We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Contacted them based on a Yelp recommendation. Set up an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate to put my bathroom back together after a plumbing issue. They came out took some pictures and measurements and said I would get a quote the following week.  It's been two weeks and no contact. Not super helpful when you are trying to get a project completed

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

After interviewing (getting estimates) from 5-6 different companies, I liked Palmer's the best. From the initial estimate, to the last finishing touches to my bathroom remodel, they were professional, efficient and communicated every step along the way. I couldn't have asked for more. Their workers are very experienced in their craft and have different workers that specialize in each area. They treated my property with respect and always cleaned up before leaving for the day.  Derrick took special care to schedule all the work to flow smoothly and it was a treat to have such a great experience with a great company.  I have more work to do in my house and I will definitely be be calling Palmer's!!! I rent my home and during the last wind and storm we noticed shingles blown up and leaks in the house. When I talked to my landlord about fixing it she had a fight from the insurance company about patching instead. Well luckily my friend told me about these guys and I told my landlord. Even though this was during the holidays they responded to her message and came out and looked. I have worked with many contractors and have never run into this level of professionalism and service. They handled everything and were very thou rough to investigate all possible problems and causes. They handled insurance paperwork and replacement of everything that was old damage caused by a hail storm in the past that the insurance never fully fixed. Awesome company and I have never been treated with such integrity.. it is great to know this level of commitment to service and workmanship still exists.

Jacqueline is awesome! I'm SO glad we found her on Thumbtack. We recently "blended" our homes and were feeling overwhelmed and wanted the advise of a professional. Merging "his" and "hers" can be a difficult and sensitive process. In addition, I had difficulty trying to merge the color scheme of our blended items. I struggled to put it all together without seeing it visually. We needed someone to give us their expertise so that we could proceed. I contacted Jacqueline and she was able to squeeze us in for a consultation . She is VERY personable and professional. We love how she is no nonsense and did not give us "fluff"- She is direct and to the point during the consultation and very patient with all my questions. We plan to use her throughout our process for guidance. I am delighted that she seems as interested in creating my home as I am. She has been in contact with ideas since our consultation via text answering any questions I have.

This is our second time in 18 months using Regal Bath and Kitchens. The first time was for a master bathroom shower remodel and new kitchen counter tops (changed to granite). Great job completed on both of them in the Spring of 2017. Jump ahead to September 2018 and we had Jim and his crew install glass tile backsplash to the kitchen and both bathrooms. Ray was the installer and he did a great job and cleaned up daily before leaving. Not sure what else we'll find for them to work on, but for kitchen and bath work, I'd recommend Regal Bath and Kitchens.

I'm a returning customer of First Leaf Construction.  This time, Jeremy and team did an outstanding job fixing my old garage doors, replacing rotten window frame wood and patching areas of stucco for painting prep.  I really appreciate their attention to detail and problem solving with my older home.  Can't rave enough about First Leaf Construction, highly recommend!  Thank you.

Needed to get a new Counter top for my Kitchen after getting my estimate realized that I was able to get new cabinets put in also. Thank you Quentin. Will recommend and use for future work needed.

Strangely, my wife's review was in the non-recommended area.  In any case, I've posted our bathroom photos, the workmanship speaks for itself.  

Mike and his partner did all the tile work, plumbing, electrical and some touchup painting themselves, no subcontractors - with the exception of the glass shower wall/doors, which everyone subcontracts.  Overall, we are VERY pleased with the outcome.

They were on time every single day and completed the project in just under the estimated time of two weeks.  Would have finished even sooner, had the shower door people not needed about a week and a half after measuring (pretty standard - we had a different contractor do our other bathroom and it was a two week wait as well).  
As said, a great job and we plan to call him about our kitchen, hopefully late this year, finances permitting.

Mosqueda renovation is great,  there response time was fast and Oscar was quick with the consolation. We got our bathroom remodeled and him and his team did a great job and it only took 10 days  total! Definitely recommend

I bought a house that you were suppose to have replaced roof and you didn't you added another layer, and could care less, which tells me If everyone is smart they will avoid your company if they want their roof done right!
