I really have nothing but good things to say about Jeremy and the rest of his team at  Arizona Termite Specialists.

My husband and I were having trouble finding a company who could come out and treat our termite problem. A couple companies we tried quoted us an astronomical amount, we're talking up to 10k to treat our property. Other companies either wouldn't return my phone calls,  or would fail to show for the inspection.

Getting ahold of Jeremy was absolutely no trouble. Scheduling was very easy(I have a pretty tight schedule and he worked with me wonderfully). It was also incredibly nice that they let me know if they were running a few minutes behind. I wasn't left wondering where they were.

Jeremy came to our house and did a thorough walk through. Mapping out the entire house,  so he was able to show me on his tablet where the problem seemed to be coming from,  and where they would need to drill to take care of our subterranean termites. He answered all my questions in a way that I had no problem understanding them. He made sure I knew what to expect (they would be pulling up carpets,  and the drill was going to be loud), how long it would take,  and instructions for after.

The pricing was not only fair,  but incredibly reasonable. We were very,  very pleased with the service, the detailed treatment plan breakdown, the customer care, and everything in between.

Excellent,  excellent company and a wonderful staff. If any of our friends,  family,  or clients need referrals for termite control/extermination,  I am more than confident that they will have the best experience with Arizona Termite Specialists.

David was great.  I am remodeling a house that had evidence of termites.  He came out and looked over the property.  He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable.  After contracting him to treat the existing house and pretreat the additions, he was extremely flexible and worked around my schedule.  His employees were very friendly and professional.  David was always in contact with me and always answered his phone when I called.  I am very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

An amazing service for the removal of bees & honey.  Don's performance in his job was outstanding.  He is totally honest, knowledgeable and will not charge you for any service that he does not feel is absolutely necessary.  He came highly recommended to us and we are highly recommending him and his service to everyone.  He also does termite treatments, weed control, bed bug removal, pigeon exclusions & scorpion control.  I would trust Don will all of these services.  What a GOLDEN FIND he is.

Had a full termite inspection and 10 year treatment when we bough our house in the fall of 2011. When we came back form a 4 month extended trip, there were two :casings in the main room ceiling.  Called for an inspection the week of Thanksgiving and was given a late Friday appointment date which was canceled. New appointment for Dec. 3rd and they called before showing up right on time.
The Good: Agreed that there was evidence of termite activity and sprayed behind the baseboard.
The bad: They were in & out in under 5 minutes, did not remove the casings and didn't inspect anywhere.
The Good: I email and asked if this was normal and received a call stating  that NO this is not the way it should have been handled  and would I mind if a Operations Manager came to inspect the next day. Heath Greer called before arriving and spent almost an hour going over the whole house. He apologized for the unprofessional service call and walked me through where the termites were coming from, how they got access and how the treatment was going to prevent any more visits. He scheduled next years inspection, removed the casing and left me with a really good feeling about being protected from termites. Yes, I recommend you use Action Termite Control and assure you that they will make sure you are happy with their service.

We have used several pest control companies over the years and are extremely satisfied with TruForce. They always come out to re-treat our home if we find bugs between treatments at no charge. The technicians are always great. Today, Zack, our technician, was so accommodating and helpful. Our roommate was sick and resting and he was able to spray the bedroom without disturbing him. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

Don't second guess, go with this company. Mark was AWESOME! I reached out yesterday and they were here on site next morning (today) to give me a quote. They were able to handle everything while on site and were done within a couple hours. Pricing was very reasonable, Mark was very friendly and explained things thoroughly to me. Will be using them again in the future! This time I used them for pigeon removal / deterrent, plus all work is warrantied for a year. A+++

These guys are the absolute worst. We hired them
Years ago to treat our residence. They did so but they were price wise a little higher than some other companies. They sold us on their availability and customer service. Granted we have to pay a yearly renewal fee, but that includes service anytime we have issues. Anytime I call to let them know we have issues and need help, they tell me at least a 3 week wait. Its been like this for 4 years, and they always tell me its termite season. But it doesn't matter what time of year I call. This last call I made it was 3 weeks out from the time I called. They came and treated the area and a week later we had another issue in another area, and I called and it's more than a month out until they can come out. Clearly they have a resourcing issue and DO NOT care about their customers.

I would not recommend this place if you want things taken care of in a timely manner. They are truly

After my review on yelp, someone reached out to me quite quickly from Burn's. I will say I felt That they genuinely cared about my concerns and wanted to address them quickly. They had an inspector come out assess the property and give us a treatment plan so that way hopefully we can take care of the issue. In addition they were able to move my appointment up so we didn't have to wait the 4 weeks for a service appointment.

This is why I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

I hope that they can continue down this route and provide this level of service going forward.

My only feedback is to have them train the staff who answers the appointment calls what to recommend for services. As I was talking with the inspector, he advised me that if I had many issues I could have inspector come out before the service appointments to make sure we have a more I depth treatment plan. I had no idea this would help and the person on the phone never recognized or recommended this even after expressing to her our continued

Steven was very punctual and professional . He is well informed which helped a lot in regards to scorpions. I especially liked that he asked if we wanted him to take his shoes off so he wouldn't track dirt into the house. In almost two years as a customer each time they have come out they have always been really professional.

I haven't had a bug problem for over three years, but started noticing gnats and other tiny bugs.  I found Watts Pest Prevention on Yelp and called for information.  After talking to the knowledgeable office girl, i still wasn't sure if I would create a bigger problem spraying and then drawing out more bugs.  The owner called me and went over options in detail.  I decided to move forward and got a followup call from the office to schedule.  They are SUPER organized and sent me an email confirming my time and letting me set up an online account.  I received a reminder call the day before with a 2 hour time frame and a promise to call with a 30 minute warning.  Germaine arrived just as promised with a call letting me know he was on his way.  Germaine came in my house and assessed the bug problem and gave me advice how to proceed.  I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.  He answered all our questions and made sure that he checked everything carefully and then sprayed inside and out.  I will definitely start regular service and refer them to others.  VERY IMPRESSED--VERY professional company.

Awesome customer service! They are a small mom and pop business and all family. They are very pleasant and nice to deal with, as well as very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Not only is their customer service amazing but their pricing is fair!

Very pleased with the service, quality and value follow ups that are performed in a timely manner.  Needed quick assistance for two backyard scorpions we found and Curtis Henson was extremely helpful, fast to our house with in hours and informative on next steps to keep the issue under control.  Stellar personality and educated guidance for additional support we could take proactively.  Well done Bulwark!

Spencer was awesome, and i would like if he could continue to service my house. he handled all my requests without blinking and eye and was very informative as to all my concerns.

Scott, the owner, visited our house today for some pest issues we are having. I spoke with a few other companies on the phone but they all tried to up sell other services or required an expensive monthly contract. Scott was not pushy and seemed very knowledgeable about organic pest control options that are pet-friendly.

During the first visit he spent over an hour at our house doing a thorough walk through and discussing the issues we are having. Scott sealed up all openings in the doors so bugs can not get through and put down a pet-safe product to take care of any bugs in the home. The service was very affordable and I would recommend them if you are having any pest issues but don't like the idea of filling your home with chemicals.

As good as advertised. Even from the initial phone call to make an appointment, they were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Scott was the one who came to my house and did my inspection. Couldn't have been a nicer, more knowledgeable guy. Gave me lots of good tips on what to look out for in the future. Definitely the only termite/pest company I'll be using moving forward!

I called to inquire about getting a pest control service that will handle it ALL.
I explained the most important problem currently RIGHT NOW we have is pigeons trying to nest under the clay tiles on our roof.
They ' BS ' immediately responded with we can send someone out to discuss the problem and absolutely can take care of that and the regular exterminator service you need.
They send someone out immediately. Within 72 hours. After discussing it with him and showing him the problem , he agrees that whether it's pigeons or mice in attic or under clay tiles, that it can be taken care of.
Long story short - after paying around $200 (not to mention being committed to a monthly service ) and be told it can be handled the following week when someone else comes out says to me flat out (after spraying for insects ) oh no we do not have the capabilities/ scope of removing , trapping etc pigeons
Really??? So why all the hype telling me it's not a problem and it can ALL be handled with one exterminator service ; their business ' blue sky ' !?
So now I'm out the money and waste of my time committing to being home & not at work , for not one but two service techs to come out and not address the problem when clearly if they check the voice recorded call and see what the chief complaint was when I called in initially! Thanks a lot for not only NOT refunding me the full amount ( other the the insect spray ) but a complete waste of my time only be back to square one.
I will not recommend this service and do not consider it to be rated 5 stars when the person over the phone was deceitful to begin with.  This could have ALL been avoided if she did her job correctly from day one.
