I have been using this company for about a year now and I am very satisfied! Very responsive and helpful with any issue I call about. They are not petty and don't tack on any hidden fees. It's a relief to contact a company and have them come out quickly no questions asked! 10/10

Bruce has come out 3 times, is very nice, knowledgable and my dog loved him! Since we've had Bryant spray for bugs our bug activity has been way down! Great price for what you get!

I have had houses in the past that were overrun with scorpions! Through much research and trial and error with companies that water down products and run scams, I finally found ALL CLEAR PEST CONTROL! They are AMAZING!! They're the ONLY company that was able to fully rid our homes of scorpions and ALL bugs! We love them SO much! They're like family! Also their online billing system is incredibly easy to use and super fast! I simply could not say enough nice things about this company! We've had a slight issue with silver fish since moving into our new home. We've been using Hubter Pest Control because the prices are great and there is no contract to sign. We were serviced 3 weeks ago and were still seeing bugs so they came out again to spray.

Bob Sr. Has been treating my parents' house in Glendale since I was a kid. Now Bob Jr. does my house and my brothers' houses in Arcadia and Old Town. Always friendly, professional and thorough. My wife loves the monthly reminder call a couple days before the appt. and how easy to deal with on scheduling.

We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. I can highly recommend them!

I had bees on my rooftop that were bothering my landscapers doing work in my yard.  I called Bug Off and Cory came THE SAME DAY to treat the bees!  The bees were completely gone within 3 days as Cory promised and my landscapers were able to complete the job in my yard.  In addition to the great customer service, the price was also very competitive.

Matt Lane came highly recommended for pest control services in our area and we understand why. He showed up to our initial assessment appointment on time, was courteous regarding newborn and pets, and explained everything thoroughly as he serviced the home. He was efficient and answered all of our questions. We are happy to be working with him ongoing.

We have Denny's spraying our house for bugs for years now and I wouldn't change a thing!! We had a major cricket outbreak and they took care of it. We haven't seen nearly as many scorpions or anything else for that matter. We only have them spray the outside and occasionally the garage and that works perfectly for us. The technicians are polite and thorough.

These guys are truly amazing! I have been using their services for about a year now and have been so happy with what I pay for. Their products work great and are safe to spray in the house. I even saw a few scorpions a couple of weeks after a treatment, and they came out to spray again no questions asked and no additional charge. I have had Alex mostly coming to my house recently and he is just so badass! Super friendly and a great listener. Not only that but very informative. He understands that my partner sleeps during the day because of work and is super quiet not to disturb her or my dog. The customer service is exceptional, and even through this pandemic, they have been very reliable! Wouldn't even think about switching services!

These guys as awesome! The prices are very reasonable, the treatment is safe if you have pets in the house (after it dries, of course), and they are always happy to answer any questions. A couple of days ago my husband saw a black widow hanging around and building a web around one of our windows (obviously freaked us out), so even though we weren't due for our next treatment for about 6 weeks, we decided to schedule an extra treatment. I called them around lunchtime and someone was there by 3:00. They sprayed outside, around our doors and windows inside, and all throughout our garage- FOR FREE! If you buy a package and see activity in between treatments, they will come make it right. We will be using Evergreen for as long as we live in the Phoenix area.

They are very professional, respond super quickly and accommodate to your needs and schedule. Joseph, my technician, is super helpful, always on time and very pleasant. Answers all my questions thoroughly. And the product works great! Thank you guys!

Jim is great. He is a no-nonsense man there to get the job done. He does our large backyard/front and interior and gets all the nooks and crannies. We never have bugs after. He price is insanely low and if you have ants or flies he will leave you with some spray, if needed. On a side note, I always chat with Jim when he comes to spray our house, he is a wealth of knowledge!

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

Had a beehive on the front porch and had a company removing the bees to relocate them. The next door neighbor called ValleyPro and they came out to her address, then came to our address and drilled holes in our stucco and injected poison. All this without our permission. When we called this company and spoke to a jackass named Michael, he told us the bees were a nuisance and then got an attitude and hung up. After calling back, spoke to another idiot named Kendall when then denied ever doing the service! Needless to say, a police report has been filed for vandalism since they took it upon their ignorance to drill into my house. Invoice for work done is proof enough this company should be shut down. And yes, I clearly stated Michael is a jackass.

Gets even better! After some digging, it turns out their license is currently suspended.
