Stein recently completed a major remodel of our master bath which included all new tiling in the shower, tiled flooring, new faucets, sinks and granite countertop.  We couldn't be happier.  The remodel looks fantastic, and the job was completed on time and underbudget.  We will recommend Nordic Improvements to our friends and family without hesitation.

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Josh came over to help me with a few projects around the house. I needed some drywall work and painting done. He gave me a great price and was very professional throughout the job. I had him come back to do some travertine flooring in my children's bathroom and replace the wall tile around the bath tub. He was very thorough and cleaned up after the project was done so we would have never known he was even there doing work. I would definitely recommend Josh and Bare Renovation for any home improvement projects you have.

Tiana and Glen stole $18950.00 of my money as a deposit on a large cabinet order for a new build of my home. they stalled and stalled and in the end would not produce the cabinets or a refund of my money. Cannot trust them to give you what you payed for. please contact the ROC regarding their reputation and they are not licensed contractors.

Their are no indication this is a legitimate business; no reviews, no webpage, and steered me to an email address right away and some excuse his phone was acting funny and to email him. When I got his response as to price, I thought, that's WAAAy to low. so I asked about his reviews, licensed, bonded, and he has no longer responded......Scam????

My experience was a bit frustrating. This is a smaller contractor who did a complete $45K kitchen remodel for me through Lowe's. I made one huge mistake and told them I was not in a hurry since I would be overseas for 6 months. After the custom cabinets arrived the job should've taken 4-6 weeks at most. Or 2 weeks if a full professional crew had been on it. it took them 5 months. Very poor supervision of their workers. When they said that the job was done after 3 months there was a long list of things that were overlooked and it took 2 more months to get things ironed out. That's why I went through Lowe's, I wanted a responsible main contractor. It was up to Lowe's to get on these guys and crack the whip. In the end I got everything I wanted but it was expensive and frustrating. Even then it wasn't complete. How can you overlook that one wall doesn't have power. How can you overlook that the dishwasher was not secured in place. How can you not notice that the garbage disposal was not hooked up. Or that the hot/cold was reversed. Sheesh... sloppy. And they charged plenty. My final verdict on Able & Ready: extremely poor oversight of their workers and therefore no quality control.

Had been shopping around for a contractor for my bathroom for a while. Came across Home Concept Customs and was very pleased with the professionalism and pricing. Larry made the process so easy from start to finish! He worked around my busy schedule, spent the time to explain all my options, then made the paperwork super simple!  Was very impressed with the quality of work at the end! Will highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Do not call this company! I'm a Realtor and asked for a quote on a pool crack repair for my client this past Friday and they said sure no problem. So I proceeded to send them pictures of the issues we wanted a bid on and they said they would contact me to set it up. Several days passed and no one had called to arrange it. When I followed up the following Monday the admin girl said she had given the info to the owner, but would follow up with him again to make sure he contacted me. I let her know we were in a rush and asked if he could meet us at the home on Tuesday morning. Tuesday rolled around and no surprise I still hadn't been contacted. So again I followed up to see if they were going to show Tuesday or at least just call me back. The girl (not the owner) called back and said sorry about not contacting me back, but they are going to be booked up until later next week! It would have been nice to have been told this at the outset and not 5 days later! What a waste of time with these guys. Save your time and energy and look elsewhere for a more attentive company that cares about new business.

I've heard they treat their million dollar clients great, but the experience for us was not great.

Kevin likes to say yes to everything and then pull the old bait and switch.  He's very nice but when it comes to business he's very smart and has been doing this a very long time and he uses all his knowledge to play games and try to be deceptive.  He pushes you in directions that you don't want to go and if you push back he throws a tantrum.  Be aware that he considers himself a designer to save money and he will do the design have it drafted and submitted for permits without letting you have any input and then your stuck, so DO NOT sign his handwritten contract until plans are final.  You may have to pay that upfront but it's worth it.

Dino is a really nice guy and a great buffer in dealing with Kevin, but he's so busy that he doesn't do any quality control on anything.  If we hadn't of inspected the work done by their subs he wouldn't have caught anything.  When i come home and he says the roof is all done then later I go up and only half is done I would've paid for a full roof job and only gotten half.  Most of his contractors had to come out several times to redo virtually everything.

The only saving grace is their subs came back to fix everything (mostly) eventually.  The deception and disrespect is what really sticks with me.  The fact that they know how to work their clients over is really messed up.  There is a reason why DVS is always available and the references from you friends can never get our for a quote and follow up.  Based on my experience I would not refer DVS to anyone, and that sucks because it's so hard to find a good contractor who is available in AZ.

Brad quickly responded to my project quote request and was able to come out immediately to look at my door. Pricing seemed fair when compared to other estimates I got. Everything from the quote to the finished product was professionally done and appeared of high quality.  Would definitely recommend!
