I am completely satisfied with my backyard! This tree was HUGE and way overgrown and I had a tree in the corner that I needed chopped down. They came in and got it done quick! My backyard looks beautiful now and as a bonus I noticed they even trimmed my bush! Priced very good for how beautiful my yard looks. Thank you once again!

I asked yelp for help getting a quote.  This company responded.  They were always very responsive to messages.  
They ended up not coming because a truck needed repairs.  However the fact that they messaged me and let me know... was a big plus in my book.  
So this review is of their business practices... and not of their actual work.  
Responsive, and cares about customers time.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

I had such an amazing consultation this morning. Love that he was  on time with a mask seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Extremely courteous I just lived the ideas and consideration for my family and my needs due to allergies and design. I'm so sad l didn't find them sooner. I'm looking forward to a long term contract  for all of my properties in addition to biweekly or monthly services.

We have an African Sumac tree that was very overgrown. We called to have a branch removed and the tree thinned. They were very responsive and affordable. The whole crew were very nice and professional. They did such an amazing job so efficiently that we are going to have an oleander and another tree removed. I highly recommend them!

Sonoran Scapes.....James and his crew are miracle workers!  Needed some overgrown plants and a lot of unsightly weeds  gone in front, back and side yard as well as tree trimming, etc.  (Having lived in New England most of my life, then in Cleveland Heights I always managed to accomplish my own landscaping but reality set in soon after moving to the Desert Hills area and realized I had to find a reputable company to take over!)
Well, James came to the house,  walked the property with me, gave advice and a very fair estimate the same day.  Work was started within two weeks, and due to the volume of the job the crew returned a few days later to finish the weed removal and trimming of a few shrubs in the back yard.  I cannot say enough about the quality of work... the yard looks so amazing now!   James and his crew displayed the utmost in professionalism and courteousness, focusing on the task throughout!

Great service. Called and they came out and gave me an estimate to do a seasonal clean up on our front and back yard. They were competitively priced and scheduled the service for two days later. The transformation was amazing. The crew worked for at least 7 hours and did everything. They trimmed the trees and bushes, mowed the lawn, cleared dead plants and got rid of all the debris.

We were so impressed we will continue to use them for regular clean up services and the seasonal reseeding of the lawn.

Update:
We did use them again for over seeding in the fall and again for a general clean-up and tree trimming this spring. The over seeding  was well done and when we had issues they took a little while, but did eventually come out to fix the problem

The clean-up this spring was not a good experience. The trees were trimmed as were some hedges but they left abruptly in the middle of the job with no explanation and when they returned the next day all they did was mow the lawn. Non of the shrubs were trimmed. No dead or dying plants removed. They left a pile of debris in our courtyard and never really finished the job. It is disappointing but I don't think we will be using them going forward.

I needed landscaping done same day and they responded right away and came within a few hours. Our yard looks great! They even took the bags of foliage that we had from trying to start the task ourselves. Definitely recommend!

After reviews on this site I decided to hire Jose to do my landscaping on a bi weekly basis. That was in April. Since I hired him in the middle of April, he only can one time. In May, on one visit I looked out to see that he was digging up a small section of my grass. He said nothing to me about any problem. However, after that I noticed my dogs would always go and get a drink from that dug up area. I investigated further and there was some sort of leak, with water pooling up. He never mentioned to me that he was going on vacation for the month of June. For my first June visit I waited and waited all day. I tried to call and found out that he was on vacation and not answering his phone. Nobody came the day I was scheduled. I sent an email and he responded that he didn't know why his guys didn't show up but would check into it. I heard nothing further. Still have a leak in my yard and my grass begins to die. Grass that was perfectly healthy when Jose started doing my maintenance. For my second visit in June someone did actually show up but not Jose (he also told me that he is always on every job site when I hired him). He sent me a text to ask what I wanted to do with the saguaro that had fallen over into my driveway. We agreed that it would be allowed to dry out over the next two weeks so that it was easier to remove and I could get the ribs out of it. Guys show up today, again, no Jose. The guy I spoke to had no clue what to do with the fallen saguaro or about the issue with my grass. He said that Jose hasn't even called him. I explained that I tried to call Jose but his mailbox is full and you can't leave a message. It also says that vacation should have been over on June 30th.

Apparently don't believe all reviews and it's now time to find yet another landscaping service!

Rick did an awesome job! I needed speedy service done because I am moving out of my rental property in 2 weeks. I sent a message through Yelp to about 5 different companies in the area. Rick was the fastest to respond and his prices beat out everybody else as well. Needless to say he got my business and did a fantastic job. Thanks Rick!

Wonderful service! I reached out to them and they were able help me get a design I loved! Great recommendation from their team and knowledgeable! I got pavers done with a built in bbq. So glad we got in touch with Patio Pros Landscape and Design. We are also so excited to show our family the new backyard! I would recommend them if you're looking for a great back yard transformation, as we started with just dirt yard!

Erik and his team did an amazing job landscaping our front and back yard. They completed the job quickly and were so easy to work with! The completed project looks even better than I imagined. I would definitely recommend them anytime. Marcus came to the house first time and was extremely courteous and friendly. No pressure at all. I got my whole backyard renovated. Put all new plants. A lot of Turf was laid on the ground. Where it used to be just plain rock. Almost 1300 feet of turf was put in. New retaining wall. Also a little bit of concrete work was done as well. No job was too hard for Marcus and his crew. They also refinished my whole deck portion as well.

My wife and I started to communicate with JW Landscape after two super positive referrals from landscaping-knowledgeable colleagues.  We talked with Jarred (owner), and after an email and a phone call, and then a walk around of our brand new house lot, we agreed on broad project outlines and a not to exceed budget.  We specified two exact flowering trees (and their locations), some categories of bushes, and other items and later declined Jarred's offer to have us help set specific plants in specific locations.  My wife and I and friends returned after the project was done and were blown away by the beauty of their design and the quality and spacing of the plants.   Everything looks healthy and terrific.  One neighbor across the street (who has a nice landscaped front yard of her own), came over and apologized that hers was not up to our standard.  Our project included a retaining wall, irrigation, sod and over 75 bushes. Of course their bringing in nutrient soil before the plantings and lastly bark dust at the end finished off its beauty.  We give them an A+ and are already talking about bringing them back for some additional landscape work where we want more! Not only is Jarred excellent to work with, but as are also his very-hard-working, pleasant, and high quality workers; they too are an excellent component of JW Landscape's accomplishment.

JW Landscape is a totally trustworthy and a highly accomplished landscaping firm. THEIR LANDSCAPING JOB IS GORGEOUS!

Shrub it off did amazing irrigation work in my front and backyards.  They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.  They went over and above to get the irrigation installed correctly.   I would highly recommend.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Just coming on here as a heads up to you all. Whatever you do. Do NOT hire Anthony Diaz (TreeTop landscaping) for any landscaping work. We hired him in December to complete our yard as we just bought our first home. We were so excited and he was eager to start. We paid for the materials ourselves and we paid him for the work through Venmo. He is super nice and replied to me quickly in the beginning. I have pavers and 5 tons of gravel sitting in my driveway since January. He started the job but has not finished and just keeps promising to come and never shows up. Uses every excuse in the book. at this point we have the HOA on our buts and are probably out $4,800. We just want our $$ back but he has stopped replying to us. He is just a scamming people at this point as we are not the first he does this too. I really wish I would have done more research as I found a couple other reviews. Take our experience as a lesson and save yourself some money, headache, and stress by not hiring him.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
