We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Couldn't be happier with the results FIVE40 provided on a replacement of my homes front facade. This was a difficult project and a number of other companies claimed they would not do this work. FIVE40 came through and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. It was done correctly the first time with no issues. I would 100% recommend these guys and will be using them again!

I give this review reluctantly. I am a snowbird and BJ's company installed our granite bathroom countertops while we were gone for the summer. The granite work was beautiful and all I could have hoped for. When I arrived back in AZ in November I immediately noticed that one of the faucet handles was not positioned right and was hitting against the backsplash every time I shut the water off.
I called BJ and told him he didn't need to be in a hurry, but I would need it fixed when he had his plumber in the area. I did receive a call a while after from the plumber, but I was away from the house that day. I tried two more times to contact BJ and left messages about this matter.
I finally got it fixed without his help.
I am really disappointed that he wasn't a man of his word.

High quality materials used and fantastic expertise in remodeling!  After receiving 3 bids for the same work, even though DJ.S were the higher of the other two!!  We paid for what we got, which was exactly what was done and done in a very professional manner. Will use for any future remodels as they are excellent in their profession!!  Would suggest you do is well as this guy just knows his business and performs it Well!

Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

They removed old laminate kitchen countertops and installed granite. The whole experience was very professional and easy. Their quote was half of what I was quoted by other granite companies, and they came out very quickly for a consultation. I just contacted them to help with my bathroom remodel.

Clover home  came in and Shiplap my guest bathroom. They were great and I would recommend them for sure. I have had Clover home before,and I would have them again to do work in my home .

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!
