Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

Urban Desert Pest Control has been great for me. Steven is my usual tech to come and spray for bugs etc, and he is always a pleasure to talk to, and gets the job done quick and efficient.

Today i also had a termite treatment done by Andrew & Tyler. They were awesome! They arrived right on time, were very quick and knowledgeable on the job.

The lady over the phone is very friendly, she explained me every detail, the technician who visited first time, was also very nice and informative, I have 2 toddlers so I'm sure I asked lot of questions! His name was Shane I think, very easy to work with.

I called for a quote because I'm not happy with the cheap, standard pest control my complex provides. Just a month after a visit/spray- I have baby roaches lingering & that's no bueno.

At first, this was sounding promising & great! They're supposedly green as the name suggests & even offer weekend appointments. But, then it started to get a bit ridiculous, almost like they were trying to play off my ignorance & inexperience with this type of service (being from Alaska I'm not the most intelligent on desert pest control). By the end of the call I already had my mind made up why not to use this company when others seemed to be able to easily oblige my request without making it into an entirely complicated ordeal.

First, he tried to make me feel like they were doing a huge favor offering a discount because we cannot guarantee since you live in an apartment. Saying the warranty would be void so I would not be eligible for any re-sprays or assistance if I found bugs after the initial service. I understand why, but at the same time it more sounded like a way to keep me paying in the future, like it would be assumed the neighbors have bugs infiltrating my unit.

What floored me & easily made me decline- he told me I would have to move ALL contents from closets, cupboards, cabinets, etc. & place them in the middle of the floor so they could cover every square inch- but also leave enough room for the team to maneuver around. I have a 500sq foot apartment. There is 0 room for me to do that. So he told me I'd have to move all my possessions out of the unit entirely! Not just that, but I'd need to vacate with my cat for a minimum of 4 hours. ...where am I supposed to take myself with a CAT half the day?! Especially in 114 degrees?!?

I don't know what the issue is with this company, but what they requested in hoops to jump through for this service is ridiculous. I'd be better off just moving entirely if the requirements are to literally move almost everything & the residents out for 4 hours just to move all back in again. Being single w/ a physical disability- this is not practical at all. Plus- if this is supposedly green, why should myself & cat need to vacate for 4 hours? Sounds a bit more toxic than not...

I find it misleading when I contacted several other entities for quotes- not a single one of them had these requirements. Sure, they cost but not an entire relocation! He was pushing me into scheduling, but I brought up my concerns & he literally said: call your friends and ask them to help with your items or do it yourself. Then, continued to pressure me to call back & schedule when I got it figured out after I literally told him that isn't practical or worth it.

Not sure I'd trust this company when they seem to be more concerned with coming back to maintain after having all of your belongings moved to the center of your residence- conveniently while you're vacated for 4 hours. I'm glad I went with my intelligence on this one in bypassing & continuing to get quotes elsewhere. There are too many red flags with this one.

I had a bee hive in the exterior wall of my house so I called WCPC. Wes was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone so I decided to have him come to my house to take a look. He came out within 10 minutes and he was very professional and knowledgable. He took care of the bee problem and I am very satisfied! I will definitely call WCPC for all of my pest control problems and maintenance! Thanks Wes!

I have been doing business with TruForce for over 7yrs. I used to live in Laveen and I was able to transfer my services when I most to the east valley. My technician Gabriel gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival. Gabriel arrived on time, was friendly and took care of all the traps and left no mess. We live near a mountain but  I know I can trust Truforce and my kids are happy and know they safe. We haven't seen any scorpions since the first time we moved.

What an amazing small business. We had a pest issue last week. They came out same day, their prices were reasonable and both the phone staff and the person they sent to our home were a pleasure. Definitely a brand that cares. 10/10

I was a customer in the past and only changed due to a business arrangement. I decided to go back and my technician, Cory Abbas, was prompt, polite and professional. He came in a marked vehicle, in uniform, wearing a mask and he managed the expectations of his first service and any future visits. I would definitely recommend.

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

So far so good! Requested a quote, APS responded quickly and scheduled a time at my convenience! Jon arrived on time and we spoke about what I needed done. He was pleasant, honest and best of all wasn't trying to talk me in to anything I didn't want! I totally recommend dealing with Arizona pest and if possible ask for Jon he's awesome! I look forward to a continued relationship with Jon keeping me pest free!

I wish I'd called Custom Weed years ago. Thanks to them, I'm officially out of the never ending, back-breaking cycle of picking weeds and monthly spot treatment on my yard, at a cost much lower than I'd expected. The whole house looks different without weeds everywhere. I highly recommend.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Ok so I called 3-4 different pest companies around The Valley and heard their pitch. All
Of the prices are around the same but I was looking for something that is actually different.

Frontino caught my attention when they told me that for every paid service they use part of the money to plant a tree. Being the green person that I am I LOVED this! Also they use products that are organically derived so they're all pet and family friendly. Then when they told me they offer a money back guarantee I was sold.

They came out the next day and got rid of my scorpions and black widows immediately! They even found an ant hill in the back that I didn't know I had. The first service was close to an hour or more and I was shocked at how thorough my technician was. I could tell that he cared about taking care of our home.

Upon finding termites on / in the side of my house I asked around as to what companies some of my friends have used for termites. I called around and found these guys to have the best price and still use the same products that the more expensive companies use. (Although these was another company that charged more but also did  the most thorough  inspection and we would have no problem suggesting to friends ) the guys that came were very professional, honest. I would suggest them to anyone
