New Bath, LLC. is a locally owned and operated family, residential remodeling business, serving the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. With our 20 years combined bathroom remodeling experience and numerous happy customers earning us a reputation for excellence at home customer service is our number one priority.

New Bath does amazing work! They built us the most beautiful shower, even better is that it is handicap accessible for my husband who is a veteran.

Best of all, the owners of New Bath wanted to donate a shower. We never expected it to look like it belongs in a custom built home. It also meets his needs, and he is now able to shower when he is home alone.

The employees worked lots of extra hours, and were a real pleasure to have in our home. They have great skills, and were truly glad to help.

One of their suppliers, ForzaStone, donated all of the stone for the project.

We never could have had such a beautiful and functional shower if it weren't for New Bath. We are more grateful than words can express. We will try by simply saying thanks to all those who made this happen!

I had a representative come to my house. He gave me a quote and I never heard from him again. I would not use this company as communication is number one when dealing with a customer. Please don't waste your time.

We met and made an appointment with Jeremy at the Home Show. He came to our house as scheduled and we had a brief chat about the job (3 bathroom remodel). He took one picture and was on his way. We didn't hear back from him with any kind of quote or ideas for our custom project as promised.
After I finally reached out to him he said their designer was going to call us. I don't know how you discuss design ideas over the phone, but regardless we never heard from the designer either.

Needless to say we will not be further pursuing business with this company. If we weren't a good fit or our custom project was going to be too much for their company to handle I don't think it would have been a big deal to just say that. My husband and I travel frequently for work so our time with getting quotes from contractors is limited, so wasting our time was very much not appreciated.

We just had a bathroom re-done. Had a contract written up with our specific needs. Of the five specific items, they did two. When the work was complete and we got to do a good look at the work, it was extremely shoddy. Tiles were not flat, some tiles had very large grout gaps and tiles were mis-cut.
They did come in and fix it, but squabbled on why I didn't report it sooner. Aren't they supposed to be professionals and inspect their own work?

Recommendation-- Go to someone else.

Compared 3 companies we found at the Home Show at the State Fair Grounds. Owned by 2 brothers, New Bath had by far the best price and the time estimate was appealing. We agreed on a shower remodel design and paid half $ down. When the job was started my wife quickly noticed things weren't what we discussed. I left work early to meet with the subcontractor who was wonderful BTW.(yes, they sub out their work) He showed me his work order and it varied from what we planned originally. What started out estmated as a 5 day job was dragged out over several weeks. I even gave the guy some cash because he only made a small % of the job. Communication was difficult proceeding. Another Sub textured the drywall with a spray can and the finish looks like crap(which we communicated but nobody came back to fix it). Sounds weird, but overall we are happy for the price

New Bath renovated the 22 year old Master Bathroom shower and tub in the house. As an individual that writes contracts for a living, I received four proposals for the work. Not only was New Bath the cheapest, but they provided this install with the highest quality materials offered. The utilized a product called Forza Stone, which is a solid sheet travertine backed with aluminum for stability. The shower and tub in the master bath look far superior to even the nicest hotels in the world, given the absence of grout lines normally found with a tile install. While the floor and listel are grouted because they were chosen the natural solid look of the Forza is unmatched and installed with the highest levels of quality and professionalism. For anyone that knows construction, no job is ever as it seems and problems do arise, such as rotted OSB under the existing shower. New Bath identified the problem, the owner Jon came to my house and discussed the solution. He reinforced the joists and repaired the sub floor with no additional cost to me because it was the right thing to do. I have since utilized New Bath for another bathroom upstairs and will continue to hire them for all my bathroom renovation needs. Possibly even the kitchen, which I'm sure they would be happy to do!

Couldn't have asked for a better bathroom remodel. Very courteous and respectful young men. Had them do two bathrooms and they did a great job in the time they said it would take. The area was cleaned up at the end of each workday. Great experience.

We scheduled an appointment at the recent home and garden show for a remodel estimate. They were a no show and didn't even have the courtesy to call to inform us they could not make it. I don't understand why they make appointments they have no intention of honoring. I will start checking Yelp before making appointments with companies in the future

I had a very positive experience with this company. Jeremy came out and we put together a plan within my budget. The installer came on time and cleaned up after himself each day. The final product looks amazing and I am extremely pleased. My only neutral comment is when I was setting up the initial consult I had to call multiple times before I got a call back.

I asked for a free in home estimate. About 3 hours before the scheduled appointment, I was contacted and asked if my husband would be home. I said no that I would be in charge of the bath remodel and review with him later. I was told that I would only give my husband the price, not review the product. Was told they would not come over unless both of us present. I said other companies would - response was only reputable companies operate as they do. New Bath was argumentative, spoke over me, refused to budge. I reiterated that I had other reputable companies including one the owner previously worked for (Rebath) offer an estimate without husband present. Classy Kitchen, XLT were 2 others who were quite gracious.
I really thought we had moved out of the 50's a long time ago. I am quite capable of making decisions on my own. Would not recommend.

We just had our 3 bathrooms remodeled in our 21 year old house. The remodeled bathrooms are beautiful!!! I highly recommend New Bath. It is a family owned and operated business. The owners, Jonathan and Jeremy Sands were wonderful to work with. The project came in on time and on budget. Their crews were professional and courteous. We are so pleased that we finally did this and found a great company to work with. We feel like we are in a new house with our beautiful new bathrooms!

Jeremy came out to give us an estimate on the cost for the tub removal and stall shower remodel. He arrived on time and explained everything to the last detail. Jeff the install came and was excellent, cleaning as he went answering all our questions. Called Jonathan S later because they had to make a change in the s cut shower door. They gave us a refund for the difference in cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Michael and Brenda H.

We had our bathrooms done and were very impressed with the quality of work that was done. It was done in a timely fashion. They were neat and clean. Minor problems were addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. It was all a very smooth process. We absolutely love our new bathrooms!

We had New Bath do a remodel of our master bath and they were never on time, took much longer than they said and did not do a good job. Our new vanity had a crack and they thought it was just fine but finally said that they would replace it but did not have anymore of the same marble. They sent us to Tempe to try and find one that would match, but only found one that would be close but it was not and now I have two different vanities. Also the shower walls are not straight and a few have chips in them which they covered up with grout. We did not get our money's worth for sure and I am very disappointed with the work they did. Everyone that has seen the bath agrees with me.

Horrible unprofessional. Jeremy was schedule to come out for a in home estimate for a master bathroom remodel and new granite counter tops for both bathrooms. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. Spent an hour calling to finally get a call from Jeremy to find out he thought the appointment was at a different time and would no longer be able to come out. Reschedule for another appointment. The morning of the 2nd appoint Jeremy texted asking if he could push the time to later in the day due to a conflict. Reluctantly I agreed. He then texted me later saying he finished his first job and would be able to come at the original. I had shifted my work around so i could accommodate the time he would be available. A note not was left on the door saying sorry he miss me. I tried contacting him to see if he would still be coming back out our SCHEDULED time with no answer. Spent another hour again trying to get a hold of him to only find out he had an appointment somewhere else and want to reschedule. Needless to say i did not schedule a followup appointment. I felt like they didn't even care to try to get my business and was very unprofessional
