Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

I ordered an inspection from another company and they came over, walked around a bit, saw some stains, took $50 for the inspection and then asked for $600 to treat the house. Not much else, just we see stains, it's $600 to treat the house.

So, I called these guys for a second opinion. They returned my call, apologized for missing it, came out later that day and spotted an additional area, then treated just those areas for $175. Could've saved myself a lot of time, but thankfully I saved a lot of money by using these guys.

Heath was the tech, customer service, billing and sent me the docs I needed to satisfy my mortgage company promptly.

I would definitely recommend them.

I sold my house and in the home inspection evidence of termites were found. So the buyers asked for a treatment before they bought - to which I agreed to. Since I don't have a termite person in my Rolodex, I turned to Yelp.

House Doctor came out and did their inspection and laid out the price. I agreed and it was done.

House Doctor was prompt in their times. Their initial inspection appointment window was 9-11, and they showed up at about 9:30. Perfect. Then for the treatment it was 9-11 also and they showed up at almost exactly 9. Storm came in and the technician worked hard to get the job done so they didn't have to come back and do it all over again.

This company is so amazing.. I am not only give them this excellent review but I am also hoping other people take this comment and recommendation for their needs... my parents were thrilled with there work, quality of work, and the kind hearted people they have on there team! I recommend them to anyone if they were going to go out of state to provide service to people I would recommend Dons bees still

I work as a vendor for this company and I can tell you that all the people talking about what a great guy Bret is....well they are absolutely right. Bret and his guys are top notch and their service shows it. You wont find better people to work with. They know their craft. They buy quality materials and then go out and do the excellent service.

Best company I have worked with in 20 years. Always fair pricing and they don't try to sell you unnecessary stuff. They do however recommend intelligent solutions for pest problems you may have. An example was last year I thought I had Aphids just chewing up my lovely flowers and plants. My guy Johnny took a look and identifies it was not aphids I was seeing, but moth caterpillar poop. I was shocked actually, but when we inspected the plants sure enough those little green crawling buggers were everywhere. He told me some stuff to use to get rid of them and also applied some pest control as well. They are now gone. If you need a great company with excellent people and great customer service, call these guys.

Michael Oborn was very nice, answered all my questions and even found/killed the black widow in my yard!

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

I previously used a pest control company that serviced my house every other month for $80.00, but Green Flash Pest Control has agreed to service my house EVERY MONTH for $30.00, a real bargain in my opinion. Mark Howell did a great job of spraying both the interior and exterior of my home for insects, including scorpions, as well as the ants that were building nests on my sidewalk.

Update to this review. Teresa just called and and told me that the representatives that I talked to earlier were in training. She was extremely helpful, as always. I do understand that training, especially for phone communication can be very challenging. So I am changing my ratings to the 5 stars to reflect my past experiences over the last 7 years.

This review is only for my experience today. Just got off the phone with a burns representative. The 1st one talked so fast that I couldn't understand her. I kept asking her to repeat, then she hung up on me. Called back. The next representative was very polite. I wanted to schedule a bed bug inspection for an apartment and a house. She put me on hold and came back with the price for the house, but not the apt. Told me, that the inspections would be on Wednesday and the tech would call before coming. Told her that wednesday was the only day that would not work. Then I was told it would be thursday and that someone would call me before they come. I asked if I had to be available all day as previously I have always been given a time frame. Maybe I have been spoiled in the past, but I am not going to sit around for a whole day waiting to see what time they will come. As the addresses are about 20 minutes apart, I will not have a clue which one to be at 1st. I get a bed bug inspection on every apt prior to the tenant moving in. Up until today (been a customer for about 7 years), my experiences with Burns Pest has been great. Every single person that I have interacted with has been great.

I LOVE Green Home Termite and Pest Control & have been utilizing them for five years. The company has exceptional ethics and are an absolute pleasure to deal with- from the owner to the professional technicians. My professional technician,Trevon, rocks. He's a perfectionist with a great attitude. The chemicals Green Home uses are environmentally friendly, are not toxic to animals or people, and do not cause asthma or allergy exacerbations in myself. My 2 dogs are able to be outside with Trevon when he's working his magic in my yard!  I wouldn't utilize any other company for pest or termite control. 5+ stars in all areas.

This family owned company is like no other. The service is personal, friendly, and most importantly trust worthy.

I like to compliment Chris Coleman on helping me get rid of the insects (mainly scorpions) I was having. Use to see 5-6 a night now I'm lucky to find 1 a month. Thanks Chris

Spencer was over yesterday and did the termite treatment.  He was very professional and detailed as well.  Thumbs up Spencer.

He also treated the yard for bugs likewise a great job.

This guy, Scott, definitely knows what he is talking about. Asked me tons of questions on the phone and diagnosed the problem without having to come over and provide an expensive treatment. He also provided a simple solution and green, healthy alternatives. Such professional, honest service providers are not easy to find. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

I had a great overall experience with Arizona Termite from scheduling to service to follow-up.  I would definitely recommend them to all.

I called the number given to me. BY the responding Blue Sky representative on Yelp only to find it was disconnected.  I then googled their contact info and spoke with someone and was told that Justin is a manager and is aware of my situation and would call me back.  That was yesterday around 2pm.  It's now 4pm on Friday and still no call.  I'm super glad I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break tracking down your employee per your request only to find yet again your people are A.) incompetent or B.) just don't give a crap.  

My experiences with your company would be laughable if they weren't so frustrating and wasteful of my time.  To recap:
1. Texted me asking for a review
2. Neglected to respond when I texted back my dissatisfaction with service
3. Neglected to process my payment info and promised to contact - failed on both
4. Continued to send payment requests while never addressing service concerns
5. Yelp response to my poor review with a disconnected phone number and lets be honest, no real intention to address or correct issues

So, after all this I had a long talk with Justin at Blue Sky.  He was patient and understanding and genuinely concerned and interested in my feedback.  More than anything I appreciated someone following up and listening.  After this call and Justin's direct phone number in the event of any future issues I have agreed to give the company another chance...
