FOLLOW UP 2/25/21:
Don't waste your time with this company. Apparently it's too much trouble for them to call a customer before they're on their way. For months and months, we've dealt with these guys just showing up without calling first.

This is a problem because I keep our front gate locked to keep our child with autism from eloping. And usually when they did come, we were online during a live class, so it's impossible to step away. Also, we have a cat in the backyard who needs to be put in a carrier. And we've told them every month, basically.

Obviously another reason we requested them to call first, is so their guys just aren't sitting out there waiting. I know and understand that their time is important; if they run late, it's screws up their schedule. I get it. So this is not just us being picky customers, it's about trying to be courteous to YOUR employees.

One of the the first times they came, I went out there and asked them why they didn't call first. And the gentleman showed me his phone where it shows them the job, and the information field for notes which is where the request to call us first would go, was blank. So needless to say I apologized to him and told him my husband would call the office to request that. And every month, they would still just show up. Once they came and just did the front, and tried to charge us full price!

That's another issue with this company is the frequent billing issues such as: promising a discount of x dollars, and then actually receiving a discount of y dollars, and then when you call to ask them, they would seem annoyed and reluctantly fix it, and they've actually NEVER apologized for their constant errors. (It almost seems like they try to sneak in charges, and if they get caught they'll fix it.)

My husband talked to and emailed Clara and Nathan about this SEVERAL times, they said they would rectify the issue, but to this day, have refused to do so. I get the sense that they are either married or a couple, and clearly they don't communicate with each other about anything, and in fact just seem like they are lost at the airport.

Now, the icing on the cake here is that Nathan basically tells my husband that they don't want us as customers anymore because they send out a service notice and that should be enough for us. Well, Nathan and Clara, it isn't. This is absolutely NOT an unreasonable request by any means, and you honestly just showed everyone here on Yelp and Google just how unreasonable and unprofessional your company is. I truly wish you both the best of luck, and I would also suggest you both take some classes on customer service and in dealing with customers from a service position.

Valley Verde did a beautiful job with my front and back yard. They weeded and trimmed my trees which were out of control after the days of rain a couple of weeks ago here in Phx.
They were at my house within a couple of days of speaking to them to get the work done. Valentin was easy to communicate with and his prices were super reasonable compared to other companies I had researched. I will absolutely be using services again.

Rafa was an excellent communicator. His crew worked hard and they made our backyard a place we now love. Highly recommend!

We were looking for an easy solution for artificial turf and came across Always Green Turf on Facebook. The initial visit by Chris was very smooth and easy. He showed us the products they had available and even some of the competitor's products and pros and cons. We were even more delighted to find that the product that we selected is made here in the United States. He was also very easy to talk to and explained our options.

We expected to wait a couple of weeks for installation but they called us and let us know that there was an opening in the schedule and they finished the installation in one day. The turf looks great, and better than we expected. The staff were efficient and respectful of our property too.

We would do business with them again and recommend them to others.

Made an appointment to quote an irrigation project and they never showed up.

Can't say enough great things about Nature Homes Landscaping! Miguel came over and gave us a great estimate, tips to find the best plants and his team came over shortly after. They worked so quickly and what would have taken me a couple days, they did in TWO hours! So worth every cent and more. I plan to use them on any future projects.

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I work community management and he has been servicing a few of my communities through my landscape contractor for years. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ryan in person to inspect one of my properties which is battling a large weed issue. Ryan was prompt and took his time walking the entire community explaining the issues and his recommendations.

Called them out for weed removal in my front yard. They came out quickly and did an excellent job for a good price.

Sam and team did an awesome job! Hired him to replace my irrigation valve and he ended up cleaning both my front and back yard and trimming a tree same day. Can't recommend this service enough.

Walter was very responsive from the beginning. He communicated well and made it very easy to get everything done honestly. It wasn't your fancy over the top exaggerating type of company that I had to second guess if they were ripping me off. And I appreciated that beyond belief. My backyard was suffocating us with trees especially sissoo trees, which they took care of! I will continue working with them to finish my backyard and front yard. My husband worked mostly with him and he said Walter was extremely nice and offered important insight. They were fast and much more cleaner than most of the services I've used. Thank you Walter. Honest and simple!

Called and left message twice.  Never returned call.  If too busy for new projects or returning calls should say so on phone greeting.  Very rude.

Mike, My remarks were about MY experience dealing with YOU and YOUR unprofessional, over the top reaction when I said I was not going to go with your company to install my turf due to pricing. I spoke with your office staff initially who then had YOU call me directly. I realize the price you provided over the phone was a range but my square footage didn't change from what I provided to you over the phone from your own measurement. So I am not sure why the quote you provided wasn't in the same ballpark after meeting with me. In any case, this was something that happened 5 months ago. I have since hired someone else that has installed my turf and I am very happy with the finished product.
You have several other posts from people that had a positive experience. BE HAPPY WITH THAT!

Customer service and communication were great. We received prompt response for the landscape work estimate.  the personal showed up as promised and they showed up on time within a short time.   The landscape co. came to our home evaluated the needed work  and gave an estimate On the next day.  The company personal are exceptionally  nice and friendly, I recommend their work. The only draw back was that the received service landscape estimate for the full work operation was above the average that is going for our area of similar homes, and we're unable to hire the company to completed the landscape work at this time due to budgeting yet, we will consider hiring this company in the future for their customer friendly service, punctuality and prompt response.

They answered my inquiry in a few hours and actually came by the next morning and I had an in-person bid less than 24 hours. And let me tell you : IT WAS 35% LESS than other bids - and YES THEY ARE INSURED for 2 million (I asked for a copy of their insurance coverage they gladly provided via text in minutes).
They were able to come the next morning for this VERY LARGE dead pine tree and spent 9 hours completing the job. No mess, no damage around it and it was NOT easy where this giant tree was located in my fenced in back yard. ANd in 112 degree heat all day! Totally clean when done and all of the 4 men were very polite to my wife when she checked on them several times and ... it was simply a PERFECT DEAL and RESULT. I will ONLY use them for any such issues in the future.
PLEASE consider this group of guys... they are hard working and darn good at what they do!

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.

We wrote a check to Miguel and he deposited the check for 6x the amount written. It took multiple hours on the phone with our bank to sort out this issue, along with all the bank fees we were charged as he drained our account negative. Miguel laughed on the phone and blamed the overcharge on the ATM. He offered no resolutions or apologies to over-charging us THOUSANDS of dollars and we were left hanging, dealing with the aftermath.

This business lacks integrity.

EDIT: Miguel's response below is not accurate and is not truthful. This further shows his lack of acknowledgment in over-charging us thousands of dollars. Please beware when conducting business with them.

Sal responded very quickly and was able to come to my home within hours to repair my sprinkler system. They did a great job and cleaned up beautifully.

Hector and his team were great to work with. Project came out on budget, on time, and exactly as described. Looking forward to hiring them again for future landscape projects.
