Friendly Pest Control is the ONLY pest control company willing to help us with our particular issue. I found R.J. on the Nextdoor app & am so grateful that I did. We cannot say enough good things about R.J. who services our area in the Prescott Country Club in Dewey, AZ. Definitely 10 star service. We have a very serious pack rat infestation in our 40 ft motorhome. Most pest control companies will not touch a motorhome and will only provide service to residential or commercial structures. R.J. has a strategic plan to help us and explains everything thoroughly. R.J. s knowledge is extensive & his customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Friendly Pest Control and in particular R.J. for the Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott & surrounding areas. We are going to switch over to Friendly Pest Control for our residential service as well.

I'm shocked to see negative reviews on this company or Larry..  I've used this service since moving to AZ in October and it's been incredible.  

I was initially terrified of scorpions, snakes and the million other critters in AZ but Larry educated me, talked me off the ledge and I haven't seen one scary critter.  That's not to say I don't expect to see at least one, it's Arizona - you can't 100% prevent everything.

I've also read in several articles every new build is likely to have scorpions or other critters around for several weeks or months in some cases.

Long story short, use this service, sit down with Larry and have a conversation about your needs and support a great local business that cares about its customers.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

We phoned Scott yesterday, and he answered right away, providing good advice for dealing with a bee invasion until he could deal with it this morning. He vacuumed up the swarm and gave us recommendations for preventing future bee settlements. He will re-home the swarm with a new European queen, and he tells us that they'll be making honey by tomorrow. He followed up later in the day with a text to ensure we weren't seeing any more bees, and he provided guidance on patching/filling the void where the swarm had set up shop to prevent future incursions. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and we would certainly recommend him to our friends.

I had bugs coming into the house after the Monsoon rain! They came and killed all the buGs! Yay!!

Sabra did a very professional job. They arrived on time, did a great clean up after out termite treatment. My wife and I are VERY HAPPY. We would highly recommend Sabra's to anyone.  Just great.

We have had nothing, but great experiences with this company. Steve's work is outstanding and he is always professional. He calls us a few days prior to our appointment to address any bug concerns we might have and when he is on the job, he always takes care of the problem.

I had another pest  control company come by the other day trying to get me to sign up with them. This other company, examined the outside perimeter of my house trying to find a fault in Steve's work. To the other company's salesman surprise, he told me that he could not find any bugs outside my house and that this never happens. I was not surprised though because Steve gets the job done!

I highly recommend Desert Best Solutions because Steve is honest, he takes the time to explain what he is doing and he is trustworthy. Now stop reading all the reviews and go sign up with him already, you won't be disappointed!!

My family is highly allergic to chemicals. Garry, with 911 Pest Defense knew exactly what he needed to do to keep my family safe from pesticides and the scorpions.
His team is so personable and professional I totally trust them to be in my home.
If there is any problem, ie snake in house, Garry will come and remove it. Garry has a vast knowledge of our desert wildlife, and uses multiple ways to insure the safety of my family and pets.

This is what I have with 911 Pest Defense.

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Sam and Leona have continued to give our house amazing service. Always polite, prompt and clean. Very comfortable with their work. Highly recommended. Termite service is out of this world.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

I really think that David did a great job explaining to me all of what he was doing and why. Also, he took the time to show me all of his work and was very thorough. He was very professional and did a nice job sealing up my home. I live in an area prone to scorpions, so I am hopeful that his work will keep us as close to scorpion free as we can be. I also like that if later down the road I have questions or have an issue, he said to give him a call and they will come out. I would absolutely recommend them.

Been using HomeTeam Pest Defense for over 14 years - previous home in Texas and currently here in Arizona.  My Technician is AJ, and he is awesome!  AJ contacts me to schedule/follow-up on appointments, and he is always polite, on time, and very professional.  AJ is a great representative for their company and outstanding customer service.  I highly recommend HomeTeam, and if you have the option - suggest you ask for AJ.

I've been using Blue Sky for over 2 years and they are fantastic. Their treatments seem very effective as we do not have the big nasty pests. The only exception is ants. Those critters are very determined. Blue Sky is responsive to coming out between services to deal with the ants specifically. They spot treat the pop-up areas and it clears up within a few days. I think it's mainly due to us having dogs so they won't use the most effective poisons in order to protect my pets. Because they are so good about coming back out I'm very satisfied.

I'm pleased with their technicians. We have never had any issues with their employees. I even got a preemptive termite assessment and quote. We came back clear and termite free and had the options all outlined for us for prevention to keep it that way. Great company.

Cancelled service in May due to cost. I owed them $42. Paid said $42 and was told I didn't owe anything. Now I'm getting letters from collection agencies. Called them and they say I owe money. Get it straight people. Service is expensive and they don't do the inside of your house

They sent 2 people to the house to spray insecticide for the entire front, side and backyard and they sprayed less then half of the property. I stood and watched from the front bedroom window and the back bedroom window that have screens on them that prevent anyone from seeing in and I observed from the time they walked into the yard and when they left the yard. They got in their vehicle to leave and asked if they were finished, of course they said yes, I told them I was watching the entire time and they did not finish. They went again to the backyard and again missed the same area, I confronted them again and their response was do you have cameras up to prove we didn't do it. So of course I do not recommend this company, if you do use them walk the entire property with then as they work. Pathetic!

I have been a customer of Phx pest and termites for many years. II have had a termite contract for 20 yrs. Always sent in my annual premium on time. Besise sending in my premium, I haven't talked to them in 10 yrs. This year, they called me to schedule an annual termite exam. They have never done that before.  As usual, they give you a day and a window when they will be there. I am sitting here today on the 3rd rescheduled appointment ( they never bothered to  call and  say they were behind or not coming) @ 3:50p on a 12 to 4p window. I just called and they assured me that someone wilL be here by 4:30. I have  had to take 3 half days off from work to wait for them. I'm not holding my breath. Very poor customer service

Alex texted me the time he was coming and he was on time.  I had texted him back requesting he ring my door bell when he arrived so I could show him something of concern to me.  He took the time to answer my questions/concerns, which put me at ease.   We also reviewed my spraying instructions, for this visit as that day I had a vendor working at my home and some doors had to remain open.  I hope we can keep Alex as our regular tech.
