We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

I have hired The Other Brothers to do various repairs around our home from fixing a roof that lost some tiles during a dust storm to replacing the vacuum breaking that broke and flood our yard.  There hasn't been a job yet they couldn't do for me and my 19 year old house. We just had our bathrooms and kitchen remodeled by Regal Bath and Kitchens. We couldn't be happier with the results. They have a great crew! They're very professional, always arrived on time and they did a fantastic job!  If I wasn't happy with a specific detail, they immediately without hesitation corrected the problem. They aim to please! The painter, Todd, was amazing!  He was such a perfectionist and super respectful and friendly! Loved him! I have recently had some renovation work done by Urban Element. I can't say enough good things about them. From the very start when Quentin came to give me an estimate to the finish of what could have been a very messy job, they excelled. I expected a big mess with tearing out a cast-iron tub ( a couple had told me they would have to saw it in half etc.) Not only did Urban Element get it out in one piece they also took out mud-based tile with hardly a fuss. If you have a job coming up that you are dreading, I highly suggest using Quentin and crew for a stress-free home improvement.

Urban Element goes above and beyond and I will definitely use them again for the next project.

Our Kitchen Remodel was a long process, but the new custom cabinets, counter tops, electrical, drywall, plumbing, appliances, and painting process were finally completed.
The Backsplash, over the cooktop and counter, was the last step.
We contacted several installers from lists provided by the tile stores.
We received no return calls.
Finally, we decided to try Yelp. Our Yelp search for Backsplash installers listed Golden Bear Contracting.
We called Michael, the owner of Golden Bear Contracting.
He answered our call and said he could come out that afternoon and give us a quote.
We wanted to show Michael the tile we had selected and also the Mosaic we had purchased to go over the cooktop.
The Mosaic contained thousands of really small tiles, and we wanted to be sure Michael could install it.
He answered all of our questions about installing the Mosaic and gave us a few suggestions on outlining the Mosaic with darker "Pencil" tiles.
We decided on the spot that Michael was the contractor to do our installation.
He gave us a date about two-weeks out for the installation and we shook hands on the deal.
Michael arrived on the promised day at exactly 8am and got right to work.
The job was finished, as promised, around noon the next day.
Everything, including the mosaic, went perfectly.
The grouting and the tile sealing went smoothly and the finished product looks absolutely great.
His cleanup was spotless and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
We'll be remodeling our master bathroom next and we had Michael look at the bathroom and make suggestions.
Turns out that he actually specializes in Bathroom remodels.
We were very impressed with our backsplash and also with his suggestions on the bathroom remodel.
We've decided to call Michael when we're ready to tackle the bathroom.
He is very professional, courteous, punctual and, when it comes to tile, he's Great.

Mosqueda renovation is great,  there response time was fast and Oscar was quick with the consolation. We got our bathroom remodeled and him and his team did a great job and it only took 10 days  total! Definitely recommend

Ashco's owner does not stand by his work.  My elderly mother on a fixed income had them install a new roof. They installed the flashing wrong around the AC unit.  It started leaking on the interior. When I contacted him about the leaking he said it was past the two year warranty. He was notified by a couple of consumer advocate agencies with no response. His ROC status is Voluntary Cancellation. Case in point. If I could give them a zero I would. His business ethics give contractors a bad name. He could care less about the quality of his work.
