We hired Nordic Improvements for a kitchen remodel and new bathroom addition. They were professional, friendly, patient, and upfront through the entire process - from planning to completion and followup. We asked for several changes along the way and the Nordic team was flexible and fair with adjusting prices. For instance, we decided to extend new flooring into the dining room, ordered our own appliances, and picked some higher-end and hard to install sink hardware. We will be hiring Nordic again and highly recommend their services!

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Joshua gave the project personal attention from beginning to end and was agile enough to jump in to take care of any detail that needed to be addressed. His crew was the best of the best. They were not hurried and had no desire to do anything short of the best job they could do, even at what seemed to be personal expense. Everyone's dedication to the job was inspiring.

Home Time Bathrooms was amazing! We needed to remove a tub and install a more accessible shower for dad. John was amazing! He provided us great options, suggested products to make pops life easier and safer and worked with us on a customized bench to meet his needs. The products were absolutely beautiful, and the little touches of trim and care were far above what I was expecting. It turned out amazing! John took care of everything from start to finish. Checking on the work and provided great updates to pop and myself.

Having done a bathroom remodel a few years earlier the price was great compared to the quotes that we got and paid. The work was quick and the crew was super respectful and clean! We are so very happy with pops new bathroom and highly recommend!

They completed my full kitchen remodel along with replacing the flooring throughout most of the house in a month's time frame. They provide a neat schedule of all the different work to be done and dates of when that work is scheduled for. We followed this schedule almost exactly and they were even able to work in a change to the project without pushing the timeline further out.

Had a master bath and kitchen done. Not only did they do a great job but they even have a designer I got barn doors in my bathroom. Floors that look like wood for half the price or real wood and water proof. My kitchen has new white cabinets and quartz countertops.  
I will use them again and refer everyone I meet.

4 months later and our shower is still not finished with no end date on the books. What was supposed to be an 8-12 week project turned into 5+ month deal. Subpar internal and external communication and broken promises. We had a great experience picking out our new shower with Doug. He was transparent and let us take our time. What followed after that initial visit could have been a lot better on the back end. I hate to leave this, because Doug and the owners were so nice responsive, but this is truthfully what happened so here goes...We know the pandemic threw a wrench in the supply chain, we knew there was an 8-12 week wait for our shower. What I didn't appreciate was the lack of communication and flip flopping. We were told (and I verified this by repeating it back to her) that our shower would get to their warehouse for inspection on a certain date. When I called on that date she told me something completely different and that it hadn't even shipped from the manufacturer. Another 2 week wait. Finally I called 2 weeks later and was told it would get in on a truck that day and I could expect a phone call within 24-48 hours to schedule installation. That call never came. I called 4 days later and their phone lines were disconnected (huge scare since we put thousands down on this shower already). I called Doug and found out he had left the company a month ago (another red flag). He kindly helped us and apologized on behalf of his old employer, getting in touch with them himself. Apparently they were moving and their phones were disconnected. Shouldn't they have called me the day before like they were supposed to and let me know? Why tell a customer that you'll call by a certain date and for that customer to follow up if they haven't gotten that call, on a day when you knew phones would be disconnected? When I finally got in touch I was told they are short staffed and made some excuses about why I haven't been communicated with, which is something a customer should never even hear. I was told their lines were being connected as we speak and I can expect a call from the scheduler asap. I had to call again and talk to an owner who then told me they won't reach out to schedule our installation until the following week and that it will be another 2 weeks until it's installed. She told me our shipment was in and everything appears to be ok (no breaks or parts on back order) not even 10 minutes later I get a call from the installation manager that they have NOT inspected the shower at all. I asked the manager why I was literally just told that everything appeared fine and now he's telling me no one even looked at it and he does yeah they get me in trouble doing that. Doing what? Lying? Having shelled out thousands of dollars up front, this lack of communication causes a great amount of distrust and quite honestly, anxiety on my part, which should never happen. A week later we got the shower measured for the door. Initially, we were told the door gets installed 2 weeks after the shower. Well we were just told the door will take close to 2 months before we can get it installed. The pushed back schedules, the lies, the broken promises left a horrible taste in our mouths over this experience. This process was supposed to be easy and instead I'm getting a total run around and there's almost no communication between management and staff and contracted companies. Its not a great sign when one of their top salesman, someone revered on feedback and who believes in the company's great product, quits because of poor management. We went with a top dollar, reputable company to avoid exactly this.

I worked with Blue Dot Pools for over 3 months after interviewing many other companies. They completely rebuilt my 20 year old pool and spa with mini-pebble interior and restarted the pool. Throughout the whole process, James Julian, and his company, were extremely responsive to my needs and requests. I recommend this company to the fullest!

I've heard they treat their million dollar clients great, but the experience for us was not great.

Kevin likes to say yes to everything and then pull the old bait and switch.  He's very nice but when it comes to business he's very smart and has been doing this a very long time and he uses all his knowledge to play games and try to be deceptive.  He pushes you in directions that you don't want to go and if you push back he throws a tantrum.  Be aware that he considers himself a designer to save money and he will do the design have it drafted and submitted for permits without letting you have any input and then your stuck, so DO NOT sign his handwritten contract until plans are final.  You may have to pay that upfront but it's worth it.

Dino is a really nice guy and a great buffer in dealing with Kevin, but he's so busy that he doesn't do any quality control on anything.  If we hadn't of inspected the work done by their subs he wouldn't have caught anything.  When i come home and he says the roof is all done then later I go up and only half is done I would've paid for a full roof job and only gotten half.  Most of his contractors had to come out several times to redo virtually everything.

The only saving grace is their subs came back to fix everything (mostly) eventually.  The deception and disrespect is what really sticks with me.  The fact that they know how to work their clients over is really messed up.  There is a reason why DVS is always available and the references from you friends can never get our for a quote and follow up.  Based on my experience I would not refer DVS to anyone, and that sucks because it's so hard to find a good contractor who is available in AZ.

Brad quickly responded to my project quote request and was able to come out immediately to look at my door. Pricing seemed fair when compared to other estimates I got. Everything from the quote to the finished product was professionally done and appeared of high quality.  Would definitely recommend!
