Brian came yesterday & went all over my home, inside & out...very knowledgeable about termites, took the time to answer all my questions & took pride in his job. He was extremely thorough & treated me like family. I've been a customer for years & their employees are top notch! Thanks again Brian!

We moved to AZ about a year ago and have been using Open Range Pest Control during this time.  We have been extremely happy with their services. I did not have one spider, roach, or scorpion in my house all year. Outside I saw a few crickets, and I mean a FEW, but nothing else....and our yard backs up to open desert.

They make it very easy to schedule an appointment with their email system, and are quick to post a paid invoice.  When you email them, they get back to you quickly.

Today I had them apply pre emergent weed control. The technician was very careful to apply the product so that it was not on my pavers, but also make sure that our gravel was completely covered.  The product they use does not smell. We had another company apply a treatment previously, and it smelled so bad you didn't want to go outside, and I had yellow stains on my pavers, and walls.  I was thrilled to see that Open Range uses a product that is much more consumer friendly.

We have had the same technician all year, which is great. He is polite, neat, respectful and doesn't look like he belongs on America's Most Wanted!

We just started our service with Overson and so far so good. Alex was here today and was very good at addressing all our concerns and really focused on our problem areas!

I called out Complete Pest Management for a termite inspection after our service technician from another company found 2 small tunnels on an outside wall.  There was no sign of termite activity elsewhere on our property.  Stuart Babcock, General Manager of CPM, responded to my call immediately and came out promptly.  He spent a significant amount of time inspecting the home and recommended top of the line chemicals to eliminate a possible infestation.  He was very knowledgeable and presented his recommendations in a reasonable manner.  I never felt pressured or  subjected to scare tactics, which I did experience with 2 other companies.  Shortly after his visit, Stuart emailed us a readable contract with outstanding pricing.  We did request a few small revisions, which he honored and tended to immediately.   The service technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation job of both bait stations and liquid chemicals.  The areas where drilling was done in the patio grout joints were expertly repaired that day.  To sum it up, the customer service on all levels was excellent.  They will be inspecting the bait stations multiple times this year, and I look forward to their visits.  I have total confidence in this small, yet very professional company and highly recommend them to others.

So I have always had bad luck with big companies and pest services.  We had a scorpion problem really bad over the summer and I started researching people before I made a choice a guy came to the door offering service.  I really don't care about the whole song and dance about the sales pitch.  I just want to know about the product.  The guy talked about the deal they are offering and that it's a money back guarantee or that they will come and Re spray if needed.  So I did it.  I signed up. We had the initial spray and I feel evryspray since has been as thorough as the first.  When I continued to see scorpion activity I called and they came out between services as promised no questions asked.  Every person that has come out has been very nice and helpful.  I enjoy working with them to this point. I would recommend them to others.

They guarantee work for 30 day. Bs. They double rob me. Agent quoted me 400, turned around and billed my landlord 700, and when he couldn't kill the pest twisted my words and billed my landlord another 700. I still owe Journey Real State 500. I should have sued both patriot and Journey

Excellent service! They showed up right on time! the technician answered all of my questions, he was very thorough, explaining not only what he was doing, but why he was doing it. The best part is, I haven't seen a single scorpion since I started using them! A++

Crap srivce , hé knows only to explain the instruction and never did the service properly , hé was late , gave a wrong price quotation .

I was referred to Steve Johnson and his company Excel through a neighbor who used them for termite issues. That neighbor was so pleased with their service that I opted to call for the same issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly/informative communication, follow through, and pricing. His customer service orientation is wonderful, and the advice and service he and his son provided me was exceptional. In fact, and on my recommendation, our next door neighbor also decided to use Excel for termite treatment. I can't recommend Excel more highly than to say that if you want over and above termite and pest control service.....call Steve Johnson and Excel. You will not be disappointed.

This gentleman was honest and I explain my situation to him and he informed me that he was not equipped to handle that situation and he referred me to someone that is very honest straightforward and helpful I highly recommend him

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I highly recommend Anteater Exterminating. They showed up on time each week and provided a thorough extermination for both inside and outside my home. A special shoutout to Scott who took care of my house with great care. His personal touch made the experience with Anteater even better.

I had a swarm of bees on my compost bin. I specifically asked if they will take the bees, not kill them. The gentleman that answered said they would try but not if they are African bees. I said I understood. They came out very fast and were done just as fast. They killed the bees. I am so upset right now because we need bees for our environment. **** This company reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication. There were not as many bees as I was told, which makes my heart feel better. I will say again, they arrived at my home soon after I called and were very professional while speaking to me.

I called them yesterday afternoon and they arranged to have Didi come out by 5 pm the same day. Once he found my place he came in and looked at the situation. He gave me time to remove the items out of my one closet. He did a thorough job and saturated some areas. Hopefully what he did works. $400 for 3 rooms works for me.

Phil was servicing my neighbor for ants and was able to fit me in that day. His price was reasonable and he did a thorough job.
We had discussed him returning the next week to repair a sprinkler leak. He surprised me and looked at it while spraying and fixed it!
I truly appreciate his efforts and will continue to use his services!

We had a massive wasp infection on our back porch. Actually they built a huge nest, about 8 inches wide with multiple planet nests surrounding.

Chris was prompt and thorough removing the wasps and the nests. They haven't been back.

Been using Green Mango for a couple month now and I have no complaints. The service is great, the techs and costumer service reps are great and friendly. They are also super helpful in explain everything they are doing. I'd highly recommend!

We contacted them to take care of our bee problem with bees coming in our bedroom thru the ac vent. They came 3 times to poison the opening but the bees came back more aggressively each time because they can't see/reach the hive. At the beginning we were told they would come as many times necessary but after 3 times tech said it was our problem since we didn't seal the opening. It was never safe for us to seal the opening with the bees coming back so quickly and aggressively and if it was our responsibility to seal it, you think they would've emphasized that from the beginning instead of wasting their time and ours by coming back 2 more times.  Now we have more bees than ever and lost $250 to an exterminating company who just made the situation worse. The tech was unprofessional on the phone saying he doesn't mean to be a jerk or an ass but he can't keep coming back. I understand their perspective but I think they setup the wrong expectation from the beginning, they should've told us the bees will keep returning if they cant get the hive so we could've contracted someone who could get the hive and they shouldn't have made it seem like they would keep coming back until the job is done because they don't. I don't care if they have to demo a wall or do what it takes, we can repair that, I just need them to do what we paid them to, get the bees gone for good.
