It's taken me two years to write this review.  At first, I wasn't going to write anything but now after the latest fiasco, I feel the need to let people know buyer beware!
We hired Jered November 2017 to remodel our master bathroom; do a tub to full tile shower conversion, counter tops, reface cabinets, mirror, etc.  that we wanted to start mid February, 2018.  No problem  Jered said, plenty of time.  Contacted him December, 2017 to pick out the materials.  We found out it was typical to get no response from Jered for days.  Not a good business practice.  Finally hear from him, he's moving and just too busy, and says again plenty of time to pick out materials;  we can do it in early January.  Contact Jered and again, days go by with no response.  He finally responds at 9am on a Saturday that he is available at 11 that morning.  We had to arrange our day so we could pick out the stuff to start the next month.  He shows up, late and bring his son.  I like children but this was not something you bring a small child and it was a total distraction.  
Jared started out job mid-February and ASSURED me it would be done in 2 weeks.  I know jobs go longer and since we both work, I made arrangements for someone to come to our home while the work was being done.  Again, he told me 2 weeks.  The job was not done in 2 weeks, wasn't even half completed in 2 weeks.  We are not sure what his worker, Raphael did all day.  We would come home and look at the shower and it didn't look like he did any work.  Jered was MIA most of the time, had to get home to his wife, had no idea his worker didn't show up at the house until 11 most days to work because of a car situation, etc., excuse after excuse.  We put more than half down to start the job, 2 weeks into the job, when it wasn't even half completed, I got a text at 4AM asking for more money!  He had to pay more people; figured we better do it or our bathroom would never get finished.  
Mid March is was completed on a Friday night.  Jered once again had to leave because his wife needed him at home and said it would be finished that night (this was at 6:30pm).  His worker, Raphael, told us some lame excuse about the grout being too wet and having to set so he could seal it (it was all in one sealing grout) he was done and wanted to go home, I would too at 8PM on a Friday night but he didn't get to the house until 11 that morning.
Texted Jered and was shocked to get a response the next morning.  He had NO idea the job wasn't done and would send someone out to finish (no sign of Jered).  Two guys showed up and were furious!  they had no idea that the job was this unfinished and had to make a trip to Home Depot to get supplies and rent equipment.  Think they were at the house around 6 hours and the job still not done right.   We were tired and exhausted having to deal with Jered.  No one cleaned up the remodeling mess, WE DID!  Took us 3 hours to clean up the mess and NO word from Jered, took him a week to contact us.  The shower floor still  had issues and wish not we filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.  Jered finally came out, 3 weeks after completion with more workers to try and fix the floor.  We were tired and just let it go.  He did take some money off for our inconvenience but I would rather have had the shower I dreamed of.
Now, 2 years later, the rain head shower head is leaking and peeling, shouldn't be doing this after 2 years.  Jered gave me no paperwork on it for any type of warranty; texted him, he said he would look and let me know.  That was 10 days ago, not holding my breath!  Sorry this is so long, the process of remodeling with Jered was a long and horrible experience.

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

Five40 Remodeling didn't just build for more beautiful bathrooms than we could have dreamed  of, but they were so careful to ensure that the bathroom would be more durable than the one we had to replace. They took care to replace all of the wood that had been rotted from years of moisture, they sealed the wall with an extra layer of non-permeable material, they cut and recut the tile to make sure they fit was perfect. It was incredible! All this while maintaining a pleasant and professional attitude. They were so good to my 9 month old puppies, who would have been annoying to anyone else, and were so genial that my puppies actually waited for them to arrive as though they were old friends. They took care to lay plastic on my floor and carpet and were always on time. They responded promptly to any email or text requests and outperformed our expectations. I will recommend them to anyone wanting to work on their house.

Bujor and his crew installed beautiful granite in my kitchen in December 2014.  They did an amazing job and their prices are very affordable.  I had some left over granite from my kitchen remodel and they came out in December 2015 (I don't know why I always start projects right  before the holidays!!! :) and gave me a  bid on installing granite in my hall bathroom.   Again, the same crew came out and did a very thorough job.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!  I have a little granite left and look forward to Mirage Marble and Granite to install the rest of my slab in my master bathroom.

Great communication! Highly recommended handy man. Quick and easy. Not messy. Will def use again.

So glad my wife and I decided to have DJ'S Custom Remodel and Design remodel our master bathroom!!  
Prompt each day to start worked and was finished as promised!! High quality materials used and fantastic expertise in remodeling!  After receiving 3 bids for the same work, even though DJ.S were the higher of the other two!!  We paid for what we got, which was exactly what was done and done in a very professional manner. Will use for any future remodels as they are excellent in their profession!!  Would suggest you do is well as this guy just knows his business and performs it Well!

Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

I've been meaning to write this for a while. Chuck (William Ahl) is as good as they come. We had moved into our home last year and it had a large load bearing wall that we needed removed that was adjoining a sunken in living room. Chuck was the first contractor that was able to tell us right away what the scope of the project was going to be and how he would get it done. From the onset, he was always very professional. He kept good records, always showed up on time, and was very pleasant to be around (we had to live in our home during the construction). It was a big job but him and his right hand man Evan did a fantastic job and it turned out beautifully. A few more things I appreciated where Chuck took the extra step: 1. He always cleaned up after every day as much as he could. We were still living in our home and we appreciated that everything was kept as neat as possible especially since we have little kids. 2. He does not ever compromise safety. He will always do the job right the first time even if it means more work. We have peaked ceilings and he took the time to put up temporary supports while putting up the new beam. 3. He prides himself on his work. He won't cut corners. He has a high standard for himself and will make sure whatever project he's doing will be done right every time. In addition to our load bearing wall Chuck also made us a beautiful custom chimney cap, filled an old doggie door, and took out some really big columns. Our new great room is now complete and absolutely beautiful! I definitely hope to use Chuck again for future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a small or large project. He is licensed and insured so he can do anything!

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

Diamond installed new granite counter tops and a new tile back splash in my kitchen.  Chris in Sales was very helpful in explaining the process and helping us choose the granite and tile.  The project was scheduled for 3 days but took 4 days.  There were some minor glitches but in the end the kitchen looks GREAT!

My wife and I wanted to install a backsplash for our kitchen and heard Clover Home Services do a great job. We had them come out and gave a great estimate. They are a family business and they are the BEST! Our kitchen backsplash is truly amazing. Our next door neighbor used them to refinish their cabinets and do the backsplash and it is EVERYTHING they wanted and more..

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.
