I am so glad to have found this company! We've had Bryant Pest Control come out to our home for the past four years. We love that they don't require any long term contracts and that they deliver excellent service for a very reasonable price. We always ask for AJ because he does a fantastic job and is pleasure to talk to! Occasionally, even with the reminders I recieve about treatment, I still manage to forget they will be treating our home. I can always tell they have come by the trail of dead scorpions along our property. We've been customers for over a year and they have fabulous customer service. I'm paranoid about scorpions with three little kids running around our house. They were more than understanding the two times I asked them to come retreat because I found a scorpion in our home. My fault, I wasn't home to let them spray inside the garage. Amazingly thorough! Thank you for my peace of mind, well worth the money!

We've had a slight issue with silver fish since moving into our new home. We've been using Hubter Pest Control because the prices are great and there is no contract to sign. We were serviced 3 weeks ago and were still seeing bugs so they came out again to spray.

We have used Maximum Exterminating on rental homes and new construction.  They are always on time, do what they say they are going to do without any hidden charges.  They also communicate with you and you never feel left in the dark.  Great, reliable company!

I had bees on my rooftop that were bothering my landscapers doing work in my yard.  I called Bug Off and Cory came THE SAME DAY to treat the bees!  The bees were completely gone within 3 days as Cory promised and my landscapers were able to complete the job in my yard.  In addition to the great customer service, the price was also very competitive.  

I absolutely recommend using Bug Off for pest control services!

So just giving this company one star because I can't give them none. They came out two weeks ago 3 hours late without a phone call or anything, they got here late and rushed out of here. I been using them for 5 years now and this is the first time they did not do a good job. Called in and they said they will be back, this man came and started complaining that why did I call and said I did not do a good job while smoking at my front door. I told him apparently they did not a good job that time. He said the F word and said they are not spraying again. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend this place to anyone again...

I called Evergreen pest and termite control to come do a spray in and outside of my house. This is about the third or fourth time to have come out since I have moved into my new home. Where I live we have a few little insects due to builders digging up the ground. They came out did a thorough spray inside and out and also did a few other things outside. The billing process was simple and easy and they said try to schedule you for every three months. They will typically call you prior to coming out to verify you need to spray and it's that simple. They're willing to work around your schedule thank you to SHAWN for coming out and giving us exceptional service we appreciate you and your company For the services you provide. I would highly recommend this termite company quick easy and extremely affordable thank you again

Always let's me know when he is at my house and if I am having any issues.  He also lets me know when he is done. He is very courteous and smiles. Really like him he makes my day

I got a call from this Pest control company the name on the phone was George Wright. They left a messages and the second time was able to answer. When speaking to him I said you must have the wrong number. He says well someone called from this number to set up an appointment. I tried to tell him no one called him from my phone because I'm in a assisted living and would never call a pest control company he hung up on me rudely.  So I called back to explain if someone left a message they left the wrong number. He again hung up on me. Even if I did call him I would never do business with someone so rude.

I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I  needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!

Would give this company a Negative star rating if i was allowed.  Asked about their procedures about exterminating bees.  Everything they said they would do, they did absolutely NONE of it.  Left poison all over the spot where the bees where didn't bother cleaning or attempting to clean up after themselves.  Tried to call the be reasonable but hung up on me when they knew they had F-ed up.  Very UN PROFESSIONAL.  They charge you big amounts of money and give you very low low quality of work.
