Al was so helpful and professional. He put our minds at ease and made this such a simple process and even gave us helpful tips! He is awesome and did a wonderful job helping us get rid of scorpions! I won't use any other company. Highly recommend!

We have a house less than a year old and noticed lots a little critters running around in our community. So wanting to protect our house from any kind of infestation we looked around for an exterminator and came across this wonderful company. Once we made the appointment a very personable and thorough technician named Parker came to our aid. He took the time and care to make sure our home was covered at all angles and even took care of a few pests lurking around the house. He let us know where they were and what to do to prevent more. We signed up for quarterly treatments and haven't seen any pests since! It's great to know we're covered and have the peace of mind of having a pest free home! Thank you!

They were ok, couldn't get their billing straight and frustrating to talk to the office. The termites are gone thought but I wouldn't use them again.

Absolutely awesome experience with Wes - had a huge ant infestation one night from all the construction in our development.  He fit me into his schedule within two days, sprayed the entire perimeter of the house, and seemed to honestly enjoy his work!  He educated me the entire time, telling me about how insects sense through vibrations, and also how the spray would help solve the problem.  Even cleaned up some of the spiderwebs that were being spun around.  Was very honest about pricing and his recommendations.  Looking forward to continue working with him!

Theses guys don't mess around- prompt reminders on when they are coming and for what services. I've seen one bug in 12 months! Love it

This company is reliable,honest, and  upfront. They take care of any pest , pigion, termites, bugs! You name it!! We have used them on a few occassion!  Great for doing new purchase home inspections. Reasonably priced and easy to work with. We will continue to use them and recommend to others. I give them a A++ rating!

We have used Bulwark since 2001 and they have been great!  James has been our regular for the last few years and he's great.  We came back from vacation and found ants in the house.  They came and took care of it right away and even followed to ensure the problem had been take care of properly.  They are great at coming back out if you have an issue, which we've rarely needed.  We have recommended them often.

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

This is the second time we've had Chuck Allen come to our home.  It is the best experience with pest control we've ever had!  Chuck is very nice, extremely thorough and knows his stuff!  We will certainly request him every time going forward!

They were the most affordable and the tech who came by was knowledgable and patient with my questions and set realistic expectations. We were impressed with the results. I've also set up a monthly exterior spray in my new home going forward. Highly recommend this team!

Richard is the tech that services the property. Always on time, texts before he comes over to ensure he's coming at a convenient time for us. Tony is the manager and is always available to answer questions and has recently saved us as noted below...

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We'd had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex's professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that's not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

Yelp is starting to lose credibility with me...my husband posted a positive review (SK) and yelp had it flagged as a not recommended review!!  This is disgusting and makes me wonder if they are in someone's back pocket;  Frontino PC seems to be growing into a real competitor with the other pest control companies.  Yelp has flagged several customers' reviews of Brandon's as not recommended.  Almost makes me want to DM these customers to let them know of this questionable practice by yelp.  

Review:  Brandon is professional, punctual, thorough, reasonably-priced, knowledgeable, trust-worthy and clearly invested in his business.  He has come to my home on several occasions to not only spray for insects but also provide necessary reassurance (needed by me!).  Our insect issue has been eradicated thanks to Brandon.  He IS our bug guy!  
We DID NOT experience MORE bug activity after Brandon sprayed; this seemed common among other pest control companies as posted by customer reviews.  The chemicals he used KILLED the insects, it did not make them scatter (gross!). The evidence was seeing their dead carcasses.

We just moved to Arizona from California. We heard that in Arizona we would possibly see scorpions in our home. We noticed a scorpion Sunday night inside our home. I was terrified and started looking for a pest control company. Many of which I called were either unavailable or overpriced. When I called Orange Pest Control Monday morning the representative there was very nice. She not only explained thoroughly what services would be included with the pest control but also was able to have someone come out to our home that same day. Ryan came out to our home and was very professional. He even gave us some advice on finding some great homes to buy in that area. As soon as Ryan finished and left we started noticing several bugs dying in the garage and inside our home. We are very happy with their service and price is supper affordable! We reached out to several companies through Yelp to get a quote on catching some roof rats. We had been trying to catch a rat for a while and started to hear it in our attic and decided to get professional help right away. We received an extremely prompt message from Pro Active Pest Control and Duane the service manager. Duane was responsive, listened to our concerns, and wanted to get someone out right away for us. We wanted someone out the next day, and after business hours Duane called us to discuss having someone out first thing in the morning and walked through pricing with us. WOW, talk about putting the customer first and caring about their business. Duane was very thorough on the phone with what services would be performed at our house and the bi-monthly plan. Y'all this company includes rats in their pest control packages. Most pest control companies do not include rodents in their monthly plans, including the company we were using. This is a huge plus for Pro Active Pest Control and one I want to emphasize that you will save money with them instead of having to hire multiple companies for scorpion spraying and the occasional roof rats we get here in AZ.

Pro Active sent Danny out to do our service, and I can't tell you enough how happy we were with his thoroughness on our property. Danny's main objective was to catch the rats as quickly as possible by using bait stations and pre-baiting the traps. Danny setup multiple bait stations around our property and snap traps in our attic. We agreed to 2 weeks of pre-baiting to get the rats comfortable and then to set the traps. In addition to setting up all the traps, Danny did a thorough job of spraying around our house and dewebbing. I was so impressed with Danny, I called our pest company that we had for 3 years and cancelled my contract with them. We knew we 100% wanted to give our business to Pro Active based upon the amazing customer service from Duane and Danny.

Danny has come out more times than I can count to our property to check the bait stations, add more peanut butter, and make sure we were satisfied with their work. After 2 weeks of pre-baiting and getting the rats comfortable around the traps, it was go time! Danny came by, set all of the traps, and said he would come back in a couple days to check. Within 1 hour of Danny leaving our property we had our first catch in the attic! We texted Danny letting him know the great news! Two days later, we had our 2nd rat! Danny came by to remove the second rat and check all the other traps. He noticed that the second rat had been partially eaten and the other trap was set-off, but no rat. He believed we had 1 more rat to catch. Danny removed the rat and set up the traps again. Later that night, boom we caught our 3rd and final rat. Even though we believe we caught all the rats, Danny set the traps again, just to reconfirm we do not have anymore rodents.

We cannot express enough how satisfied we are with this company. We have never been so impressed with a service manager. We are so thrilled to have Danny as our service tech as he does amazing work and pays attention to the small details around your house. We are so happy we decided to give Pro Active Pest our business. They are a small local family owned business and their attention to detail with service shows that. I urge everyone looking for a pest company to give them a try, you will not be disappointed. You will have better service and pricing from Pro Active then a huge company that has turnover regularly and lack of attention to detail.
