HISTORY
Established in 2018.
Bill was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona and was in the first graduating class at Corona del Sol High School in 1982. Bill has worked in the remodeling industry ever since returning to Arizona in early 2010. He met Tammi in mid 2011 and they married in March 2012.Tammi is a native of Phoenix, graduated from Moon Valley High School in 1984 and absolutely LOVES Arizona and the growth it has seen. Her background is Accounting/Business Management and was a part of the commercial and residential management industry for over 25 years as a Property Accountant and Controller. She brings years of construction knowledge in both commercial and residential properties. In 2018 they decided to put their years of experience together to form their own company.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Bill brings extensive background in hard surface flooring, all aspects of remodeling management and all around knowledge of the construction industry. He believes in the personal approach with all clients. You will never deal with a salesperson or estimator. Bill is the one to meet with you on the first meet, he is the one to work through the entire process of your project and most of the work is conducted by Bill in your home so you will always know who to expect. He works exclusively with ROC Licensed plumber and electrician if the job warrants.

Tammi and Bill were awesome to deal with. Bill first gutted my master bathroom and did an amazing job . A year later I decided to relocate back to Az. This project would me much bigger as I needed to add a shower to a half bath that didn't have one. But it was a lot more than just that. This project consisted of:
- pulling up all tile downstairs and replacing
- painting the entire house upstairs and down
- replacing all molding
- all fixtures in the remaining 2 bathrooms were replaced
- the awesome job he did in the remaining 2 bathrooms. Completely gutted them. The one he added the shower to the tile work was amazing. The other one he replaced the tub and then tiled the rest of the way up.
- pulled up all carpet upstairs
- add a ceiling fan downstairs
After doing all this it should be quite some time until I need their services but I highly recommend them for any project you have being done.
Tammi and Bill were definitely great to work with, Bill did a demolition and design of our new master bathroom. Bill came up with ideas we never thought of but absolutely love, we feel like we are in a spa at a resort every time we step into our bathroom. If you want someone who is a great craftsman, pleasant and professional to work with, and you can set your clock by him every morning then Bill and Tammi are the people to work with.
Amazing work, and a quality finish. You won't regret the work that Bill does. Bath or kitchen remodels that will be the envy of your neighbors. Bill is a very nice guy, and doesn't give you the run around, and tell you like it is.
Bid beware. Got a bid from the owner/installer Bill. Went to select and pay for our tile and grout as he said he would furnish the thinset. Received a bid and paid 1/2 down with the balance due at the time of completion. I have remodeled many homes and have also worked in the tile and granite industry for several years. Well, right before the install was to be booked we were told that we were in charge of contacting the delivery company and needed to pay them direct. Really? This was never spoken to me, or written in a separate line in the original bid. I texted Bill and let him know that this was not any industry standard I have ever experienced and it was ignored. At the time for final payment he loudly argued with me and I ended up paying him the original amount. Poor customer service!!
We had Diztinctive Dezigns remodel our kitchen. Bill and Tammi were great to work with! Bill is very detailed oriented and worked with us on any issues or changes or suggestions. He also managed all the communications with the cabinet company and supply company. We had a few bumps in the road with the cabinet company, but Bill took care of it for us. We couldn't be any happier with the results! We highly recommend them and will used them for our next project!
Could not be happier with the work conducted by Bill at Diztinctive Dezigns. After dealing with our granite contractor and being less than satisfied, my wife and I were at a loss and frustrated. We used the Next Door website to locate a local tile contractor and we were directed to Bill at Diztinctive Dezigns. From our first meeting I could tell that Bill was experienced and down to earth, not arrogant like other contractors we had met with. So we hire Diztinctive Dezigns to do our simple kitchen back splash project and two months later we hired Bill to do our master bathroom remodel. I would highly recommend Bill to do any remodel or tile work.
