When I called he told me he would be here 9am the next day for a quote. I texted him at 9:55am asking where he was and he said Hey I'm in casa grande I don't think I can make today. That's it, just blew me off, no offer to reschedule or anything. I made special arrangements with work to be home during that time, but he didn't tell me or give me any notice. Poor service.

Robert did a wonderful job removing brick pavers in advance of a pool project (with a different company). We also had him remove a tree for us since we were so impressed with his work. Robert is responsive, charges reasonable prices, and is great to work with. I'd highly recommend him for your landscaping needs.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

I highly recommend Juan and his crew. They were punctual, affordable, efficient, and friendly. My yard and trees got a major clean up and Juan even fixed one of my sprinkler heads that was broken. These guys go above and beyond. 5 stars!

We were very pleased with James and Sonoran landscaping. James came to fix our irrigation system (dripper) and noted a problem with tree roots. He offered a reasonable price to remove the roots and replace the valve. He also provided some help with our gate. We would definately hire James again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

I sent Mesa Landscaping a message today and got a response back immediately. I called them and they came out same day. My wife and I needed the front of our house de-weeded and chemically sprayed. The HOA had gotten on us about the immense amount of weeds that had grown in front of our house this winter. Thankfully Mesa Landscaping came out same day and helped us out. There prices are great and they did an awesome job! Thanks again.

We needed our large back courtyard cleaned and refreshed.
Jose came out and gave us a bid and talked things over, a few days later as planned Jose and his crew came out and did a great job. Clean up was perfect also.  
His quote was very reasonably.
We are having them do more work for us later and will be doing maintenance for us also.

Rick was friendly and got right back to me when I found his company on yelp. He gave me a quick estimate, and was easy to schedule with. His team was fast and efficient my front yard turned out great ! We will be using them for any future lawn service needs.

We had the best experience with our front courtyard and custom fountain. Pricing was great, always good communication and the job was done exactly how we wanted.

We had a number of different landscape companies come in to give quotes for our backyard. Borders and Beyond came in the most reasonable and came up with a better design idea than anyone else. They were in and out pretty quickly and very respectful. They didn't leave a mess or trash around. We also got to pick the plants we wanted within the package so we got just what we wanted! We love our backyard so much! I would recommend checking them out first!

I asked for help with our yard through Yelp & Desert Cleanup Services was the first company to reach back out to me. I spoke with Marcus & he helped me through all of my questions & concerns. Within the week they were at my house & did AMAZING work. They went above & beyond to say the least. We had a pile of branches sitting on the side of the house & Marcus & his team took the branches with them on their way out even though it wasn't included in my estimate. Will definitely be going through them for any & all future service(s) needed!

I hired Jake back in March and held off on a review because the job seemed ongoing. In the beginning he was quick to respond and started the job quickly which was a plus. The initial quote included a brand new irrigation system, patio and sod. Out of the three the patio is what I'm most happy with. I assumed he would level the ground before laying sod but they didn't. The grass still looked great but areas puddle when watering which is annoying.

My biggest issue has been the irrigation system. I was quoted for a new irrigation system and they ended up replacing the sprinkler heads on the old system and left as is. (Which means I way overpaid for what was actually done). It took him a little over a MONTH! to install the timer. During that time I was forced to drench my grass morning and night. An hour long process everyday for a month! He did apologize and offered to mow the lawn this summer but I declined mostly because the grass needs mowing once a week and based on what I learned about him up to this point I knew I couldn't trust him to be there to get the work done. Once the timer was finally installed it worked for a week and then I noticed dry patches. I realized two sprinkler heads weren't working. I reached out to Jake and it took him another month to have it fixed.

Once they finally fixed it everything seemed fine until I noticed wet patches on the rock filled area in my yard. I figured it was the longer watering periods. But over time those wet patches kept growing. I finally realized 3 days ago the irrigation system is leaking. I reached out to Jake immediately and haven't heard back after three attempts to reach him. Keep in mind it's been 6 weeks since they came to fix the sprinkler heads so for 6 weeks I've had water leaking.

Now I'm out what I overpaid for the irrigation system because I'll have to hire someone else to do this right.

I won't say you get what you pay for because Jake, while not the most expensive, he also wasn't the least expensive. I felt going with someone who quoted me somewhere in between would be my best bet, but it wasn't.

I had two new sprinkler systems installed by Shrub it off a few months ago. 7/27/21 I had a major leakage on one of the valves in the front lawn system and water were everywhere. I shut off the water and then the following day I contacted Marcos and asked him to come by and help taking a look and see if anything was wrong with the system. One day has gone by and I did not get a response and then I called and left a message and still no response. Definitely disappointed because I selected them based on the reviews on Yelp. They should change their name to Shrug it off if this is how they are going to operate. So, I am leaving a 1 star review because of that.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I made a huge mistake by giving them a deposit to grade my backyard and take out my tree. They asked me to Venmo them $1500 to get a bobcat to my house which they never came back with. I have been begging for a refund and just get false promises of them showing back up.

These people have stolen my money and won't refund me for not coming back to do the work. I feel stupid for having sent them money that I worked so hard for to get nothing in return.

Huge mistake sending them any money and I hope you take caution because to this.

Below is the plants they took out that cost me $1500 due to me sending money too early. They promised to also take out the tree, flatten the dirt, and take out the rocks. All of which didn't happen. I'm very sad to have lost the money I paid.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
