Isaac is seriously the best in his field! My family has been working with him for years and we've always been satisfied with his level of service. He is detail-oriented, thorough, and highly professional. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about the life cycles and behavior patterns of native pest species. Isaac also takes the time to explain his process, why he uses certain chemicals or materials, how they work, and how long before you start to see their effects.

My husband and I recently had a terrible cricket infestation in our new house and, after a visit from Isaac, we noticed a difference literally overnight. Before Isaac came along we'd be listening to a symphony of crickets chirping like it was nobody's business in our master bed/bath all night long. After one visit from Isaac, that same night we were able to finally have a restful and SILENT night's sleep. Die crickets, die.

These folks are the best!!!!!  We live in Scottsdale - and had a sewer-roach infestation - which is GONE!!!  cannot recommend this company enough!!!!!!! We had at least two other companies attempt to mitigate this - without results.  Just the BEST!!!!!!

I just moved here from California and called several companies for prices.  I found Jason and he was affordable and knowledgeable.  Very nice guy. I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Jamie was on time, asked lots of questions about what issues I was having so he could determine the best treatment and was very thorough. He made sure I knew what was being done and what to look out for so that I could let him know for next time in addition to giving me prevention tips as well. Overall a great experience!

I have been a customer of Heritage Pest Control since 1980.  That's over 400 monthly treatments.  I have owned 8 houses in that time and have used Heritage for monthly service in every one of my houses.  They are the most reliable and trustworthy business I have dealt with in the Valley.  Not only that, but they go the extra mile.  If Gary treats my house on garbage day he always brings the garbage containers from the curb to the house.  Who else does something extra like that?  And finally, their prices are extremely reasonable.

Tech was super pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable in terms of the type of spray that they were using. I'd highly recommend this local company to anyone! Kind, prompt, and budget friendly... can't beat that!

I have been using Irish Weed and Pest Control for a couple of years now and always satisfied.  Ronnie, our tech, is always polite and provides helpful information regarding treatments.  For some reason the last treatment didn't prevent all the weeds and I had an ant issue outside the house so they came back and retreated everything.  That's good service and shows they care about their customers.  They are honest with reasonable prices. Not a good place. The people here are very rude and aggressive. They would not listen to me when I talked and did not listen to what I need. DO. NOT. USE. THEM.

I kept this company for about a year, but I have just upgraded to a new pest company. From day one it has been a bit strange. The tech who came to my house made a disturbing joke about how he could marry my then 8 month old daughter! To say the least I was freaked out! After a few months of service, and a new tech, I started seeing scorpions in my home. In order to get rid of them I had to upgrade my basic service plan, it cost about $15 more. I was told  Mr. Sexton's son was coming out to do my service, I was excited to have professional to deal with the scorpions! But to my surprise, he wasn't really knowledgeable about them, and looked scared when I told him I had told him there was one in the bedroom. I had to get it, myself. Also when I asked him if he had changed the glue traps in the garage, he told me he had. But when I checked, he in fact had not. He lied! I also had problems with my service schedule, sometimes they would show, sometimes not.
