Best Landscapings in Phoenix, AZ

We hired this company to install pavers and a planter on our front porch. They took half payment up front then didn't begin project for three weeks. When they arrived they didn't have the necessary materials and out off project again. Each time a crew showed up, they asked us for instructions about the project and had no schematic or template. Three times we gave different crews information. They didn't match the existing pavers we had and had to redo the pavers twice. After 3 weeks of poor or no communication with the office manager we asked the owner to contact us.  He never did. We terminated the project and had them remove the materials and tools that had littered our yard for weeks. Then they company charged our credit card with the whole amount although we had paid half up front and terminated the contract after they'd only completed half the job. This company should not be in business, are not reliable, do not follow through and committed bank fraud by overcharging us.

I worked with Valentin for 3 properties we managed. He was awesome and getting out in a timely manner, communication was super easy via phone and text and he had quotes to us in less than 24h. On top of that his prices are reasonable and the work looks amazing! I can only recommend him!

Envision Landscapes and Pools is an amazing company.  They provide world class customer service from the beginning to end of the project.  They truly take the time to understand your vision and support, with possible options to enhance it.  You can tell that they are in business to take care of their customers needs and will not cut corners like other companies do.  From the person that provided me the quote, to the manager on sight working with his team to complete the project, I can honestly say were simply professional, detailed and amazing.  They truly have earned a loyal customer for life with me and my family.  Thank you for making our backyard vision come true!

He came on time and was friendly but did not know his plants. Told me he would give me a quote by that night. Have not heard from him and it's been over a week. I feel if you don't want to do a job then say you don't want to do it.

My husband and I had a horrible weed problem in our yard. It was in terrible shape. We were contacted promptly by Alex from Velasco when I inquired about a quote for the job. He came over the same day and gave us a thorough, free consultation. I was impressed by his quick response and the description he gave about exactly what he could do to improve our yard. His quote was very reasonable as well. Today, his team came out and did a wonderful job on clearing the weeds/grass patches in our yard and spraying any stragglers for weed prevention. It looks like a new yard! I was also impressed that they even netted our pool to get rid of the debris from the blower. Excellent customer service! The workers were very polite. Best money spent!! I try to stay on top of the weeds in my yard but unfortunately with all of the rain, they took over. I called Custom Weed & Pest Control. They responded incredibly fast, set up an appointment within a couple days and 4 days later... my weeds are dead. I couldn't be happier with the service and I will definitely be using them in the future to keep the weeds at bay. They are prompt, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I reached out for a quote through Yelp and he was quick to respond, and came out to my house the same day to give an estimate. Fair price and was on time for the job. Cleared and trimmed my desert landscape!

Sam came over and gave us a quote at a very good price right away and was back 2 days later and did an awesome job. Tree looks phenomenal and the cleanup was so great you would have never known they were here. The last arborist we hired to trim this tree last year left a huge mess, and the tree didn't look half as good. Thank you guys so much for being prompt, affordable and doing an overall great job!

Was really excited to get a quick response with appointment to come out and look at the property for a quote. Then they never showed up and didn't respond to my follow-up message asking if someone was still coming when no one showed. It was really odd and quite unprofessional.

Very quick to respond :) needed my yard done the following day on a Sunday, because I was moving out on Saturday and couldn't find a landscaper. We were able to arrange a time very easily.
I also couldn't be at the property since I was moving stuff to my new place but they went to the yard, finished quickly and sent me pictures of the yard- absolutely pristine!

I'm very impressed with this company! I requested several quotes for a tree stump removal and not only did this company come back with the lowest quote but they also were available to do the job the following morning at 9am.

They arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which I was happy with, and were very courteous, efficient, professional and removed the tree stump within one hour.

I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

These guys came through when we needed last minute landscaping with a deadline - they were on-site in less than 24 hours from when we first messaged them on Yelp!  Communicative and on time, decent work and finished in reasonable time. Cleaned up after themselves.

Having attended the Home & Garden show, I got information for two other companies to bid the work, but I wanted three. So, I found them here on Yelp and based on the reviews, I contacted them for a quote. I'm so glad I did!

From start to finish the professionalism was ever present - they were quick to respond to my initial inquiry; arrived when he said he would for our appointment; provided a thorough bid at a very competitive price; answered my questions quickly; kept in communication with me along the way; brought LOTS of samples for me to choose from; provided a very professional schematic that I could present to my HOA; and showed up on time to start the work. It was the best encounter I've had with a business in a long time.
