Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

Talk about great service....  We have been trying to combat our rodent problem ourselves for years with traps, sealing up holes, etc.  We have had rat and mice visitors who had made themselves at home in our crawl space and also inside of our cabin.  We finally gave in and called a couple of rodent control companies in the Payson area to get the problem professionally taken care of.  We decided on Friendly Pest Control, and oh boy, are we glad we made this decision.  Matt knows what he is doing.   Ten years of us failing at rodent control took Matt a couple of months to resolve the problem.  No traces of rodents since.  I highly recommend Matt and Friendly Pest Control.

We moved to Arizona after living in Southern New Mexico for the last 6 1/2 years, so we know the pests that inhabit the Southwest and what needs to be done to control them. I was put in contact with Larry at Estrella Mountain Pest Control through another of Larry's happy customers - nothing says more of a business than a positive referral!

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Highly recommend.

I want to give a shout out to the beekeeper who rearranged his schedule and got to our house immediately once he saw the size of the swarm we had on our wall.

Scott doesn't kill the bees. He removes them and puts them in a new colony, out of harms way where they can do nature's work of pollinating. This is important because we need the pollinators, but also because dead bees draw in more bees, which keeps making the problem recur.

Anyway--we went from no bees to somewhere between 10,000-15,000 aggressive bees (5 POUNDS OF BEES) in less than 1/2 hour!  Scott arrived at our house within an hour of seeing the photo I sent him. That's major customer service!

I had bugs coming into the house after the Monsoon rain! They came and killed all the buGs! Yay!!

I try to use locally owned businesses to keep it in the community.   I've used 911 for 3 years now.  I never was satisfied because they would only come out in the early morning before my massive ant infestation started in the early afternoon thus not giving them the chance the properly address the problem for which we hired them for.  I decided to change service this last month, moved to another company that has drastically changed the infestation in one month.  I now received an email for overdue $$$.  The email stating that they had a rate increase at the first of the year which I wasn't informed by any 911 peeps!  Gary even came and serviced my home and took payment with no mention of rate increases.

This past Friday we had this company come out to spray both front and back yards for weeds.  What a great company.  Came out on time gave quote and sprayed same day.  We have 3 dogs so a lot of work to keep yard clean.   So glad we called this company.  Great service; great response and the price was great because the weeds are already dying

We switched to SJM after realizing that our exterminator wasn't cutting it. Sam has taken great care to make sure we have excellent service-- for both termite and scorpion control. He is kind, patient, thorough and always arrives promptly. Leona is so professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend SJM!

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

We used We Seal It, and after 12 months not one scorpion in the house. Cannot recommend David and crew enough. Where is the 10 star rating button!

I scheduled my service about 2 weeks ago because their availability was limited. So on 4/26 someone was scheduled to come out and release the systems in the walls and spray the outside of the house. I received a bill for 86$. However, after reviewing my cameras i saw nobody from home team had come to spray.  I called to speak with a manager and I believe I spoke to the tech who allegedly came to spray.  Apparently according to gps, he was on my street that day! Like that mattered when he billed me for work he didn't do! On top of everything, he scheduled to come back out in 7 days!  I would think that if they billed a customer and got caught not even actually doing the work they would make adjustments to come back out immediately! Very disappointed.  The more I thought about it I wondered how many times that had been done before to myself and to others... not sure if it's is just this particular tech or not but I will never use their service again!

I'm so glad I called these guys! I haven't had any luck in the past with pest control people. These guys rectify the situation immediately and will come out at the drop of a hat of I have an emergency. Thank you to all the team specialist who have help with my rats and cockroaches! Yuck!! Very trustworthy and honest. They won't sell you a service you don't need. They're not afraid to jump on a ladder and get dirty and smelly. I appreciate all you guys do. Thanks so much!!

I set up an appointment for a client who is purchasing a mobile home in Tonpah, AZ.  The inspector collected $75.00 from my client for the inspection.  Today, the client called me to tell me the inspector said he found actual termite activity in the door frame of the outdoor shed. Proceeded to tell the buyer the price of further preventative treatments needed, which were from a $375 to $450+ fee. Buyer then asked him about the findings inside of the mobile home.  Inspector told him, he could not get inside of the home, so he could not get in to check the interior of the mobile home.  I had provided the inspector with the mechanical lock box code the day before in a text.  

When the buyer, who is a senior and a veteran called me about this, I called the inspector to find out why he could not get in. The inspector was not expecting my call. Right away, he was very rude, was raising his voice and proceeded to tell me something different about his findings.  He wasn't on the phone 30 seconds before he hung up on me.

We have not received the inspection report yet, but I expect this report will say there were serious problems, so the inspector can charge for a return visit to fix a problem that doesn't really exist.  I write this to warn others looking for a credible termite service rep.  When the buyer and I visited the home last week, there were no signs of wood deterioration, moisture, nor termite tubes in the shed, which by the way, appeared to be relatively new and very clean inside.

We plan to do another inspection, using another company of course, as I believe this man did not do his job. I am a realtor and will certainly let others know about this.

Last time I use SOS for anything.  They miss appointments but always have an excuse.  If you decide to use this company be prepared for some of the worst customer service you will ever experience.
