I had Rats Roof and I could hear them, I did contact  Urban, they came a few times put some traps, but no sign of rats, the next year the same story, Chad the owner came over and did send one of his guy and who inspected  the attic he sealed some of the holes and thanks God its quite  so far no more RATS!!!  Great communication with the office staff and technician.

We've been working with Insectek since we bought our house and have always had an amazing experience with them.

They sent email reminders, make it easy to call and reschedule, ask questions to figure out what you might need and come out if something goes strange.

Wayne is usually our guy and always remembers what's going on in our lives, makes the visit friendly & comfortable and is incredibly professional at the same time.

We are new to Arizona and scorpions. We knew when we purchased our home that we had to have regular service and did our research by asking neighbors, looking at yelp reviews and following recommendations on Facebook. We decided to go with Simply Green for a few reasons.  1) they were extremely responsive;  2) they were one of the most professional companies we had spoken with; 3) it was clear from our conversations they were extremely knowledgeable and happy to educate their clients.

After our first service, We asked Simply Green to come out and service the exterior again as the property hadn't been regularly serviced prior to us acquiring it.
We were seeing an increase of scorpions after the initial spray, however They assured us that this was normal as we were disturbing their environment.  With that said, they offered to come out within 48 hours and respray the exterior at no charge. We are confident that we made the right choice.

I searched for a reputable pest control company that provided quality work at comparable prices and I found Westcoast Pest Control. Wes is the owner and both he and his crew were very professional, provided thorough services, genuine care for the quality of their work, and they were all reliable. At many pest companies you get basic inspection services during the inspection. However, Wes not only inspected our entire house top to bottom, including the attic, but he also sprayed inside and outside of the house, and set up several pest catching traps as a preventative measure all at the same prices you'd pay elsewhere! The best part is Wes saved us hundreds of dollars and a lot of hassle due to his persistence in identify the exact pest problem we were having which given our circumstance, was a bit challenging. About a week ago, we discovered what we thought to be a termite track. I contacted Bill's and they had someone come out today. Low and behold, it was not termites! They were very thorough with the inspection. They didn't try to sell us anything. Best of all, the inspection was free of charge! Nothing in this world is free, so this was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this company.

It has been over 6 months now since we had our very pest control service with Green Magic and we have also had to have their termite service a couple of months ago since we found termites in our pantry. Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

We've been a customer of Bulwark for 2 years now. These guys are as good as it gets. All of the technicians are extremely friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this company, especially if you have a scoprion problem. Whatever they use definitely does the trick. We live in a problem area for scoprions, and since bringing Bulwark in to spray, we seldom see any in the house.

Price is reasonable, and they are outstanding when it comes to their guarantee.

Today was our first spray of the season and Dallin was our technician. Friendly, helpful, and extremely professional.

We noticed some bugs in our bathrooms and reached out for a quote. AZ Pest Solutions was prompt in their response and able to set up an appointment for us within a couple days. We worked with Vincent and Chad, both of whom were friendly and accommodating to our requests as we have a baby and cats in the home. One time, the week after they had sprayed, a huge pest appeared from the bathroom and they were swift to provide service the following day at no charge to us. They also were good about wearing masks for Covid spread prevention. Valerie in the office was very helpful! We will be moving out of state but appreciate everything they did to keep our pests away!

Passive-aggressive receptionist is the face of this company!!!!  

That I cannot even get a straight answer from the receptionist answering the phone is a HUGE red flag!!!  I'm moving into a home that had unclean tenants - boardering a hoarding situation.  So, I'm trying to be proactive to have a clean home to move into.  I have a one day window of when I take possession and when I move my belonging in.  I was trying to get an idea of the service and costs.  Apparently that can only be told by signing up for a $75 inspection because it depends on:
-- if you have a current infestation (answer is No)
-- size of the rooms (answer LR is 14'x17', DR is 9'x9', Kitchen is 9'x11', BR1 is 11'x13', BR2 is 11'x12', Bath is 9'x9' and the hall is 3'x14')
-- what's in the house/rooms (answer is Nothing)
-- and 'other factors' (???)

I can answer all the questions except the 'other factors' because she doesn't even know what those are.  Okay.... so if we have a technician come out on my one-day window and they find something, are they going to able to treat it?  It depends on what else they have scheduled.  Trying to figure out if this is way too late in the game, I try to get an idea of how long treatment takes. She won't even give me an idea of what a service consists of or duration of time - it all depends on a number of factors.  I asked if she can even give me an idea, is this a couple of hours, is it several days?  All I could get is Only a technician can say when they do an inspection.  I'm done at this point!  I told her that I completely get that she cannot give absolutes but that as the face of the company, she should be able to at least be able to know the process.  And I hung up.  BUT!!!  Being the passive-aggressive receptionist she is, she must have the final word.  She calls me back!!!  And leaves me a nearly 2 min voicemail explaining that she is just trying to provide information to me.  Seriously?!?!?!

Custom Weed and Pest Control is amazing.  They have friendly staff and are worth every cent.  I spray once a year around the front and back.  Tara and her family have an exceptional service and they back their warranty.  I used them when I first moved here. Then I forgot their name and used someone else who killed 2 of my bushes.  I got an email from Custom Weed and Pest Control last year and had them come out again and I'm very pleased with their service.  I'll continue to use them in the future.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

We've had Alex spray our home for the past 4 years. He has a ton of experience and has always been able to address our pest issues. I really appreciate the fact that Alex is respectful of our time and our home. He always shows up on time and puts on booties without us having to ask. He's also great with pets and the product he uses isn't harmful to them. All in all, he's a great, trustworthy guy and we've recommended him to friends and family.

We have been using Frontino since we moved into our Mesa house that was originally infested with more cockroaches and scorpions than I have ever seen in my 20 years of living in Arizona. We only had problems with the bugs coming back once in between services. Scared that a scorpion could get to our dogs, I called them and the next day they had someone out to do a FREE touch up service.

Today they came for their routine service. My house is still in the chaos of hosting Thanksgiving and the level of laundry I need to do is frankly embarrassing. Dan did our service with no judgement and we had a pleasant chat about the holiday.

We have had a ridiculously hard time finding reliable landscapers and other services for our house, but our pest control is 100%

I recommend Frontino to everyone!!! Veteran owned, local, environmentally conscious, reliable/punctual, and super friendly. They are killing it! Literally, killing the bugs. Metaphorically, knocking service out of the park!

Vincent was friendly, thorough, and professional. He asked if we were having any insect or pest issues and when we told him the few we had seen he offered the solution and treatment needed. Time will tell if the service was effective but we are very pleased with the level of service provided by Vincent and Orange Pest Control.

It has been a very long time since I have experienced the type of customers service I received from Jacob and his trainee.  He truly cares about what he does and the customer.  Jacob gave just correct level of information in terms I could understand, kept posted of his arrival time and left me a thank you on my door.  Attention ProActive-  you are well served and represented by Jacob.
