I'll give Lucio 3 stars. He does good work, but he's not reliable and that's all I'll say.

I asked yelp for help getting a quote.  This company responded.  They were always very responsive to messages.  
They ended up not coming because a truck needed repairs.  However the fact that they messaged me and let me know... was a big plus in my book.  
So this review is of their business practices... and not of their actual work.  
Responsive, and cares about customers time.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

I needed a palm trimmed and a large Palo Verde tree removed. Mauro did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him, and will use his services again.

A basic one star for just not calling back. I called and got the female receptionist/office worker and she took down a bunch of information including my phone number and what we needed and never got back to us. Normally I wouldn't care I would call again but we actually had an emergency situation with the leaking drip system and we needed somebody to come out. No courtesy call no nothing in my left a second message it went on returned as well. I have no idea what their quality of services but based on the phone response I would say it's probably not a great idea to do business with someone who won't call a perspective customer back.

I called KO Landscaping because the landscaper I've used for the past seven or so years had started to become unreliable.  At this point, my rental property landscape was looking horrendous and I needed work done ASAP.  

KO said they would be out to my property on that Saturday to give me an estimate and they could perform the work the following Monday.  I told them I may not be able to take the call on Saturday, but they should leave a voicemail with the estimate.  Saturday came and went, no call.  Monday I called them because they still hadn't called me.  Turns out they did not do the estimate at all.  Long story short, it took several phone calls and follow up to get the estimate done, the work done, and even a copy of the bill sent to me.  

They do nice work, but having to follow up constantly is not worth it for me when there are other companies out there that seem to have it more together.  I picked this company due to their great Yelp reviews and their availability to do the work; maybe it was a bad week for them.  But I will use another company in the future.

Ana and Delmer were great since requesting service. Very responsive to questions. They were able to work on my yard the day after my request.   They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy during final walk thru. Charged a good price. Excellent service & friendly.

Called to get an estimate and was treated very poorly by the person who answered the phone. They were incredibly unhelpful and didn't want to help, first impression was terrible.

Rick did an awesome job! I needed speedy service done because I am moving out of my rental property in 2 weeks. I sent a message through Yelp to about 5 different companies in the area. Rick was the fastest to respond and his prices beat out everybody else as well. Needless to say he got my business and did a fantastic job. Thanks Rick!

Thank you for all your work! Had them remove and replace gravel, plants, and some trees for a more modern look. Im excited now to have family over for the holidays to enjoy the weather and family. I recommend this company!

After getting taken advantage of by MasterAZscapes and losing several thousand dollars I now have the backyard I was waiting for.

Borders and Beyond came in and within a couple weeks transformed my whole back yard into an entertainment spot. Eric the owner was on site daily as promised and communicated the entire schedule promptly. Their crews were pleasant and cleaned up each day. All promised commitments were met from getting me the updated price after I made a change to the travertine pattern to a more complex layout.

Borders an Beyond is a company I can support. They stick to what is promised and work with you to finish your projects. Kudos and thanks again for a job well done.

I would definitely recommend them anytime. Marcus came to the house first time and was extremely courteous and friendly. No pressure at all. I got my whole backyard renovated. Put all new plants. A lot of Turf was laid on the ground. Where it used to be just plain rock. Almost 1300 feet of turf was put in. New retaining wall. Also a little bit of concrete work was done as well. No job was too hard for Marcus and his crew. They also refinished my whole deck portion as well.
Call Marcus. For your needs YOU will not be disappointed.

It had been several months since we had any landscaping done. Called JW landscaping, asked that I send him pictures of our yard and what we wanted done. Gave us a quote which was reasonable.  Did a great job, we were very pleased!  Would definitely recommend him!

I had two new sprinkler systems installed by Shrub it off a few months ago. 7/27/21 I had a major leakage on one of the valves in the front lawn system and water were everywhere. I shut off the water and then the following day I contacted Marcos and asked him to come by and help taking a look and see if anything was wrong with the system. One day has gone by and I did not get a response and then I called and left a message and still no response. Definitely disappointed because I selected them based on the reviews on Yelp. They should change their name to Shrug it off if this is how they are going to operate. So, I am leaving a 1 star review because of that.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

BE CAUTIOUS!!!! I paid deposit by Venmo $2,000 which was to complete HOA paperwork. This wasn't completed correctly so I ended up measuring and submitting my own forms. Then was asked to pay $5,000 but I was starting to get nervous (& suspicious) but still agreed to send another $3,000 through Venmo to start project.
Now I've paid $5,000 -
SO for $5,000 I basically got some gravel raked and moved around my backyard. See attached pictures-
I am hopeful this post will help someone save their hard earned money from this dishonest company. I suspect we won't see or hear from Anthony or anyone else at TreetopLandscaping. We really wanted to trust & help out small company by giving them business. SO DISAPPOINTED.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
