Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

I like this company for a few reasons. The first is that they show up in a truck that looks like it could belong to anyone and doesn't scream I  HAVE TERMITES in the wrapper on the vehicle. Maybe I don't want everybody on my street to know my business, imagine that.

Secondly, when I moved into this house 12 years ago, the house came with this companies 5 year warranty. They had done the drilling and the trenching like the commenter noted below, and they also do the thermal imaging. I can't say which is better because all of us everywhere we live in the desert have termites. And since I'm not a termite expert, I can't say which is better because both seem to be effective for my needs. Now the trenching, seems like it takes care of regular pest control needs for my house, my house however, has an extended cement patio, around three sides of it. So there would be no where for them to trench, other than the side of the foundation by the dog run.

Lastly, I'm selling this house. I had the house treated and got a one year warranty for the new buyer cuz I'm nice and sweet like that. But, the company the buyer wants to use, needed to come and do an inspection. They wanted to see the company's paperwork that was here before they were. I showed them the paperwork from Poor boy, and they were like wow that's a good company,  we were with them for 20 years, before we decided to do our own company.

I think that's pretty coincidental. I live way out in Surprise, this company is from Gilbert, and Poor boy is out in Scottsdale. Of all the companies in the valley that could have been the buyers termite  inspector, is the guy that comes out who worked for Poor boy and decided to start his own company so that his kid could work for him, I think that's pretty cool.

Found my 2nd Scorpion in about a month. Along with the good reviews here, it was actually a post they had on their websites about the bathroom fan being an access point. Since both times I found them in my masterbath, I wanted to go with a company that seemed to know what they were doing and the pests they were controlling. Donny came out today, really friendly and helpful. We talked about the bathroom fan and some possible future fixes and changes in my house that would cause me to find Scorpions after 3 years of nothing (newly installed landscaping and irrigation). He went to work, quickly and professionally. Was very happy with him and his work. Would definitely recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company for all pest control. The schedulers that work the phone are always courteous and responsive to my requests.  The technicians are always prompt, and courteous.  And, since they have been treating my house, I don't have any more of those nasty pests.

I signed up for their services years ago at an old address because of high pressure door to door sales tactics. I already had service, but I just wanted the salesman gone. This company is expensive, but they showed up for the job (at least 5 years ago).

Fast forward to a week ago - I already have a pest service but the new door to door salesman keeps trying to get me to use their service and will not take no for an answer. I spoke to him for 45 minutes (while I was quite busy - I work from home) and he simply would not take no for an answer. I also asked for a business card as I like to do my own research, but he refused to give me one. Everything about this company raises red flags, and I can see others have the same issues. Now that I've got my Yelp review in, it's off to Google and other platforms as well as the BBB.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and experienced about our pest problem.  He was prompt and the charge was very reasonable.  I would highly recommend Patriot Pest & Termite Control for any and all that are experiencing pest problems!

So I have used a number of comanies, gone back and forth trying to find the best pest control that works. I hate scorpions and I don't want them in my house!. I have tried everything to doing it myself with stuff from the store, to all natural pest companies that make my house smell wonderful but wasn't great at getting the bugs. I have ended up coming back to titan everytime. So far so good. With their attic dusting, I have probably only had 1-2 (knock on wood) scorpions during the summers that's it!. The workers are hit an dmiss; some are great and some are not so friendly, however the prices are completly reasonable .

This company is GREAT!  I would give then 10 stars if I could. We moved into a new house Easter weekend and discovered it was infested with ticks.  I called Sam the Bug Man and they not only knew what to do right off the bat, they came out and did it the same day (Sat before Easter).  They were really nice and went out of their way to come out on short notice on a holiday weekend. I will be using them regularly. Don't hesitate to call them!

Came within an hour of calling, removed wasps and nest within 15 minutes and gave us an awesome deal! Definitely recommend them, perfect for college students on a budget and get the job done thoroughly!

I was referred to Steve Johnson and his company Excel through a neighbor who used them for termite issues. That neighbor was so pleased with their service that I opted to call for the same issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly/informative communication, follow through, and pricing. His customer service orientation is wonderful, and the advice and service he and his son provided me was exceptional. In fact, and on my recommendation, our next door neighbor also decided to use Excel for termite treatment. I can't recommend Excel more highly than to say that if you want over and above termite and pest control service.....call Steve Johnson and Excel. You will not be disappointed.

Lamont is always on time and consistently goes out of his way to meet all his clients' needs. I've called around the valley numerous times to find the most competitive prices for a variety of pest control services and Lamont's are always the most affordable. His service is diligent, thorough, and effective, I definitely recommend!

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I've been using Anteater For almost 10 years now. My entire family uses them and loves them! Tom is simply the best but whenever someone else has come out we have gotten the same level of excellent customer service we have become accustomed to. Their products really get the job done as well! If we've skipped a month due to being out of town or whatever we still don't have bigs return. And I'm sure this will jinx me but as long as I've been using them I have. Ever seen a  Scorpion unless it's name is Walter O'Brien!

I had a swarm of bees on my compost bin. I specifically asked if they will take the bees, not kill them. The gentleman that answered said they would try but not if they are African bees. I said I understood. They came out very fast and were done just as fast. They killed the bees. I am so upset right now because we need bees for our environment. **** This company reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication. There were not as many bees as I was told, which makes my heart feel better. I will say again, they arrived at my home soon after I called and were very professional while speaking to me.

These guys are the best! After never having to deal with bed bugs before we were clueless on how to deal with them. In came Alex, after an initial inspection he came back the very next day for treatment. He was knowledgable and very nice. He even came back to spray our new couches after they arrived. We have not seen any bedbugs and are finally able to relax!

I called this company and was pleasently surprised a man named Phil replied so fast . He's a super nice guy with alot of knowledge ! I hired him and the jobs were done . He did my weeds and also my pests . I have pack rats going under my house ! Eeeww ! I would call him again for either problem , he is very prompt and does the best job . Prices aren't bad either ! Thanks Phil ! Ps I'm also having him do my sprinkler system , it's screwed up !

I was looking for a good pest control company.  Based on reviews, I called Chris.  He quoted me over the phone. He serviced my home the first time which I feel was just a mediocre job based on the amount of insects we were still encountering. The following month, he text me that he was going service my home. Come to find out the following week, he didn't service my home. He never informed me that he did not service my home. After I found out and I text him, he tells me he did not have my gate code. He could've easily called or text me for the code.  I asked him when he will return to service the house. He then text me that he is no longer servicing my home. I text him back asking why and he never responded.  He did not have the decency to call me or answer my text.  Very very unprofessional and never informed that he will not sercice my home to give me time to find another pest control company.  Very strange experience. I don't recomment him. Not professional, not reliable and not friendly at all. No sense of human kindness or decency.

I have been with Green Mango for over 3 years.  With each year, the business end has gotten worse, and this past year, I only remained with them as they have continued to promise this won't happen again and Let us make it up to you.  Today, I finally chose to part ways for good, which is heartbreaking as they do have a great technician, Colton G, but the office and management need to get their communication in line.

In 2017, I noticed bugs in the garage and front porch.  This was something i had not seen before, I could not recall seeing the technician and wondered if perhaps I just missed seeing the technician.  I called to verify when they serviced my home and I was told that they had a new computer system and several homes were not transfered over for some reason, but they would be happy to come out.  The technician came out and was at my home for only a few minutes and said he would return as he was running low on glue traps and spray.  When he did not return, I waited a few days and they sent another technician out, Colton G.  Colton gave a very thorough look at my property and noticed that there were several areas that were not treated.  From that point on, I let Green Mango know that ONLY COLTON G would be allowed to do work at my home.  He came on time each scheduled appointment and was spending quality time to make sure that every area was maintained.  In July 2018, I began to see some small insects again in the garage and front porch and began to research when I was serviced last.  It was in FEBRUARY.  I called Green Mango and they again said for some reason our account was not scheduled and they would get us on the schedule.  I asked them to review my notes and reminded them that Colton is the technician.  Two weeks and many reschedules and another technician calls to say he is coming early and was actually in my driveway to service.  I asked where Colton was and he informed me he was Coltons boss, but he would call the office and ask someone to call me.  When nobody called me back, I called and told Green Mango that I was not happy with the run around and I would like to cancel any further visits.  A manager called me back and stated that she is unsure who was at my house or why and would really like to keep us as we had been valuable customers since the beginning.  She offered to schedule us out for the remainder of 2018, July, September and November all free of charge for my inconvienece.  September came and they charged my card.  It took many phone calls and messages to get a credit.  Today, they again charged me for a free service and when I called, they offered to just apply a credit to January.  I told them that I would like to discontinue all services with them and I would like to speak to a manager.  I was then put on hold and after a while, the receptionist came back and said they would reverse the charge for today and end the services.  

I feel that they do have good intentions, they have just gotten too big to take care of their customers.  Perhaps they should focus on one business instead of adding more companies to their umbrella.

We subscribed to both the Termite Prevention and the Pest Free 365 monthly spraying.  Termite prevention did NOT prevent termites nor did they service the traps or check them to the point we had to discontinue that service.  We continued with the monthly spraying.  Due to an accounts receivable error on the part of the company, we had to spend several hours on the phone trying to make them understand how they misapplied a payment (confusing our terminate service portion with our pest 365 portion) and that we were indeed current with our account.  We're now receiving calls for the same exact accounts receivable error that we straightened out months ago.  After spending another 2.5 hours on the phone this morning only to be treated like a criminal by supervisor Courtney asking me for my side of the story?!?!  Are you kidding me?????  All our canceled checks tell our side of the story quite well and unfortunately we are now looking for a new pest company.  Any suggestions????
