Isaac is seriously the best in his field! My family has been working with him for years and we've always been satisfied with his level of service. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and highly professional. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about the life cycles and behavior patterns of native pest species. Isaac also takes the time to explain his process, why he uses certain chemicals or materials, how they work, and how long before you start to see their effects.

My husband and I recently had a terrible cricket infestation in our new house and, after a visit from Isaac, we noticed a difference literally overnight. Before Isaac came along we'd be listening to a symphony of crickets chirping like it was nobody's business in our master bed/bath all night long. I have been with the owner since he founded the company,  and I will never use anyone else. Patrick is thorough, thoughtful, informative, and just a nice overall guy. He is also exceptionally responsive to urgent issues. We had roof rats when we moved into our new home, and Patrick was out every day for a week, catching them and removing them. When we hosted a wedding in our backyard, Patrick made sure to schedule our service at a time that would minimize the ants that inundate our large property every spring, thereby maximizing our guests' comfort. He always takes the time to make suggestions and answer questions about preventative measures and causation.

Everlong is a small business, and I'm proud to support local businesses. I've had other door-to-door pest control salespeople from large companies offer me free this and free that, trying to pry my business away from Everlong, but I've never even considered their offers. Patrick's great service is well worth my loyalty as a customer.

We called Jason to check our house for rodents. He did a free inspection, and although found droppings, he said everything he saw was old. He didn't leave a trap, but showed us what to look for to see if the rodents return. He told us if they return, he would happily leave some traps, but didn't want to waste our money on treating critters that have already left. We appreciated his honesty, concern for us, his positive attitude and professionalism. We will definitely call him again if we see more issues.

Mike was fantastic.  I had contacted a top rated bee removal service that I found on Yelp.  The individual cancelled on me at the time he was supposed to arrive.  I found Mike on Angie's List.  He answered my call, set up an appointment that same day and arrived on time.  Mike's fee was extremely reasonable and he eliminated the Africanized bees.  I was so relieved.  THANK YOU Mike

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. If you're looking for an honest and dependable pest control service then look no further! Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

I never go with advertisements. I looked up what people in the neighborhood were saying and Semper Fi Pest Control was always recommended more that any other business in every forum I checked.
I texted The Motivator and was not disappointed. He called back almost immediately and explained all costs, schedules, services and what to expect. I signed up and he arrived right on time, as scheduled. A text 10 minutes before arrival is a great touch.
He took the time to walk around the property with me and show me exactly what was being done, why it was being done and explained what we could expect.
He backs his service with a guarantee and re-application at no charge if something is missed.

Integrity / competent service is very important to me not to mention a fair price.  We hired Heritage to rid us of a tick problem, our poor dog had ticks on ticks.  They answered all our questions and scheduled us for the next day.  They did a VERY THOROUGH job inside and out of our house and even informed us of some termite trails knowing that we had a 5 year contract with another provider.  If your looking for a honorable company that will put you first call Heritage, I did and will in the future.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

They scammed me. They sprayed my small patio on May 31st and told me for $140 it would be covered for 3 months and that they would come back during the 3 months for free if I had any problems. I called them the first week of August due to pests starting to show up and they said my 3 months have expired because they counted May as my 1st Month. Poor customer service. The customer service girl I talked to agreed with me that it was wrong but there was nothing she could do. I will never use them again.

Stop banging on doors like there is a fire or some emergency!! People work from home, have zoom meetings and calls, and babies nap!  So rude, I thought my house must be on fire the way you banged on my door! Never would do business with a company like you!

I'm not convinced they ever actually did anything.  I finally canceled after a bill showed up stuck in my door when I returned from a 10 minute walk with my dog (and they weren't there when we left for the walk).  No pest control service can spray around the entire outside of your house (and do a decent job), write out an invoice, and be completely gone in under 10 minutes.  
Oh, and them spraying never put even a slight dent in the bug population.
