Called him on December 31st to do a yard cleanup around 11am. That is right New Years Eve. He got back to me in about 45 minutes. Told me he would be over shortly, and it was shortly. Gave me an estimate (obviously looked at the front yard before I answered the door) appreciated as I do not need to be walked thru the steps.
I said lets do this, and 3 hours later (yard needed more work than usual) it was done. Go outside and it is drizzling rain. Just made it under the wire, Place looks Excellent! Gave him his due plus a nice tip. Recommend him because, who else comes out on New Years Eve towards 2 pm? for Anything?. Give this Guy and his team your Business. I know I will.

I asked yelp for help getting a quote.  This company responded.  They were always very responsive to messages.  
They ended up not coming because a truck needed repairs.  However the fact that they messaged me and let me know... was a big plus in my book.  
So this review is of their business practices... and not of their actual work.  
Responsive, and cares about customers time.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

I needed a palm trimmed and a large Palo Verde tree removed. Mauro did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him, and will use his services again.

I chose this company solely on the great reviews on here. I unfortunately have not experienced the same great service. I requested an appointment via website and never received a call back. I left two additional voicemails before receiving a call back. When I received the call back I was told they were very busy and to text their number my address and they could come out that day. After waiting around for 8hours and taking the day off from work no one showed up. This all took place over a four day period and we still have not received a call back in regards to no one even showing up. Any company that is too busy to no show on a customer needs to highly consider hiring additional help.

Called on Thursday and work was done on Saturday. Great service and Eduardo provided before and after pictures via email since I am an out of town landlord. The front yard was so overgrown you could hardly see the house from the street due to overgrown bushes and tree. Now looks wonderful. Highly recommend.

I sent Mesa Landscaping a message today and got a response back immediately. I called them and they came out same day. My wife and I needed the front of our house de-weeded and chemically sprayed. The HOA had gotten on us about the immense amount of weeds that had grown in front of our house this winter. Thankfully Mesa Landscaping came out same day and helped us out. There prices are great and they did an awesome job! Thanks again.

C & A Landscaping recently did some work on our rental property in Goodyear! They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier!! Jose was really kind and helpful and was really great about answering my many questions and he and his guy were quick and thourough! Everything looks beautiful and we will definitely recommend them and use them regularly! Jose was also really prompt in returning my request for a estimate!

Rick was great!  Quick to respond and got us a very competitive quote even though we did not have all the information he asked for.  He figured it out and gave us a couple options that helped us pinpoint what we needed to do.  Now that is the sort of professional I want on my side.  Thanks Rick!

Worked with Cory on my backyard and he help streamline the whole process. From the time of the estimate till the completion of the whole project was less than 2 weeks. Pricing was fair and the work was top-notch. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Eric and his crew did an excellent job.  He helped my wife and I landscape our front and backyard.  We gave him an idea of what we wanted, and then he gave us a bunch of suggestions that really made everything work.  The pricing was reasonable, and they worked hard to make it perfect.  There were only a few minor things that needed to be fixed, which Eric and his crew came back and took care of it for us.  Would definitely recommend.

I was in a bind and JW Landscaping delivered! I had received a notice from HOA to remove and replace a huge dead tree stump and add more foliage by X date. I kept putting it off not living in the area any longer and not knowing who could help. I had negotiated with HOA to waive fee and extended due date 3x's. One morning my friend referred Jake to me. I left him a message and he replied right away...5 days later new tree and bushes are planted and look great! And at a very fare price! Can't thank Jake and crews enough!!! mahalo nui loa!

After several disappointing landscapers I found Shrub it off and could not be happier.  Coming from a very picky woman, I promise you will not be disappointed with Marcos.  He and his team are professional, attentive, responsible, respectful and customer service oriented.  

Addditional work requests are met with a prompt response, quote and work.

The team is also wonderful to give advice when you need a little extra help with flowers, garden or trees.

I recommend Shrub it off to anyone looking for the best.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

I was scammed by him and his Mexican partner Anthony Diaz. Took my deposit $3,500. And never returned.. they've blocked me. I'm elderly and saved for years to get my backyard / sideyard landscaped only for these heartless excuse for human beings to take advantage of me.
There are many scammed in Phoenix. mesa. Maricopa by them.. many police reports and small claims filings. The DO NOT TRUST THEIR SAD SCAMMER STORIES TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICES BECAUSE THEY'RE SCAMMETS

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
