Bree was wonder and so easy to set up my scheduling and answer any questions that I may have had.
I had Xavier several times come to my house to install new Can lites, a vent to my bathroom etc.

Simple Electric is great! I've used them twice. It's easy to schedule an electrician who comes on time, and is polite and professional. The scheduling technician is also very polite and efficient. I've recommended them to family, friends and neighbors who have all had a similar, very positive experience.
Was in need of an electrician to rewire my dryer outlet. My appointment was scheduled a week out, but they called with a cancellation and were able to come within 24 hours.
Mitch was very friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn't able to fix the issue same day but quoted and scheduled us for a different day.
Today Brice and another worker came and fixed the issue for even less money than expected.
They cleaned up their mess and communicated with us the entire time of what they were doing.
I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
Jeremy was the electrician who did electrical work on my home. However I needed to get in touch with him & I emailed Ashley the scheduler/manager asking her to contact me. She replied that she would but I never heard from her & emailed several times. I have tried to call Simple Electric but I have never had anyone answer the phone.
I believe Jeremy did a decent job but i need his last name because I need to pass on his contact information to the state board of technical contractors re: an issue with the home inspector.
I'm rating one star because Simple Electric is not responsive & very difficult to communicate with.

Made an appointment with Simple Electric to bid on a very very simple job of adding a light switch and 2 duplex outlets in series on the same wall a few feet apart in my garage.
The dispatch operator took all my information including my description of the work, materials reuired, and pictures of the job site and set me up for an appointment for the quote "AND" possibly do the job.
So I took off from work which costs me money for this technician to arrive and stood in my garage for 2 minutes with 5 seconds staring at the wall before rattling off a quote of over $700. He had no intention to do any work so don't let what the dispatch operator allow you to think they are coming out to do both.
I thanked him even after he lowered it to $600. But I called someone else just as reputable or more who did the job for a bit over $300 which is competitive with at least 2 other companies I spoke with and was reasonable for the complexity of the job.
Contractors are good at saying "Time Is Money" for them but it works both ways. With zero time spent really looking what may or may not be in the wall or attic above, this estimate could have been done as effectively via email and a few pictures of the wall exterior. So tack on my loss of income for this estimate and then multiply x2 should they com back and do the work.
Reading other reviews, over-charging is rather common with Simple Electric.
Had Simple Electric do several small jobs, primarily outlet installations. Bree with scheduling was excellent to work with. Cash was our electrician who was very professional and completed the work as expected. You'll pay a premium going with a larger electric company, but not as much as others and the work will be done right.
We had a circuit breaker issue. When the tech came out, he found that there was a issue with the relay box that could have caused a fire. He updated the relay box and rerouted some wiring. We called him back out to put one room on its own breaker. The tech was very nice. He took his time to explain what was going on and explained once he completed the job. The price was great!
We bought a house and desired to add a hot tub on the back patio as well as a dimmer switch on a 3-way light in the kitchen. Simple Electric sent Brice. He was timely, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He completed both jobs quickly and efficiently. The price and response times were both excellent. We would definitely recommend Simple Electric and would hire them again for any future electrical needs.

Our pool quit running so I called a pool company and they changed the power cord but still it wasn't running. So I found Simple Electric and read their reviews which, for the most part were five stars. I called and they came out the next day. The electrical problem was underground. It was a major repair but it was taken care of quickly. The price was average and their customer service was very good.
If you want to be able to talk to a real person to get information and schedule, Brianna at Simple Electric is great. She was transparent, clear, fair and patient. Hope the technician is as good as she is!
Super happy with this company. Had an appointment but they called a week early with a opening. Mitch was awesome. Courteous and professional. Highly recommend Mitch and Simple Electric!
The experience did not start out well. Simple Electric gave a 2 hour window to show up and was 15 minutes past the window. Not the end of the world but I was irritated. Bryce showed up and apologized that his last appointment went longer than expected. Super nice and respectful. He looked at my fixture in the front of our house and the wire was broken right next to the connection. Didn't think he could fix it but it's a 23 year old fixture that would cost a lot to replace both. He said he would try. He was able to fix it, saving me a lot of money. We had both our lights out in our garage and he could have fixed those but also being 23 years old, likely to break again and the new LED fixtures were inexpensive. Again, great advice. Bryce was Awesome and he is coming back to install the new lights. Goes to show, it's not how it started but Ended Great!
My technician Cash is very professional. Will always tell me my options and if he would recommend a different solution that doesn't need work to save me money. I always use simple electric for my various projects around the house and outdoor patio.
I have had Mike do several projects , moving some electric panels to a central area in the garage. Also he added some canned lights in my bedroom which was ant! All work was done very professionally , pleasantly and with great clean up and care for my property! I highly recommend this company and their staff!.
Based on other reviews I'm sure Simple Electric does amazing work and that's why I wanted to use them, but the quote they gave me indicates they either did not want to do the job or were inflating prices on me.
One item I needed done was to have a Tesla Wall Connector installed. Brand new house built in 2022, plenty of open spots on the panel, and I needed it installed directly behind the panel, so no long runs or tricky routing needed. If you aren't familiar with what's needed here for materials it's a 60amp breaker and a few feet of the correct gauge wiring.
In 2020 I had this done at my other house by a different company and the cost was $243. What was the quote from Simple Electric? $1,050 to install a Tesla Wall Connector on the other side of the panel. I had a few other items I wanted them to quote out which brought the total quote to $5,000 (also insane). I know I wasn't going to get away with the $243 pricing I had in 2020 and expected an increase, so I called up another company. They came out and in under 30 minutes the job was done and the total was $275. So pretty much if I did have Simple Electric do it the price would be around $1,900/hr for that particular job.
If you all change your pricing i'd love to circle back on future projects, but this isn't inflation this is price gouging and I'm sure anyone seeing you tried charing $1,050 for a Tesla Wall Connector installation will agree.

Our AC Unit electrical disconnect was not working. We called another electrician to fix it. They fix it but also recommended us to replace the main circuit breaker. The estimate was between $4000 and $6000. We then called Simple Electric for a second opinion. Their Electrician checked it and informed us that the replacement was not needed! Simple Electric is a very honest and reliable. They are not there to sell you stuff you don't need. They are simply the best.
I used this company probably a half dozen times based on the great reviews. Most of the time they were efficient and fast to complete multiple electrical requests at my rental home. In one bizarre event, a worker I believe stole some of my personal items as the house was empty, the technician was the only one there.. I notified the manager of this and never heard back from them on the outcome. I ignored it and planned to continue to use them for the lifetime of the home, forever. I'm finding a new provider now however.
Fast forward a year later, I had a quote for a panel replacement and the cost went from $4000 to $6000.
I know with inflation raging.. But a $2,000 increase in a year. Give me a break. When I pointed out the outrageous amount of increase, the woman responded flatly with "shop around if you don't like it.."
Update: Immediately got a quote for 2k for the same job by another licensed contractor. 4,000 difference. The company has degraded recently, unfortunately, as others have noticed/mentioned from recent reviews.
I asked Simple Electric to give us a quote on installing new can lights and an electric outlet for our Washlet bidet. It was easy to set up the appointment. The crew showed up on time and was ready to get to work. They did a good job lining up all the can lights and they came out looking perfect. They also did a great job with our bathroom GFCI outlet install. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards as well. I'd continue to use them for our future electrical work.
We have used Simple Electric for 4 jobs, and have been completely satisfied each time. The office manager Ashley is cheerful and quick to respond, and most importantly very efficient at scheduling. Each of the technicians we have worked with have been personable, smart, and highly knowledgeable. Our last two jobs have been with Cash, who is awesome to work with.

Prompt, fixed my problem (which was partly self-induced) quickly and for a fair price.
We called Simple Electric and Ashley was able to get an electrician out to our home the next morning. She called before the scheduled appointment to let us know that the electrician would arrive at the beginning of our 10 a.m. appointment. Our electrician Mitch arrived a few minutes early and we described the numerous issues we were having: flickering LED light fixture, ground fault circuits tripping regularly, outlets which didn't seem to work, faulty prior electrical work, under cabinet lighting that wouldn't turn on, and a damaged photovoltaic sensor. Mitch diagnosed all of these problems, fixed all that were fixable, and let us know why we were having these various electrical issues. Mitch was polite, friendly, informative, efficient, attentive, and quickly improved our electrical issues. We highly recommend Mitch and Simple Electric and would use them again in a heartbeat.
We got an EV, and we needed a home charger. The 120V charger included with the vehicle takes several days to charge from 20% or 100%. We needed a 240V charger.
Based on reviews, I contacted Simple Electric. First good sign: they did a free inspection. I had the specs of the charger I wanted, and they showed up to verify that our wiring was capable of supporting the charger. So I ordered the charger from SRP (they give discounts compared to retail), and scheduled a return visit to install it.
So he showed up to do the install. The first thing he had to do was extend the wiring to a more accessible location, and then install an outlet compatible with the charger's plug. The original outlet was not easily accessible, and the outlet style was wrong for the charger. Everything was done to code (I asked more than once), and the new outlet box was mounted on the wall.
Next he had to change the breaker as the charger required a higher capacity breaker. That was pretty straight forward for him. We then tested the charger, and it worked.
As an added thing, they offered to label my breaker box since the old label from when the house was built was almost unreadable. I had expected, based on the description, that I was going to get nice, permanent, labels. But they ended up being the plastic strips from a label maker. Looks terrible, though they did say that if any fall off or become otherwise unreadable that they would come out and replace them for free. Still, I have to deduct some points for the labels. Maybe 1/2 star, but that's enough that I can't rate 5 stars. Everything else about their service was five-star.
The initial quote seemed a bit expensive, but I'm willing to pay for quality workmanship. By the time he was done I realized it was actually fairly cheap. Several hours of an electrician's time is very expensive. Given that, the price I paid was very reasonable.
If I have future need of an electrician, I likely will call them.
This is the second time I have used Simple Electric and I am just as satisfied as the fist time. I called with a non-emergency matter regarding my GFCI outlet and a technician, Mike, arrived the same day and fixed the issue. Professional, timely, competent and at a fair price. What more can you ask for? I will use them again.
What a find for electric repair needs. Easy to schedule, with a good arrival window and a call to say the electrician, Mike, was on their way. Mike was prompt and courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly and fortunately had the part needed to make the repair. He explained the issue and gave tips on what to look for in the future. Will definitely use them again for any future electrical work.
Once again this company came through. I had a smoke detector that was chirping and I couldn't get the smoke detector to come apart so I could check the battery. I called Simple Electric. I was given a window of 7:30-8:30. The electrician was here at 7:30. He changed the battery and the chirping stopped. No charge. I didn't expect that. I was prepared to pay the full rate. Wow! We had Simple Electric add 10 recessed can, dimmable, lights and dimmer switches; wire and install two ceiling fans; replace 4 outdated surface mount lights and add dimmer switches; and fix wiring for a microwave. The electricians came out, evaluated, and gave us a quote right away. They knew exactly how long the job would take; showed up on time; managed every challenge expertly - avoiding cutting into the drywall whenever possible; and positioned everything perfectly. We needed some can lights and a ceiling fan installed. Simple Electric did a good job. The electrician, Bryce, was super nice and he seemed to care about the quality of the work. He also double-checked with us on certain details to make sure the can lights were where we wanted to be.
I'm scratching my head on this one. I called on Wednesday 1/26 at 3:45 PM to schedule an appointment. The agent seemed confused and a little unsure. They scheduled a time for me for Thursday (tomorrow) 2/3 at 7:30 AM. But since then I received no confirmation (no phone call, email, text or anything) of my appointment.
Fast forward to today. I call to confirm if my appointment is still on. I wait about 5 minutes or so and hang up since I was on hold. I call back and am on hold for a little while again. When I'm about to hang up again, a person comes on and I explain what I'm trying to do. She tells me that she's the dispatch and she doesn't handle the scheduling. "Who handles the scheduling?" I ask. She said the office does. She takes my name and number for someone to call me back.
So I don't know if I ever had an appointment, I don't know if I've ever reached anyone at the office, and I don't know if my appointment is set for tomorrow. Either they are extremely successful and are trying to keep up with the demand of doing good business, or they totally suck right now. Remains to be seen. Hopefully I hear back. To be continued...
We had Simple Electric out to diagnose a couple issues we had been having with lights in our house. Bryce was prompt and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and complete the repairs. Unfortunately one of the lights needed to be replaced and we had Simple Electric back out to install the new light after buying it. Scheduling was very easy for both appointments and they were on time arriving. Pricing was very fair! I highly recommend Simple Electric anytime you need to hire an electrician!
Unfortunately this company did something to my home that was unsafe and not to code. They put a transformer that was on the outside of the wall inside the wall and closed it up with a plate in front of it. They said it might get a little warm but that it was fine. Come to find out from another electrician that what they did was not to code, and could have potentially started a fire in my son's room. Luckily the other electrician from a different company fixed it. Be careful with this company. I'm disappointed, because I've had only good experiences with them until now. On top of that, they actually charged me $50 to put the transformer inside the wall, even though that was against code and dangerous. Not awesome. I hire professionals to do things like this because I know how important it is with work like electric work that they know what they're doing.
My brother's electricity went out in the evening. Not much you can do at 8 pm. My niece called Simple Electric (found on Yelp, of course) mid-morning and they promised a technician between 1 and 3. Mike came around two and quickly diagnosed the problem. He found the part and my brother had power by 3:15! He even located an SRP emergency tech to handle the meter. Fantastic service, totally professional and super nice. Will never call anyone else for electrical work.

So incredibly grateful to Taren and the team at simple electric! My in-laws just moved to Phoenix. For 2 days solid their fire detector was beeping day and night. I have used this company in the past and received excellent service. The last two times I have used this company they have overcharged me for items that were caught once I received a detailed invoice and work was not completed correctly (Ex. Junction Box Installed with No Power Running to It). In addition, when I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and fix mistakes made as part of their installation process they no showed with on the appointment made. Very disappointing given previous positive experiences with this company. Recommend going elsewhere as service has diminished.

Mitch and Simple Electric did a terrific job installing a new electric line and car charger. It wasn't easy and Mitch did an outstanding job installing and making sure everything was perfect. Very happy and highly recommend.
Used to be a fantastic company, but I am unsure where they went wrong. I made an appointment nearly a month in advance (earliest they could do) and confirmed TWICE that they could do the job the same day they provide the estimate. Well, they couldn't. They didn't even really care that they couldn't either. So to help matters, I did a large portion of the job myself and when I ask it they can come back and do a simple part, they told me they can come in 18 DAYS. Ridiculous.
I depended on this company to do the good work I've remembered them to do and because of their communication mistakes, my family won't enjoy the pool during their visit like I had hoped.
I've also told my pool company who occasionally refers them. Ridiculous.

Working with the team at Simple Electric was great! I needed to have a light fixture moved and a ceiling fan installed. Cash came to my home to discuss the project and provided a quote within 10 minutes! The quote was straightforward and their pricing was competitive. I called Ashley in their front office and was able to get a follow up appointment scheduled the same day and he retuned a few weeks later to complete the project. Cash was very communicative throughout the project and did a great job. I felt comfortable having him in my home and he did a great job cleaning everything up afterward. We needed an electrical problem with one of our breakers resolved. Bree was able to schedule us the next day and followed up with status texts to let us know when Bryce (the electrician) would be arriving. Bryce was amazing, quickly tracked down the issue and pointed out another possible issue we had proactively taken care of as well. Great people, great service. Our 1950s house had a big ugly electric line hanging from the pole to the house and super outdated service (fuses!?! Really?) and we kept experiencing issues. Simple electric helped solve all our electrical issues including working with our electric service provider which was super frustrating for everyone (and delayed our project by many months). Communication was clear, friendly, and Mike and Ashley even answered questions when they were on vacation! Mike always made sure to keep us updated and explained everything clearly even when we had a million dumb questions. Ashley went above and beyond to make our provider aware of their issues (the APS designer ended up getting moved to a new department because she was really unhelpful not just to us but many other customers) and keep us informed on what was happening. Even though our project was delayed (due to no fault of Simple Electric), they honored our price estimate and didn't increase our cost even despite inflation in the economy over the last year and a surprisingly difficult dig in our backyard that took longer than anyone was hoping. Simple electric also connected our hottub and we had clear and friendly communication throughout. I can't remember the name of the guy helping Mike out but everyone was just very friendly and competent. Our new panel is awesome. Mike threw in an upgraded solar ready panel and surge protector because we all went through a difficult project together and came out the other side all smiles. I highly recommend Simple Electric and we will be using them for our next electric projects from here out. Well worth any wait - they're busy because they are just that good!!!
My ceiling fan/light was very loose and hanging at an angle. Bryce came out earlier than scheduled by a few days and fixed my problem. Great job Bryce and great service from Brianna who kept me updated.

I contacted several electricians for an outlet repair. The outlet was for my washing machine and without that outlet, i couldn't do any laundry! Every electrician had a 10-14 day lead time on a visit. I explained my situation to simple electric and they told me that they would squeeze me in at the end of the day. I was amazed. Jeremy from simple electric showed up and was incredibly friendly and provided amazing customer service. He got right to work on diagnosing the outlet issue and explained everything to me. He gave me options for solutions and we ended up replacing the outlet all together! I plugged my washing machine in and the outlet didn't spark and better yet, the washing machine turned on! Big thanks to Jeremy and Simple Electric for making my washing machine outlet safe and getting it back in working condition!
We had some issues with our circuit breakers and Mitch came out and traced the problem to some inside the house outlets that were bad. He fixed our issues quickly. Also installed ceiling fan very quickly.

We had Cash come out to install nineteen new recessed lights. he and his partner were on time, they cleaned up after themselves and most important they did an outstanding job on the install. The lights look just great! We already have them coming bacl next week for an additional project. I highly recommend them!
Ashley, Chris, and Jeremy are amazing, I had an almost 30 years old light stopped to work a while ago, and I have called so many companies in town but none of them was able to fix it until I contacted Simple Electric. Jeremy first came, performed the inspection with no charge, and told me exactly what I needed to fix the issue. Two weeks later, after I got what I needed for the repair, Jeremy and Chris visited again and get the stuffs done in about half an hour! Very honest and transparent folks to work with, highly recommended.
Have had them come out a couple of times to hang fixtures, install conduit, and other items. They have always been timely and very responsive. I highly recommend them as they are great.
Chose this company for their reviews and was disappointed. Several things went wrong with the appointment scheduling but, in an effort to save time, I'll cut to the chase. A young guy came to my place as my breaker kept tripping. He was in my home for a total of 16 mins (that included taking my payment). He looked at the 3 outlets, didn't change anything, turned the breaker on and assured me it was fixed. Being busy, I did not have time to test his work for a couple hours and as soon as I did, the breaker tripped. Called the company back, they were apologetic and offered a refund and to send their best guy back. With scheduling, he came back several days later, which was fine. When he came, he was seemingly very knowledgeable and told me he found the problem and was able to fix it. He apologized for the previous kid and told me the work he had done here was lazy. We discussed changing the breaker as well to be sure this was fixed but he told me he didn't have one on hand but that he would leave a note under my account in case the breaker tripped again and he would come replace it. Well, the breaker DID trip again a few hours later and guess what??? This company stopped answering my phone calls and has not returned my message. Not impressed to say the least and will never recommend them to anyone. In an effort to give them a chance to reach out, i waited 2 weeks to write this review.
I have used them 3 times. Each time I have had a great experience. This last time (aug 25-aug30) was the biggest job, it took 5 days. My electrician, Cash, was awesome. His work ethic and quality of work was absolutely superior. He would show up on time every day and work the entire day without taking a lunch break or any kind of break, it blew my mind. You just don't see that type of work ethic any more. The front office staff was also very responsive, Ashley is who would keep me updated if there were any changes or just to send a reminder. She was super sweet and professional. I have recommended this company to my family and friends and will continue to do so.
I requested to have an electrician come and provide electricity to my new hot tub and the scheduler assured me that the electrician would have everything they needed to complete the job when arriving at my home. The 'electrician' that arrived was not prepared to do the job and provided a quote that ended up being $2,000 more than what I paid for the job. When I questioned the quote and the fact that he wasn't even prepared to do the job. He started talking
back to me I'm front of my kids & saying 'I had no idea what went into the job', this was the most unprofessional experience I've had in selling my home and buying my new home dealing with countless home pros! I must've known something because I told him to pound sand and called multiple other electricians to provide a reasonable service and price as well as saved $2,000!
I used simple electric now for years. Most recently needed a 220V electric line for my oven relocated for installation of a new double oven. It was right before the holidays. No appointments available but I was put on the standby list. Next morning Cash (the technician) was at my house. He got creative, found a solution and got right to work. Solved the problem and got it done perfectly. Also made sure everything was safe since it would be near the oven and get hot. Cooked Christmas for my family and everyone was happy. Holidays brought to us by Simple Electric. These folks won't let you down!!

I requested a quote for some electrical work. I did get an email back to call the office, and I did just that, called several times had to leave voicemails. Provided cell #, address and in email as well. Unfortunately I have not received a response. I may have to be more patient as I only have been waiting three days or seek another service.

Still a fabulous company to work with. Chris was perfect, and the new light switches work so much better than the outdated timers they were hooked up to. Chris was sweet, and he does quick, clean work. It was so nice to wake up this morning and see my outside lights still on. Week after week I had to deal with those stupid things turning themselves off at 3 a.m.; even the switches match my home décor better than those timers ever did. He (Jim) was late (40 minutes) but the office did call@ the time he was supposed to arrive. No worries because I was home all day. The quote process was painstakingly slow because anything I was interested in doing he had to enter it into his iPad app to calculate the cost, ONE item @ a time!!
Then the quote was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive, he nickle & dimed me for everything. I do not plan on using this company.
If you quote one can light for $175 (includes can, wire & labor) tying into existing switch, wouldn't the 2nd,3rd & 4th light in the same room be a little cheaper?
Wouldn't you quote all the lights, switches & wires as a single (bulk) cost? Then charge the labor?
I hired Simple Electric to replace our 1970s circuit breaker box, install new LED lights, and update outdoor wiring. I'm really impressed by how coordinated and professional the breaker box replacement was! It takes a LOT of people and coordination of local agencies (the city, SRP) to replace a breaker box (I had no idea!) Ashley in the office was very responsive and provided updates on the process. Simple Electric pulled all the permits and made all arrangements. The bulk of the work was done in one day, even with required visits from the city of Tempe and SRP. The electricians did a beautiful job on the box and I feel way safer in our home. Terin also installed new lights for us in our kitchen and bedroom and replaced outdoor wiring and outlet boxes that weren't up to code. I LOVE our new lights! They are perfectly placed in line with each other and are a terrific upgrade. Terin was also very speedy in replacing our outdoor wiring and outlet boxes, including installing GFI outlets and a brand new outlet box on the side of our house. I'm really happy with the work that Terin and colleagues have done, and I'm grateful to Ashley for arranging it all. I plan to hire Simple Electric again.
I hired Simple Electric to replace 4 outlets that needed to be converted to GFCI from a standard outlet. One was outside and three were indoors. The person who arrived, disagreed with the one outlet needing to be replace but because it was required by the inspection for the sale of the house, we had to replace them. He worked quickly, installing all four in less than 30 minutes. It was not a problem to provide our own hardware, so they just charged us for the labor. Four stars because the cost was high for the work performed. If I could have done the repairs myself I would have but the inspection required a professional to do it. Overall, they were friendly and easy to work with.
I called to have my kitchen lights converted to recessed lighting and also add pendant lights over my peninsula where there was no electrical. Bo and helper (sorry, I forgot his name) were prompt, professional and did a great job. At one point there was a snag with getting the dimmers to work properly. This is when other workers start swearing and complaining, but Bo remained calm and professional until he was able to figure out the problem. I was very impressed and will use Simple Electric again.
We had Simple Electric inspect the electrical work done by another electrician. Thankfully they were able to identify and offer suggestions to repair the faulty work previously done on this home. The previous company cut corners and used an indoor rated box outside which had weather damage and was sure to have issues. Their staff is friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. I trust that they will do the work right the first time and the home will function better. Thankfully there are still companies like this out there that do things right. I would highly suggest using this quality company for important electrical work on your home and to avoid having issues down the road.

I needed a new dedicated circuit installed for my plug and play hot tub. Mike was able to quote me after I sent him a couple of photos. Other companies insisted on sending out someone to do a site inspection before a quote. Mike's quote was comparable to two others I had received, so I accepted the estimate. Within 30 mins of accepting, Ashley from the office team called to schedule my service. Although they were booked out 2 weeks, that was ok. I appreciated the quick quote, prompt service and positive attitudes. When install day came for my new circuit and outlet, Mike was super helpful and made quick work of running a new 50 ft line on the exterior of my home from my panel to the hot tub. I needed a ceiling fan installed and got several quotes from electricians. Simple Electric was the most reasonable, so I decided to use them. From calling to make the appointment with Ashley to Jacob arriving (right on time) to do the installation, the service was stellar. Ashley is nice and Jacob (electrician) is friendly and did an exceptional job. I had only received a quote for one ceiling fan install, but when Jacob arrived at and I asked if he could provide a quote for another ceiling fan I was surprised when he offered to also install that fan. I ended up getting 2 ceiling fans installed and the final cost was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier! The ceiling fans look incredible and Jacob did an awesome job. I have an additional ceiling fan and some new lighting that needs to be installed in a few weeks. I will definitely be using Simple Electric again.

I originally contacted them in March of 2021 after purchasing a home. The previous owners had installed a salt cell hot tub incorrectly. I called to get this corrected. I also asked about tracing down some light connections since I couldn't figure out how to turn on certain lights in the home. At first, it was very difficult connecting to them. There always seemed to be a problem with the phone for the business as answered by the office manager Ashley. When we did, I asked if they would do the work the same day and was told yes. Mike and someone obviously new and in training showed up. Mike appeared to know what he was doing. He was assisting the other guy with a switch and wall plate. He could not tell what a switch was for either. I later solved that on my own, but still needed to know how to turn on another light or wire a switch. Mike looked at it from the ceiling and said it should not be difficult. Outside, he agreed that the electric connection to the hot tub ( running an extension cord from the house to the hot tub) was incorrect and should not be used. He spoke about needing a trench from the outside electric panel to the hot tub. No work for anything was done that day ... contradictory to what I was told. I asked if I could save some money for labor if I dug the trench and was told yes. When I received the invoice, it was going to be $200 less if I dug the trench. (a foot deep and probably 40 feet long). I guarantee you they would have charged 3x's the amount if they dug it themselves. I don't even want to tell you how many hours I needed to do it.
That said, that didn't stop them from figuring out my light that wouldn't turn on. They didn't. They also didn't figure out the one switch. I later did. I later finished the trench in May and called them in the beginning of June. An appointment was later set up for Saturday, June 26th. Long time for something "Simple". I said that I wanted to include figuring out a shed on the property. There are switches and plugs in there and an electrical conduit outside, but no power. I was told Mike would call me earlier in the week to go over what I wanted, he didn't. The day before, I had a call from Ashley, the office manager, who although she had scheduled the appointment at 10 ( saying she knew Mike would allow that) she now is trying to tell me that the appointment has to be at 6AM! She said he had to go in the attic and couldn't do that since it could get to 150 degrees up there. I said he didn't need to go in the attic. The shed was outside as was the conduit and so was the trench (which was the main reason for hiring them). They just needed to make a connection, and run wire through a conduit in the trench that I dug. She kept insisting he needed to get in the attic. I kept saying no and if they didn't want the job, or just didn't want to work Saturday, or don't like working in the heat; they shouldn't have accepted it, had me dig the trench, or said it would be easy to do. I said there was no way they were going to be in my attic at 6AM knowing that I have a medical problem and wouldn't even be awake. If they were "Simple" they could have done the inside work back in March or April - although it still was never stated they needed to be in the attic. At least it wouldn't have been "150 degrees" in the attic! They could have even have asked if they could do that in Sept or Oct. On the appointment day, they could have done the outside work in probably an hour or less and have been done, but Nooooooooo - I guess that would be too simple and too smart!
Instead, they got no work, have to pay back my deposit, and get a negative but honest review. I wouldn't recommend anyone using them unless you like making a mountain out of a mole hill, and doing everything the hard way. Nothing is simple for Simple Electric.
Oh, and no matter what they might say about this review, it is how it happened, and I have all the recorded phone calls for anyone interested. Unless you don't mind waiting and then not having the work done, be smart and find someone else... I will.
Jacob came out, reviewed everything and gave great recommendations and really showed they cared and knew what they were doing. Scheduled a full day to do all the job, and was truly impressed. To the point, even my neighbors asking who did your work? As i'm more than pleased to share since was very happy and would have them out again.
Everything went smoothly from the start with a phone to the finish when the work was completed. All the details were handled courteously, professionally, and punctually. The work I had done was more complicated than it seemed but the technician kept at the task, figured out the wiring issue, and replaced the switch which solved my problem!
I am very pleased with the service and repair that Simple Electric did for me. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.
Simply the best, better than all the rest! After calling four other electricians who were all too busy, I placed a call to Simple Electric. The receptionist that I spoke to was very friendly and had great communication skills. The 2 electricians, Mitch and Chris, who came to my house to do the electrical work appeared quite knowledgeable as they presented to us a few good ideas of how to deal with our electrical issues. Before doing any work, they stepped outside the house and put together a written estimate of what their electrical work would cost, which we found to be quite reasonable. Their work was done efficiently and at each step they communicated with us what they had just completed. Look no further than Simple Electric for all of your electrical needs! I would DEFINITELY recommend them!!!
Perfect Experience! Found them thru Yelp & the did response via Yelp message. Gave a quote but still asked I call for an appointment. When I called & explained what was going on, the tech apologized that they could not get me in till next week right of the bat. That was ok with me, they explained the services & fees.
The electrical tech showed up right on time & got to work. We had several issues, he fixed them all & double checked the outlets that were the issues. Finished the work in a timely matter.

I have had them over a few times for some work. The first two times were great- they just changed a light switch the first time, changed fixtures the next time. I loved the tech that they sent out- personable, seemed to know what he was doing. Then I called for a bigger job- wanted the lighting redone in my kitchen. They sent out a different guy.... that didn't go well. It didn't seem like he knew what he was doing... at all. He told me that work I wanted could not be done. Sent me a high quote for lighting that I did not want. I called another electrician, he provided another quote, much lower and was able to do the work I was asking for. You just don't know what you are going to get with them, I guess.
If I could give 4.5 stars I would :-D
Mike Johnston and his coworker did a terrific job installing our suspended track lighting and moving two ceiling light fixtures (including installing a ceiling fan). The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is the installation of the fan controller holder without asking where we would have wanted it installed.
I would definitely use Simple Electric again and recommend Mike who not only did a good job but was very easy to work with.
Very responsive, easy to schedule, and came out the next day. Both electricians were super friendly (even to our cat) and figured out the issue with our ceiling fan right away. They also gave me some tips about another small issue we had noticed. Very reasonable price too!
As with any company, it's the people you hire that make or break your company. Simple Electric got lucky with RJ. The sweetest 24 yr old electrician you could meet. Climbed up on my desk to fix a ceiling fan that had blown out when the neighborhood transformer took a hit. He told me what part to pick up to save money and then came back and took care of matters at a very affordable price. Sometimes you get lucky when you try a new company and I feel that way about Simple. Decent people.

Simple Electric redid my circuit breaker when I purchased my home 4 years ago and it's still in perfect condition. They were punctual, explained everything that needed to be done and finished the job on time. Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Well, we now have a fourth time that we have used Simple Electric. Mike came out to install an outlet in our kitchen. He had to run a separate breaker so that it was a dedicated outlet for the dishwasher and garbage disposal. I don't think anyone could've done a better, cleaner, more professional job!

Mike Johnston did a fantastic job doing a variety of electrical jobs on our home. He was extremely consultative and incredibly clean! After each job he would clean the area of any dirt, dust and leftover drywall.

Called to get a new electrical box, went from 100 amps to 200; all indoor plugs needed to be converted from aluminum wire to copper. Everything went off without a hitch, The tech, Steve was professional and efficient. Highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!!!
Called Simple Electric to get someone to fix a fan that had surged and died. They made the appointment for the next day, but were able to squeeze me in the same day thanks to a cancellation.
Jim came shortly after they called, asking if it would be ok for them to fit me in and was very professional. He had booties for his feet, and everything he had brought with him was placed neatly on drop cloths that he placed on the floor to ensure that there was no mess that he left behind.
Not only was he efficient but the pricing for the new installation was more than fair. He even did an extra quick job as well which I really appreciated.
I will be calling Simple Electric for any and all future electric needs. I was very impressed.
I had quite a remodeling job for Simple Electric. Added two ceiling fans, replaced two outdoor light fixtures with ceiling fans, moved and replaced about 9 sockets, removed light fixtures, replaced switches, and rewired the porch. They did everything in 2 days and did amazing work!
We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Steven and Efren. They were here on time and worked until 6PM accomplishing everything that was scheduled with a patient and enthusiastic attitude.
Within an hour of calling (we got very lucky), Steven was here to identify the problem and fix it for a very reasonable price. We will definitely call again for our future electric needs!
Thank you Mike and Xzavier. What a great team! They came on time, wearing booties and masks which I greatly appreciate. They work neatly, vacuuming up after themselves. The project I had wasn't easy. They installed 30 LED puck lights as well as added a transformer. The price was fair and I would use them again.

The reason I gave only 3 stars was this company is very expensive. He stayed an hour and I was charged $195.00. That just seems a bit high to me. I will shop around a little more next time.
We just used Simple Electric for the 2nd time and had another great experience, this time with Maurice. Asked for a quote to move a couple outlets, they scheduled a few days later which was great. They had availability come up a couple days early so they called and asked if that time would work, which it did. We scheduled the install a few days after getting the quote, came back (again had earlier availability which worked out great), got the job done and used drop cloths and left almost no mess or dust behind. Was super impressed with the cleanliness, speed, promptness and everything. Pricing was also very fair, will call them again!
Simple is right. The electrician came to our house today at 10:00 am per scheduled. Fixed the light switch in a few minutes and we paid $49. He was nice and polite and did not waste anytime. The next time we need an electrician, Simple will be the one call.
We have been using Simple Electric for some basic services for about a year now but yesterday they really came through on a tough job. My house had a wiring issue that kept tripping the GFCI and occasionally the breaker. Steven replaced some outlets and the breaker to eliminate a bad outlet being the culprit but that didn't completely resolve the issue. So I called in and requested a follow-up visit and Steven came back out and did a ton of investigating and eventually found a rogue frayed wire outside of the home which was causing the issue. He was very pleasant to work with throughout both visits and the support staff at the office was great as well. These guys are good, give them a call if you need help with your home or office electric needs.
Shout out to Jacob and team for being the BEST in their industry!!! They give email communication the day before to remind you that they're coming and a simple phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Once onsite it was quick, clean, and friendly from start to finish. I wish I had more work for them to do so they could come back! 5 stars!
Had Mike and Co. replace 100 amp service with 200. Callback to set appointment was within the hour, appointment within a day or two, quote shortly thereafter. The fellows he sent to dig the giant pit required for the job were fast, thorough, and it almost looked like they used a level on the sides of the hole. Toothpaste may not go back in the tube, but four cubic feet of dirt, sand, and pavers came out of that hole ... and it all miraculously went back in when they were done. My pavers look better than they did before!
Mike and his partner were quick, thorough, and did exactly what they said - in the time frame and at the price they quoted. That's what we all pray for on remodels. Great when it actually happens!
Now, if I could just get the cat to stop thinking of that glistening new expanse of sand around the hose bibb as an al fresco litter box ...

This team was top notch and highly professional from my first interaction with Conner in the office to working with Jim on our electrical challenges. We were in a panic only 5 days out from Christmas when our outdoor lights weren't working and our indoor lights were surging on and off.
I decided to try Simple Electric based on their stellar reviews. Being so close to the holidays, they were all booked up. Conner was so nice and promised that I would be put on their cancellation list. Within 3 hours he called me back as they had a cancellation that afternoon. Jim came over and was extremely thoughtful and calm as he did some troubleshooting and figured out what our problems were.
He was extremely knowledgeable, clean and put everything back where it was when he started. I am sold on this company and will be calling them for all of electrical needs. My dad has been off his feet for a couple weeks due to an illness- we have been swamped with things we usually can do ourselves but can't anymore and several dr appointments- on top of everything we lost electricity in half the house- I flew out yesterday to help when the lights didn't workI looked at couple places that would be ideal and when I came across simple electric My dad and I were very pleased with the with the service we received from Jacob- he was efficient, very kind, and honest. I bought a house in Tempe that needed a ton of electrical updates - for the first round, I went with another electrical company and found them to be rude, overpriced & they were booking really far out.

I could not successfully troubleshoot/repair a non-functional circuit (and grounding issues) myself, so I asked Simple Electric to resolve it for me. I had selected them based upon the positive reviews on this site. They diagnosed the problem (incorrect wiring cross connections by a previous home owner) and repaired it in a very professional manner. I was very pleased with their service and the price was reasonable as well.

We recently made an appointment for an estimate for electrical work in our home.
Mike was on time and went through noting all the areas that needed to be addressed, new switches, new ceiling lighting, ideas for stairway lighting, etc.
He was able to give us an estimate before leaving and told us just to call the office and schedule. We were on his schedule two weeks later and he came with an assistant. Not only did Mike and Ephrem work efficiently and neatly, they came up with a great resolve for lighting on our stairway that was very logical and simple. Real thinkers and problem solvers. Please give this business consideration the next time you need an electrician. They also schedule in a fair way, that is it did not matter if your job was big or small, they schedule according to first come first served. I would be very happy to work with them again.

Had a relatively minor problem getting some fluorescent lights fixed in our bathroom and Simple Electric helped us switch it over to LED and even cleaned up some of the weird wiring and install work of the previous home owner. Needed microwave put on separate breaker, required running conduit and wire. From the start they were prompt and efficient, first with the quote and then when hired for the job. Ashley was friendly, flexible and efficient when I scheduled. Mike came on time as agreed, was professional and most importantly, competent!!! He did not charge me more than quoted, which was very reasonable compared to other quotes for the same work. I have had difficulty finding reliable, professional and cost effective/reasonably priced contractors, but Mike and Simple Electric have all those qualities. I will continue to use for any future electrical needs.

What a wonderful experience with Simple Electric. From the consult to the installation everything was perfect. Mike and Jack came yesterday 5/10/19 to install 4 ceiling fans. They were very nice, professional, and on time. The installation went very quickly, and they even clean up when ceiling material fell all over the floor when they had to change out a box. I was impressed! They made sure that all the fans were balanced correctly so I didn't have the fans shaking all over the place when turned on. I hate shaking fans. Not only will I be recommending Simple Electric to everyone, but I am going to schedule again with them soon to install my outdoor fans. Thank you again Mike and Jack you both were wonderful.

I was having an issue with a breaker and some outlets in my new house. I jumped on Yelp and found Simple Electric. Based on their high ratings, speedy response to my quote request, and the fact that they were booked out a couple of weeks which means they are in high demand, I decided to go with them. Mike and Joe (I think?) came over and fixed it. The next morning the breaker was tripping again so I called and they sent Mike back over that afternoon. He was able to fix it for good that time. It doesn't matter what job or profession you're in, sometimes things don't always get resolved the first time despite your best efforts. It's how you make it right and treat people that matters. I highly recommend Simple Electric and will be using them again in the future.

We had Jay come out and look at an outlet that was sparking. The staff were professional and friendly and Jay was on time! It was easy to schedule the appointment and there ended up not being anything wrong with the outlet (whew!). We weren't charged for the service call due to finding them on yelp, so it was $0 for something I was concerned would be $$$. Jay took his time and tested the outlet multiple different ways to ensure it was functioning normally. If you need an electrician, call these people!

I had two issues that I needed fixed right away. I sent a message over Yelp on a Tuesday evening and received a call back first thing Wednesday morning. We just used Simple Electric for a problem with the electricity along one wall of our bedroom where we lost power. They were very easy to schedule with (and I did a reschedule as well - and they were flexible). They showed up in the timeslot they promised and explained on the phone that there would be a $49 service fee for coming to the house. It turned out to be a very simple issue with a wire in a light socket, and took the gentleman less than 15minutes to identify and fix. So from a service perspective - they were top notch. Then came the cost... and that's where they lost my 5-star rating. It was $144. This seems... unreasonable. The electrician did tell my husband the ballpark cost when he found the problem, but at that point - we needed the fix done and he was at the house (and we were $50 in for the call out). I feel like they had us stuck because he was already there and we were already paying $50 for him to show up... so another $100 for less than 15min of work is just absolutely ridiculous. Including drive time from their office down the road - it wasn't even 30 minutes of time invested. I absolutely believe in paying for good service (and there's was good) - but this felt like we were taken for a ride on the cost.
UPDATE: So, no less than 10 minutes after I posted my above review, Katie called and left me a message from Simple Electric... She asked that I call back so that she could talk to me about my service and offer me a partial refund based on what I felt a fair price is for the work they completed. Impressive. Often, customer service isn't just about getting it right the first time - but a strong recovery when it isn't perfect for the customer. Not only are they clearly customer-centric in their servicing ethos, but they were extremely responsive! Updated my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars... and I will call Katie back later today. Nicely done Simple Electric...

My ceiling fan stopped working and I tested the connections with an electric tester. No juice...but what to do? Based on the reviews here I called Simple earlier today. For $49 they sent out a tech to look at the situation. My girlfriend was able to meet him there. But before he arrived, Katie (the office administrator) emailed me a picture of the technician named Jim and I forwarded that email to my gf so she would recognize him. Jim let me know that I needed a new switch which he replaced and changed out another dead outlet that I needed and one other thing my gf wanted done. All this happened very quickly. I am satisfied because the cost was reasonable and they accommodated me in every way. Like I said, this process started earlier today with my first email to them around 10am and the work was finished around 1p.m.
Steven C was incredible. He installed new breakers, all new outlets and switches, as well as removed old and installed new ceiling fans in my new old home. Electrical was a big part of a full home renovation, and I couldn't he happier with Steven's work, work ethic and general concern to delivery a quality service. He even took a significant amount of time to find and install a rare and odd sized floor outlet. I highly recommend this company, especially Steven.

Did research on Yelp and saw all the 5 star reviews. Decided to hire Simple Electric to help with installing a TV outside. Not only did Jim and Cameron show up 20 minutes early to our window, but they were hands down the most professional and friendly professionals I've experienced. They even helped mount my TV and install the cable jack, which I was not expecting. They stayed late way past the sun going down to complete the job and it looks absolutely perfect. My wife and I were very pleased with the experience and although it was pricey, the old saying is true you get what you pay for. They have my electric related business for life!!!

The service from Simple Electric was AMAZING! I had two electricians come out to help me, named Jay and Effren. I had them install a new light fan fixture in one room and I also had them reinstall two light fan fixtures that I didn't install correctly. Jay was very courteous and was very efficient. Jay also took the time to talk to my three year old son about his T. Rex toys. Both Jay and Effren also helped me to look at an old irrigation box outside and had great suggestions for me as to how to tackle it. Overall, the company itself is very professional. Prior to sending an electrician out, you will be sent a photo of who is coming to your home. I will definitely use this company for all of my electrical needs. (I am located in Tempe, AZ.)

Called Simple Electric 4 times since 2 times they closed early 1 only emergency and 1 will have estimate next day that was monday April 6th today April 10 still haven't got the estimate. The tech, Julian, arrived on time, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and after a few hours, fixed the problem, hours, he was here almost six hours. So friendly and explained everything he was doing, and once the problem was resolved, a very, very reasonable invoice, actually, more than reasonable considering the amount of time spent. HIGHLY recommend Simple Electric, I could not have been more impressed.

We had had an electrical problem for 6 years that neither the construction workers who had remodeled our house nor an electrician we had called a couple of years ago were able to fix, so we just lived with it. Any time we needed our dining room light on, we had to turn on the kitchen light as well, and both had to stay on for us to have light over the dining room table!

I'm so thankful that I contacted Simple Electric via yelp. I just bought a house with a multitude of issues, electrical power surges being one of them. Our technician spent a fair amount of time listening to all the issues we were having and concluded it was an issue with APS, because of his experience with older homes in the area. Now we are having APS re-do a damaged neutral ground to our house and it cost us nothing. When I'm ready to take on some additional wiring outlets and switches, I'll be hiring Simple Electric because I appreciate being treated so well, and getting an honest opinion that actually fixed the problem, even though they didn't profit from it. Needed to have a few odd items taken care of ranging from the simple (switching out a GFCI outlet in our kitchen) to the more complex (figure out why our pool equipment as well outdoor ramada fans, lights and outlets suddenly were not working.) First I called and made an appointment and was initially impressed with what seem to be both a courteous and well organized front office. In addition prior to the stated arrival time, the office contacted me to let me know that the electrician was on his way and they had even sent me an email with his picture so I could be sure to identify him when he showed up at my door.
AND When Jim showed up at the appointed time he tackled everything like a boss! Turned out the pool equipment and Ramada were more complex than I had initially thought and hoped. Jim Laid out exactly what needed to be done, how he would suggest best to do it, as well as what the cost would be for all of the repairs. Not only that --he ended up taking on the big job of rewiring the faulty pool equipment and remodel mainlines to the junction box as well as cleaning up and properly marking the box circuits that same day. All as part of his repairs which for most was above and beyond - but apparently for Jim was just the right way to do a job! Keeping simple electric in my permanent repair vendor address book- as they are keepers.
Steven C. was very polite, respectful and a wealth of knowledge. He explained everything every step of the way any went above and beyond every way he could. Definitely A++ work. Resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be calling them again next time I or anyone I know needs an electrician!
I am very fortunate that my sister-in-law's parents' recommended Maurice at Simple Electric. Whenever I've needed electrical work (either because I couldn't figure out an outlet, or I simply did not have time to install a fan, or I needed to wire for a garbage disposal and induction range), I have always called Simple Electric for fast and easy scheduling--today they had Maurice out to my house within a couple of hours. I have used Simple Electric two times in the last 6 months and they are simply awesome. Great communication from start to finish and even a follow-up call a week later to insure the work was done to our satisfaction. We had them install a charging station in our garage and the work was completed flawlessly. The team took care of the trenching and even mounted the charging station. They have also installed home automation switches for us and again the work was excellent. Mike was an absolute professional both times, he worked quickly, and thoroughly explained the work. Jim from Simple Electric came to my home to help troubleshoot a difficult electrical problem. There was power at the breaker, a new breaker, and yet I didn't have any power on the entire circuit.
Jim diligently searched for the culprit, while explaining everything to me, and not once was Jim frustrated or rushed. After two hours, he found the issue (some poor handy man wiring) and clearly explained how to fix the problem, and he offered to correct the shoddy wiring.
After a little over 4 hours, the wiring was fixed and I had a better understanding of my old home's wiring. The pricing was fair and I was more than happy to pay for the service. If I have any electrical issues in the future, I won't hesitate to use Simple Electric again.

My dryer was constantly having issue and discovered it had to do with the wiring and outlet. Mike replaced the outlet and then came back to my place when it still was having issues. 4. Robert was the one doing the job, which means he already had everything planned.
5. Arrived early, finished everything within 5 hrs (lots of upgrades for the house + ceiling fan), cleaned the place up and gave us a final walk through.
6. Professional, non-intimidating (explained everything), and did everything in a timely manner.

My AC stopped working...which is a bad thing in the middle of the AZ summer. I had a AC repairman come the next morning and the result was a diagnosis of a fried power line. He didn't know the state of the wire and thought a new conduit from the panel up the wall and then through the attic would be best- for $2,000. I thought I should get a second opinion. I called Simple and although their earliest availability was two days later, they were able to squeeze me in that same afternoon. Within an hour, the problem was diagnosed, a connector replaced, and my AC is now working. Sure, there could have been other issues with the unit that could have required an AC tech...but in this case I had an electrician do an electrician's work. Simple was more than prompt, very reasonable, and highly recommended.
I called to make an apt for a customer of mine and they had convenient availability the next day. My customer is so pleased, he said they showed up early and fixed the phone jack quickly and affordably.

I hired Simple Electric to inspect and re-install some outlets in the laundry room and tool shed. Their Electrician, Maurice was very efficient and helpful with all my questions. The estimate was reasonable and scheduling was easy - the company is very responsible to communicate with the customer. I have a number of projects planned that will require the services of a competent Electrician - so, I will be calling on Simple Electric to handle those jobs.
Planned to give 4 stars simply because my medium chandelier installation was a little pricey ($230ish) but, I am very pleased with SE's service and plan to use them again. Technician was early, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. They scheduled me less than a week out from my original call and asked me all my information up front. No, so what are we doing here? type discussions an electrician sent out by management w/ no concept of the task at hand. The electrician, Jim Maurer, who came to install my new light fixture above my dining table, was friendly, professional, and trustworthy. He knew exactly what I was looking for and provided me options for the length of the fixture while he installed it. He also was sure to keep a little excess wiring so I'm able to lengthen the fixture should I would like to at a later date. Very happy camper. Money well spent.

Simple Electric was able to send out an electrician to provide an estimate a few days after I called them. Steven, the electrician, was great! He provided an estimate and was able to complete the work on the same day. He was personable and friendly. He cleaned up after he was done and then emailed me the invoice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
We had simple electric come out again after they installed multiple new outlets on my historic home downtown. This time we had them hang an antique chandelier. Completely satisfied just as I was the first time with excellent workmanship and reasonable rates. Jacob does a fantastic job and is a good guy.

Had some minor electrical work and tried fixing myself several times without success. These guys were professional and on time. They worked hard to trouble shoot an issue I had, but unfortunately they were not able to figure out why my lights are flickering across 4 areas. I had a great experience with Simple Electric! They fixed my landscape lights for a fair price. About a month later, the lights stopped working again! :( However, Simple Electric came out free of charge and fixed the lights again. They even called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely use them again.

What fabulous service from time of initial call through completion of work; included email confirmation of the date and time, a call prior to arrival time and one of the most helpful and courteous electricians we've had at the house - Ramon explained everything that would need to be done for the more complex jobs along with associated costs and performed those that could be done immediately, making sure I understood the explanations and fees beforehand. I had a number of small projects I asked them to do. The service was excellent and very reasonable. The technician, Steven, completed all the projects and worked through a couple of snags that he came across most efficiently. He was very personable, disposed of all the trash and cleaned everything up. It was like he was never here. Great Job!
I contacted simple electric for a quote on a 220 line for an electric car and a couple of other small items inside. I knew I was ready to hire them shortly after they arrived. Ramon and RJ were on time (very important to me), professional and courteous. During the quote process, we talked about potential issues they might encounter and what we could to do work around them. When they arrived for the actual job, again they were on time and ready to go. We talked about the plan for the day, and they kept me informed as to status all along the way. I have nothing but praises to say about Simple Electric. From calling in to schedule the appointment to the electricians who showed up on time. Right from the initial hello they were friendly and you could tell they enjoyed what they do. Jay and his coworker were incredibly knowledgeable and even walked me through what they were doing and offered to answer any questions I may have. I will be coming back to Simple Electric for a chandelier job soon and I haven't thought about choosing any other electricians for the job. Give these guys a shot - I don't think you'll be let down.

Great experience. Some contractors had been out at my house and completely screwed up all the wiring going out from the breaker into the back yard causing my outdoor sockets to flip off every time I plugged anything into them. I found Simple Electric on Yelp, set up an appointment, and Julian came out today and spent hours getting me all back up and running. Super friendly and outgoing. He replaced a breaker switch, GFCI, and re-wired everything right. Also had him replace a couple of power outlets inside the house. Super impressed with the work quality and knowledge. Will definitely do business with again.

I hired Simple Electric because it is locally-owned, they are available on Saturdays, they are easy to communicate with, and they employ licensed experienced electricians. What would have taken me a couple of hours to install smart light switches took Mike, their electrician, half hour to complete in a very professional manner. In addition, the install cost was very reasonable when you take into account the time saved. Please consider this firm when gathering quotes for any electrical tasks.

We needed an electrician to come out and tell us how to fix a deficiency in our home inspector report. First, the customer service over the phone by Connor was polite, courteous and friendly. I called Simple Electric after seeing the great reviews. They are well founded. I had an electrical issue with my dryer, which had popping the breakers in my house. Concerned, I called. I spoke to Emma who is super pleasant and friendly. They had someone out to my house on a Saturday within 35-40 minutes. Are you kidding! Wow. Michael arrived. Very professional and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and was on his way in about 15 minutes. They did not charge a service fee. I'm stunned and actually called Emma back to make sure. This is pretty amazing service and I now have their number saved in my phone. I won't be calling anyone else in the future but them. Super impressed.
I had what I thought was a bad circuit breaker that blew on Christmas Eve. I couldn't find anyone that could refer me to a trustworthy electrician and wasn't feeling confident with some of the recommendations made on Nextdoor, so I checked Yelp and decided to try Simple Electric based on all their amazing reviews. I called them the day after Christmas and they were able to come out that same week. They called me when the technician was on his way and sent me an email with his photo so I knew what he'd look like. Michael arrived promptly and was very professional. When I described the issue, he immediately knew what he thought the problem was, which turned out to be an issue with one of my outlets, not the breaker. He fixed the problem within a matter of minutes and it turned out to be a much less expensive repair than I anticipated. Michael was also very neat and cleaned up the bits of drywall where he had to cut away a little of the drywall surrounding the electrical box. I needed a quality electrician to convert our kitchen lighting from surface mount spots to a recessed system and add under mount cabinet lights. From a close friend I found out about Simple Electric. Both he and his neighbor were real happy with the work Simple Electric did at their homes on a similar project.
From the first telephone conversation with Katie at Simple Electric I've been impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I was able to get a bid scheduled quickly and Katie called me on the day to confirm Todd should be to my home in about 30 minutes. Todd took the time to listen to my needs and concerns for the project. He also offered a few suggestions as to how changing the placement of the lights would improve the overall lighting in the kitchen. He also suggested dimmable LED conversions as a way to reduce heat and electrical usage. Todd's suggestions involved relocating a few of the lights. At first I was reluctant for this change due to sheetrock repair, but I agreed to his plan and the results are great. Now I have quality dimmable lighting in the right locations, with no shadows falling onto our task areas. (Todd also has a great drywall repair contact I used)
On the day of the project, Todd, Grant and Mike arrived on time. They discussed the overall plans with me and confirmed what I was looking for before locating the new recessed light holes. Before any cutting took place, the crew put up plastic barriers and covers to keep any dust off our furniture or from moving outside of the work area. When the work was done, they made sure everything was cleaned up and I was happy with the results. Todd also discussed future projects I was thinking of and had a few suggestions for some lighting improvements in other areas of the house. I look forward to our next work from Simple Electric, a quality company that goes out of their way to make their customers happy.

Absolutely WORST group I have ever dealt with. I called to have a dryer plug and vent installed, and was told that would be no problem. They showed up, and told me they would be happy to charge me a very high price to do the work, but they had never installed a dryer vent before. Don't be fooled by the positive Yelp reviews, and find an electrician who has cut a hole in a wall before. Even the other workers at my home commented on how RUDE and incompetent this group sounded. ZERO STARS!!

We found out our wall ovens were installed on the side by the delivery man just before we moved into our house, so we were a little nervous to use them. Simple electric was quickly able to schedule a tech to come out to check them. Maurice was right on time, professional, friendly, and very efficient. He put down tarps to protect our wood floors when he pulled the ovens out and was done in less than 20 minutes. He was also able to give us an estimate on another project we need done. We'll definitely be using Simple Electric again soon!

I called Simple Electric because their reviews were outstanding! I had a few projects that required work, including building, replacing and installing a ceiling fan. I also needed one of the timer switches replaced, and the pool light wasn't working. They installed the ceiling fan without any problems whatsoever, an excellent job and roughly a reasonable price for the job. Instead of replacing one switch, they replaced two (the other was working). They charged $200 to diagnose that there is power in the pool light and asked that I check with my pool guy to fix it. So $500 for replacing a ceiling fan, two switches (when only one was needed), and to look at, but not fix a pool light. Thankfully my pool guy did fix the light. The company strives to keep its customers happy, and I will use them again!
Steven was very helping and professional, he suggest what brand of fan to get and what not to get. He replaced my not working fan in just 25 minutes. I would definitely give them a call again if I need help in the future.

I can't say what a great service Simple offers. Professional, Courteous, and furthermore- Flawless! They managed to pick up the phone and have my appointment booked within 4-5 minutes as well!

Today was the second time that I asked Simple Electric to assist me with a matter. The first time, Jim did an absolutely phenomenal job quickly diagnosing the issues and resolving them. I couldn't be happier. Today, I called Simple Electric and informed them of another minor issue that I had. Even though all of the technicians were booked for today, I still made an appointment for next week and requested that if a technician did become available today or tomorrow, I would be happy to see him / her today. An hour later, Katie called me back and had a technician on his way over. When Mike arrived, he quickly got down to the bottom of the issue and helped me a learn a little more about my house. Simple Electric will definitely do right by you.

Had a great experience. I needed a ceiling fan receiver and remote installed in a bedroom. I was quoted $85-$110 from multiple other companies with longer wait times. Simple Electric set up an appointment right away and did the job for $50. They made the process as simple as possible.
I spoke with Todd and told him I had a basic light fixture in my closet that needed to be replaced.I don't think there would be anything too complicated about that but he told me he could not give me a idea of the cost but that I would be charged $49 to come out and look at it first. I can call a auto mechanic and get price checks on a repair but not a light fixture. Not impressed.
I can not say enough about this outstanding company. I called this afternoon with a big problem which involved my major appliances including my AC not getting any electricity due to SRP doing some work in my area! The fantastic woman I spoke to on the phones told me that even though they did not have an opening for an appointment until next week she felt that we could not be without AC until then. Thankfully she checked to see if anyone in my area was available to stop over and check out my problem. One of their techs was finishing a job in my area and was at my house in about an hour! Robert was professional and knowledgeable about my problem and knew exactly what to do! The problem was on SRP's end and he told me to call them and tell them to come out and replace my meter which was not working due to something SRP had done earlier in the day. The best part was that Robert told me there would be NO CHARGE for his prompt service! Now thats what I call excellent customer service! Fantastic customer service from the first phone call to the end of the service they provided! This will always be my go to company for any electrical problems or needs I may have in the future! I contacted a few companies via Yelp for a quote related to two ceiling fans in my home spinning very low, even when set on high with the remote. Simple Electric responded to my inquiry very quickly, waived the fee, and set me up for their next available appointment. On the day of my appointment, they contacted me to let me know my tech was en route. Upon his prompt arrival, Jay was very friendly and professional. I explained to him my issue and he knew immediately it wasn't what the all knowing google ( plus conversation with the manufacture of my fan) told me the issue might be. Quite embarrassingly, it was a very simple fix that took Jay all of 2 seconds (I.e. pulling the chains to the right setting Lol!!!) Jay was a great sport about it and we laughed together. Thank you Jay for coming out and being so pleasant despite my ditzy moment! If I ever have a REAL issue, I will be contacting you again!!
I am beyond amazed at how fast, reliable, ethical and AMAZING this company is!!!! After having mediocre electrical work done by another contractor, this company came out almost immediately and repaired a ceiling fan and oven connection. Very professional. Used this company for 20ft ceiling fan install. Very affordable and cleaned up their mess by using plastic booties and drop cloth under the ladder.

Jim at Simple Electric was prompt and professional. He installed 3 bathroom vent fans for us. Installation was completed better than expected and price was exceptionally reasonable. We were very pleased with the workmanship and I would highly recommend him for any electrical work.
WOW!! I just got into the whole z-wave hub thing and bought a light switch I thought I could easily install, man was I wrong. Had I done the job myself the fire dept would have visited me today instead of Simple Electric. I called at 2pm, they had a technician at my house by 230 (on Good Friday) and did the job in no time flat. Cost was crazy reasonable and by mentioning yelp there is currently a no charge service call fee. 1 yr warranty on what was done today but said even if afterwards, 'if we touched it we'll take care of it' kind of attitude. Notice no bad reviews...no need to try to save a few $ if you don't have electrical training, go with Simple Electric and sleep well!!
At first I was suspicious of all the glowing reviews. However, I went through and had them come in to repair some outlets that had died. The technician was friendly and efficient, making sure to put on shoe covers when coming inside after working on the panel outside. Their price was very reasonable, and the communication was beyond belief. I think the leadership of this company would do well to go out and work with other companies to bring them to this level of customer engagement and care - they set the standard in this area.
I would not hesitate to have them out to work on any other electrical issues we have in this house.
These guys are great. It all started with my initial call to Katie. She was friendly and had great customer service skills. The first available appointment was for the following morning and I had told her I was in need of service today. She said she would put me on the list if something opened up that day. Two hours later a spot did open! The techs Jim and Ryan came right over. They both put shoe covers on before coming in. Jim was very knowledgeable and I could tell they were both stand up guys. Our neighbor recommended Simple Electric to us when we needed some electrical work to be done. We had recently had built a courtyard in the front of the house and we needed lighting (4 light fixtures) and 2 ceiling fans installed. The technicians arrived exactly on time, they were courteous, very professional, friendly and extremely nice.
One nice touch was that they sent me an email showing the technicians photo so I knew exactly who was going to show up. I liked that.
The work was done in a timely manner, if we had a question they took the time to answer and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.
All in all Simple Electric is a great company and I highly recommend them for anybody w/ electrical needs.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Simple Electric. Our technician, Jim Maurer was exceptional! We were provided a window of arrival of between 11am - 1pm. I received a call that Jim had finished his prior job sooner than expected and wanted to start on our home early, however there was a problem: I wasn't able to leave work earlier than I had already scheduled in order to meet him! The technician realizing that there was much work to be done on the outside of the property stated he could start on the outside, and wait for me to get home as previously scheduled in order to access the inside to complete the job. NICE!!!! Efficient use of time is definitely a plus in my book with my family's busy schedule.
When I got home, Jim was already there diligently working with a helper and immediately explained what they had done so far. He was thorough, polite and extremely nice, to say the least. We are extremely happy with the outside security lights that were installed, since our backyard is no longer shrouded in darkness.
We will continue to use Simple Electric for all of our electrical needs and YOU SHOULD TOO!!
Grant came to my home to handle a few issues (garbage disposal switch & a bunch of light switches not working) - he was able to fix them all in under an hour and was very friendly. Price was less than i was expecting & they accepted Amex. Scheduling was just as great as the actual service... I called and had service scheduled for next day, she also called to let me know when he was within 15 minutes of arrival. Great experience - I recommend them.

Excellent company!! I was having problems with my new LG dryer not powering on and/or turning off early. LG sent a repair person who replaced the control board which unfortunately didn't resolve the problem. They recommended to have an electrician evaluate for electrical problems. I found Simple Electric on Yelp and am so happy I called them. The tech came out and found the problem was a load controller in our circuit breaker box that would shut toff electricity to the dryer. I turned this off and it's been great since! I was surprised when he said there was NO CHARGE for the visit since nothing had to be fixed! What a pleasant surprise and an excellent business policy! I will definitely use them again for electrical needs!

Received a call from the owner and office manager apologizing for the customer service and offering to have their lead technician check out our electrical issues. He was quite accommodating, coming at an early time so that I could still make work on time. We haven't decided if we will go with them for the repairs, as it seems a bit pricey (they did offer a discount for our troubles), but I sincerely appreciate their efforts. Thanks!
When calling in the wouldn't give a simple estimate for installation of 2 ceiling fans. Said they can come out in a 2 hour window on a Saturday to give an estimate. When the electrician came out, he quickly just asked how tall my ceiling was and said its $115 per fan. When I asked if he can match the other quote I got he said they have a price sheet that they cannot lower the price. So why do an estimate when your prices are set? They could have just told me the price over the phone and saved everyone the time. The electrician that came out to do the estimate couldn't understand either why they cannot give the price over the phone. Turns out they will not budge on the set pricing that was $45 higher than another electrical company I called. I'll be scheduling the work with the other company.
This company is like no other contracting company I have EVER worked with.... amazing!! The office staff is professional and friendly and the electrician (Steven) who came to the house was knowledgeable and efficient. Management is doing something right when the entire staff is working to make the customer's experience a pleasant one. Call them!
I had a corroded underground conduit causing my pool pump to pop the breaker. Called Simple Electric and they scheduled a 2 hour appointment window the following work day. Office called 30 minutes prior to technician showing up. The technician, Maurice, spent time troubleshooting and confirmed the corroded conduit. He tried using other wires in the conduit to save me having to retrench, but to no avail. Discussed alternative conduit installs to save me money and gave me a quote on the spot. Great service.
Wow! Same day service they even called and moved up my time from my original appt time. Lots of trouble shooting needed at my house, they worked until they found the issue. People on the phone were very helpful and professional and followed up as promised. Robert was awesome, super friendly and saved us some major head aches. Will use next time we need an electrician.
Needed 2 new light fixtures installed and called Simple Electric after seeing the truck driving near my home and checking out Yelp reviews. Quickly got a convenient appointment scheduled. The day of the appointment, they called, saying they could come early which totally worked for me. Upon arrival, they removed the old fixtures and starting installing the new ones. There were some issues due to my home being a 1990s track home, but they quickly came up with solutions and I now have 2 new fixtures that look amazing. I'll definitely be calling Simple Electric the next time I need an electrician!!!
I highly recommend them we are a business and we had electrical problem that we had another electric company come out and was not able to find the problem they found it immediately. Very very friendly staff. We will not hesitate too use them again in the future. And you have an electrical problem you need somebody that day are ASAP and that's what you will find from them.

AWESOME...highly recommend their services. Grant was our service technician and he was great. He was professional and courteous and got the job done within the time frame and fee he stated at the beginning of the project. We modified the plan when he came and he was completely flexible and sized the job quickly at a HIGHLY REASONABLE price. His work is fantastic...we now have beautiful LED lights under the counter, he also moved our sockets to under the cabinets and installed two light fixtures and outlets in the garage. This is a highly professional company including sending me a picture of Grant along with an email confirmation. We used YELP write up to pick them after getting another bid that was outrageously expensive.

Great customer service and communication with Simple ELectric! Work completed very timely and as expected. I had an appointment for an estimate, and they called about an hour before my scheduled time to ask if they could come out sooner. When time came for the actual install of my ceiling fans I had an afternoon window of 2-4 pm. They called me in the morning to see if they could come out sooner again, but I was unable to change my schedule. They showed up promptly at 2 pm, the early part of the scheduling window. I received a call prior to the technician coming out to let me know they were on their way, and the company also emailed a photo of the technician to ensure I knew who to expect. The actual installation of my two ceiling fans went very smoothly, no problems at all, took about an hour and a half. Lowe's had set up this install so I didn't know anything about this company. I will certainly use them for my future needs, and will refer them to any friends that may need work done.
Simple Electric AZ are the guys to call for all your electric needs. Was in a bind with an inspection, they were able to correct all issues quickly and I passed with no issues. Grants the Man! Would recommend them to anyone that needs their services.
We very highly recommend this company for any electrical need! Our technician was Grant Ludwig, and he was wonderful, very professional and clearly with a depth of knowledge. He arrived on time (8 am Thursday 9-4); he took time to thoroughly assess the problem that we had (we have an older home that had numerous fixes by others); he explained everything clearly and was up front with the pricing. He was able to fix the problem with our kitchen lighting the same day, and we felt that the price was reasonable as well. As a woman, i particularly appreciated that he was respectful, did not talk down to me, but rather showed me exactly what was going on in our kitchen and why we had been unable to fix it ourselves. We will keep this company's card on file and use them for all of our needs in the future.

I can not rave enough about Simple Electric! From start to finish they were professional, and accommodating. They found an appointment time that worked for me, sent me an email confirming my appointment, letting me know who the technician would be, as well as a picture of him. This is a great tool, particularly if the homeowner was a female who lived alone! I also very much appreciated that the window they gave me was between 8-9, not 8-12! Who has four hours to sit around waiting? When Maurice showed up (at 8:10, I might add), he had the 'can do' attitude that was required for this particular job. I had fallen in love with a light fixture and ordered it knowing that the website said it was not suitable for vaulted ceilings. Maurice was the visionary I needed, and he made it happen! I am thrilled every time I walk by and see the beautiful light fixture, hanging from our vaulted ceiling! I will use Simple Electric, and recommend them, ANY chance I get!!!

This company is amazing! I was remodeling my house in Scottsdale and my friend recommended Simple Electric. I'm from California and didn't know the first thing about who to hire. The guys were very professional and showed up on time. I felt comfortable having them at my house alone. We raised a ceiling in our kitchen and they put in 9 recessed lights on a dimmer switch, added lights to wet bar & powder bathroom. They completely added electrical for a new fan in our living room. All and all it was very affordable and there were not any extra cost surprises! Thanks guys!!!!
Excellent choice here. We worked with Maurice and he was fantastic. He was patient, thorough, efficient, explained everything etc. He set up a fan, fixed a fan that was wobbling and gave us some insight into other electric work done to install a motorized shade.
I would absolutely recommend Simple Electric! We needed a ceiling fan put together and installed and we had outdoor electrical boxes installed so we could hang decorative string lights. Jim was our technician -he was super nice , very knowledgeable and professional . He did a great job for us and made sure to clean up when he was done. We felt that the price we paid was reasonable for the work we had done. We have used several electricians in the past, but this is the only company I would ever call on in the future!

I met with Maurice today from Simple Electric. I have not used this company before, but I am sure I will be using them in the future and referring my clients to them as well. This company was fantastic about setting up the appointment, emailing reminders of the appointment and showing up on time. I have not had the work done yet (will update my review after), but the men were very professional, cleaned up after themselves but mostly took great time to assess the problem and come up with a solution to repair it so that it was affordable to the homeowner but done correctly and up to code!! We need more honest contractors out there.

I own a retail store in Scottsdale and mid-way through a busy Monday we lost 30% of the lighting in our store. After a frantic search on YELP for Scottsdale electricians I called about 7 electricians in 5 minutes - several of them I got voicemails or quoted slow response times of several days. Jennifer at Simple Electric said they could be there in 15 minutes - and sure enough Todd arrived, was very friendly, had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 45 minutes, and just for good measure repaired a light fitting we were struggling with. I'm sure under the circumstances many electricians would have tried to charge us an extortionate rate due to their response time but that didn't happen - we were charged a very fair price too, which to me shows they are good honest people. Absolutely delighted with their service, I will use them for all future issues, both in my business and at home.

Outstanding company! Perfect service. We had a surge in our A/C disconnect creating a fire. Of course during the heat of June. Grant came out to diagnose and correct the problem immediately. We called around 5pm, assuming no one would even answer the phone at the end of the business day, let alone come out. Grant was already out of the office on his way home when we called. Instead of continuing home to his family, he came to our house within 5 minutes of our initial call and immediately fixed the problem. Expertise, courteous, didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. Fair price. Perfect. We will use them for any future electrical needs inside or outside of our home. What a wonderful refreshing experience we had with Simple Electric! We had a problem with several outlets not working in our kitchen. We called near closing time for Simple Electric so we did not expect anyone to come that day. However, we were told that they would have a Service Technician out first thing the following day. Our doorbell rang at 8:05 AM. Jim Mauer was the tech assigned to fix our problem. He introduced himself to my husband and me and provided a welcome handshake. We explained the problem to Jim. He proceeded to explain the rates to us which seemed very fair. He got right to work explaining what he was doing along the way. He was very helpful and fixed the problem in a very speedy manner. He noticed a problem with another outlet and asked if he could fix that too as long as he was here. We said sure and that we appreciated him doing us this favor. We will certainly recommend Simple Electric to anyone who needs an electrician. We found them on Yelp and used previous reviews to help us decide who to call. If we need any electrical work in the future we will be calling them and asking for Jim! He is a great asset to this company.

I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs. I had someone else lined up to do work for me and after they cancelled last minute, I called these guys and they sent someone out the same day! The best part about that was they gave me a half-hour window of arrival! Most companies give a 4 hour window and you have to sit around and wait. They provided an on the spot estimate. I chose the work I wanted done and they did it on the spot, too. Their rates may be a bit higher than others, but it is quality, licensed and bonded work. You get what you pay for with most electricians, so in my opinion, quality work is worth a little more money! The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He checked the panel for safety and quality before starting any work. He was was able to present me several options. I will use this company again in the future for my electrical needs. I have a 1949 home. I had a ceiling fan installed with fan rated bracket fir proper suppert (all to code) as well as a bathroom exhaust fan (where there was none). The summer months will now be much more tolerable for me, thanks to Simple Electric!

David did an amazing job replacing a light fixture in my bathroom. He was efficient, professional and personable. My only complaint is that it took a while for the company to get back to me to set a date for the work but it turns out it was because the fixture was so old (from the 60's) they had to order it and it took a while to receive. Simple Electric was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again.
I started a up lighting project in my home with another company. I laid out the project and type of led lights to be used. After 3 visits system did not work as required and was charged for replacement of parts each time. Did some research on parts used and found that a separate supply was required to be able to dim LEDs. Also the wrong Lutron wireless dimmer was used. Ordered correct part from Lighting Unlimited (these guys are great). I installed dimmer and still didn't work. I suspected bad switch.I called Simple Electric based on Yelp reviews. Am I glad I did! Todd the owner showed up and we talked about what I was trying to do and my trouble shooting. He smiled and said why did I call since I had it figured out. He verified the switch was bad. No charge for call and off he went. Ordered another switch and called him back to install. The system works like intended. I could not be more satisfied. Total professional and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
These folks are great. I called late in the day when the cooler to my sunroom (where dogs are kenneled) went out suddenly along with power to backyard waterfall. The were able to come right over and found two separate problems (most likely from 100 year flood rains). Steve fixed the sunroom within an hour and they scheduled a longer appt to find corroded line to pump. 2nd appt was electrician named Jim, also exellent who brought my poorly wired landscaping up to code. Katie in the office as also terrific, helpful, friendly - overall this is a terrific small business and I can't remember having such a positive experience in a long time! THANK YOU!

Just wanted to say what a great company to work with. Katie was very helpful setting up the service for our house the same day I called. Great customer service! Grant came out to our house and was very helpful finding out the electrical issue that we were having. He went over all the details and explained everything really well. Overall very pleased with Simple Electric. Will definitely call them again with any electrical issues.
I have now used Simple Electric 3 times. The first time I was so impressed by their attention to detail and customer service that I kept their fridge magnet. When I needed them again I was just as impressed - courteous, polite, talked me through their workflow, gave me options, clean and efficient. This time around, I called them for something non-urgent... as usual was greeted with the upmost courtesy on the phone. I explained my needs, something in the next couple of days, if possible. Was told, can I call you back in 30 minutes? 20 minutes later got a call that someone was on their way... again, the job was handled expertly, answered all of my questions... even entertained my kids when I had to step away for a couple of minutes. This is the service that builds reputations - and is the reason why I only have one electrician's number in my phone. You have earned a loyal customer... thank you.
