Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

Friendly Pest Control is the ONLY pest control company willing to help us with our particular issue. I found R.J. on the Nextdoor app & am so grateful that I did. We cannot say enough good things about R.J. who services our area in the Prescott Country Club in Dewey, AZ. Definitely 10 star service. We have a very serious pack rat infestation in our 40 ft motorhome. Most pest control companies will not touch a motorhome and will only provide service to residential or commercial structures. R.J. has a strategic plan to help us and explains everything thoroughly. R.J. s knowledge is extensive & his customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Friendly Pest Control and in particular R.J. for the Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott & surrounding areas. We are going to switch over to Friendly Pest Control for our residential service as well.

Larry Cash is one of the best in the business. Highly knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and easy to deal with.  I've already recommended him to several friends and neighbors.

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

As the only guy who picks up the phone on a Sunday when our house was full of bees I appreciate that. Very friendly and helpful in dealing with it.

I had bugs coming into the house after the Monsoon rain! They came and killed all the buGs! Yay!!

Sabra herself answered my phone call.  Questions were answered and we were immediately put me on her schedule.
On the day of treatment, she arrived in a timely fashion, offered a warm greeting, and immediately took to surveying property and building to determine if there was any damage followed by the most ideal application.
An initial treatment complete and she explained that I should anticipate a followup in a month to see if the issue has been resolved, or if we need to take further action.
She answered all of my questions, making me feel more at ease.

I'm so glad that we found Steve on Yelp, and he's in San Tan Valley.  He came out to our home and took care of our bee problem.  He wasn't the cheapest, but I think he saved me money because he did the job right and offered a 1 year warranty which is a great warranty.  He even gave me a military discount!   I'm impressed with Steve because he went above and beyond in my opinion, and he was nice and answered all of my questions.  

The cool part is we had just a few bees when he treated, but we knew there were a lot more that were showing up from the night before.  Just after he treated our home, the extra amount he treated really paid off because all of the others and then some showed up and were trying to figure out what to do, so they swarmed all around the house, but they didn't stick around because the chemicals were so effective, and they went somewhere else.  Literally with a few minutes after he was done treating the area, my house was saved from having them all over.  It was really amazing to see that, and Steve and I were having fun just watching this all unfold from barely a safe distance.  

He could have just treated what he saw, but he treated more because he knew what they bees would likely do, and he prepared the house against it, thank goodness.  Thank you, Steve.  You saved us from all of that!

Great pest company.  I have been using Gary and 911 for my last two homes.  Zero bugs. Great preventative measures. They are very thorough and communicative.  Very prompt as well.

We had grass growing in places it should not, it was unresponsive to any spray we were putting on it.  Thunderbird Weed and Pest came out on a Thursday and by Friday the grass was already starting to die! Very responsive, and came out  quickly.  We will be having them come back regularly to take care of the weeds and grass that pop up.

Great service by Sam and Leona. I own a service business and understand what differentiates the good from the bad. This company does good work for a good price.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

I contacted David, the owner, and worked directly with him on a day and time which would work for us both.
Our house is on the smaller side but we were impressed with the speed in which he and his assistant were able to seal the entire exterior of our home. Additionally, David was willing to share and educate us on the insect habitat as well as home improvements tips.
I noticed the 1-Star given by Rachel P. regarding the transfer of warranty and am disappointed she did not understand the terms.
This organization performed what they promised.

You can find a less expensive pest control who actually respond to your emails. I currently pay $80 every two months and I  emailed (asking 2 times) if they can adjust service to every 3 months. No reply. I have many different pest controls who offer same service for $75 every 3 months. I know I will be changing soon.

Contacted Blue Sky to treat a rat problem on a rental property.  Since I don't live at the address, I asked them to schedule with the tenant and I would pay for services.  After taking all of my information, they refused to schedule with the tenant.  If you are a property management company or rental property owner, save yourself some time and find another pest control company.

The Truly Nolen technician who serviced our house and external areas, called us at approximately 6am on July 5th to say that he would be coming over shortly. He was at our house about 6:20-7am.  Not his usual time. Also he usually gives a day's notice as we have dogs and had a desert turtle. The desert turtle died within 48 hours after his visit. The turtle had been healthy. The technician told us that he had moved the turtle during the treatment session.  We suspect he may have inadverdently sprayed the turtle, which is probably why he moved it.  We feel that proper notice was not given as we would have made sure that the turtle was out of harms way.  
When we called the Truly Nolen Office and spoke with one of their technicians, he asked if we had gotten an autopsy!
Seriously !!!   I was so upset..  The tech then told me he would relay the message.
A manager did return my call and said he will investigate ..  he called me probably an hour later ...  His assessment was that it was a coincidence that my healthy turtle died 2 days after ..  
This tech appeared to be in a hurry. Giving us a call that early in the morning after the July 4th holiday and coming over and starting service very quickly thereafter never gave us a chance to put our turtle out of harms way.  We terminated our service...  
I believe the next day a manager from Truly Nolen left us a message letting us know if we decide to come back they will give us a discount on starting up again..  What NERVE !!  I love my pets..  I miss Toby my turtle everyday..

We feel the timing of this tragic event speaks for itself and we were extremely disappointed that Truly Nolen would not even acknowledge the possibility that it was their fault.
Be careful with this company...   I would NOT recommend...

I never write reviews but was very impressed with General Pest Control. I noticed bees around my home and some inside yesterday. Needless to say it was not a good night.  I called and left a message about my problem before they opened, and, Marcela called me back before they opened to help me !! They were very professional, courteous and concerned about my problem. They had confirmed an appoint first thing.  David their Tech was comforting and explained exactly how they treated the problem.  I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for other matters.  They also practiced social distance and wore their masked.  If you had a 10 I would have chosen that one!!!

I would like to start with the good. They are willing to do there best to work with your schedule. The guys that come out are Nice and informative.  Ms. Brenda is the sweetest women. Then there is the negative Jamie she is a horrible person to deal with and I am so sorry for anyone who has to deal with such an unprofessional negative person it's bad business completely. Thankfully everyone else makes up for her terrible work ethic, true definition you get what you get .

The guys that work in the field are OK, depending who you get, but if you ever have to call the office you wonder how the gal that answers the phone keeps her job ... is she related to the owner? How rude!
Would not recommend this company.
