We have known Isaac for so many years we lost track. He is prompt, friendly, VERY thorough, loves animals which is good since we have a mini-zoo, and he has a good sense of humor too!   His chemicals are fairly safe for our household and that says a lot! Whatever he does - I don't know - but I have no pests at home aside from the ones I want!

Started using this company for monthly pest control at my house based on a recommendation from a friend. And I'm glad I did so. They are reasonably priced, reliable and very friendly.  Happy to be able to support a local company versus one of these larger pest control companies.

These folks are the best!!!!!  We live in Scottsdale - and had a sewer-roach infestation - which is GONE!!!  cannot recommend this company enough!!!!!!! We had at least two other companies attempt to mitigate this - without results.  Just the BEST!!!!!!

I just moved here from California and called several companies for prices.  I found Jason and he was affordable and knowledgeable.  Very nice guy. I had a beehive starting to form on my back patio. Mike came out within an hour and a half and took care of the situation. He was priced well under everyone else and was very knowledgeable on the subject. Highly recommend!

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

Contacted the Sgt for a pest check up as we suddenly were overrun with beetles, moths, ants and other crawly pests. The Sgt responded the same day and explained his services and treated our property quickly and completely. He was a joy to talk to and very knowledgeable and is a veteran of the USMC. We always try to support and hire companies run by veterans as they put their lives on the line for us and are so unappreciated. Semper Fi Pest was reasonable and and I noticed an immediate decrease in pest within a few days. Thanks Sgt.

Great guys, on time, reasonable prices and honest! Had multiple other quotes for termites with a lot of pressure from the higher priced companies. These guys told me what the problem is, that is normal and simple to take care of. No scare tactics or pressure. Being from minnesota wasn't familiar with termites. I am now.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

Irish does what he say's he's going to do and does it when he say's he will. He treated our home for termites and gave us a 10 year transferable warranty (should we sell) He started just before 4 pm and stayed until 8 o'clock that night. That was at our request as we were leaving for a period and wanted the treatment right away. The termites are gone. Done deal. He also sprayed the property for pests as my wife could hear crickets. They too are gone. Best deal going for the $$. Very affordable. There is no pressure with Irish, if you don't want a contract, no problem call him when you need him, which is what we do. Couple times a year for the bugs. Very refreshing to do business with a real businessman.

Highly recommended to us by our realtor and sellers' realtor.  Lack of follow through, missed appointments, always an excuse as to why appointments were missed.  Called another pest control service in the area and had property re-inspected.  Apparently Bug Commander didn't think we would ever crawl under the house or go into the attic to confirm their work.  Now we have pictures that clearly show the work they claimed to have completed was not done.  Such a disappointment.  We like supporting small local businesses but this one won't get our business ever again.

I was very pleased with the service.  They explained what they were going to do, came to the appointment on time and got it done.  Most importantly to me they beat the price of other competitors. Brigham was our technician and was wonderful to work with.

Just had Scotty come over today for the first time! What a thorough job he did spraying my house inside and out.  A delightful guy and he had a ton of knowledge about unwanted little critters etc.  THANK YOU Michelle David  for introducing me to Sexton!
