We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.
They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. My wife and I had our entire house remodeled except for the bathrooms. We were told General Contractor DK would assist us through each phase of the remodel and make sure we were satisfied as each stage was completed. This couldn't be further from the truth.
The demo workers needed to borrow tools. They didn't even have a broom to clean up. DK didn't have his guys put plastic up to protect appliances and prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. My wife and I had to cover things ourselves. When I approached DK with my concerns he stated "What do you expect, I don't think they have college degrees".
The countertops were not put in correctly. They were not level and had support bars hanging loose under the island. DK stated there wasn't anything he could do about it. My wife was upset and sent him a text expressing our concern and DK did not reply. A fabricator was finally brought in and he verified that DK was incorrect and he instructed DK on how to correct the problem.
When the painter was fixing drips and uneven lines in the house, DK arrived and I could hear him telling the painter not to fix things because it's not their responsibility and that the house had probably been painted twenty times. We are original owners and it's been painted twice. Fortunately the painter ignored DK and ensured his work was to our satisfaction.
During the baseboard phase the baseboard was four inches on one side of the house and 2 and a half inches on the other. I phoned DK and he was upset with me and rude that I pointed this out. I sent him pictures and he didn't reply. He did not even show up the next day after telling me he would be there first thing in the morning. I had to work with the installer correcting things myself.
DK told us the floor tile job would take 6 days and when it took 4 weeks he blamed his workers whom he called "prima donnas". He even had the nerve to blame my wife and I, telling us not to talk to the workers. They are in our house doing a job we paid for and we are being told who we can or cannot talk to? This unacceptable behavior continued. DK ignored texts. He didn't return phone calls. He didn't show up or call when he missed scheduled appointments. He was obviously overwhelmed.
DK would enter our house without knocking and walk right by my wife and I without even acknowledging us. DK rarely showed up and when he did he berated his employees, his suppliers, and even the owner who he called "forgetful". When I complained to the owner he told me that DK had a toothache. When my wife discussed issues with the owner he admitted DK crossed the line but he didn't offer an apology. After finally having enough of the unprofessionalism, I told the owner that I didn't want DK in our home. DK insulted myself, my wife and our remodel. This company forgot who the customer was immediately. Extremely disappointed.

I rent my home and during the last wind and storm we noticed shingles blown up and leaks in the house. When I talked to my landlord about fixing it she had a fight from the insurance company about patching instead. Well luckily my friend told me about these guys and I told my landlord. Even though this was during the holidays they responded to her message and came out and looked. I have worked with many contractors and have never run into this level of professionalism and service. They handled everything and were very thou rough to investigate all possible problems and causes. They handled insurance paperwork and replacement of everything that was old damage caused by a hail storm in the past that the insurance never fully fixed. Awesome company and I have never been treated with such integrity.. it is great to know this level of commitment to service and workmanship still exists.

Jacquie is not only a fabulous designer with great taste but also easy and fun to work with. I met Jacquie last year when we just purchased our retirement home that we planned to use part time between renting to snowbirds. She had a hand in designing almost every room with the furniture and window coverings as well as the details that really make the difference between a nicely decorated room to a stunning room!
Jacquie took my stye and thoughts into consideration, but she also knew when to push a bit to consider decor we might not have chosen on your own - and of course she was right each time! From the beginning of our new house build, Jacquie joined us at the design center to make some significant decisions. One of them was the drop lighting in the café, which is a unique feature to our model which most people didn't choose it. Jacquie encouraged us to see the long-term value and the elegance it brought, and she was spot on. When we put the house on the rental market, 2 days later, it was rented for 13 months! I highly recommend Jacquie and her services.

Regal Bath and Kitchens did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. We wanted to get rid of the bathtub, the tiny shower, and the 90's style lower vanity with the massive mirror. We didn't even think there was room to do all that we wanted but their end result made the room look larger than it was . Best of all, this was at a price we could afford.
Rich helped us get things started by meeting at the showroom to see styles on display and to pick out tiles for the floor and walls. We could see the samples for the vanity, the sinks and the fixtures. It made it easier to coordinate things when we could see how everything looked together, and we were able to select exactly what we wanted in each area. We did have to choose a second tile by going to Floor and Décor later on because our wall tile was out of stock, but the replacement one was beautiful and the sales lady there also helped us coordinate things.
The remodel included removing a wall and some other decorative arches in the bathroom. They had to move the water pipes for the shower. The shower included so many nice features - a bench, a toe pick near the shower heads, two shower heads - a rain style one and a hand held one - a switch to use one or both heads at the same time, a niche for toiletries, and the controls to turn the water on near the entrance to the shower so it was warm by the time we got into the shower. They also agreed to install new light fixtures, towel racks and mirrors which we purchased elsewhere. They suggested that we hire others to paint the walls for us.
They did an exception job with the plumbing. The slope of the floor in the shower is just right so that all the water runs into the drain and the drain is big enough that it has never gotten clogged.
Whenever, we had a problem or concern, Rich was reassuring saying that he would take care of everything we wanted. The crew was proud of the work they did and were always cheerful to have working in our home. John was especially careful of keeping the dust off our rugs and in the master bathroom area. Every day he carefully covered the beds with plastic so they could be used at night. Jesus worked exceptionally hard getting the tiles on the bottom of the shower installed.
The end result has received a "Wow" from everyone who sees it. We would hire them again to remodeled our hall bath.

We have trusted and relied on First Leaf Construction for all our projects large and small over four to five years. Jeremy and his team was always been the epitome of trustworthy, capable, exceptionally skilled, and highly responsive. We would not consider putting our home and sanctuary in the hands of any one else. Admittedly, we have our moments and maybe demanding, but Jeremy has always been accommodating, gracious, and committed to the very highest standards. I think he even may be amused with our idiosyncrasies. For those concerned about cost, Jeremy is ever fair and reasonable. Turn to First Leaf Construction with all your home remodeling needs and you will not be disappointed.

Hired Golden Bear to remodel master bath and second bathroom in March 2020. I gave it 5 stars so you can read about my experience and who this guy really is. You decide.
Mike and his partner did all the tile work, plumbing, electrical and some touchup painting themselves, no subcontractors - with the exception of the glass shower wall/doors, which everyone subcontracts. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome. They were very easy to work with, which is why I hired them. On several occasions Michael saved me from my bad ideas.
But there were issues around the finishing details. I had to go over the work and point out with stick notes many finishing details like at the base of the cabinets, grout cleanup in corners and rough finishing edges. Overall in the end the master bath came out great.
But in the second bath the amount of grout clean up issues were extensive. For some reason they decided to change the color of the grout without my consent and it looked terrible. I was told the color would change after it dries.
Well the grout color did not change when it dried, the color they used what not what I selected. Michael stop taking my calls after he admitted they used the wrong color and said they would come back and fix it. I had to hire a tile company to change the color of the grout.
I do recommend that Michael hire someone to do the finishing work he does not like doing. Would I hire him again or recommend him - NO.
