We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

Rob was fantastic. He was available on short notice, and was honest and acted with extreme integrity, putting our interests before his. He will absolutely be our first call for repairs and remodel work in the future.

Jacqueline is awesome! I'm SO glad we found her on Thumbtack. We recently "blended" our homes and were feeling overwhelmed and wanted the advise of a professional. Merging "his" and "hers" can be a difficult and sensitive process. In addition, I had difficulty trying to merge the color scheme of our blended items. I struggled to put it all together without seeing it visually. We needed someone to give us their expertise so that we could proceed. I contacted Jacqueline and she was able to squeeze us in for a consultation . She is VERY personable and professional. We love how she is no nonsense and did not give us "fluff"- She is direct and to the point during the consultation and very patient with all my questions. We have trusted and relied on First Leaf Construction for all our projects large and small over four to five years.  Jeremy and his team was always been the epitome of trustworthy, capable, exceptionally skilled, and highly responsive.  We would not consider putting our home and sanctuary in the hands of any one else.  Admittedly, we have our moments and maybe demanding, but Jeremy has always been accommodating, gracious, and committed to the very highest standards. Golden Bear Contracting was a real life saver. Installed a sink in the kitchen that was otherwise not going to fit and I'd have to return. But I loved my new sink so I was determined to make it fit. He did a great job!

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

Ashco's owner does not stand by his work.  My elderly mother on a fixed income had them install a new roof. They installed the flashing wrong around the AC unit.  It started leaking on the interior. When I contacted him about the leaking he said it was past the two year warranty. He was notified by a couple of consumer advocate agencies with no response. His ROC status is Voluntary Cancellation. Case in point. If I could give them a zero I would. His business ethics give contractors a bad name. He could care less about the quality of his work.
