Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

I have a contract with Poor Boy Termite Control for my rental property.  We had the property treated previously by the traditional drill and treat method that most companies use.  The problem was that it simply didn't address some of the termite issues in the house.  We had termites underneath our hardwood floor that we destroying planks from the underside.  

Poor boy came in and used their technology to locate where the termites were in the floor and they used micro drills to inject Premise right in the location needed.  Now - two years later - there is no further damage.  I'm completely happy with these guys, and I'm sold on their approach.  During their initial visit, they actually located and treated ALL of the termite paths in the walls (located with their cameras - awesome).

I wish I had used these guys the first time around instead of having all of the drill holes around my property.

Great experience!  Just moved into a new build house and expected to see some bugs.  Submitted a request to Open Range about getting service started.  I received a quick response and within a day had an appointment set up to get treated.  The technician that showed up was extremely polite and professional.  Listened to what I had to say and explained the process to me so there were no surprises or questions I would have probably had after.  It's no wonder why the reviews for them are so great, I highly recommend if you are in the market for someone, to give them a call.  You will not be disappointed!

This company is AMAZING! From the moment they engaged me when I called, they were kind, professional and accommodating. They adjusted to our schedule. They were informative and instructive about the necessary treatment. The technician, Hyrum, was wonderful!!! He called an hour before he arrived to ensure we were ready to receive him. When he was here he asked lots of questions that clearly were intended to inform his decisions on exactly what services we needed. It was evident that the company's philosophy is to tailor their services to individual customer needs instead of employing a one size fits all business model. While Hyrum was here he was through, methodical and attentive. He communicated with me about everything he was doing and checked in with me often to determine if we had additional needs. Arizona Pest Squad did an amazing job! Moved into a rental house on a Friday night and found out it had a cockroach problem. Called Arizona Pest Squad on Saturday morning and they were out and treated the house that afternoon! Great response time, excellent work, and excellent prices!

Steve and Excel Termite and Pest Control are outstanding! He showed up on time, he was very professional and efficient. He took great care with cleanliness of my house and yard during his service. I had him out to spray today and when I came home I found a dying scorpion on my patio. Great service, great person, great job! I didn't even know I had scorpions because I hadn't seen any, but now I'm not concerned about them.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I just had Marcus out and he really saved us from a nightmare with Wasps, we actually had an infestation in our roof on the second story so this was not an easy task! Marcus was so great and he was educating me and my neighbors about what to do, how our landscaping is contributing to the wasps and when to call for inspection. I would definitely call them for services.

I called them yesterday afternoon and they arranged to have Didi come out by 5 pm the same day. Once he found my place he came in and looked at the situation. He gave me time to remove the items out of my one closet. He did a thorough job and saturated some areas. Hopefully what he did works. $400 for 3 rooms works for me.

I called this company and was pleasently surprised a man named Phil replied so fast . He's a super nice guy with alot of knowledge ! I hired him and the jobs were done . He did my weeds and also my pests . I have pack rats going under my house ! Eeeww ! I would call him again for either problem , he is very prompt and does the best job . Prices aren't bad either ! Thanks Phil ! Ps I'm also having him do my sprinkler system , it's screwed up !

Awesome customer service. Sent a message re: ant problem on a Saturday. Got a response back within minutes. Came and did service on Sunday!!! Extremely knowledgeable. Able to diagnose problems immediately that our last pest control had no clue. Chris is thorough and kind. We signed up immediately for monthly service.

They are amazing! I live in Laveen which is known to have a scorpion problem. Saw three of them right after we moved in, hired Green Mango, haven't seen anything since. They are quick, courteous, and appear to know what they're doing. Well worth the money to me. CALL THEM!! I highly doubt you'll be disappointed.

Their technician, Jeff, is a nice guy.  However, the ant treatment he provided didn't work.  I still had lots of tiny ants crawling around the interior of my kitchen.

Furthermore he called to solicit more business while my phone number was listed on the national do-not-call list.  There are any number of other ways to solicit business.  Jeff insisted I buy a longer contract for a product I already told him did not work.  

I received an auto-generated follow-up e-mail from Brandon Ross, Quality Assurance Manager, so I responded.  Apparantly, Brandon doesn't respond to e-mails he originally sent because I received an e-mail, instead, from Christine Himel insulting that I responded to the wrong e-mail and penalized me that I would lose-out on special offers, then told me the technician would call me again..  You know, the one who already contacted me without my permission, for the product that doesn't work, that they want me to buy more.

This is not isolated to a single person.  These are problems of people responding to an internal bureaucracy (calling back without solicitation, telling the customer they're communicating wrong, handing-off to people who don't know what's going on, apologizing after getting caught in the crime, repeating mistakes) rather than serving their customers.
