Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

I appreciated the owner's approach. We thought we had a rodent issue, but he did an inspection and showed us that it wasn't that. He could have just as easily charged us to set up traps and other treatments. We also needed termite treatment. They set up the appointment, we're very accommodating when I needed to change that. They called prior, they were on time, and did the job with a minimum of disruption to us.

I wanted to update this review as I have used Insectek for about three years now.  I generally do monthly visits during the summer and quarterly during the rest of the year.  They are always flexible with their scheduling ( I like to make sure I'm home when they come by so I can get the interior done as well as the exterior) and their techs do a thorough job.  I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I've had Simply Green Pest Control servicing my house for 3 years now and they've always been great. Having a pet and a child, the last thing I wanted was a bunch of chemicals in my yard and house, I love that they take an all natural approach when keeping pests away. We haven't had any issues with scorpions, spiders, or any of those scary bugs everyone fears in AZ lol.

Shout out to Tyson who serviced my house most recently, he was super professional and his communication was top notch. I'm not physically in my house right now while it's being remodeled, but he was able to get it all done while keeping me in the loop through text. Thank you again!

Like most homeowners, eventually we will run into be a pest problem. I ran into a problem at my new home that was very unexpected. I called numerous companies requesting quotes and treatment options. This company was by far one of the most patient of all. I had so many questions over a span of days and I got a response to every single question without ever feeling like I was bothering. For me, customer service goes a very long way and I truly appreciate the patience I received. Also, this company had very great pricing as well. Thank you for your time and keep up the great work!

We had a pigeon family living in our roof and Ethan came out and removed and relocated the nest. One pigeon wouldn't leave so Ethan made a trap door of sorts that would let that one pigeon get out safely but the others couldn't get back in and it worked! Our pigeons are finally gone! Thanks so much!

I just had my first service with technicians Drew and Mark.  They were very informative about the types of products they were using and showed me the source of my bug problem (the solenoid box for the drip system).  They were very conscientious about my not using products to close to my pets and fishtanks and that was the most important thing to me!  I would definitely recommend them for all your pest control needs.

We've been very happy with the result, and with the service. From scorpion to termites, they've had us covered!

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

This company from Glendale has some terrible scheduling and employee problems. Last year in the fall I was supposed to have the night scorpion treatment.  I had been a regular customer for a year.  Well they forgot to show.  Then when I called they said they only had 2 trucks and one was out of service and could not schedule me for months.  Unfortunately they stopped the service in October.  I called them back in early March and got an appointment April 18. I arranged to be home that evening.  The guy did not show.  I called Bulwark and they said because there was a gate (I am in a gated community) they could not service.  They guy did not even call.  He just left.  I have no problem with anyone else buzzing, from post man to deliveries as well as the regular Bulwark exterminator which I have not seen in months.  When I called the Bulwark office office that services me, I specifically asked that the local owner of that office call me since I had been having problems for the past 7 months.  Their supervisor said that he was empowered to talk with me.  I said NO I went through this last fall and was told a number of excuses by various supervisors.  He refused to allow me to leave a message for the owner. He stated that he was empowered and that they were a multi million dollar company and the owners did not take those kind of calls.  Unfortunately, the staff has been incompetent.  They won't even forward a message to the owner(s).

Perhaps I can get someone to fix the situation by writing this review.   I was also told when I initially signed up with Bulwark that the owner watches reviews.  Hence, I am giving a terrible review to the Gendale office of Bulwark!

The fellas that came out were professional and on time. They explained everything and prices are fair. Even the girls booking the appointment were super helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend them.

This company is great! I had used other pest control companies who charged me hundreds to have a single wasp nest removed. Tony and his techs charged me a reasonable rate and did a full pest service. The tech actually found six nests hiding in a bush in front of the house... Which will be removed shortly. Everyone was professional and the tech thurough. I will be using them again and much appreciate their help with the wasps!

Have used them multiple times now to handle our weeds and it's been a breeze. Only had pop ups weeds a couple times and they came out and took care of them. My yard is so much easier to manage now. Quick, affordable and quality results.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Alex is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond ALWAYS. He's thorough, accommodating, nice. I'm all around happy with his service. I wish all companies were as reliable and easy to work with as Copper Canyon!

This company contacted me via my Yelp request and On Saturday I  schedule a visit for Monday at 8am.  I took off work and no one showed up and when I called they couldn't locate anyone to discuss the no show with except the scheduling girl.  Still no one showed up and then called me at 11am to tell me they never had me on the schedule!  Very disorganized and clearly unprofessional.  I do not recommend unless you want to miss a day or work and still have pet control issues.

Alec was great!  He arrived on time and took his time to answer all my questions and he was very knowledgeable.  Awesome job!

I've  been using this company for almost 2 years and I highly recommend them! They really do have great customer service, from technician to higher ups!  Great team work within.
