We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

Landscaping company lost control of their vehicle and ran through my garage. Derrick & his team were able to get my garage & patio looking even better then it had prior to the accident. I was so happy with their service I am having them do the remodel on my rental properties bathroom. They do everything!

Jacqueline was able to assemble a team that completed the project within the aggressive time frame without sacrificing style or quality, Her understanding of the clients needs, coupled with a keen design sense, make to whole remodeling process simple for all involved. We interviewed several companies before finally settling on Regal Bath and Kitchen to remodel our master bathroom and a secondary bathroom.     Their price was competitive and the five star reviews on every site we visited were enough to convince us they were right for us.    We were not disappointed.   They showed up when they said they would, maintained a pristine worksite, and were willing to accomodate us when we made changes to the original plan.   Our salesman, Doug, responded to our email inquiries promptly, day or night.  The quality of their work is top notch--all of the craftsmen who worked on our project told us how much they love working for Regal.   Although there were a number of changes, the final invoice was, surprisingly, quite close to our original estimate--no surprises.   We couldn't be happer with the final results and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a licensed contractor for their project.

Jeremy the Handyman, of First Leaf Construction, quoted me $1,505.00 to hang several small sun shades in my backyard.  The work was completed a few months ago, with me providing the sun shades and Jeremy providing the miscellaneous hardware.  As you know we had some heavy winds the beginning of February and during that time the shades were blown down.  Several potted plants, cactus and strands of lights were destroyed, resulting in a few hundred dollars' worth of damage.  

I had two other contractors assess the installation.  Both contractors told me they would have installed the sun shades differently. Jeremy was contacted to access the damage and make the installation right.  Jeremy's solution was an additional estimate of $975 to reinstall the shades the way the other contractors would have done. I was not expecting any of the original damages to be reimbursed only that the shades be reinstalled and in a manner that they would not blow over in the next wind storm. I replied to the additional estimate of $975 with surprise and shocked that there would be an additional charge.  Jeremy then replied with "seek another vendor".
I then asked him to please come back and rehang the lights as they were originally.  No reply!
Today I received another email from Jeremy quoting a lower price on his 2nd estimate. After all of the above, he stated that he was clear on not being comfortable hanging the sails as others would have.  If he was not comfortable, why did he hang them initially and for 1505.00?

I feel I've been taken advantage of and am disheartened and disappointed that he did not stand by his work and make this small project right.
Unprofessional, not trustworthy.

We hired Quentin Sahwany, owner of  Urban  Element, Inc to remodel our master bathroom and replace all our downstairs flooring.  Quentin meet with us, listened to our wants and together we worked out a design.
The finished project is beautiful and exactly as we discussed.  His crew did a fantastic job. It was done on time and to perfection. Since the project was completed while we were away from our home, Quentin provided us with progress notes and pictures.  He was always quick to respond to all my texts and provided answers.

Golden Bear Contracting was a real life saver. Installed a sink in the kitchen that was otherwise not going to fit and I'd have to return. But I loved my new sink so I was determined to make it fit. He did a great job!

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.
