Best Landscapings in Phoenix, AZ

Got a quote to cut back an over grown Palo Verde tree.
He and his crew show up as promised and not only fixed the tree but cleaned up the the rest of the yard as well. They went above and beyond what was expected.

I asked yelp for help getting a quote.  This company responded.  They were always very responsive to messages.  
They ended up not coming because a truck needed repairs.  However the fact that they messaged me and let me know... was a big plus in my book.  
So this review is of their business practices... and not of their actual work.  
Responsive, and cares about customers time.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

I had such an amazing consultation this morning. Love that he was  on time with a mask seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Extremely courteous I just lived the ideas and consideration for my family and my needs due to allergies and design. I'm so sad l didn't find them sooner. I'm looking forward to a long term contract  for all of my properties in addition to biweekly or monthly services.

Said he would stop by two different times and he no showed and didn't communicate. I like to do business with people who keep their word.

James & his crew just finished re-doing  our rear yard with artificial turf, a pvc irrigation system & new rock. They did an excellent job, were always on time & when finished made sure everything was cleaned up & working.  What I especially liked was that James always promptly returned my calls  & visited a few times with us prior to beginning the job to make sure we were all on the same page. Would highly recommend him.

Never showed up to do the work after a consultation. We discussed trimming back 6 trees and starting service the following Saturday. Saturday came and went with a no show and no communication.

I needed landscaping done same day and they responded right away and came within a few hours. Our yard looks great! They even took the bags of foliage that we had from trying to start the task ourselves. Definitely recommend!

Jose was great about casting a vision about what my backyard can be and helped me think outside the box!

Rick was friendly and got right back to me when I found his company on yelp. He gave me a quick estimate, and was easy to schedule with. His team was fast and efficient my front yard turned out great ! We will be using them for any future lawn service needs.

It's been 2 years since Patio Pros did our backyard and it's more beautiful than ever! They really did an amazing, quality job. I'm back because we are having a new home built and will need a new backyard landscape for that home. When we were selling our current home the backyard was a HUGE selling point. It added so much value and made our home stand out from the others. Hopefully we get to work with them again, but I truly appreciate the job they did last time.

This review is just based on their communication; they never were able to provide me with a quote.

I called and spoke with Erik on the phone on Wednesday (March 16) morning. Rather than take down my name and number, he asked me to go to his website to complete an estimate request. I can understand that perhaps he was on site and was not able to jot down my information. I followed his request to enter my information on the company website. On his website, the estimate button triggered a page long entry, a shopping list of landscaping items, but it also had on there a place to make note and provide all contact information. I left everything blank except the contact information and included a note for Erik to contact me. On Thursday I received this e-mail:

HI Monica,

This is our sold job order form, can you please fill out the estimate form for your contact information and Erik will call you to confirm day and time to meet.

I thought her e-mail was rather odd because she obviously emailed me and  they already had all of my contact information

I promptly emailed her back, notifying them that the area they asked to me to fill out automatically populated this sold job form. Obviously there was a glitch on their website.

No reply from Amy, but I did receive a response from Erik on Saturday, March 19, to which he emailed me that he would be by on Monday. I emailed him back and told him that I was not going to be home during the day. I did not receive a response...Monday my security cameras picked up a gentleman at my door around 10am; I assume it was Erik, there was no follow-up phone call or email to suggest.

From the reviews, it looks like he does great work. I would have liked to have worked with him, but I truly felt like they were trying to hire me, rather than me trying to hire them.

I asked for help with our yard through Yelp & Desert Cleanup Services was the first company to reach back out to me. I spoke with Marcus & he helped me through all of my questions & concerns. Within the week they were at my house & did AMAZING work. They went above & beyond to say the least. We had a pile of branches sitting on the side of the house & Marcus & his team took the branches with them on their way out even though it wasn't included in my estimate. Will definitely be going through them for any & all future service(s) needed!

I highly recommend using, Jake! He's extremely skilled, professional, and honest! He did our lawn, bushes and took down our palm tree that was in the way of our pool pump system - he's coming back on Sunday to cut two trees down for us and will be coming to do our monthly yard work after the fantastic job he did today! Super appreciate it again!!

Update: Jake just took both trees out, he was quick and efficient - I looked out at one point and saw him carrying what looked like an entire tree. Unbelievable. Super great and quality work. Exactly what we've been searching for - I wish we found him to begin with! Attached is a picture of before and after being chopped down. FANTASTIC WORK!

Shrub it off did amazing irrigation work in my front and backyards.  They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.  They went over and above to get the irrigation installed correctly.   I would highly recommend.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

BE CAUTIOUS!!!! I paid deposit by Venmo $2,000 which was to complete HOA paperwork. This wasn't completed correctly so I ended up measuring and submitting my own forms. Then was asked to pay $5,000 but I was starting to get nervous (& suspicious) but still agreed to send another $3,000 through Venmo to start project.
Now I've paid $5,000 -
SO for $5,000 I basically got some gravel raked and moved around my backyard. See attached pictures-
I am hopeful this post will help someone save their hard earned money from this dishonest company. I suspect we won't see or hear from Anthony or anyone else at TreetopLandscaping. We really wanted to trust & help out small company by giving them business. SO DISAPPOINTED.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
