George was fast and prompt with the response! He got the job done just as described and his price was very reasonable. I recommend George for any kind of landscape work!

They responded quickly.  Set up the appointment and never showed up.  I called to schedule again, and again they never showed up.  I called to find out if I could get an estimated and was told someone would call me back shorty....that was over a week ago.

He showed up and we discussed ideas for the job and was supposed to send a quote which I never received. I sent him a message but never responded.

JNK is legitttttttt! Devin and his crew came in and did their thing! In and out from estimation to final product. Removed two large trees, several bushes and a lot of rocks.  Only did part of the backyard. Will call again for other half and front yard design when I'm ready.

Eli Hall was quick to return my call and sent a guy to my house within a few business days.  The man who came to my house was easy to communicate with.  He repaired an irrigation leak quickly and prepared a very reasonable estimate to have some overgrown and troubled shrubs and trees removed.  The bid and bill for the leak repair came via email within a few days of the AMS' person visit, and there were photos attached for the work done / estimated.  A very professional, service oriented company.  I will definitely use them again.

Didn't do any business with them as they didn't seem to want my business... I asked for an estimate through the easy to use yelp app and I was immediately contacted back that they needed more information. I then sent more information including pictures when all I really wanted was somebody to come out and actually do an estimate... I got no response or call or anything.

Adam and his team are great at what they do! Couldn't be happier with the results in my yard!

Omar was highly responsive and gave a fair quote for clipping bushes and pulling weeds. He has excellent communication skills. He showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use his services for regular maintenance.

We've been working on our yard with Juan for a few months now and he is fantastic! Very responsive and shows up when he says he will. He and his crew did a 2 day job for us laying new rock, running new irrigation, new grass and planting new plants. The yard looked fantastic when they finished, we were very happy! He always answers all of our questions (we have a lot!) very patiently; he is very knowledgeable. We are so happy to have found this company!

We worked with Ruben for the quote, and job itself. The quote process was excellent compared to other companies. The cost was affordable and the workmanship was great!

They installed artificial turf in our backyard. They did a great job clearing the weeds and prepping the space for the turf. Once it was all laid out, they fluffed it up and was good to go in a matter of hours. Quick, thorough service. They answered all of our questions and the turf looks great! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Love the work. Exactly how I wanted my backyard to look. Robert does an excellent job, responds to emails and texts promptly. Doesn't try to get you to spend more money if you don't want to. I'm glad I got him to do the landscapes.

I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. I appreciated the transparency and overall excellent communication. I will be contacting them regularly for maintenance now. Thank you both so much!

It was time for spring cleanup!!! I decided I'd sort through Yelp, look at a few reviews. I had a few landscaping companies in mind. I'm so happy Nick responded to my request for a quote promptly.  Nick met with me first, we walked around the property to discuss the mode of weed clean up. His team did an excellent job. They were fast, thorough, and careful not to step on my existing flowers. He hauled all the tree and plant debris away. Thank you for all your hard work.

We had been working with Chance and his company for about 5 years. At first his caliber of work was fantastic! We was responsive, have great quality control of his team, and we were very happy. Over time his quality had faded. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Essentially we are just paying him to come and cut the grass and use a leaf blower. Occasionally we will see that bush maintenance has been done but not regularly, and we have noticed that there is watering issues. We have communicated the water issue and it has yet to be resolved. There is flooding constantly in our yard, and sprinkler heads are never checked unless we ask them to come back to fix it, but by the time they return, other sprinklers are broken and there is zero communication about it.

For me, the biggest issue is that the crew keeps leaving gates propped open. I understand that accidents can happen, but I've had to communicate this issue in the past. Lately, for months now, I have come home to discover our gates propped open and our dogs trying to escape. We have two small schnauzers, and they are older dogs, and it seems that Chances team does not listen when we beg them to be more careful.

Today, our dogs were nowhere to be found and again the gate left wide open. It's a self latch gate, so the yard guys had to move our rocks around to force the gate to stay open. I texted the owner, Chance and stated that we cannot have people working here that do not respect our home and family and that our pets are missing and that among other issues, our missing dogs was reason enough to no longer work with his company.

His response: my apologies, I'll remove you from the schedule.

We found our dogs, thankfully! My frustration mainly stems from a perceived lack of empathy, customer service, and own ship of the problem that this company has caused. I would have hoped that after years of work, there would be more of a response to the compromised safety of our pets. To be fair, I did respond to Chances text in a rude manner, and then he texted back expressing concern for our pets, but I felt it was too late.

At the end of the day, there is both good and bad in working with this company.

Good: he is professional when he responds to our concerns. He has competitive pricing. His workers are reliable by showing up when scheduled.

Needs improvement: lacks control of his workers quality. Lacks follow through on our flooding issue that has lasted almost 6 months. His service is not standardized such as trees/bushes are not always trimmed. Does not ensure our feedback is followed, hence his workers continued to let the watering go unfixed and compromise our dogs safety.

Overall, we felt that we were just paying for regularly scheduled grass cutting and leaf blowing, while we believed that more could have been done. We wanted to have a service where we didn't have to worry about yard maintenance, and we felt that we were not getting that on top of the team not being careful with our pets safety. I know other companies can be unreliable and cancel last minute. Chance's company always showed up, and if they couldn't, it was communicated. So, it's a balance of what you want from your yard maintenance company. Unfortunately, this wasn't a good fit for us any more.

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

Prices aren't too crazy. Showed up on time. fixed the problem and answered a bunch of questions for me. Ill call them again if there's a problem.
