed the project within the aggressive time frame without sacrificing style or quality, Her understanding of the clients needs, coupled with a keen design sense, make to whole remodeling process simple for all involved. This is our first time through any remodeling process.  Jim and his team at Regal made it very easy.  Prices were fair.  Work was completed as promised.  We love the work and the results are beautiful. For me, it was most important that I felt comfortable with all of the workers that were in my home.  They did such a good job on our master bath, we had them back to replace all of our flooring and another bathroom remodel.  Jim is flexible - in many cases we bought our own materials in order to find the best bargains - and he was always open when receiving my "what if" texts even when work was in process.  I will definitely use them again and will refer them to friends.

Jeremy and his crew tore down my sun room that hadn't been built to code, had significant water and termite damage, a roof that wasn't sloped properly and a litany of other issues. They rebuilt it as part of the house, with a ceiling that is now level, air conditioning (!), insulation, and a door and window pattern that makes sense.  Throughout this project, they were always on time and very respectful of mine. Jeremy was very transparent when there was issues, especially when fixing them would come at an additional cost, and kept me in the loop as the project progressed.

The room has weathered three major storms and not once have I had water or other external debris in the house as I would have before. It is wonderful to be able to use this new room functionally, instead of the waste of space it was before.

This is not my first time using First Leaf construction and it certainly won't be my last.

We hired Quentin Sahwany, owner of  Urban  Element, Inc to remodel our master bathroom and replace all our downstairs flooring.  Quentin meet with us, listened to our wants and together we worked out a design.
The finished project is beautiful and exactly as we discussed.  His crew did a fantastic job. It was done on time and to perfection. Since the project was completed while we were away from our home, Quentin provided us with progress notes and pictures.  He was always quick to respond to all my texts and provided answers.

Don't look any farther in your search for a general contractor! Can't say enough about the professionalism of Golden Bear Contracting. He does all the work himself, no subcontractors. We remodeled our home in Gilbert that our son and daughter-in-law live in: full bathroom remodels in the master and guest bath, and installation of a new tile floor in the laundry room. Mike was there promptly every morning, worked hard and finished the job in the timeframe promised. He cleaned up as he went and we couldn't be happier with the result!

One of the best things about this company is that he came out and gave us ways to save money as he was measuring for the estimate. (We had one company that didn't even want to come out and instead requested that we send pics and do all the measuring ourselves...and they came in much higher in their estimate!). Mike put together an estimate that was very reasonable, including averages for ALL materials. It was perfect because we then had the option to purchase all our materials, with no pressure and managed to come in under budget. Some items we chose were higher in price than his included materials budget, and many were lower. This made the whole process much easier and we got exactly what we wanted.

Since we are out of town, Mike kept us informed every step of the way, with new revisions to the invoice as we chose materials.

He is very honest, dependable, and we will definitely hire him again should we decide to do further work on the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mosqueda renovation is great,  there response time was fast and Oscar was quick with the consolation. We got our bathroom remodeled and him and his team did a great job and it only took 10 days  total! Definitely recommend

Ashco's owner does not stand by his work.  My elderly mother on a fixed income had them install a new roof. They installed the flashing wrong around the AC unit.  It started leaking on the interior. When I contacted him about the leaking he said it was past the two year warranty. He was notified by a couple of consumer advocate agencies with no response. His ROC status is Voluntary Cancellation. Case in point. If I could give them a zero I would. His business ethics give contractors a bad name. He could care less about the quality of his work.
