This is a review on my experience with the company. 3 weeks ago my landlord scheduled the company to come to my apartment and correct peeling bath/ shower combo surfaces. I was out of town and unaware there would be paint being sprayed in my apartment. I came back to my belongings not just covered in dust from sanding but PAINT! I informed my landlord and they told me to educate the contractor on what the damages were. When Ardi came to my apartment he was very dismissive and repeatedly told me my belongings were covered in plastic. This may have been but obviously the plastic was loosely placed. All paint in air went under the plastic and coated our tables, chair, tv, sound bar, and a spot in carpet. The sound bar you can see appears to have had the plastic up against it so the paint dripped down and created this type of pattern. Ardi was able to remove the paint on my chair and carpet, while I had to scrub our wood tables and furniture for hours to remove the residue. We were UNABLE to remove the paint from our sound bar and tv. Nothing was done financially or otherwise to compensate for damages that could not be fixed. My suggestion to anyone thinking of using Chromatic Coatings is that you continuously watch the work being done, wear a mask or whatever you have to do to ensure your belongings are not damaged. Remove your property completely or ensure that they are covered in plastic and taped down with no air flow inside. This was very disappointing to come home to this mess after a summer vacation, when I had left my place very clean.

Alex was extremely friendly and professional. The roofing crew were clean and courteous. I love my new roof! We've had several compliments from neighbors!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

Ruben the owner himself came out to my house and installed a doggie door, he is the most professional person you will ever meet. He was fast and neat, if you need anything done around your house I highly recommend B4 and After home repair.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

August 24,2019 Signed SW Restoration contract and cut a sizable deposit check for a bathroom remodel project that Was to start 8 weeks later. With a completion date of November 8th (guaranteed with $500 credit if not completed on time-per contract)Not hearing form Jerry, I reached out to him shortly before agreed to start date. It was then I was informed Jerry was pushing back start date another 7 weeks. Waiting nearly 3 months to get a project started was too much for me to accept, so I let him know I needed to go with another contractor and needed my deposit returned. That was 2 1/2weeks ago and I'll I'm getting is excuses, about why I don't have my money. Horrible experience!

I'm pleased to report, Jerry came through on his promise to refund my deposit. I felt it important I update my previous post, with this new information. Jerry is a man of his word! Not something you can say about all contractors.

We had Tintas Granite install a new bar top.  Great company to do business with.  Their staff is friendly, helpful, professional.  Our granite bar top was installed with great care & workmanship.  It looks beautiful.  We are very pleased.

We just got our master bath remodeled and the results turned out great. This is the second bathroom we had affordable remodel. We changed from the contractor aluminum and glass panels and cultured marble to frameless glass and beautiful acrylic panels. We had a challenge of how to finish the seat which was the edge of the existing  bathtub. Chris and Matthew came up with a great idea to use a leftover piece of the wall panel and created a cap with a 2 inch bent over lip to cover the edge. We were deleted with their attention to detail and craftsmanship.

This review is for the estimate process only. Amanda came to my house and measured, listened to what I wanted for my remodel, and did what no one else did, which was to bring in some sample vanity doors and shower flooring samples. She responded to my emails quickly, was detailed in the estimate, and followed up in a phone call, showing that she really cared about my business. No other remodeler did that. While I wound up signing with another firm, I would definitely keep ABA in mind as an alternative for future work.

I've used BBG for handyman services and have been so impressed! Their handyman (Bill) really goes above and beyond with ensuring the job is done right, and that the area is neat and clean afterward. He was prepared for the job with the parts that he needed, prepped the area, showed me what he was doing, and even took care of some cosmetic stuff, which was a nice touch. He also showed care for my pets which is very important, making sure we didn't have any escapees while he was coming in and out of the house. Great guy and he does great work! Highly recommend!

There were a couple very positive things that came out of this.

Enrique responded rapidly and was able to help me upon short notice. The work he did exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the physical nature of the work he did.

However, his payment structure and lack of payment system is quite bothersome. There was no clarity as to how I should structure payment so I had to be the one to suggest how to proceed with payment. He suggested I pay through Western Union which is something I've yet to be asked.

After completing the job, he then proceeded to pester me for payments even though I was busy completing my own work during the weekend. Without even letting 24 hours pass, he was contacting my friend, who was helping me, trying to follow up for payment. I thought I had made a payment within that time frame, but in my business, the transaction was not confirmed via PayPal.

Within 36 hours of the completion of the job, he sent me a lien notice stating that he would charge an extra $400 on the job. Note that this all took place over the weekend when most people are not conducting financial transactions.

The lack of professionalism and the ambiguity of the contract services need to remedied. I am a specific situation since I am remote and not located physically in Arizona. Those who choose to contract in person will likely not have to deal with such circumstances. However, those not located physically in Arizona need to be aware. My intention had never been to not pay for services and to be treated as such within less than 36 hours is completely unprofessional

We have  a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen thanks to Bob at B&J Tile! He and his designer (I think her name was Sylvia) did an amazing job helping us  design and complete our dream kitchen under a very short timeline and within budget. Bob was great about getting problems solved, very knowledgeable in all areas including plumbing, electric and, of course, tiling :) ...
I ended up being home one of the days that Bob was working on the finishing touches and he was great company. While he tiled, I painted cabinets.
This is a small family owned business that he TRULEY takes pride in and it shows.

PS - keep your eye out on nwsource.com    we bought our Bob's tiling on one of their online auctions and got a SCREAMING deal!

Just to let you know how incredibly frustrated I was with this rep Lani. I would give this a zero star if I could. Lani called only 20 minutes before the scheduled 2:00 PM appointment saying she will be late and asked to reschedule.  So I agreed to see her at 3pm instead.  At 3:11pm she called again saying she just finished her morning appointment and can she come now or reschedule.  I asked how soon she could be here and she said 17 minutes. So I agreed. Lani showed up at 3:30pm with more bad news. Now she wanted to reschedule because her iPad was at 1% and she couldn't do her presentation.  I was beyond frustrated and at that point I opened my front door and told her to leave immediately.  What professional would not even have a charger and cable with them?? On top of it she knew she was not going to have enough battery life left when she called me the very 1st time at 1:40pm. I am so appalled and will never deal with your company.  How disrespectful.. she completely wasted my Sunday.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
