Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

Allow me to join the five star bandwagon.
I found out that I had a termite problem when I noticed that the little guys were munching away at the hardwood floor in my master bedroom.  In total they damaged five boards.

I called two termite companies.  The first did a walk around, shrugged his shoulders and gave me a verbal estimate that included a three year warranty.  Red flags were flying all over the place with this guy.

Found this company here on yelp and called. Jeremy came out within a few days and did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of the house.  I received a detailed estimate that included a map of my house and the areas where they'd need to drill (patio, walkway, driveway) and areas where they'd trench.  Because they were eating the floor he also wanted to drill into the slab in that area.  Although his price was higher than the other guy I felt like I was hiring a professional.

The day before we were scheduled for service we got a lot of rain with even more in the forecast.  Jeremy called and said they couldn't treat the outside if it was wet but they could come out and drill the slab.  That was great because I had a floor repair guy coming out two days later.  

On schedule, Robert (who may be the nicest human being on the planet) came, explained what he was going to do and did it.  The next week Robert showed up to treat the outside of the house.  He was very considerate and did a great job of respecting the property.

I suppose I won't know if any of this worked but Jeremy said they'd be happy to come out once a year to inspect the property and re-treat as necessary (I purchased a five year warranty).

We hired this company for the extended warranty, honestly, it was not our 1st choice. The initial appointment actually prompted us to seek a 2nd opinion, as the gentlemen who showed up was there for 5-10 minutes and decided we had termites, we were not convinced, and felt less after we had some questions. We felt like since the problem was so new a more thorough check was needed. I know those with experience may be have been able to notice the issue right away, but to us it was our home; with our dogs and kids, we needed to make sure the investment was going for an actual problem.

 After the 2nd opinion was sought & proven that wee in fact had termites.  He arrived an hour early, which is fine, we were not ready so it left us scrambling to get ready. Also I had called 3x times before the appointment to see how to prepare for the visit, I was told by the nicest lady who answered, that nothing needed to be done. Turns out some of the furniture needed to be moved, something that we could have tackled prior to the visit. The guy who showed up did not ask us for help, okay fine, however; he broke one of the arms to a chair and broke a plastic storage bin, small items that trumped our termite problem so we weren't concerned.  

 He did a great job, everywhere was covered, no new signs of the issue.
It is to be noted after posting this review, the owner of the company contacted us and made it right,  we have edited and changed the rating due to this,  thank you again for taking the time to reach out.

I highly recommend Don's Bees. We had a bee infestation in the parapet wall of our house. I called Don he called back the same day and scheduled a call for the following day. He was right on time. He checked out the bee problem, told us what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was very knowledgable and very nice. He scheduled the hive removal two days out. He called the next day with a cancellation asking if we wanted to do the removal that day, we said yes. We were gone when he did the work but sent us picks of the hive in the wall. 40 pounds of honey and honeycomb was removed. He called and let us know he was finished we paid with a CC. When we got home the bees were gone the wall was patched and they did a great job of cleaning up.

Have been using these folks for over five years, now. We have had the same monthly technician the entire time, so he knows our property well. Despite issues in our area, we are so happy we don't ever get scorpion visitors in our home!

I Had been through a couple other pest control companies that were fairly adequate. Then I lost my job and could not afford to pay a pest control service anymore. My wife kept pestering me to just go get some spray from Home Depot to do it myself but I didn't really feel like it in this climate. Then we found Truforce. I called them up and they showed up that week. The technician was professional and did a fantastic job. Since that first service I have not seen one live bug or spider web or even heard one cricket keeping me up at night. I don't give 5 stars lightly. I would gladly recommend this service to anyone in the area. It's affordable and great service.

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

Very happy with this company.  Great response.  Robert came and evaluated my problem and offered an informed opinion and options.  No hard sell, which was appreciated.  Pricing is reasonable.  I will definitely use them when the time comes.

Scott came out to treat a pest problem we had in our kitchen.  The treatment did not work.  I called Scott to come out again, and he never came, or follow up.  I would not recommend this company.

The nicest people to work with.  They do a great job at keeping those pesty critters away.

I will never use Blue Sky Pest Control again. They left a bait box with poison in it wide open in my back yard. That poison could of killed my dog or my nephew or niece that come over all the time if any of them got to it. The idiot who came literally left it wide open. Very easily accessible. Unbelievable and unforgivable. I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't trust this company.
