Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

I recently moved to the East Valley, and quickly discovered my back yard was a playground for scorpions!  I called Pest'r Us and Eric, the owner, was able to come to my home on the same day and treat my property.  He explained the process and quoted a price before he treated, and reassured me that all of his treatments are safe for pets and humans alike.  He inspected our house and even some obscure areas, like around our sprinkler system, to make sure we weren't providing a moist and cozy environment for other critters or crickets, which the scorpions love to eat.  Since spraying, we've noticed a significant decrease in the number of scorpions, (We check frequently with a blacklight.) and we can use our back yard again!  You simply cannot beat his customer service.  He answered all my questions and was very understanding, particularly since this is the first time I've dealt with scorpion issues.  Rates were reasonable, and I was given multiple options to provide payment.  I will continue to have him treat my home on a monthly basis.

SOLD! Original Bryant Pest Control was SOLD in 2021 to a Large Company that owns other pest service companies.  It is NO longer the original family owned business that personally knew its long time customers. When I called recently for service I was told my price was increased and also since it was several months since my last service I had to pay an additional fee on top of the increased price.

We recently discovered we had a termite problem at our home and started searching for someone to come help.  

We came across Bob's Bug Bizz amongst a few others. Bob was professional, polite, flexible with our schedule, on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained our options to us and educated us a bit as well!  His work also comes with a 1 year warranty. And last but not least, his price was fair and far less than the competitors.

We've used this company for over 15 years at two different homes.  I would be glad to give them 10 stars if that was possible.  They show up on time, they are honest in their assessment of the situation, their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly and professional.  They've done both regular insect extermination as well as spot termite treatments for us, and we've always been very pleased with their service and professionalism. I wanna thank Mathew for coming out and helping me with my roach problem. I hate to say it, but I have had a never-ending battle trying to get rid of these German Roaches. He came in with a good attitude and was ready to take care of business. He put out some bait,  placed some traps around the place, and sprayed with a new chemical he said he's been using. He said it was organic and the best thing out there. I don't know what is in that organic chemical, but it is like night and day now since he provided his services no more than a couple of weeks ago. I have seen a 90% decrease in roach activity.  Thank you again.

I have had Evergreen for six years and have always enjoyed the service. Had Sean at my house today who offered to spray my garage as well as treat my house and asked me house the inside was doing. I greatly appreciate being asked additional questions during a routine service call.

This is one company everyone needs to steer pclear of, hopefully during this coming recession they shut down and leave the state if Arizona, #1) When the 1year contract runs out, the company feels it's their right to continue TRYING to service the home and if you refuse they say they already sent technicians and try billing' the customer.
#2) If they have to come back because customer says they are still having pest issues they will send 2 technicians then split up technicians in the home to divert attention away from the reason they returned to the property.
3) They try to bill for service's NOT DONE to the property then send you endless emails and threats about collections. Beware you have been warned!!!!!!!!

Mike and Tony are amazing!  There are hundreds of choices when it comes to pest control, so finding a company that is trustworthy can be difficult.  You don't need to look any further, hire these guys and you won't be disappointed.  The could raise their prices, but they are honest, dependable hardworking people and only want to do what's right when it comes to their customers.  Thanks for being awesome guys!

Jim is great. He is a no-nonsense man there to get the job done. He does our large backyard/front and interior and gets all the nooks and crannies. We never have bugs after. He price is insanely low and if you have ants or flies he will leave you with some spray, if needed. On a side note, I always chat with Jim when he comes to spray our house, he is a wealth of knowledge!

Adrian always does a great job for us and is very thorough and considerate.  Takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail.

I chose Valley Pest Control because they were one of the better priced companies.  I guess you get what you pay for.  Initially, they were good with communication.  However, once the person came and set the trap, and got paid, it was difficult to get a hold of anyone.  I would call the number, leave a message, and not receive a call back.

A couple of days after the trap was initially set, I saw that the door of the trap was closed, so I assumed something was in it.  I called VPC to have them come retrieve the trap; however, (1) it was difficult trying to actually speak with anyone, and (2) when I finally did, they cancelled the appointment at the last minute.  Please keep in mind that this trap was in my garage while it was still 100+ degrees outside, so I had an image of a squirrel baking in my garage.  When they finally did make it out, there was nothing even in the trap?  Really?  So now the trap just closes on its own?  Great.  So they reset the trap.  Again, however, not a week later, the trap door was closed again.  So this time, I inspected it myself before calling them, and again, there was no squirrel inside.  So I called VPC to have them come reset the trap again; however, I never received a call back to confirm any date or time for them to come out.  Then one morning, at about 6:30 or 7am, my doorbell rings, and it's them.  Really?  Luckily I was home, and they reset the trap, but placed it outside this time.  Kendall said he would come back that weekend to check it out.  

That was about 3 weeks ago, and I haven't heard from them since.  Oh, and the trap has been closed now (with nothing in it, again) for about 10 days.  

SAVE YOUR MONEY!  These guys might be well-intentioned, but they know absolutely nothing about running a business or customer service.
