I really have nothing but good things to say about Jeremy and the rest of his team at  Arizona Termite Specialists.

My husband and I were having trouble finding a company who could come out and treat our termite problem. A couple companies we tried quoted us an astronomical amount, we're talking up to 10k to treat our property. Other companies either wouldn't return my phone calls,  or would fail to show for the inspection.

Getting ahold of Jeremy was absolutely no trouble. Scheduling was very easy(I have a pretty tight schedule and he worked with me wonderfully). It was also incredibly nice that they let me know if they were running a few minutes behind. I wasn't left wondering where they were.

Jeremy came to our house and did a thorough walk through. Mapping out the entire house,  so he was able to show me on his tablet where the problem seemed to be coming from,  and where they would need to drill to take care of our subterranean termites. He answered all my questions in a way that I had no problem understanding them. He made sure I knew what to expect (they would be pulling up carpets,  and the drill was going to be loud), how long it would take,  and instructions for after.

The pricing was not only fair,  but incredibly reasonable. We were very,  very pleased with the service, the detailed treatment plan breakdown, the customer care, and everything in between.

Excellent,  excellent company and a wonderful staff. If any of our friends,  family,  or clients need referrals for termite control/extermination,  I am more than confident that they will have the best experience with Arizona Termite Specialists.

I found this company here on Yelp and went with it because of all the high reviews.  This company deserves them!  They did a one time treatment for sewer roaches and while they were here also found termites and showed me where they were.  They were able to treat them with a one time fix instead of trying to sell me monthly treatments.  This is not a company that pushes sales they just do what you ask them to and they do it well.  I would recommend them to anyone having a sewer roach problem or termite problem.

Got a prompt rough quote online & quick schedule after an online inquiry. The gentleman was here when he said he would be & was a sweetheart to work with. Quick & clean service and I'm already scheduled for the next bi-monthly service. It's amazing how hard all this was for a  couple other companies.

Your pest company usually goes pretty unnoticed aside from a slip in the door or an occasional email. Today I was reminded of why I choose and have maintained served with Sonoran pest for years, and   will for years to come.

I requested to have an extra service done, and while they could easily have added $350 to my invoice, Jeremy gave me guidance that saved me money and taught me more about the little critters in our area. I am so grateful that in a time when ALL SMALL BUSINESS will struggle, integrity meant more to them.

Isaac came today for a termite treatment. He was on time and very professional, did the treatment quickly and communicated everything nicely.

LOL.  Looks like they still have my credit card information.  Got a text today that it needs updated to please call them.  I haven't used them for years...Be wary of using them.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

We love having burns out. Lately, we had a few techs come out that we weren't familiar with. So, we spoke with Ben in the residential department who made sure that our favorite tech would always be the person who comes out. As someone who regularly works from home alone when these techs come, having someone I know and am comfortable with is SO important. HUGE kudos to Ben for getting this all organized for us so we always have our favorite guy come! If you ever have any problems just call Ben! He's your guy!!

Outstanding customer service both at the office and in the field! First class and very professional, yet friendly. Very knowledgeable with a wide range of services offered. Jahmaine, Marc and Austin are the best. We always get reminder by text and one by email. They come on time. They HONORED their warranty no question asked. We have used Moon Valley Pest Control for as long as I can remember - more than 15 years. They are always on-time, friendly, helpful, and professional. They are good with our pets. It can be stressful to allow total strangers to walk through your house (spraying for bugs), but these guys take that stress away. You see the same faces all the time, not a parade of strangers.

All of the tech are great but Harrison Taylor is top notch. Communication on spot even though I was at work.

I called this company in a complete panic because of a sudden fly infestation inside my home. My call was forwarded to Ryan and he spoke to me very calmly to assess what was going on. Ryan assured me that he would help me with this problem. I tried to call the company that has been treating my home and not only were they not available they never called me back. Within a matter of minutes Ryan sent Jesse to my home to get rid of the flies (Friday evening). I have never been more pleased with a company's customer service. Our family is new to the San Tan Valley area and Jesse not only came and alleviated the problem he was very informative about the area and the cause of the recent infestation. I am proud to say that I have not seen a fly inside my home since he treated it! I had an infestation of flies. I stopped counting after I killed about 20. Scott gave me so much advice over the phone and he had even more suggestions when he came to my house. He was professional, honest and very informative. I will definitely be calling him if I ever have other bug problems.

Bob at Blue Sky Pest Control was so reassuring and helpful when we weren't getting clear answers from our apartment building about bugs we were finding in our home. Luckily, we called Bob for a second opinion, we emailed him some photos and he promptly steered us in the direction to take care of the problem.
