Best Landscapings in Phoenix, AZ

Never had such a horrible experience. I schedule an appointment with this guy and we agreed on a time. I live 41 miles away from the site where the work needs to be done. The time we agreed on had come and gone and I wasn't even given a call. I text, then called,...NOTHING! He finally texted that he's on his way almost three hours after our appointment.
Granted the job I have is a big one, I let Lucio name his price and I agreed. We agreed on a time and date. That time had come and gone with nothing from Lucio...after several failed attempts to reach him, he call/text, that he couldn't make it because they got behind.  We rescheduled for EARLY Wednesday morning. Again, the time had come and gone and nothing from Lucio. I, again reach out text/call/text, nothing! Finally, well after the scheduled appointment, he replies, we are very busy, I will try to fit you in. However, Nothing, he nor his team ever showed nor did he call. You may have had a different experience with this guy, but i received HORRIBLE customer service and find him to be completely UNRELIABLE!

I asked yelp for help getting a quote.  This company responded.  They were always very responsive to messages.  
They ended up not coming because a truck needed repairs.  However the fact that they messaged me and let me know... was a big plus in my book.  
So this review is of their business practices... and not of their actual work.  
Responsive, and cares about customers time.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

fast service, very good job did more than contracted will be coming monthly or so for sure. very reasonable price for the quality work they did was outstanding will be my landscaper for as long as he is doing landscaping.

I was not a customer of Sonoran Scapes, I had another company do my back yard when I moved in. I was not happy with that company and I called Sonoran Scapes to fix a problem with a tree. Even though I was not a customer Sonoran came out within 2 days and fixed my problem and gave me good tips on talking care of my plants. I will use Sonoran Scapes again and I am now a customer! Very nice guy came out to the house and offered a very realistic quote to take care of the front yard. Was on time and professional. This was a Tuesday. Said his crew would be out Friday between 9-11. Shook his hand said great see you then.

Friday between 9-11 has come and gone. No call no show. I didn't bother calling. I'm not going to beg someone to maintain my yard. I've taken care of my yard myself for ten years. Was looking forward to letting someone else help me with it. Meh, oh well. I'll just do it myself.

Too bad. I hate bad experiences with businesses. Maybe I'll give it a whirl with another company next time. It won't be KO Landscaping.

UPDATE: The yard looks very nice. I appreciate the work. Thank you. The initial review was left when I was under the assumption no work had been done. Your company strikes me as professional which is why I was surprised when my wife called me at 3pm to let me know no one ever showed. It wasn't until I was home from work later that I learned the crew stopped by around 4pm to clean up the yard. Again, thanks for the work (and the discount, which my wife asked for....I wouldn't have asked for one, not my style).

I understand things happen, they do all the time. A phone call is all that would have been needed in regards to a delay. Maybe next time. Many thanks.

They respond quick and their price was cheapest ive found. they did a good job. shame that monthly price is bit expensive..

We had a problem with our sprinkler system on the day we were to close on the sale of our house.  Jose came within 10 minutes of my calling and was  able to fix the problems so we could go ahead the close on the house.  Thank you Jose, you are the best.

Rick responded to my quote request thru Yelp very quickly and was able to squeeze me in - I was in a pinch to do a quick yard clean up before the photographer came to take pix of my house since we're listing it for sale. Anyway, he was on time, very fair price, and I appreciated his prompt reply.  Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there were a couple things we pointed out to be done that they forgot. (Pulling out rebar from lights they removed for us and trimming pods off palm tree near patio.) I'm sure it was an honest mistake but I had to end up doing it later that day. I paid him before he finished/before I had a chance to inspect because I had to get back to work so I did not get a chance to point it out. Again, I got the impression from him and his family that they were hard working and it was just an oversight and I feel confident he would've fixed it had I caught it before he left. I would recommend Budget.

I  was mixed on how many stars to give. The actual work they did was good even though it was all late, but that's pretty par for the course with construction.  Here's my issue. We did a built grill and fire pit. Cory did one 100 lb propane tank and told us companies will come fill it. Apparently no gas company in the valley will come only fill one tank. And we can't go fill it ourselves because you can't lay propane tanks down flat in the back of an suv and we don't have a pick up. So now every 6 months when we run out of propane it's a huge debacle because cory didn't just install two. Like a a simple fix. And I've sent him numerous texts trying to get help on this and he is beyond unconcerned about the fact that we have a straight up useless $15,000 bbq and firepit in our backyard. We're in the process of remedying it ourselves but after the time and money spent on this project why am I running around town renting trucks and dealing with this?? Cory should have handled this the first text I sent like a year ago. I'm just so disap

We had a number of different landscape companies come in to give quotes for our backyard. Borders and Beyond came in the most reasonable and came up with a better design idea than anyone else. They were in and out pretty quickly and very respectful. They didn't leave a mess or trash around. We also got to pick the plants we wanted within the package so we got just what we wanted! We love our backyard so much! I would recommend checking them out first!

Absolutely love these guys! They were really responsive and got my credenza to me in perfect condition. Would definitely use again for future furniture pickups

We hired JW Landscaping to hang our RV Gate. They were quick, reliable and affordable! We're very happy and will definitely be calling JW for all of our landscaping needs moving forward!

After going through multiple landscaping companies these guys are the best.  Their work is high quality and they have been extremely responsive to our needs.  We couldn't be happier.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Just coming on here as a heads up to you all. Whatever you do. Do NOT hire Anthony Diaz (TreeTop landscaping) for any landscaping work. We hired him in December to complete our yard as we just bought our first home. We were so excited and he was eager to start. We paid for the materials ourselves and we paid him for the work through Venmo. He is super nice and replied to me quickly in the beginning. I have pavers and 5 tons of gravel sitting in my driveway since January. He started the job but has not finished and just keeps promising to come and never shows up. Uses every excuse in the book. at this point we have the HOA on our buts and are probably out $4,800. We just want our $$ back but he has stopped replying to us. He is just a scamming people at this point as we are not the first he does this too. I really wish I would have done more research as I found a couple other reviews. Take our experience as a lesson and save yourself some money, headache, and stress by not hiring him.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
