HISTORY

Established in 2001.
Vicky Burton has been in the ceramic tile and stone industry for over 40 years and is a certified Ceramic Tile Consultant. Contractor of the Year from the Ceramic Tile and Stone Association of Arizona in 2009. She has been a past board member with CTSAA and continues to attend monthly meetings to further her education in the industry. Lori Clendenin, Vicky's daughter has been in the industry for over 20 years. Lori is a certified Ceramic Tile Consultant and also attends meetings with the Ceramic Tile and Stone Association. After meeting with many homeowners either remodeling or building a new home, Lori noticed a need for design consultation and loves assisting the client with colors and fixtures. They both go on site with the installers at the start of every job and go over every detail to ensure the job is done to the customer's expectations. Additionally they do onsite daily inspection to make sure everything is to their satisfaction.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Hello my name is Lori Clendenin, I am also a mother for 3 children. In order to run a business and be the mom my children deserve I have to be extremely organized. I was born into the tile industry. Both my parents grew up in Phoenix and started tile companies of their own dating back to the 70's. In 2014 I purchased a large home. My dream was to gut the entire house and put it back together. I did it! It turned out amazing. That is when I decided I could not only run a jobsite but I could also design a house. In the past five years I have designed many homes and I am loving it. Since I am already there for the tile and granite I might as well assist the client with lighting, paint, cabinets, etc. I think it makes it a lot easier for my clients as well. I completely understand why they are obsessing over baseboards because I was the same way so I get it :)
