Raul picked up my call on a Sunday and scheduled a bid for the next day. He was willing to go to both of my properties and gave me a specific time when he would be there. He was right in time and gave me a fair bid for both properties. Today he came for my first device. Again, he was there when he said he would be and he did a great job with mowing, trimming, blowing and rock clean up. I have been very pleased with my experience thus far. It is rare to find someone so PROMPT and RELIABLE. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Montoya's Landscaping.

I had a 13'x13' area under my gazebo that  I wanted to have pavers installed.  The JNK Landscaping and Pool team came out and gave an accurate quote, ordered the materials and were able to finish the project within a week.  Very reliable, and they did a fantastic job!  Highly recommend

I asked Eli for an estimate this morning for another property and had it literally within the afternoon! Not only that he took pictures and was honest with his opinion for what did, and didn't need to be done. WOW! I will continue to call AMS Landscaping for all my landscaping needs. Great job!

Adam and his team are incredible! We called on them to trim some greenery; regrade a small area away from the house and refill with decorative rocks; and after grading appropriately, install pavers in our front sitting area. After agreeing to a very reasonable estimate, Adam and his crew were onsite the next morning. The work was completed over the course of three days (during the first Arizona heat wave). We couldn't be happier with the results. I applaud and completely recommend Adam and his crew.

We've been working on our yard with Juan for a few months now and he is fantastic! Very responsive and shows up when he says he will. He and his crew did a 2 day job for us laying new rock, running new irrigation, new grass and planting new plants. The yard looked fantastic when they finished, we were very happy! He always answers all of our questions (we have a lot!) very patiently; he is very knowledgeable. We are so happy to have found this company!

They did a great job on our backyard with great pricing. Look forward to have them complete another project for us!

Robert is truly a wonderful craftsman. We recently had our entire backyard done, but the contractor who built our outdoor fireplace did a shotty job and the bottom completely crumbled after a major rainstorm. Apparently, the contractor didn't put in proper fire brick and a fire plus rain water was a bad combo. I texted Robert about the problem and he quickly came out and gave us a quote that seemed more than reasonable. He was knowledgable, kind and understood that we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to get our structure fixed. When I reached back out to get us on his schedule, he responded in a timely manner and came out a week later and fixed our fireplace in two days. He was clean, courteous and didn't mind when our kid had a bunch of friends over while they played in the backyard. The fireplace looks like it was done by an actual professional and now I'm not worried it's going to fall apart during the next storm. Highly recommend.

Ivan and his crew did a great job cleaning up my yard. They were responsive and showed up on short notice.

It was time for spring cleanup!!! I decided I'd sort through Yelp, look at a few reviews. I had a few landscaping companies in mind. I'm so happy Nick responded to my request for a quote promptly.  Nick met with me first, we walked around the property to discuss the mode of weed clean up. His team did an excellent job. They were fast, thorough, and careful not to step on my existing flowers. He hauled all the tree and plant debris away. Thank you for all your hard work.

Still one-star. Owner is lying in his post to save face.

Photos were taken after the service and are just some of the issues I experienced.

While I was sent a list (via text - we never spoke verbally), items on the list were not performed. Weeds were not treated, rocks were not raked, debris still remained. Bushes, that were overgrown and being choked out by weeds, were left untouched.

He only addressed his natural look to bushes after the fact and said he only trims bushes once a year. He said he would try to do a small trim on the bushes next time as an exception for me and then would trim again in 2022. (That's a big assumption that there would be a next time after such poor work.)

He was also not there 45 minutes. I was in a 30 minute meeting with my boss when their crew arrived. They did not call or text before hand like I had requested (wanted to make sure my dog was inside). They were gone before the meeting was over.

The price is $120 a month. He billed me immediately for the first service  ($60) after ignoring much of his list.

He and I never had a conversation outside of text. and kept coming up with excuses why things weren't done.

He offered no solutions other than to wait and see if the weeds disappeared from the supposed treatment (they didn't!) and to see what he would get to next time.

After the review, he said to ignore the invoice.

He then tried to guilt me to remove the review and pestered me more than once about it.

This is not a good business man. This is someone who poorly performs and then tries to manipulate the review system with guilt.

He doesn't care how his poor performance hurts people and caused them stress. I had a special event planned, and I was left with a really poor looking yard (new purchase, so i hadn't lived in the home long).

Leaving my review up to warn others as I don't think anyone else should have to go through this.

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

Quoted a window for an appointment.
Attempted to alter that time via text message because it was too close to the weekend.
Zero customer service and they treated me like they were doing me a favor.  Good luck with this group.

I highly recommend Moises. Reasonably priced, but best of all his work is perfect. Fast, he has 10 tons of gravel hauled into the back yard and our turf grass done all in 5 days! Pictures say it all. Posting before and after. He actually got 3 jobs just from people driving by to look at our yard.

This a great company and Scott and his crew are so hard working.  After installing the artificial turf, everything was cleaned up and patio furniture put back in place. I would recommend this company to others, because of their professionalism and the reasonable quote.
