I really have nothing but good things to say about Jeremy and the rest of his team at  Arizona Termite Specialists.

My husband and I were having trouble finding a company who could come out and treat our termite problem. A couple companies we tried quoted us an astronomical amount, we're talking up to 10k to treat our property. Other companies either wouldn't return my phone calls,  or would fail to show for the inspection.

Getting ahold of Jeremy was absolutely no trouble. Scheduling was very easy(I have a pretty tight schedule and he worked with me wonderfully). It was also incredibly nice that they let me know if they were running a few minutes behind. I wasn't left wondering where they were.

Jeremy came to our house and did a thorough walk through. Mapping out the entire house,  so he was able to show me on his tablet where the problem seemed to be coming from,  and where they would need to drill to take care of our subterranean termites. He answered all my questions in a way that I had no problem understanding them. He made sure I knew what to expect (they would be pulling up carpets,  and the drill was going to be loud), how long it would take,  and instructions for after.

The pricing was not only fair,  but incredibly reasonable. We were very,  very pleased with the service, the detailed treatment plan breakdown, the customer care, and everything in between.

Excellent,  excellent company and a wonderful staff. If any of our friends,  family,  or clients need referrals for termite control/extermination,  I am more than confident that they will have the best experience with Arizona Termite Specialists.

I am happy with the work done by House Doctor.  They came and gave me an estimate and found active termites in two places.  I think their price was reasonable and I will pay $150 a year for maintenance. For that price I have peace of mind and NO termites. Good deal.

First of all I'm a tough critic and not easy to impress and many businesses these days don't rate writing a 5 Star review however Don's Bees more than deserves it.  I had a problem that they made sure was taken care of with quite a few follow up visits.  They are a family business with knowledgeable  friendly employees as well. They have fair prices for a wide variety of services. I will use and recommend them again.

Quick response, polite people. We had Action on a previous house and they were responsive then as well. Well worth keeping the annual contract in place.

Jose was very polite and professional, he took the time to listen to what needed done. He service the inside and outside and he did a great job. I am really happy with Tru Force Pest Control, I would recommend them.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

I do not recommend Burns for bird control. They have a minimum charge of 250$ no matter how simple the job... there tech doesn't read notes, I asked to call in the morning to set up an appointment cause I work graveyard. The tech calls me mid day and wakes me up and says, oops I didn't read my notes as when to call you. ...horrible service... and I didn't even hire them..

I haven't had a bug problem for over three years, but started noticing gnats and other tiny bugs.  I found Watts Pest Prevention on Yelp and called for information.  After talking to the knowledgeable office girl, i still wasn't sure if I would create a bigger problem spraying and then drawing out more bugs.  The owner called me and went over options in detail.  I decided to move forward and got a followup call from the office to schedule.  They are SUPER organized and sent me an email confirming my time and letting me set up an online account.  I received a reminder call the day before with a 2 hour time frame and a promise to call with a 30 minute warning.  Germaine arrived just as promised with a call letting me know he was on his way.  Germaine came in my house and assessed the bug problem and gave me advice how to proceed.  I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.  He answered all our questions and made sure that he checked everything carefully and then sprayed inside and out.  I will definitely start regular service and refer them to others.  VERY IMPRESSED--VERY professional company.

Awesome customer service! They are a small mom and pop business and all family. They are very pleasant and nice to deal with, as well as very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Not only is their customer service amazing but their pricing is fair!

One of their exterminator is some what strange ! He kept coming to my bedroom window and knocking on it claiming I was never hearing him knock or ring the door bell!! He had both my home and cell phone and had no problem calling it on his way over, but couldn't call either one of those numbers so comes to my bedroom sliding glass window??   Who comes to a woman's bedroom window to knock on it? Then he started texting me none stop telling me how sexy I was, how older women are sexy! At this point time I was starting to think he was a freaking perv!  Yet the company tried defending him!  When the guy did it a 5th time, I read him the riot act and he said he'd refer someone else out here.  The head manager did nothing but make excuses for this guys behavior. Said he couldn't just fire someone with no reason. Oh yes you can, it's called a right to work state. So obviously these people don't even know state laws! You don't reward bad behavior!

So I decided to try it with a new technician from same company. Talk about brain dead and stupid!!!  They are a crappy company, I've explained to them if not once but 6 x about stepping foot in my property!! Do not come on it with out contacting me first!!  So guy claims he showed up, doesn't tell me he's coming! Treats the outside and doesn't bother to treat the inside where I've had scorpion problems!! I waited from 3-6 pm for some one to show up and this fool treats the outside comes on to my property and never once lets me know he's here! Besides that they've never been able to rid my house of Scorpions!  Be warned step on my property you could end up getting hurt with out first notifying me. Horrible  company with brain dead people working there!  Then when I addressed it with him and how pissed I was so He said that maybe I should get someone else then. Your right I will get some one else!  

All they do is powder. What good is powdering? I thought I was getting both powder and treated with a special liquid spray! The spray he showed up with was in a spray can with a long plastic straw hooked up to the spray nozzle. Not even professional.  

I'm done with these people! Had it up to my eyeballs with excuses and a pure stupidity!

I can pay as I go, no automatic withdrawals , I just write them a check when they come out every other month. They'll even come out in between sprays for a touch up if you need it at no extra charge.

Bug Free is the Way to Be!

WOW, Scott knows what he is doing and very helpful on talking too you. Took time when he call me back to do things and to give me tips on things I could do to make sure I have a problem. I can respect that he doesn't want to take people's money. When he arrived walk me around my house and swept any spider webs , swept and even when webs weren't in sight. He has my business.....

I cannot say enough about this company from beginning to end.  Scott was wonderful to work with and did an outstanding job.  So thorough and detailed.  I was very comfortable with his work ethic.  From the first call to the service, it was the best.  Wendy was very professional on the phone. The items removed from my garage were restored looking better than before.  So impressed.  I so appreciate my package warranty and feel that I am in very good hands.

I have been pleased with the service, and most importantly results, I have gotten as a customer of Blue Sky. Great local business that does the job better than the big guys.
