We found out about Sprinkler Doctors from our home warranty company and we will continue to use them once our warranty expires.  We should replace our system, but due to home warranty's bandaid approach to repairs, we've had them out multiple times for leaks.  They are always prompt, friendly, thorough and fast workers.

Our technician Alex really went above and beyond.  He went to work right away thoroughly assessing our system instead of just repairing the leaks I had called about.  I thought we had about 3 or 4 leaks but it turned out to be in the double digits!  He fixed them all and even gave me a lesson on how to use my drip system controller.  Thank you Alex & Sprinkler Doctors; please give this man a raise!

This is our last year with our home warranty but we will definitely continue to use Sprinkler Doctors for our needs & will eventually replace our system with them as well thanks to service from techs like Alex.

Almost all our sprinkler heads in the front yard we're needing replaced after over a decade. Sprinkler doctors got the job done quickly and on time and double checked our timer to make sure everything was correct. Highly recommended.

This company needs to be on your go to list for sprinkler and drip system repairs or issues.  This was the fourth time I have used them at three different properties owned by family or friends.  I called Monday and our assigned technician, Alex, promptly arrived Tuesday morning.   He took the time to check the entire system for issues at drip line emitters and sprinkler heads.  He quickly repaired three issues (one more than we knew about).  I truly appreciate their fast friendly and affordable service.  I will be calling them soon for a drip system replacement since ours is so old.  They provide free estimates that I am sure final cost will be based on size and complexity.  I appreciate being told that there are better (thicker) lines available that will last longer than what I installed many years ago.   Thanks again Alex and Sprinkler Doctors.

I have used sprinkler doctors for a number of years and a good company however I've had to run in with one of their techs the last two times that I've used them and he doesn't want to do any work or the bare minimum. on this last job I told the office that it would require some digging to replace the main lines and the lines coming off the main line they assured me everything was good. Tech showed up texted just what I expected him to do too much work not set up for that needs another guy this is more like a full install every excuse you could come up with so I thanked him and I called the office and provided that feedback

Had them to a quick repair about a year ago; after getting tired of fixing other leaks several times a month on the 20+-year-old drip system, called them for a system replacement. Their estimate was very reasonable and they completed the front and back yards in less than a day.  System is working great and I'm hopeful I won't lose more trees this summer!  With the grade of pipe they used, I'd be shocked if there were any leaks (other than maybe a drip head being cut or knocked off of course) in at least 10 years. Thanks guys!

The reason this company gets 2 stars is because I felt they were not honest with the pricing. I wanted all my irrigation drips checked to make sure all the plants on my acre property were working. And to make sure they all had the correct valve. The two guys seemed to do ok with that.

When they finished they stood in the driveway another 15-20 minutes chatting....running up the clock. Since the job is based on a hourly fee I challenged the guy about the price. He said he was writing up the invoice. Not true. I was watching them on my camera.  

Another issue I had is the pricing. The ad says $70 for the first hour and that goes towards labor. The second hour apparently the labor is more expensive and I was not told that.

Our sprinklers have had some problems off and on. The typical issues. We have a yard guy who sends several people over every month to do clean-up, trimming, etc, but their sprinkler skills are just okay. I call Sprinkler Doctors, and they deal with it promptly and professionally, and most importantly they are just honest people. They charge a fair rate and do an excellent job. I rarely feel this way about any company, but I trust them. Ryan came over two times this week to fix a few leaks under my driveway and put in a new controller. He was great as always. Give them a chance. You will be glad you did.

We had an unfortunate leak with our main irrigation line, so we reached out to Sprinkler Doctors. They sent Alex Decker. He couldn't have been any better. It was a miserable job he was asked to do in the early stages summer, but he kept a great positive attitude and really saw to the fix. Rating 5 stars because I couldn't give 10.

Home warranty gave us these guys to fix our leaking irrigation. Emerson and Eldon did a fantastic job to troubleshoot and fix the problem, very friendly and professional dudes! Not sure what the prices are outside of home warranty, but you are in good hands if you get these guys. Definitely recommended!

Jason came out this morning to repair a major leak and reworked the backyard valves as well as fixed a couple of drip lines.  He was punctual, courteous, attentive, and above all efficient!  He explained what the problems were, offered advice and suggestions to prevent future issues.  Unlike others, he is not rushed to get the job done, but to get it right!

I highly recommend this company, and kudos to Jason for a job well done!

Emerson was so professional and polite! I highly recommend Sprinkler Doctors.  He assessed the problem and replaced our timer as well as reconnecting and water proofing wires at the irrigation box that were corroded.  He completed the job in just under an hour and reprogrammed the new unit.

Jhanny showed up early, which was fabulous! It literally took him one second to diagnose my problem at the valve box. He replaced a solenoid with the correct one, rewired the mess that I had made and replaced a length of poly tube that was leaking. He was finished within 30 minutes of arriving. These are the guys I should have called to install my irrigation system five years ago.

Just an FYI for anyone who is interested, don't ever use All Terrain Landscape and Maintenance. They use subpar poly tubing which is guaranteed to leak after about five years.

Had a big leak in backyard valve box and needed a pipe replacement. Someone quickly came assessed the issue and gave a quotation on the job. Once price was agreed, he went ahead and started the job. He did a really neat job and no short cuts. Everything worked fine and didn't have any issue till now. Will definitely recommend them.

We had a broken sprinkler line and couldn't figure out how to fix it.  Called and scheduled with the Sprinkler Doctors.  We were given a 3 hour time span for when the Sprinkler person would be showing up.  The guy showed up within the first hour and fixed the problem within a half hour.  Cheap too!  Only $75.  Will definitely use them again if we have a sprinkler problem, although I hope we don't!

Eldon and his amazing team has helped us with various irrigation projects at multiple properties. Yesterday they helped us replace all our irrigation lines on our acreage and install a new Rachio timer. They are timely, great pricing, excellent service and we have a two year warranty too!  I highly recommend

SAVE YOURSELF $65.  This is a compete money scam.  As you can read via the initial contact response in the pic I was told 1-2 weeks out for the first hour of labor, and then the cost of any parts they might need to use.  

What I got was a diagnosis and told that the tech was too busy and couldn't schedule until 12/1 to complete the work.  He did not touch anything other than looking at the problem.  I called the company around 1100 and was told he did not have the time to complete the job therefore it wouldn't be started.  I was also told that he had 11 more stops to go to.  I'm not a mathematician but this does not equate to any work being completed unless it's nowhere near an hours work or less.  Regardless, I scheduled to weeks out for an actual appointment not be told I had to make another appointment for anything to be done.

This is our second time calling Sprinkler Doctors.  The first time was in 2017 right after we bought our current home.  The house was on the market, and the sprinkler system simply hadn't been kept up.

Shortly after we moved in, we noticed the sprinklers looked more like a fountain spraying water from all the holes in the lines.  Our warranty company sent someone out who spent 2 hours getting our sprinkler system in good working order again.

Flash forward to July 2020, and we had another issue.  This time the cutoff value broke and our backyard flooded.  From our water bill, the sprinkler system used 20k gallons of water before we noticed and turned off the sprinkler system.

We filed an urgent request with our warranty company who dispatched Jon from Sprinkler Doctors.  He cause of the flood in a few minutes and replaced the part.  He also fixed several sprinkler heads for us that had been giving us grief for sometime.  Finally, he took time to adjust our sprinkler control panel.

Overall, we were very pleased with Sprinkler Doctors and Jon.  We would happily use their company again.

The only business that schedules you for the actual work and then instead of doing the work/labor, comes and provides an estimate on how long the job would take and charges you 70 dollars for the 15 minute estimate while scheduling you out another two months. 3 hour job is too big to do on the spot apparently which they charged for in the first place.

Called to get help with a leak near a junction box. The cracked pipe was in very tight quarters and frankly I didn't see a good way to fix it without replacing all the valves. John came over, evaluated the problem and used a very creative  method to make the repair. I was dreading trying to fix this myself and John handled the fix in a very short amount of time. This is probably the best $85 I've ever spent.

Had them out in March to fix some leaks with our irrigation valves. Tech was on site for a couple hours and seemed to be fighting things. At one point he complained that every time I turn the water on something else is leaking. Said everything should be good to go and headed out, but not before letting us know that if anything else happens with what he fixed they were a phone call away. The next day we discovered he mysteriously left the water turned off. Hmmmmmmm......

Afterwards most of the leaks were at least reduced, though not quite what I had in mind. Fast forward about a month later, I come home to a river pouring out of my front yard into the street. One of the valves that he worked on was continuously running for hours. Since luck would have it that it was on the weekend, we were stuck with it until Monday if not for our landscaper who we paid to come on short notice. He discovered a missing retaining ring that the tech didn't put back in which caused the diaphragm to fail.

We called the office to appraise them of the situation where the lady who answered barely listened and tried to schedule an appointment to have someone out. After reiterating that it was fixed by our landscaper she said, and I quote, then we're good.

Yep, we're good. We'll never use this shady company again and I'd steer very clear of them.

I highly recommend #SprinklerDoctors  if you need fantastic professional service from start to finish. From the moment I called to schedule an estimate they're on it. I got 5 quotes and they listened to exactly what I wanted done, and were optimistic that if all goes well that it might even come in less expensive...and it did. They walked me through all the settings on the timer & showed me exactly what was replaced & where. The cleanup and attention to detail was amazing. My  Tree will be happy that I finally got this fixed.

I'm giving Johnny a five star rating for doing a great job today. He replaced a broken valve and verified all my watering heads where working. Also he did some adjustments to my controller to turn on/off correctly with the proper watering timing for grass, citrus trees and palms. All this in one hour. This company is great.

If you're reading this and you're looking for someone to fix your sprinklers - stop.  Just call them right now.  
I'm pretty handy and do most maintenance around the house.  When the sprinklers stopped working I just didn't want to deal with it so I hit Yelp.  Sprinkler Doctors responded and Johnny (I think) came out.  

I'm not usually impressed with other guys' work - he was amazing.  He soldered a hairline break in my controller motherboard to get things working again!  That's some level 5000 wizardry.

I admit I didn't want to wait a week to have someone come out and repair my system, but now I'm glad I did. They were worth the wait. I was impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, efficiency, and affordability of the whole thing. He was very observant, asked the right questions, and figured out my water pressure issue in twenty minutes...whereas my gardener and plumber could not. He also found a leak we didn't know about. He was here and gone in half an hour or so and all for only $69. It was one of the best experiences I've had with finding a company on Yelp.

I have had 2 technicians out to my home to diagnose an irrigation system that it leaking gallons of water. Both guys said they fixed the problem. The last guy Elden said he solved it. He did not. My water bill is through the roof. I need emergency attention for this!!Please!!

The team of two men came out and complained a project that required digging a hole and replacing a complete head a coupler in hour. Since the area was damp they finished what I thought would be complicated job requiring removing roots in the cost was extremely reasonable. They also advised help on other area of my yard. I recommend this company for your sprinkler needs.

We had Sprinkler Doctors come out for several issues with our backyard watering system due to a new puppy:). Brandon was our tech and he was great about communicating when he was on his way.  Upon arrival, Brandon walked our backyard and had me show him what areas I had issues with.  He promptly got to work.  Brandon was very efficient, pleasant to deal with and super helpful as I hadn't noted the designated watering zones on our control panel.  Brandon readily did that for us.  Upon completion, I walked the yard with him and he showed me where he had completed the work and what he had used to finish the job.  The price for the work was fair and we gladly paid it.  Update:  I did find one of the leaks was still present the next day and called Sprinkler Doctors who readily put me on their schedule for Brandon to return and readdress the leak.  This will be no charge unless it is a completely different issue.  I am very pleased with the service from Sprinker Doctors and will definitey use them again.  Shout out to Brandon too!

These guys are fantastic. Not only was scheduling and communication top notch, the tech they sent out, Saul, was absolutely awesome. Saul came by and was able to easily identify multiple leaks we had, he answered every one of my questions without hesitation and you can just tell how well versed he is at his job and how much he enjoys what he does.

He gave me excellent recommendations on some projects I have moving forward and legitimately he is the reason that I will be using these guys moving forward for all my irrigation needs. I had a gentleman by the name of Alex Decker just show up fix some issues with my irrigation system around my house. If I could leave him 20 Stars I would :-) He was very professional, knowledgeable, and educated me on all the things I needed to do as far as maintaining and keeping my system up and running. I used Sprinkler Doctors three times. First time was to repair a sprinkler leak, second time was to replace my sprinkler's timer and third time was to determine if I had a leak or not. I have been very happy with their services and repairs. They are prompt, honest, affordable and very professional.

Meh.  We moved into a home with an old system and had a I had them out to repair a break in a line under the surface that I already dug up most of.  Then I wanted them to take a look at another old zone that was working ok but just set up poorly.  First day was about $275 just to repair the line and change out some fittings and drip lines on the old small zone that only had 4 trees/plants to water.  Not cheap but not horrible.  But then the guy left and I go to check out the old zone only to see that he's 1/4 in the old zone working correctly.  Two lines had little to no pressure and the other has pressure but the new fitting he installed is leaking badly.  Kinda miffed he didn't QC check it or demo it to me before taking payment and leaving.  So I call the office and text the guy immediately after he left but nobody responds right away, and they can't get him back out to follow up for another week.  So they book me for what they said was morning spot but on the day-of somehow he doesnt make it out until the afternoon.  Then he shows up and charges me another $70 to make work what should have worked when he first installed it.  Not sure why I have to pay again to have him come back and fix his first bad repair.  He says there was a broken line causing the leak and debris or something, funny because there wasn't a broken line there before his first repair.  Soall said and done I got a break fixed and a zone tuned up but the total cost was $350+, the first $275 was steep but in the realm of fair.  Having to wait another week and then be charged $70 again just to have the first repair function properly is just bad customer service policy.

Jon Vansickle was professional, prompt and very effective. He showed me the problems and let me know I need to keep an eye on my older sprinkler system.  Their total cost to do 3 repairs and program my system was less than many minimum trip charge.  Definitely recommend Jon and Sprinkler Doctors!

Had a problem with 2 of our sprinkler valves leaking, so I called Sprinkler Doctors. The receptionist was very friendly & professional and was very helpful when making an appointment. The tech who came out knew exactly what to do took about hour to tackle the job. I will definitely use them again.

Great service. When our neighbor told us that there was a leak in our sprinkler system as excess water was pouring into their yard, we called Sprinkler Doctors as recommended by another neighbor. They came the next day at the time they told us they would. (So relieved that we didn't have spend hours waiting.)

The service that Loren provided was exceptional. He not only identified the leak but was also identified four other leaks. Yikes. We didn't expect that.

We truly appreciate his taking the time to be detail oriented in fixing the pipes.

Admittedly, I'm far from a handy man. Couple that with moving to the desert and learning the importance of a properly run and maintained drip system. The outdoors are an all giving living space that requires some knowledge on how to care for your landscaping.

A flexible hose burst and was discovered over the weekend causing an immediate loss of pressure through the system. Not to mention a contributing factor that lead to an enormous water bill last month. Not cool at all especially when I just had my drips replaced by another company. However, my serviceman, Mark Dern, shared that there was no correlation with the previous company's service, but due to the heat and sun. It was a matter of time the tube would bust. Part of living in the sun.

Turnaround time from calling to getting Mark out here was within days. Mark was timely and called ahead providing an ETA. Thankfully the repair was quick as they charge by the hour. There is a $65 service charge that's applied to the first hour plus parts. Mark reinspected the system to detect any additional leaks. He also trained me on the timer before leaving. Great service by Mark. I kept his card and will request him again in the future when future repairs are in order.

My irrigation system outside for plants is like everyone's home that is 20-years old.  Occasionally I have had major leaks over the years and at times a series of minor leaks or my lines get calcified at the plant.

We have used Sprinkler Doctors for the past 3-4 years after getting ripped off by others that charged $100 and did very little.

Employees are very intelligent and trained to detect and locate leaks as well as professionally repair them.  Costs are stated up front and very reasonable.

Had a few leaks in my drip system of a newly purchased home and found Sprinkler Doctors here on Yelp. Scheduling was easy and Johnny showed up on time. He talked me through the leaks, got them all fixed up and even taught me about how the timers and the system work for different zones. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again if I end up putting in a new system.

Honestly, I needed to get my sprinklers fixed due to an accident. They were able to make it out to my house that Friday when I called Monday. Of course they were able to come sooner but my schedule only allowed for Friday/Saturday. Anyway. After the consultation the estimate was received that Monday. Which I appreciate since we were waiting to get the insurance claim resolved. That same week they were able to come out and fix my sprinklers!! Amazing! Love it!

My home warranty company contracted these folks to come out regarding my drip system not working. I received a call from the Spinkler Doctor's home office after the initial visit stating that work would need to be done to test and diagnose the system issue and would require a follow up appointment. The office wasn't able to elaborate on what work needed to be performed but promised I would receive a call from the technician after I scheduled the appointment. I scheduled the appointment for their first available appointment slot of 4 days later. I received no call from the technician until an hour in to the appointment slot, leaving me a voicemail advising that the appointment was being cancelled and I would receive a call from the office to reschedule. Overall, very poor experience. On top of having already paid my deductible for this service.

I've decided to pass on these guys, they are not reliable and I will not be rescheduling.

We had sprinkler doctors come out to fix a leak in our sprinkler line. The first time they came out, said they fixed it. The leak continued. The second time they came out, they said they needed to come back a third time with two workers to dig up some pipes. They came back the third time on the wrong day when no one was home, and said they couldn't find the leak, but never tried to dig anything up like they said, and just left and didn't send a bill.

I would not recommend this place as it seems they do not do the work they say, and obviously don't care with a job is completed. We still have the leak and will be reaching out to another irrigation company

I have had many people come out to see where the leaks were at my house. I have had the same exact water bill which is in the 4 digits too high for two people. Within minutes of talking to the technician Jon V , he found the problem right away . It was deep rooted into the ground and you could not tell physically but he heard the sound . Not only did he find one but he found another the second time he was out here . Mind you I have a landscaper come once a week , and I used to use a different company for my irrigation but now I really sprinkler DOCTORS really hold up to the name because i swear Jon v was like  a water doctor.  Also you can tell which companies pay for there reviews and this is not the companY

Sprinkler Doctors came and installed a new sprinkler system over a year ago and did a good job. This past month, we had some leaking and Saul, the technician came to check out the leaks since the system was still covered under their warranty. The leak ended up being unrelated to the sprinkler system but Saul still did a fantastic job with the repair. He answered all of our questions and did a thorough job. We had wanted some additional work done but it was already too late in the day. Saul told me he would have the scheduler call me to arrange another visit and...HE DID! Excellent work, excellent follow through. Will ask for Saul every time now.

I have a drip system that had a leak close to the valve box.
First time he came out he replaced a small section of the tubing.
Once replaced he turned on the water and demonstrated that it was fixed.
I said looks good.  Assumed he checked the correct line.
It is behind the house not in view from the backyard entrance, so didn't think to check till 2 days later.  Checked 2 days later and noticed muddy puddle again.
Dug a hole near the leak, turned water on, no leak.  So then tried 2nd line.  Gushing water.
Called back, he came back down, turned out there was another damaged tube very close (5-6 inches) from the one he repaired prior.
So either this was missed (which I think) or he damaged it when adding the dirt/gravel back in the hole.
He claims the second damaged tube happened after the fact and everything was working fine before he left.
My system isn't that old and never had any problems and a second damaged tubing right next to the one he fixed just happened to bust after he left?
In his first visit he saw two lines when he opened the valve box, so he doesn't check both lines to make sure he is checking the right one?
He checked the wrong line and said it was a good to go the first time.
If he would of checked the correct line, he would of seen that there were still leaking coming from that same area.  Then notice the tubing almost next to the one he replaced needing replaced as well.
This was overlooked in the first visit and not tested properly and I had to pay a second service call because of it.  It was discounted to 48$ (45$+3$ parts) but that was an extra 45$ I would of not had to pay if it was done right the first time.

After reaching out on this site, I received a phone call within an hour and had a date set for a few days later. Jonathan came out and diagnosed the problem within 10-15 minutes. Repairs were made and the system was reset about 30 minutes later. Between what the last repair guy and I had done to try to fix things, it was a mess. Thankfully, now that summer is once again upon us, my trees and plants will be watered effectively and efficiently. The only regret I have is that I wish I had called the Sprinkler Doctors earlier.

I have removed my last review and if I could give this company negative stars I would. Watch out if you pay this company by check. If the tech forgets to log it in then you will be called and told to remit payment. I paid tech by check immediately after he finished the job here. I even paid him a cash tip because the work was good. That was last week. Today I get a phone call saying I need to pay my bill today!!  Perhaps before accusing a customer of non-payment they should check with the tech before calling the customer. They then sent me an invoice reflecting that I had paid NOTHING!  I called and nobody was available to take my call. Called later and still nobody was there to take my call. Left a brief message saying how upset I was and wanted someone to call me. Nobody had the decency to call me back. I submitted an email and finally someone answered back BY EMAIL and did apologize and sent me an invoice stating I  then had a zero balance. Very impersonal to not call me back knowing how upset I was. There are all kinds of stressors in our lives. Never call a customer for non payment without checking the with the employees first. Very poor customer service.

Wasted close to $1,000 with this company last year.  Same sprinklers broken and leaking already this year. Called to schedule repair and they told me 2 weeks from now- May 10th. Amazing how they don't value existing customers. Look elsewhere.

The home warranty company sent this company out and while the tech was very nice the problem was not repaired and then they attempted to Bill me for the recall visit due to no problem with my valves however I had to call someone else and this is what they claim is working I'm very unhappy

After another company could not fix my valve leak and controller not turning valves off/on, I called the Sprinkler Doctors. Esdris arrived on time, and was quick to diagnose the problem. He replaced a valve, both solenoids, repaired the drip line, and tested the system to insure it was properly working. And he was very efficient - completed all in less than 1 hour. When I came back from a month's vacation, I found that someone had turned my irrigation water off at the backflow valve, and found my grass and plants rather crispy and browning.  I was mad till I found out that one of the valves was stuck on ON, and the water must have flooded the street for days.  

My hands could not unscrew the valve cover crammed inside that box.  I read about Sprinkler Doctor on Yelp, arranging Sprinkler Repair by highest ratings first.  SD was able to schedule me in the morning of the next working day.   Jason came out to my house on June 1, 2015, to replace the diaphragm in my sprinkler valve, and since I knew I had an hour of his time, I had him repair other broken sprinkler risers and elbows, subject to my loathing and procrastination to fix myself.   I also showed him where an area of my lawn was not receiving enough water.   He changed 2 sprinkler heads from fixed to adjustable so that the area would have more water.  

What struck me was Jason was most conscientious about telling ways I could save my money by providing him with my own parts, or even my own plumbers tape, that he said he would have to charge me for, if he used their supplies.  He also surprised me by not charging me for the 2 sprinkler head parts because he did an exchange with mine (which were clean and in great condition) and said he could use them elsewhere.  And he told me to save the rubber diaphragm he took out of the valve, so next time I would have a reference to buy the correct one (I bought the 3 that HD had, but Jason said Orbit makes 4 different ones, and HD only had the 3 wrong ones).  What a good idea I hadn't thought of!  He suggested I could change the rest of them myself and save money and be sure they will not fail during another vacation.  

Jason told me he has been working for SD for 2.5 years.  He got the job when he was doing door-to-door pest control sales and knocked on the owner of SD's door, Eldon.  Owner asked Jason if he had 15 min to listen to a proposal in return, and he told him about Sprinkler Doctors and then hired Jason.   Jason said he likes a job where people are happy to see him at their door instead of vice-versa doing door-to-door cold canvassing.  

I am very happy with Jason's diligent service and pleasant nature, and I cannot think of any business that will show up at my door and give me one hours service for $65. labor charge.    Weight lifted off my mind, that my sprinkler issues are now all taken care off, in that Jason stayed the full hour to do the dirty work for me.   No more procrastinating!

There's a reason these guys have so many reviews. My sprinkler system in my yard ceases to work. Not wanting to mess with it I contacted several companies. Wanted to give Sprinkler Doctors the first chance at repairs and a quote and they asked for a $65 service fee. The tech that came, Jon, was honest and actually repaired my sprinkler system mother board by soldering it instead of suggesting I purchase a new one. Highly recommend them for their honesty and great work.

We bought a house which had a leak at the water main/irrigation main. These guys did their best, y'all. They came back a 2nd time, because their fix didn't fix it, and no extra charge. Prices were already reasonable.

It's ok, because it really was a VERY VERY OLD plumbing line (1985) and needed to be brought up to current specs, and needed an actual plumber.

I would use this company again in a heartbeat. They were prompt and professional and neat and friendly. And came quickly, within a couple days.

I've been using Sprinkler Doctors for a few years. Their crew are honest and usually I get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, although they've become increasingly busy. When the snowbirds heads to town, it can be tricky to get fast appointments but as a longer term customer they aim to please. I would recommend SD's as professionals and a well run company.

I needed some minor repairs done to my valves, and an underground leak repaired. Sprinkler Doctors got back to me quickly after I emailed them asking for an appt (24 hours or less). I booked for 3 days later.

Wade arrived on time after calling in advance to confirm (much appreciated). He quickly went through my list of things and corrected/fixed as needed. He had easy and quick fixes for problems instead of replacing entire parts or pipes.

After the work was done, he wrote up the invoice and took credit card payment on the spot. I received a receipt via email when it was all done. I highly value vendors that can do this...take CC on site and provide digital copies of receipts.

I will definitely be using Sprinkler Doctors again for future work.

I called Sprinkler Doctors when I had a leak in my irrigation system.  They replied promptly to my request and sent someone out to my house to fix the leak in a timely manner.  However, 3 months later the line sprung a leak in the exact same spot.  I sent multiple messages to the owner over the last several days asking if they could come out and fix the leak, and did not get a response.  Disappointing.

* Update - changed from 2 stars to 4 stars.  Owner followed up with me and apologized for the prior inconvenience.  I had another issue with my drip system and Sprinkler Doctor was quick to reply.  They promptly fixed my issue and did so at a discount to make things right.  I appreciate the follow up and the extra effort.  I would use Sprinkler Doctor again.  :)

We had a leak in our irrigation system and our Home Owners Warranty Company set up a repair call with Sprinkler Doctors.  I looked up their on line reviews and was hopeful they would be good since they had great reviews.  They came out this morning and our Technician, Ezra, promptly located the leak and made the necessary repairs.  I was impressed with his skill and knowledge and willingness to walk me through the where, why and hows of both the diagnosis (which turned out to be spot on) and actual repair.  He also double checked his work and was extremely professional.  When we need to fully replace the system, we will definitely use Sprinkler Doctors.  It's reassuring to know that in the event of future problems, we have a go to company that is competent, reliable and professional.

Spoke with tech morning of appointment and was told he'd arrive in 5 minutes.  Stepped outside to greet him.  20 minutes later spoke w him and learned he was lost (not a problem) and moving on to his next job. (What????) Spoke w his Mgr and was told they have a busy schedule and essentially they need to stick to it as a business.  Getting lost is a normal part of life, having to move on to the next thing is also normal, moving on after 20 minutes and putting it on your customer to reschedule is not.  You can do better Sprinkler Doctors, I'm already working w someone that wants to EARN my business.

BUYERS BEWARE: My sprinkler head had been leaking for months. We called The Sprinkler doctors out to fix the problem and the very young boy went to the wrong address, then when he finally showed up he didn't have a fuse with him that he said he needed in order to test the irrigation system. He said he replaced a valve, this was in January fast forward to March 5th the exact same sprinkler is still leaking. So the new sprinkler doctor technician came out and replaced another valve in the same sprinkler head and some how fixed the problem this time. I would highly recommend finding a more professional sprinkler repair company to do business with. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This company wasted my time and money dealing with them. Totally unprofessional!

This is my second 5 star review for them as I keep using them and they keep performing to my high standards! I can't be more pleased by their level of professionalism and quick response.
I purchased new plants to replace an old oleander hedge that had become diseased. Because of the number of plants (22) I needed a new irrigation system for that side of the backyard by the pool. So John came and did a wonderful job; he took the time to show me how to work the system and gave me the suggestion for a 2 week intensive watering at first. Thank you so much John! The company is very reasonable and always on time, if not early to the appointments and works quickly and very efficiently. I only trust Sprinkler Doctors of Gilbert for all my irrigation needs! I strongly recommend them.

If I'm honest, I don't have good luck with contractors.  My usual experience is poor communication, late, later, no show or fixed this but broke something else.  This time was different.  The office called me quickly and the women (sorry I forgot your name!) was pleasant and set up an appointment.  Dominic showed up on time and diagnosed the problem immediately.  I left for work cautiously optimistic.  I knew I had left Dominic with a messy problem in an area near my house that wasn't easy to work in. Good news!  He got it done.  He communicated with me via text and mobile all along the way.  An invoice came by email and I was able to pay over the phone.  It was all so easy.  I will definitely use this company again.

Wow!! These guys are great. I had a break in a sprinkler line that was literally 16 inches underground. The arrived on time, dug down, found not one but four breaks in the line and repaired it. All without damaging the low voltage line that just happened to be running along side the sprinkler line.... Very reasonable rate, great work and very quick!!  Highly recommend for any sprinkler repair you may have.

Recently I was experiencing trouble with my automatic sprinkler system and decided to call the Sprinkler Doctors to have them come and look at it.  The first person they sent out was very professional and polite.  He quickly pointed out it was a faulty drip valve.  He replaced it and I paid them the initial visit fee plus labor and the worker left.  However, the next day the problem was still occurring.  I called Sprinkler Doctors to let them know and set an appointment for the same young man to return and look at it again.

During the 2nd visit he checked the system and explained that he could find nothing wrong.  He said that his best guess was that it may be a valve and I told him to replace all the valves as a preventive maintenance precaution.  Although the fee for this work was a bit expensive, I know that good work is not cheap and based on the professional's advice this would fix the problem.  The next day the same problem was still occurring.  Needless to say, I was a bit upset.  I had now spent close to a total of $400 based on the company worker's advice and it was still not fixed.

Again, I called Sprinkler Doctors to speak to them about the problem.  The company representative who answered was named Brenda and listened patiently to my explanation and fully understood my frustration.  She told me the company worker who had performed the work in the previous two visits would return for a 3rd time to take a look at the sprinkler system again.  However, after explaining that if this individual could not find the problem the first two times I would rather a new person with more experience come to look at the system to try and find the problem.  She informed me that one of their managers would personally come out to see if he could find the problem.

This individuals name was Eldon and he was very good.  He called early to let me know he was coming and arrived on time.  He thoroughly checked the system and walked me through how he checked the sprinkler system to attempt to find the problem.  Although he found another leaking drip line, he explained that this could not be causing the problem and all other components of the sprinkler system were working fine.  He explained that the previous worker did mention that new construction in the area could be causing low water pressure in the main line in the mornings, when the problem was occurring, and believe that this was the primary cause.
 
Although my initial experience with Sprinkler Doctors was very poor, Eldon's experience and professionalism changed my mind.

I had noticed some of my drips were expelling very little water so I called Sprinkler Doctors and Hunter came out to take a look. Two of my bushes were dying and I wasn't sure they could be saved. He not only fixed the drips but also looked at all my drips in the yard. He recommended that I change the heads allowing more water to drip. It fixed the problem and my bushes are doing much better along with the rest of my yard. Thank you Hunter and Sprinkler Doctors!

On another occasion in July, Mark Dern came out to look at a major leak I had in my back yard. He determined it was my pool leveler and went right to work fixing it. I was so relieved my yard wouldn't be flooding any more.

Jonathon V arrived at my home right on schedule.  He even called and texted when he was on his way. Jon was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, highly competent, and fixed my front yard sprinkler problems fast. He took time to listen to my sprinkler issues and to answer my questions. He spent time telling me what he did and how I could better run my system.  I will use Sprinkler Doctors and request Jon again, because of the great service he provided. I finally got tired of a dry, brown back yard. It is mostly weeds right now but greenery is good. I accepted the offer given by the Sprinkler doctors because I knew it would go up with parts but should be reasonable. He arrived on time plus called ahead. I hadn't used the sprinklers in quite a few years because of a couple of sprinkler heads broke off. They had to replace many more heads. He worked fast and efficient. Total cost to get sprinklers running again $128.00. Great job!

Needed additional lines and reprogram our system and Eldon was terrific.  We have used Sprinkler Doctors for years and this was the first time that Eldon came to our home.  He added new lines, checked the system and found some plants were not getting watered and fixed that and then reprogrammed our timer for summer and explained everything.  He is a hard worker and very through.  Will not use another company.

I inherited a pretty beat-up sprinkler system (15-20 years old and and the main system valves exposed to the sun) with my new house. Had a terrible leak in the line and some of the spray sprinklers were more like a drip system. These guys were sent out by my home warranty people. The guy who came out was nice enough, and he replaced the middle valve or whatever on the main system. A week later, a neighbor knocked on my door to tell me it was spraying like a fire hydrant. I turned off the water supply and called them again. Same guy comes out and replaces a solenoid and puts some kind of glue or something, says call again if it messes up. Not a month goes by, and it's leaking from that area again, even with the water supply shut off. I'd call again, but I'm really kind of tired of seeing these guys (and I'd have to pay the warranty people again since it's been over a month) so I went with someone else.

On that note, their phone system goes straight to voicemail more often than not. I'd get it if I was calling at 9 at night or something, but this is during the normal 9am-5pm. Not a big fan of call screening or voicemail.

I have had them send out Mark Dern twice in the last month after I tried to fix some major issues myself and couldn't. He did a great job fixing my major issues with my irrigation lines and pipes.

Wonderful service from start to finish. My message was returned within 10 minutes,  Maria in the office was lovely and so accommodating.  She was able to get a technician out to me within an hour to fix the valve that was flooding my yard,which I truly appreciate.  Mark, my technician was incredibly professional, prompt, kind and repaired my valve very efficiently.  He took the time to explain how the system worked, showed me how to make adjustments and where the shut off valve for the irrigation was.  Once he had everything up and running again he inspected my yard for leaks and quickly repaired a leak that was under patio pavers.

Fantastic service all round and fairly priced, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jon Vansickle came to our house today to analyze the sprinkler issues we had.  He was able to come the day after I called the office. Sprinklers annoy me.  It's the kind of situation where you're paying $5 to replace the part and $50 to know what part to replace. In our particular situation, we had a valve that wouldn't shut off.  I figured it was something inside that was bad, but none of the big box stores I went to had parts to replace the innards...just whole valves.  There was no way I was going to spend the time to dig up the valve, cut it out, and glue in a new one.

Sprinkler Doctors found the bad valve quick and turns out it did just need a membrane replaced.  $12 part, but I admit I was a little bummed to have to pay like $65 for the labor (IIRC).  It's not out of line with similar service or anything, I just hate paying for something that I know I COULD do myself and just don't want to or can't find the right part.

That being said, the tech was very pleasant, worked quick, set the timer and checked all our sprinklers (we just bought this house a month ago).  Turns out 4 sprinklers were bad, and he said he could come back and fix them but then told my wife, If your husband is handy, send him to xxx to get the parts for a couple bucks less, get [these brand] heads, and just screw the new heads on.  I appreciated the opportunity to fix it myself for $20 instead of paying $100 for another call and parts.  That bumped this review from 4 to 5 stars.

I normally don't write a bad review. However, I don't like the way this company operates when it comes to giving an estimate for how much the work is going to cost. They do not give free estimates. They charge $65 just to come out & give you a quote. They know that once someone has to pay out of pocket for something, then they are more inclined to just say ok, go ahead and do the work since you're here & I'm already paying you anyway No one wants to pay good money for a quote & then be out that money if they decide to go with another company. This company is not doing business in a fair, competitive way.

I grew up in a time before internet and yelp. I remember as a kid, service companies coming to our house and just tearing us a new one. Things have changed instead of picking a random place out of the phone book, we can do our research on companies. There is a reason why Sprinkler Doctors have a 5 star rating. They are honest and hardworking!

My valve box was flooded. Steve came by and tightened things down for me. They never tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, which I always appreciate. What was really above and beyond is Steve finished the repair in about 40 minutes. He actually said you have me for the full hour do you need anything else done? I was floored and took him up on his offer. He set up my sprinkler system correctly. It would have taken me hours to figure out by trial and error what he did in 20 min. I don't even know what to say, I can't understand how a company can have such wonderful reviews and we ended up having such a bad experience with them.  We recently bought a house and were doing major overhaul on the front yard.  We were removing gravel and needed sprinklers installed (4 zones) curbing and sod.  I called and made an appointment for someone to come out to give us a price, they scheduled us for two days later.  The gentleman came out, walked our front yard, didn't measure anything and then told me it was going to be about $3500 and that they would follow up with a quote. He was there about 5-10 minutes max.   We never heard from them again.  Not only were they about $1500 more then everyone else we had come out, but they were also the only ones who never even followed up with a written or firm quote.  All we got was probably going to be around $3500.

My landscaper assured me that my drip system was a-ok after asking a few times why my trees were dying. My husband and I checked it out and there was NO water coming out of our drip system! We were referred to SD by a friend so I was hoping they could help. Johnny showed up early (bonus) and had the issue resolved by the time I met him at my house (extra bonus). Apparently the valve needed some rewiring and to be turned ON. Not sure where my landscaper dropped the ball but Johnny was professional, prompt and didn't make me feel like a complete idiot for fixing such a simple thing I'm sure. They were very knowledgeable about the various types of palms and other trees we have and how much water was required for healthy plants.  They showed up on time, were extremely professional.  Left everything neat and tidy when completed. Walked me through the entire yard to show each emitter type and why each plant needed that particular type. Demonstrated timer system.  Prices competitive. Again - extremely professional. We had the Sprinkler Doctors here this past Friday.  We had a big leak in one of the main hoses.  They fixed that and walked around with my husband and capped off or opened other drip lines.  They also tested all of the zones to make sure everything was working properly.

I really like these folks. I sent them an email with my problem. The young lady melanie  responded that night and had had the Technician call me the next day to discuss the problem and we setup a window of time for them to visit..
The guy (Jay) who came to visit was very friendly and polite, He even spent some time trying to see if he could get my old Toro sprinkler timer to work, but he ended up with the same symptoms I had seen.  However kudos to them for checking it out to see if the replacement was necessary. Also the guy was very careful not to wake up some sleeping grandkids.. :-)

Finally!  I've been struggling with our sprinkler system for years.  What sprinkler zone covers what and how long -winter vs summer?  Mark Dern with Sprinkler Doctors reset all zones with instructions on how to adjust during seasonal change.  He arrived on schedule and completed the work within a reasonable time.  SD is now my go to company for sprinkler maintenance!

John was my Service person. I cannot say enough about him. He called prior to arrival so I could be sure my dogs were not going to escape. Once here, he did a good job of fixing my very big leak in the front yard. It had been flooding my yard and was running into the street.He also reset my timer which apparently was not working correctly due to a power outage recently. He then checked my sprinkler heads and showed me how to adjust them. I appreciated his pointing out problem areas with my plants and the way the sprinkler heads were located causing blocking. He was very knowledgeable, very polite, and he was dog friendly which is important to me. My system is old and I plan to get it replaced when the weather is cooler. I will be using Sprinkler Doctors. The price was much less than I expected for my repair by the way.

They were able to come by and fix a leak I had in my sprinkler system.  I was previously quotes from a different company more than double the price I paid through these guys.  They spent a little bit more time than I thought, but did the job right and cleaned up afterwards.  They were able to cap the leak, run new pipe under a bunch of concrete and get the irrigation system back online.  They were able to do all this work without me being home and kept up great communication.  I will use them again!

Had an appointment to look at my valve on Wednesday, February 22. Roberto called to set a time. After talking with him I found that someone had to be there as my controls are inside the garage, which is locked. I told him I couldn't be there until after 5 and maybe 6. He fully accommodated our schedule and we met at 6:20pm and magically replaced some parts...in the dark. Had Dominik out to look into what the issue was with our irrigation... we had a main line blocked somewhere in the backyard.  He was able to narrow it down in short order.  He had it fixed and was gone in an hour.  Did a good job of keeping the site clean so when he was gone, no trace of him having been there except fixed irrigation.  Definitely recommend and would use again.

Humble Price. Quality Work.

I'm so grateful for people like them.  Jason in particular, who did the work. I had one problem and he fixed in like 10 minutes, then he rushed for the next 50 minutes to get as much work done as possible in an hour.

Most people hang around and take their time, twiddling their thumbs, but not Jason, he gets cranking.  I appreciate his dedication to trying to make it worth it for me.

I hope this business continues to grow.  They deserve it.

Wow great service. Called Wed, had them out the next morning. Got Mark and he did the always helpful courtesy call to let me know when he'd be here within the time frame. And then on top of that he diagnosed my rain dial issue, fixed a sprinkler head and gave me some excellent advice and suggestion. Marks the man, and I'll suggest him to the downtown PHX neighborhood.

Plain and simple, these guys are good!  Mark Dern is a true professional and is also very friendly and courteous.  Since you're paying for time and material, it's refreshing that he worked as quickly and efficiently as possible.  All the while, taking the time to explain what and why he was doing what he was doing.  He even let me help a little and I actually did contribute and save some time overall!  Mark even reprogrammed my timer and system control unit.  All-in-all, a very pleasant experience.  I will definitely be using them in the future!  Thanks, Sprinkler Doctors!!

In a field known for shysters taking advantage of clueless and mechanically challenged homeowners, it's a relief to find some honest, efficient, and cost effective contractors. When they came here, they diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, showed the easiest way to fix it, showed me how to do it myself in the future. Quick to respond, showed up on time, were courteous and very reasonably priced. Hands down I would refer these folks to anyone needing work on their irrigation.

I have some landscapers that are all too eager to help me with my sprinkler system. This means I usually call Sprinkler Doctors every few months to fix whatever they break. Loren is the guy that always comes to my rescue. Honestly, in a world fill with service people who are less than honest, Loren is a gem. He gives extremely fair estimates, communicates if he's running late, and just does good work in general. Highly recommended!

I just moved here and have never used a sprinkler system. My husband and I tried figuring it out but couldn't get the backyard to work. Our poor citrus trees need water!!! Loren from Sprinkler Doctors came out, trouble shooted and had it up and running in no time!!! He gave me a tutorial on how to use my system and some great advice for the hot AZ weather. Definitely will use them again if need be!!!

The guy who came out was super nice and helpful.  I gave them three stars because he made an appointment for a two hour visit, came and said he would need more time, and then said they'd let me know when they could reschedule. Then I never heard from him so I called three three days later. When he came back, it took him about forty minutes to fix. I did schedule them to come out next spring to replace my aging irrigation system so I am hoping everything goes well then.

I had an entire zone out and then sprung a leak in another area that was creating a mess in my neighbor's yard. Sprinkler Doctors were able to get to me within a day or so. In between that call and their visit, my smart app system crashed! Jon V came and was incredibly polite, helpful, realistic and got a new system set up for me that morning! He of course made the original repairs and helped me understand the entire set up, which I really appreciated, being new to all of this. Definitely trust and recommend!

5-stars for this service. While they may be busy and it may take time to schedule a visit, they do an excellent job. Mark Evans and his team of folks do an excellent job on my lawn every time. At first it is always worth to look beneath the surface of the problem and Mark does it every time, consistently. He even educated me on my aging sprinkler system - also how to use manual/automatic modes besides fixing my sprinkler leak issue.

I recently reached out to Sprinkler Doctors to help fix some irrigation leaks and damaged Sprinkler heads in an effort to prepare for putting in my winter lawn.  Their technician Wade did an amazing job diagnosing the problems and getting them fixed.  When an unforeseen problem popped up a few days later, Wade came out that next day to fix the problem right away since I had seed and mulch on the lawn and need that water working.  All in all they were a breeze to work with and schedule.  Their prices were also very reasonable compared to other estimates.

This is the second time we have used Sprinkler Doctors and both experiences have been fantastic.  They had trouble reaching me this time, but were very apologetic and made sure I was not inconveniences.  Mark Dern, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.  He was honest about the issue, and took the time to explain the problem and answer my questions.  They are very reasonable and I do not feel they are out only to make a $, but to help their customers.  Thanks Mark and thanks Sprinkler Doctors!

Loren came out and fixed a broken sprinkler head and made a lot of adjustments to the direction of various sprinklers in my system. He was extremely helpful. The entire time he showed me how the system worked and how to adjust the sprinkler head. I don't know a whole lot about sprinkler systems, but he was very patient and glad to help. Really awesome company!

Jason repaired a 1/2 drip tee..if you've ever even installed one, you know they are a pain, especially when at the edge of exiting from under a sidewalk. He was on time for appointments, did exceptional work and completed the jobs quickly. At the initial visit we recognized a new sprinkler timer was in order as after 30 years ours was on its last leg. Jason helped schedule a second appointment, installed the perfect timer and tested the unit. Everyone with Sprinkler Doctors was so helpful. Definitely will use them again and highly recommend.  Great team!

Excellent experience with Sprinkler Doctors!
I called, left a voice mail and submitted a request for service on their web site.
They got back to me the same day and scheduled a technician to come out on Wednesday between noon and three.
I was told the tech would call me prior to arrival to confirm, and Jay did just that.
The house call carries a base $60 charge, which more or less is applied to the first hour of work done.
Jay was able to quickly identify the problem with one of the valve solenoids.  In addition to replacing that he inspected all of the sprinkler heads and found a couple more problems.
Lastly he asked if I wanted him to program the timer, which I had him do as well.
The systems is running the best it has in 5 years.
I'm VERY happy with the entire experience!
I would definitely call them again or refer them to anyone having issues with their irrigation system.

Sprinkler Doctors tell you the date and approximate time frame one of their techs will be out to your place. Each tech has a specific area they service, so it depends on who you will get. However, each time we have called them out, they have showed up. Some techs will even call you to tell you what they found even if you are not home to let you know what is up and how much it will cost you in the end. Their service call fee is $65 and then everything else is very reasonable. I do recommend using them for your irrigation and sprinkler needs! Melanie and others in the office are great too! Cannot short sell the office staff!

I called Sprinkler Doctor for help and did they ever come through!! I had several issues and Wade showed up and honestly saved the day!! The job was far from over so Wade returned with Eldon (owner of the company) the next day and 5 hrs later in 115 degree heat the system is perfect. This is one top notch company!!!

Had a broken diaphragm in irrigation line (unbeknownst to me) on drip system. One zone on my drip system had a very slow leak.  Steve diagnosed problem and fixed it within five minutes.  I keep my system running and this one problem I couldn't figure out. Steve showed me how to fix next time. Worth the money. Very professional and showed up when promised.

I want to thank Jason Dern for correcting all the breaks in my lines that a previous landscaper did. I used Yelp to look up someone who specialized in irrigation. I called, the appointment was set within a couple of days. Jason showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong.  He completed the work walked my property to explain the set up. Few service companies exceed my expectations.  Many are good but few are great.  Sprinkler Doctors is exceptional and truly exceeded my expectations in all categories.  Jason represents the company well.  He came when scheduled, communicated throughout my repair issue, and gave a fair price for the work.  He was very thorough in diagnosing my existing problem and suggesting fixes for the current problem and potential downstream problems that were well thought out and inexpensive.  Its so refreshing to feel like a company has my best interest in mind and is not exaggerating the issues and trying to up sell me on a solution.  This was a great experience in all regards and I wholeheartedly recommend Sprinkler Doctors.

I will be recommending Eldon and the Sprinkler Doctors to everyone!  Fantastic customer service, amazing quality job, and extreme professionalism are just a few of the ways I will be describing them to potential customers.  I am extremely pleased with this company, and when it comes to landscaping/service repair/etc. I have not had much luck in the valley with other companies.  My initial irrigation was placed over 16 years ago, and not well.  Eldon and crew arrived on time, completely re-installed my entire front and backyard sprinkler and drip system, and left a clean area when they were done.  Everything works great and Eldon made a special trip out at no charge to explain all the automation and how to change the settings myself.  

I will be using them for all future installations and can't say enough about how pleased I am.  Thank you!

I've used these guys a few times now and can safely say they are the best around. Prior owners of my house did a terrible flip and the irrigation system was enough to make me just randomly punch plants (poor guys). Eldon and Jay came out when promised, pre-called, and fixed everything including installing a 'smart' controller, now I can blast rabbits on my lawn with sprinklers right from my phone! Mark came out and fixed what my landscaper was trying to fix for months. He replaced 3 valves, a solenoid, and broken riser that was not obvious but was resulting in 1 zone having low flow. I will definitely have them out to quote redoing my 30 year old drip system when it cools down.  Highly recommended and reasonable rates.

Whenever we have had an irrigation problem, which in Arizona happens every summer it seems like, we call the Sprinkler Doctors.  

They always go the extra mile in making sure all of the drip lines are fixed, the timer is set correctly and everything is operational.  They show up at their appointment time and will call ahead to let you know they are on their way which I appreciate.

We had several issues with our sprinkler system and they came out quickly. They were accommodating to my having to change service times on them. From the receptionist, to the owner, to the tech-- all were a pleasure to speak with. The problems we had were fixed quickly and the price was very reasonable. When it comes to sprinkler repairs it is a rip off. I learned that the work done on my sprinkler leaks were horrible. They only repaired the hole in the tube instead of digging out a large section to view the hose and see that there is dry rot. So therefore they should've replaced a larger section but they only replaced an inch worth. They knew it but they aren't going to repair it because they want to be called back to repair it again. So therefore the leak never gets fixed. It's frustrating

Amazing! Diligent! Outstanding!  I can't say enough good things about Sprinkler Doctors.  I was in the process of selling my home and had a mystery leak that I (and my landscapers) could not find.  Not wanting to pass on this problem to the new owner I reached out to Sprinkler Doctors a week before closing.  Jason came out and on his first visit thought he had fixed the leak, but the mystery leak returned.  So I called in a panic and Jason was quick to return and solved it.  Just in the nick of time.  My only suggestion is maybe a name change to Sprinkler Surgeons or Sprinkler Magicians because he worked a miracle for me.  I added Sprinkler Doctors to my contacts and you should too.  I am a Realtor and will be passing along Sprinkler Doctors to all my clients!  Thank you Jason!

I found the sprinkler doctors here on Yelp when looking for someone to install a Rachio. A local handyman quoted me a bit less but so happy I went with Sprinkler Doctors instead. They are professionals at this and knew exactly what the Rachio was and how to install the wifi timer outside (Rachio advises you to get a pro if installing outside). They were prompt in scheduling a time for install, did the work in the time they estimated, and charged a very fair price. I called my home warranty company and they set me up with the Sprinkler Doctors. This was late Friday, early Monday morning I received a call from a nice young lady setting up an appointment for Tuesday between 12pm & 3pm. Monday evening I get a call from a guy asking if he could come over earlier, like 8 to 8:30am. I said sure, who likes to work in the hot sun? Dominick shows up at exactly 8 O'clock, great. Very affordable and top notch customer service today. We had three drip line breaks, and a pressure regulator replaced all for only $131. I was shocked, because all these repairs at 1.5 hrs, I thought we would be looking at over $200. Also, I was impressed with our tech, Mark Dern. He was very professional and knowlegable. He took the time to show me what he did with each break he repaired before he re-covered them, advised me at the timer box on better water usage and even created a little wall of dirt around the base of my lemon tree which is on an incline, so water will not run off anymore. It should also be mentioned that all of the SD techs we've worked with so far speak our language so we can get questions answered and things explained to us professionally, which helps a lot.

Wanted to pass along my great experience with Sprinkler Doctors to lay new irrigation in both my front and back yards. The system was as old as the house and starting to repeatedly spring leaks, so I figured time to bite the bullet. I've used Sprinkler Doctors for a few minor repairs and have always been impressed with their technicians. I talked with Eldon Snider and he did an assessment and worked up a quote. It was a little more than I was hoping for, so he partnered with me to tweak a line here and swap an idea there to get me to my goal. They just installed everything today and were: on time, on design, courteous, conscientious and great to work with. Eldon walked me through everything at the end and took pictures so I'd know where the layout was for future reference. Showed me the timer in terms I can understand and made sure everything was put back and looking like it was when they arrived. I am very pleased with their work and recommend them if you are considering updating your system any time soon.

Once again I called on the Sprinkler Dr's in an emergency. My old PVC misting system pipe burst Sunday and I had to turn off the water in the house. I left a message Sunday afternoon on the answering service and had a phone call shortly after 8am Monday. Unfortunately I was told they were completely booked up till Friday to install a shut off valve for the back yard irrigation. I asked if someone could just repair the broken pipe so I could turn the water on. After a short time on hold.......VOILA. They had worked me into the schedule. By 1:15 they were here and pipe was repaired with new and improved brass fixtures. He even made some money saving suggestions to me for the parts on the shut off valve job I will be scheduling that work ASAP. I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend their services. They are professional, yet personable and looking out for my best interests.  So rare these days!!!!!

After construction of a new driveway and shop in the backyard, my sprinkler system was a big hot mess. I called to get quotes from two sprinkler repair companies and Sprinkler Doctors came up more cost efficient.  Loren came out the same day and was courteous,  knowledgeable, and patient with my questions regarding the repair and such.  In no time, my drip system was up and running...no more manual watering for this gal! These guys are great! I had a leak in my system that was driving me beyond crazy.  After spending countless hours digging and trying to solve it myself, I turned to Yelp and found Sprinkler Doctors.  I left them a message after hours,they returned my call the next day and had me scheduled very fast after.  The tech, (Jay) showed up in the window scheduled and was amazing.  First, he was super friendly and helpful.  Second..he solved my problem in record timing and was even able to add a drip line I was procrastinating on to the job!  In the service world, I think it is hard to find people who are customer service focused and come through - but these guys are the real deal.  I know I will use them again...no more shoveling and trying to fix leaks for me now that I have their number!

After seeing such high ratings I expected a much better experience.

My technician was Dominic, who seems to be a nice guy but the whole experience working with him and Sprinkler Doctors was overall frustrating and a disappointment.

I asked them to visit and do multiple things: fix sprinkler zones that were not working at all, repair sprinkler heads as necessary, adjust sprinklers to minimize overspray and adjust timing to do proper watering.  I needed them to look at both front and back lawns.  Mind you I could probably do many of these things myself but it would take multiple trips to hardware store, some trial/error learning and considerably more time so I thought I would hire a pro.

I scheduled my first appointment for a Friday 7-9am, took vacation time to be home and was excited to have a fixed sprinkler system.  Dominic showed up on time and I pointed out all the various issues I had with each lawn.  He indicated that the zones which weren't working in my back lawn were due to faulty valves that he doesn't have repair parts for.  He replaced the nozzles on my front lawn at $4 each to reduce overspray and helped me adjust timer to get proper watering.  He said he would have to get repair parts from the hardware store (the Home Depot is less than 2 miles from my house) and I would need to reschedule for the following week, he mentioned having time the following Friday from 3-5pm.  I mentioned the overspray of the rotating sprinklers in the back and he said he could adjust them but they get out of adjustment quickly.  He seemed reluctant to adjust them.  I asked him to go ahead and schedule me for the following Friday realizing I would have another week of having to turn valves on manually and watching my rotating sprinkler heads spray my fence and house.

Mid-week leading up to Dominic's 2nd visit I called Sprinkler Doctors to confirm when he would be coming by since I couldn't be home and my wife would need to unlock our gate.  I was told Dominic had not scheduled me in for the Friday 3-5pm appointment and that it would now be 11am.

At 7am of the Friday morning of the 2nd visit, Dominic calls and says he had a cancellation and could come over right away.  This was great, I would be able to be home and meet him but I couldn't stay since I was headed to work.  I reminded him of the back yard issues that needed to be fixed.  Upon arrival he decided to replace a valve solenoid and then decided to test the sprinkler electrical system.  He then changed his diagnosis from bad valves to a broken wire.  Within a couple minutes I located the broken wire and showed it to him.  He stated that the entire wire would need to be dug up and replaced, that this was a 2 person job and that I would need to get on the schedule for the following week.  He explained that the bill rate for 2 people was $90/hr.  At this point I asked him to repair a couple sprinkler heads and nozzles in the back and adjust all the heads for overspray and I would evaluate my options later but had to leave for work.  He replaced one nozzle and one pop-up head in the back yard.  I texted him my frustration with the missed diagnosis and not having a repaired system after two visits, he stated he had repaired two of the backyard sprinkler heads and adjusted for overspray and would take off his labor for the inconvenience.

This past weekend I spent multiple hours figuring it out myself, researching on the internet, 4 visits to hardware stores, purchase of tools and parts, self-taught sprinkler system  troubleshooting with multimeter.  The electric line did not need to be completely dug up, it could be spliced, the controller had bad voltage coming out of 2 zones, the solenoid Dominic tried to change was left unwired, none of the rotary sprinkler heads had been adjusted for overspray ..... tonight I write a check to Sprinkler Doctors for the invoice I received on Friday. $125 for Replaced seven nozzles in front yard one in backyard one sprinkler head in backyard - $65 of that is for a service fee, $20 of that is for labor.  The real cost of the parts provided was probably less than $10.

For me Sprinkler Doctors was a bad decision, that wasted my money and my time!

Sprinkler Doctors, how I love you!  Let me count the ways...
1.  Melanie is so very professional and helpful on the phone.  I left a message and she called back very quickly and got me scheduled right away.
2.  The sprinkler doctor, in my case Jason, was scheduled to arrive between 8-11, which for some companies means clear your day.  You will be waiting.  However, Jason called me BEFORE 8 to ask if it was okay to come early, since he was running AHEAD of schedule.  
3. Jason arrives, gets to work, and--what's this??--is done in just over an hour.
He charges me only for the first hour --$60 for labor, and parts.  I have had this leak in my backyard for months.  Why have I been putting this fix off for so long???  I'll tell you...because I didn't want to deal with a professional coming in, taking forever to tear everything up and then charge me an arm and a leg.  I schedule to have him back on Monday to put in my drip system since this was so painless.
4.  Monday morning, Jason is here bright and early.  Gets to work, and again is done in about an hour.  He demonstrates what he has done and how everything works.
5.  I am now looking at the drip system in my FRONT yard, that hasn't worked in years.  I will be calling to get Jason back for that!
6.  This was an unexpectedly hassle-free, low-cost experience!  I couldn't be happier.  Great company...I will be telling my friends.

Recently had our irrigation system completely replaced. Eldon came out to talk about the current setup and the watering needs of our yard. He offered two suggestions; a longer lasting pvc option and a less expensive poly tubing option. I chose the pvc option and our system is now good to go. The guys were done in a day and Eldon came back out a few days later to walk the yard with me to cover any questions I had. Excellent experience.

Had some trees removed on my property about a month ago, after which my irrigation system (about which I know absolutely NOTHING) stopped watering some plants and all trees.  A neighbor referred me to Sprinkler Doctors so I gave them a call.  Wade came by on a 107 degree afternoon, and after some testing and digging (poor guy) he determined that somewhere between the control box and God knows where, a wire had been cut.  I evidently have a double wiring system, (can you tell I have absolutely no clue what I am talking about?) and he was able to rewire both parts of the system so that it ran on the part that was not broken.  So thanks to wade and sprinkler doctors, I am up and running again.  Would definitely call these guys again  and recommend to others. A good, honest, reasonably priced service.

We had an issue with our sprinkler system and since we have a home warranty, Sprinkler Doctors was chosen for us.  And we were not disappointed!  Sprinkler Doctors called me within 10 minutes of receiving the service request from our warrant company and scheduled an appointment.  Esdras called me prior to our appointment to let me know he was going to be arriving earlier than expected, upon arriving informed me of what he was going to checking and once he was done, let me know that he had gone around and checked all our sprinkler heads and system to make sure that everything was working properly.  He was extremely professional and courteous.  I cannot rave enough about Esdras and Sprinkler Doctors!  I will continue to use them and refer them to others.  They are the real deal.  Honest, thorough, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  Thank you Esdras!!!  We truly appreciate you and all that you do.

SD came to work on my system today and I was very impressed. Eldon, my tech knew exactly what was wrong, and was able to perform field soildering to repair my board. Also dug up some boiling spots I had in my yard and repaired them.

I got estimates anywhere from $2600 to over $5000 to fix/replace my irrigation system.  Yet, I really just needed to get the water flowing through the current system.  So I called the doctor to give me a house call. .. .. the Sprinkler Doctor.   Robert came out, on time, and replaced my controller.  The water is now flowing again,..for less than $230.  That's a lot better than 5K.  I MIGHT need some other simple drip repairs, and that's ok.  I can fix them myself.

We noticed that our drip line wouldn't turn off when they were supposed to so I tried to diagnose the problem.  I found our sprinkler valve box completely full of water!  We called around and asked for referrals and everyone said to call Sprinkler Doctors.  We called and they came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate and fixed everything within an hour.  I was ecstatic with the quality of the work and the speed with which we were helped.  I would recommend Sprinkler Doctors to anyone.

WOW!!  We picked these guys because they looked so good... and GOOD THEY ARE!  Loren came out and not only figured out what was wrong, he repaired it like no one else could!   Price was MORE than fair and he not only reset the entire system, he also showed my husband how to actually WORK our sprinkler system!!  (so much we didn't understand it turns out!)  Heck it's no wonder our trees weren't doing very well.. I called Sprinkler Doctors from a recommendation on Nextdoor. I called them and they got me on their scheduled within a couple of days of my call. The tech, Jason, called to ask if he could arrive early. I was thrilled. He was prompt, professional, kind and took the time to explain some things about my system. Even better, their prices were really reasonable. He fixed three leaks, capped multiple other heads, restored the landscape and gave me a tutorial of my timer...all for $79.00. I had Eldon from Sprinkler Doctors out yesterday to diagnose and fix a problem with my Rain Dial controller. He fixed the controller and checked all of our plants and the water going to each plant finding 2 that were partially plugged.  The cost was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

They sent out two people to work on the system and before they left, everything looked good. The next day things went south with the system again. Scheduled an appointment on Friday for today (Monday) between 1-4.  Technician called just after 2 that he was on his way.  He quickly found the problem which was a busted diaphragm & installed new thingy... :)  He also dug up an area where there was a leak & plugged that up since drip system isn't being used.  Very quick, professional and friendly!  I've used this company before at a prior property and had the same great service so will be keeping them in my phonebook for the future!

I have a lot of vegetation and needed my drip system replaced and Sprinkler Doctors quoted what I feel was a fair price. That being said I feel that they wanted and expected to be in and out in one day. Not much care was taken in keeping the dirt from contaminating the rocks in the landscape and a lot of lines were visible because they weren't buried - just put rocks on top. Also, considering the amount of vegatation I have I don't feel there were enough emitters put in.

This company Gets It when it comes to service, from appointment setup through job completion. Melanie was great getting the appointment set up (same day due to an afternoon cancellation) and then Steve arrived, listened carefully to my assessment and requests and then proceeded to get the job done right. He collaborated with a plumbing contractor I had working on my main water pipes to pinpoint the leak, which, initially was of unknown origin.

This is old school customer commitment in the modern age.

When some big digging was required in an area outside, I thought they were going to schedule me for another day to do the big work. Nope. Steve grabbed his pick axe and shovel and dug the massive trench he needed to access a main PVC water line. He explained in plain English what he was doing and why. He provided guidance while not pressuring me at all.

I chose this company because of their service approach mentioned throughout these Yelp reviews, and the great service met/exceeded everything written here. Simply fantastic.

I recently had this company out for a claim through my home warranty. They were absolutely fantastic to work with! Our tech was Mark Dern and he was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and did everything he could to make sure we were able to solve all our issues through our warranty plan (unlike some contractors who make it an absolute pain or nightmare to go through the home warranty). Not going to use this service because I found someone who actually called me back. I would think if they wanted the business, they would have scheduled my work, as they said they would. We hired Sprinkler Doctors to help us repair several issues in the yard.  Eldon (I'm pretty sure he's the owner) was on time.  He's a very professional, clean cut, nice guy.  He did have to come back after his initial visit because he ran out of parts, but that was our fault because we neglected to tell him that we have an acre....he had to change over 20 heads!!  :)  Great pricing, overall a fantastic experience with a great company.  We will continue to call them for any future issues!

I called the sprinkler doctors at 8:15 on a Monday morning because my sprinklers had not been working for over a week. They came out within the hour.... Noticed immediately that my water had been shut off!  They reprogrammed my system and confirmed all the zones were working. Didn't waste any time or try and sell me anything. I would definitely recommend the sprinkler doctors!

Had these guys out again to repair my sprinklers.  Great service once again.  They called us before arriving, explained the repairs needed, was nice to my dog and kids and even cleaned up afterwards.  I have yet to run into a landscape and sprinkler repair company as great as these guys.  Wish I could hire them to cut the lawn and trim the bushes, but they don't do that in our area.

They returned my message in a timely message. Came and checked out issue. Pressure valve. Also found another issue which was a previously done ...an unprofessional repair. Fixed at a fair price. I will call them again.

I called Sprinkler Doctors based on yelp reviews.  I couldn't be happier.  So happy, I was inspired to post my first yelp review!  Had a couple major leaks in my irrigation lines.  I tried to fix them myself, but the lines were underground and hard to tell where the leaks were forming.  Jason came out and located all the leaks.  He was very polite and fixed them all very quickly.  He even helped me set up the timer correctly.  I had it all screwed up.  Very reasonably prices.  Especially since it was blazing hot and he did a lot of digging!  Highly recommend this company.

Called Monday, the 1st, returned my call within 30 minutes and had my appointment for the following day. Steve came out, looked/dug through everything and couldn't find a leak. I understood the reasoning and was pleased that his first response was not to dig up the whole yard and charge several hundreds of dollars. Definitely will use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for irrigation/sprinkler help!

Steve from Sprinkler Doctors just left after fixing two leaks in our landscaping water system.  Steve, and the company, definitely deserve all the five star reviews that they have received.  He called before he came, was polite, and fixed the two leaks in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was extremely fair.  I would recommend them highly and plan on using them for an annual review of my irrigation system.

Mark just left my house and fixed my broken irrigation pipe in the front yard. And he done such an efficient job that I joked to him as if nothing has ever happened in that front yard!  He was courteous and knowledgeable, and the final price was even lower than the estimate!! I definitely would recommend Sprinkler Doctors.  One more very important thing to say.  I understand that work as such can't guarantee the arrival time, that's why sprinklerDoctors gave the customers a time frame that they'd come.  My appointment was 11:00, I was thinking and hoping it'll be nice if they'd gimme a call before 12 to let me know the progress of waiting time. But Mark called me a little pass 11:00 and said he'll be here in 20 mins, and which he did!! I think what's important for customers is that you always update the waiting time so the customers always know know how much longer to expect!  We don't mind waiting, but just not blindly as most other landscaping people put their customers to do. I really appreciated how Sprinkler Doctors/ Mark keep me informed. Thank you!

I had a leak in my front yard that a plumber had quoted me $1500 for because the pipes would need to be rerouted. I called sprinkler doctors for a second opinion and quote and they said if the pipes needed to be rerouted it would only be about $300 so I made the appointment for them to come out and fix it. When the technician got there he said there was really no reason to re route the pipes and it was only $65 to fix! I could not be happier with the honest, and quality service from sprinkler doctors. Thank you!!

Jason from sprinkler doctors came out to our home after we called our home warranty company about broken sprinklers.  Our yard was flooding bc the sprinklers wouldn't turn off- automatic sprinkler box broken. Jason came out within hours of our call and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. He found more than the 1 problem we aware of and went to work on those issues too. No up charge- just doing he job right. We asked about his prices should we choose to cancel our home warranty on the future. Prices are extremely reasonable! I also like that the company texts which is great when you don't want to wake a sleeping newborn! Best company we have worked with in awhile- very satisfied with service and will definitely use again.

My sprinkler system had a leak where two trees had been removed.  Jason figured it out and quickly fixed it.  Just had rye planted and he adjusted all the sprinklers for that as well.  Completely satisfied and I highly recommend them.

Called to request a quote on a sprinkler system assessment, and either repair or replace. Was told that unless it was a big job, they weren't going to be able to do it until the fall. Go ahead and call them, and if they think you're worth their time they might come out and give you a quote.

I am so glad I found the sprinkler doctors on the yelp app. They deserve higher than five stars. We recently purchased a house in which the drip system needed some work. However, before we were able to tackle it, we sprung a major leak under our sidewalk. When I called the sprinkler doctors, I was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly. The technician, Jay, assessed our situation and fixed our major leak quickly.  The rates are very reasonable. We had him come back the following week to evaluate our entire drip system and he made a few adjustments and repairs. The sprinkler doctors are awesome!

Excellent. Probably the 4th or 5th sprinkler company I've had come out in our time here in the Valley, because I'm always disappointed or overcharged. Left a message for their office on Wednesday, heard back on Thursday and got a Monday appointment for an 8-11 block. Wade called at 8:00 and was on his way. Told him what I needed (a few heads replaced, spray patterns adjusted). He did that, but also found that pressure was low and found & repaired the leak. In and out in under an hour, super polite and reasonably priced. Will call them again next time in a heartbeat.

Sprinkler Doctors were fabulous.  They were very attentive both times I called and made sure to call me back in a timely fashion.  The gentleman who serviced our system was courteous and on time.  Both times he called in advance to let me know he was almost here.  He was so friendly and helpful and fixed our problem.  I would highly recommend Sprinkler Doctors--top notch service and customer service as well!

Wow! These guys rock! Had what I consider to be a major repipe issue w/ previous sprinkler valves, saw the great reviews, and thought I'd try them out, I did discover they are licensed, bonded and insured, important to know. Called Eldon, sent him a pic from my phone, he said no problem amazed me with his confidence, came out a few days later after scheduling w/ Melanie who was very kind and helpful too! Great people to work with on all levels! So I get home, check out Eldon's work, and I was very impressed! Not only did he redo the plumbing neatly and orderly including new valves and solenoids, he also replaced the landscaping rocks and dirt to better than original condition!! He was a joy to work with, and if you want the work done correctly and on time, THIS is the company for you! Look no further!

I rarely write reviews, however, I am making an exception after doing business with Eldon and his partner.  They both came to my house and were honest about my problem.  Obviously, I had no idea what was wrong.  A company came out before Eldon and told me they may need to pull up my drive way (in which case I would have laid rock over the grass due to cost).  Then Eldon assessed it and it was a $50 fix.  Seriously.  They not only fixed the broken sprinkler but also adjusted the rest of them free of charge.  Thankful for honest people like Eldon and his crew.

Years ago, my home warranty had sent out Sprinkler Doctors to repair a big leak under my driveway. I was immedietly impressed with the service and workmanship Mark provided. He has since been back to my rental property two or three times and each time, service was excellent. This month, we had some serious flooding going on in multiple parts of the front and back yard. Of course I call Mark at Sprinkler Doctors. No longer under that home warranty contract, and having no additonal coverage, I was just waiting for some horrific bill. After all, there were mulitple leaks, and it took a few days to dry out and have him back out to redirect water and locate leaks to repair. Mark, as always, found leaks (this time in awful locations), and managed to repair and redirect water flow. We are all fixed and up and running. He even took the time to reset the watering timer and educate the tenants on the process, saving them plenty of money on the water bill in future months. Seriously, best service, best repairman, great company...and the bill THANKFULLY, was 1/3 of what I anticipated. Thanks SOOOOooo much Mark. I highly recommend this company based on price, ethics, skill and customer service.

Called on 11/12/13 for an appointment set by Mike for 11/13 at 10 a.m., and this person did not show up nor did he call.  I called this business because their ad states that whoever represents this company is an Ahwatukee resident.  I hoped someone would show up promptly and quickly.  I am very disappointed in this company.

Jay was very professional and the job was well done. Prices and quality work. 5 stars well deserved. Will use them again.

I live in Burbank but own a home in Surprise, AZ.  I was only there for 2 days so I needed someone to help me quickly!  Loren came by and fixed my Rain Dial box (problem with the power) and helped me figure out how to program my water schedule and made some great recommendations too!  Highly recommend Loren and this company who seemed really easy to work with and great work!

When we came back from the summer vacation, we found out our backyard was flooded and the irrigation system was completely broken. We called one guy who worked on a pipe in the backyard before, and he told us we needed a completely new system, which was going to cost a lot of $$! We found Sprinkler Doctor's name on Yelp based on reviews, and Mark came out on a Friday and told us that just a few lines needed to be replaced. When he couldn't start working on it as scheduled, he called us and gave us a heads up. Mark finished repairing a few lines the following week, but when my husband turned the irrigation on, the water gushed out everywhere. So my husband called Mark, and he decided to send his boss Elton, who was very polite and professional, and he worked on it for a couple hours. Elton found out our water pressure was too high, which caused the flooding and ruining of the system. He said he had to come back to re-do the system due to the situation, which was going to be more than the original quote, but he would not charge us for the hours he worked to identify the issues. Both Mark and Elton came back later and eventually finished the work, and billed us a reasonable amount. I have since then called Elton for advice on other irrigation problems, and found Elton very approachable and willing to give honest and detailed opinions. I am using him again on my rental property now, and will recommend him to other people who need a good sprinkler doctor!

After having used a bunch of repair guys for irrigation, i started using Sprinkler Doctors for my rentals and my own house. I have had Eldon, Jay and Wade out to my place. They always are on time and give me a call when they are in route. The techs know how to diagnose and fix it right.  My irrigation clock wouldn't work and i was expecting a several hundred dollar bill for my favorite rain dial clock that I put on all my properties. Eldon came out and discovered the heat had cracked the soder on the circuit board (az sun). He pulled out his sodering iron and fixed it. couldn't believe it and save me a few hundred bucks.  I was amazed and the repair was a fraction of the price of a new clock. Most techs aren't that smart to be able to fix it.  Eldon is very smart and skilled in his trade.   would highly recommend them.  pricing is always very reasonable and inexpensive compared to other guys I have used.  FYI there is another sprinkler repair guy (not licensed)  in ahwatukee that calls himself the sprinkler doctor too. Don't get him confused with Eldon and his company.
