I moved to the Tempe area in 2013 from downtown Phoenix and wasn't ready for the scorpion issue after settling in. It started with a scorpion once every several days then developed into a daily problem. There's nothing like turning on your bathroom light at night just to find a Yellow Bark Scorpion walking away with its pincers snapping away in the air. I finally broke down and called Pest 'R Us and never looked back. Their staff are courteous, great at what they do, and a pleasure to work with. My home has been scorpion free for 9 months. Have used multiple pest control services as well as doing it myself throughout the years and through a recommendation decided to try out Bryant Pest Control from a friend.

Decided on the month to month cycle several months ago (no contract and no pushy sales). Bruce came out and was awesome in explaining what chemicals he was using and what to expect after the initial treatment and follow-up treatment (used to break the breeding cycle).

I haven't seen much activity outside since I've started using Bryant (similar to when I did it myself) and we I see and uptick in activity outside the in between services are no charge (awesome!).

Bruce even took down cobwebs and webs we have sometimes and is very punctual.

Will continue using Bryant Pest Control as they're awesome and Bruce is fantastic.

Very satisfied with both the service and price.  Talked to the owner of the biz on a Wednesday and he was out at our place the next Monday.  Did a good job, friendly guy and a very reasonable price (35$) and they don't push me to buy a monthly subscription I don't want.

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, well, except for the termites chewing through the drywall. Those pesky critters announced their presence with tubes showing through in one of my closets.

After calling about four or five pest control companies, I received quotes as high as $2000 from the national franchises. They all gave their quote, explained why they are better than the next, went into some detail about the process they use to apply the chemicals and everyone; generally, had the same story, same product and same application process. I randomly came across serenity pest control after I posted on FB about an odd looking infestation of bugs that I couldn't identify at my house. Someone referred me, I called them out for a quote to take care of the termites and they were there the next day. On this visit Justin quoted for the termites, identified my unwanted pests as weevils and sprayed the area where they were coming from. His quote beat every other company, he uses the same material, applies with all the same methods, and he's a local business to boot.

Justin was back out the next week to treat for the termites as scheduled, was on time and super friendly. Thanks for taking care of those pesky weevils and the subterranean termites.

This company is great. Our house had an unfortunate & terrible problem with roof rats. I first used  two of the large national companies. Several months passed but neither could not get the job done. Bob, on the other hand, came through with flying colors.  He even found an old trap that one of the other companies left behind. Disgusting - great big dead rotting rat was left inside. You can imagine the odors. But the other guys said everything was fine.  Even when we could hear them moving around @ night. Bob found out how the rats were getting in and took care of it. Problem solved.  How did these others miss that opening? Recommend very highly and would use him again and again for this issue and general extermination.  We wish we would have called him first - We would have saved money and had the problem fixed sooner.

We have used Maximum Exterminating on rental homes and new construction.  They are always on time, do what they say they are going to do without any hidden charges.  They also communicate with you and you never feel left in the dark.  Great, reliable company!

Always quality service with friendly employees. They have reasonable and fair prices. The technicians listen to your requests and apply a good layer of pesticides. This was my second time using them with many more visits to come.

These guys are truly amazing! I have been using their services for about a year now and have been so happy with what I pay for. Their products work great and are safe to spray in the house. I even saw a few scorpions a couple of weeks after a treatment, and they came out to spray again no questions asked and no additional charge. I have had Alex mostly coming to my house recently and he is just so badass! Super friendly and a great listener. Not only that but very informative. He understands that my partner sleeps during the day because of work and is super quiet not to disturb her or my dog. The customer service is exceptional, and even through this pandemic, they have been very reliable! Wouldn't even think about switching services!

These guys as awesome! The prices are very reasonable, the treatment is safe if you have pets in the house (after it dries, of course), and they are always happy to answer any questions. A couple of days ago my husband saw a black widow hanging around and building a web around one of our windows (obviously freaked us out), so even though we weren't due for our next treatment for about 6 weeks, we decided to schedule an extra treatment. I called them around lunchtime and someone was there by 3:00. They sprayed outside, around our doors and windows inside, and all throughout our garage- FOR FREE! If you buy a package and see activity in between treatments, they will come make it right. We will be using Evergreen for as long as we live in the Phoenix area.

The amounts of times they have knocked on our door and rang the doorbell when we have consistently told them we are NOT interested is extremely unprofessional. I work at home and am taking business calls and they still try to come back every hour. Please get a new way of trying to get customers because you have forever lost a potential in your solicitation

Jim is great. He is a no-nonsense man there to get the job done. He does our large backyard/front and interior and gets all the nooks and crannies. We never have bugs after. He price is insanely low and if you have ants or flies he will leave you with some spray, if needed. On a side note, I always chat with Jim when he comes to spray our house, he is a wealth of knowledge!

If I could leave less than 1 Star, I would. Yes, Message Center dispatches calls to unmarked, no business card carrying, suspect, looking employees. Yes, an absolute rip off. Failed to check Yelp first. Doesn't matter, This group Is Using any call center, who they pay for service calls to be dispatched to them. Price changed? It's Russian Roulette with who enters your home. The company my call was dispatched to, wanted to do thousands of dollars to my new roof, without being responsible for repairs. At a cost of $550 for just the removal. No price was discussed before the hive was sprayed. Technician agreed to go through bedroom drywall, after checking out half of my home. High pressured sales tactics. The representative would not accept my alternative idea of removing the immediate bird block, to which the small honeycomb hive was located one foot in. We declined further services. I waited for insecticide to settle, got up @ 5:00 a.m. to remove bird block on a holiday morning. Such horror stories are used by the pushy technicians, to sell you on such destructive removal methods, to boost up a large bill to the homeowner. Examining the situation myself I had the hive removed, and the site area cleaned, within less than an hour. I went in through the bird block. Had minimal damage to my home. I do wear a brace. Had to climb a ladder as a senior, to complete the job I had called a professional for. So Yes, Beware and ask a lot of questions before hiring a company to work on your home.
