We have used Maximum Exterminating on rental homes and new construction.  They are always on time, do what they say they are going to do without any hidden charges.  They also communicate with you and you never feel left in the dark.  Great, reliable company!

Corey came out through my home warranty company, asked the questions so he could properly diagnose what bugs were in the house and how best to treat them, then showed me spots where termites had been active in the past which I'd need to work on. He was very knowledgeable and worked fast. I definitely recommend then.

May was very responsive to my needs: as both a business & home owner. He went over and above what I was expecting: especially in spreading our brick fence and gates surrounding our home's back yard.

We have used Denny's for several years and Jerome Portee is an amazing technician. He is extremely professional and very thorough. We live next to the desert and Jerome is attentive to any bug issues we may mention to him. He even helped chase a snake from a backyard tree. We trust Jerome completely and know he will do an outstanding job with the service both inside and out. Our unwelcome critters are now non-existent due to his diligence. Jerome is a definite asset to Denny's and they are very lucky to have such a competent employee.

I contacted them because of a recommendation from my HOA. After asking a bunch of questions, I was confident in setting up a monthly service with them. The first time they came out, the guy knocked on the door to let me know he would be spraying. He was very friendly but was here and gone in less than 10 minutes. Still crickets everywhere, and new ant hills. I thought it may have been a fluke and decided to let them come out again the following month. I timed from the time he left my front door to the time he got back in his truck, 6 minutes. You can't even walk the perimeter of my front and back yard in that time. I can see that several people have been happy with them, and it may just be the guy that was assigned to my house, but I will not recommend them to anyone.

We have been super happy with our service from Evergreen.  I moved from Ohio in June, and our bug guy has become one of my favorite people (even though I only see him every couple of months).  I hate bugs.  If I was the slightest bit unhappy with this service, I would have immediately hired another company.  Trust me.  However, SUPER pleased.  I would highly recommend to anyone.  In fact, my husband has added their service to his recommend resources page on his real estate website.  We will recommend to all of our clients.

I got a call from this Pest control company the name on the phone was George Wright. They left a messages and the second time was able to answer. When speaking to him I said you must have the wrong number. He says well someone called from this number to set up an appointment. I tried to tell him no one called him from my phone because I'm in a assisted living and would never call a pest control company he hung up on me rudely.  So I called back to explain if someone left a message they left the wrong number. He again hung up on me. Even if I did call him I would never do business with someone so rude.

Adrian always does a great job for us and is very thorough and considerate.  Takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail.

I chose Valley Pest Control because they were one of the better priced companies.  I guess you get what you pay for.  Initially, they were good with communication.  However, once the person came and set the trap, and got paid, it was difficult to get a hold of anyone.  I would call the number, leave a message, and not receive a call back.

A couple of days after the trap was initially set, I saw that the door of the trap was closed, so I assumed something was in it.  I called VPC to have them come retrieve the trap; however, (1) it was difficult trying to actually speak with anyone, and (2) when I finally did, they cancelled the appointment at the last minute.  Please keep in mind that this trap was in my garage while it was still 100+ degrees outside, so I had an image of a squirrel baking in my garage.  When they finally did make it out, there was nothing even in the trap?  Really?  So now the trap just closes on its own?  Great.  So they reset the trap.  Again, however, not a week later, the trap door was closed again.  So this time, I inspected it myself before calling them, and again, there was no squirrel inside.  So I called VPC to have them come reset the trap again; however, I never received a call back to confirm any date or time for them to come out.  Then one morning, at about 6:30 or 7am, my doorbell rings, and it's them.  Really?  Luckily I was home, and they reset the trap, but placed it outside this time.  Kendall said he would come back that weekend to check it out.  

That was about 3 weeks ago, and I haven't heard from them since.  Oh, and the trap has been closed now (with nothing in it, again) for about 10 days.  

SAVE YOUR MONEY!  These guys might be well-intentioned, but they know absolutely nothing about running a business or customer service.
