Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

I have never been so impressed by a pest control company before.  Jayce & Jet came out to the house Monday to inspect for termites. They were on time, polite, personable, thorough and honest.  Jet showed me the thermal image radar detection device they use.  I was able to see what they see inside the walls.  Thank God there was no sign of termites.  This company didn't even try to sell to me on their products or services.  With that alone I have complete trust in this company and will call only them for future services.

I was driving down the 303 and saw the business truck and so I called left a message. Within mins Delane called me back. Very professional and upfront.  He made it very easy to get his guys out to my place quick.  Talk about mom and pop company!!! OUTSTANDING!! I was able to discuss things that i needed over text and it was easy as pie. David came to my home,  my husband and mother were so impressed with his PROFESSIONALISM. They were so happy with his knowledge and he gave helpful tips.  I would suggest this company to everyone!!!! Thanks GUYS for bringing HONEST GREAT SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY!!

Just updating my review. The price went up, it is now $89 a quarter...inside and outside. I thought about switching and called three different places. All of them are equal to, if not more expensive than, Overson so I'm sticking with Overson. The pests are always dead. Let's be real, we'll never exterminate them all, but as long as they stay in their places and don't make it alive inside my house, I'm satisfied. Alex did a fantastic job today and even dusted for scorpions as this wind, heat and storms are circumstances to see more.

Live in an area with lots of scorpions and roaches, so I decided to call Complete Pest Management. Glad that I did, service is top notch and professional, this company has not missed one step at all. When the service tech showed up, and introduced himself, he asked immediately what and where are our pest issues. He spent an hour treating the house, and explained everything I needed to know about our scorpion problem. After meeting Art our technician, I knew this was the service for us. We would see on average 5 to 10 scorpions a month inside our house, now we have not seen any after three months of service. On the third month we had fire ants in our grass, showed Art on his monthly visit, they were gone the next day, and have not been back since. This is the company to go with, my wife and I are in the process of building a pool soon, we will hire them for our pool service as well, for when that time comes. First class company all the way.

I signed up for their services years ago at an old address because of high pressure door to door sales tactics. I already had service, but I just wanted the salesman gone. This company is expensive, but they showed up for the job (at least 5 years ago).

Fast forward to a week ago - I already have a pest service but the new door to door salesman keeps trying to get me to use their service and will not take no for an answer. I spoke to him for 45 minutes (while I was quite busy - I work from home) and he simply would not take no for an answer. I also asked for a business card as I like to do my own research, but he refused to give me one. Everything about this company raises red flags, and I can see others have the same issues. Now that I've got my Yelp review in, it's off to Google and other platforms as well as the BBB.

So far so good! Excellent customer service- like seriously above and beyond.  We signed up for the bi monthly routine visits. Hoping for a pest free year!

I have been using Sam the Bug Man since 2003. I cannot recommend them highly enough -they provide quick and reasonably priced services for almost all pests and, they are extremely knowledgeable about pests here in the hills.. I know that my yard, house, pets and family are in the very best hands! You will NOT be disappointed.

My house was recently infested with ticks and Arizona Pest Squad was one of the only places open on a Sunday to rush out and help us. We were very satisfied with our service from David who did everything he could to make sure the ticks were dead and gone and that we could be comfortable in our home again as soon as possible. The price was also amazing for such a large job. He used four foggers in our townhouse and sprayed baseboard, carpets, and surfaces. He was also willing to wait for us to clear out the necessary items for the spraying. I could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this service to others.

I was referred to Steve Johnson and his company Excel through a neighbor who used them for termite issues. That neighbor was so pleased with their service that I opted to call for the same issue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendly/informative communication, follow through, and pricing. His customer service orientation is wonderful, and the advice and service he and his son provided me was exceptional. In fact, and on my recommendation, our next door neighbor also decided to use Excel for termite treatment. I can't recommend Excel more highly than to say that if you want over and above termite and pest control service.....call Steve Johnson and Excel. You will not be disappointed.

This gentleman was honest and I explain my situation to him and he informed me that he was not equipped to handle that situation and he referred me to someone that is very honest straightforward and helpful I highly recommend him

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I've been using Anteater For almost 10 years now. My entire family uses them and loves them! Tom is simply the best but whenever someone else has come out we have gotten the same level of excellent customer service we have become accustomed to. Their products really get the job done as well! If we've skipped a month due to being out of town or whatever we still don't have bigs return. And I'm sure this will jinx me but as long as I've been using them I have. Ever seen a  Scorpion unless it's name is Walter O'Brien!

Yesterday I was working in my garden and noticed there were a lot of bees all over the place. Not uncommon since things are flowering but it was definitely more than usual. I assumed it was due to the warmer weather & they were just more active but they were also buzzing around me & even bumping into me a couple of times. I went to get something out of my shed and realized there were even more bees buzzing around. I looked around the side of the shed and there was a huge clump of bees down towards the bottom - when I was looking at it one FLEW RIGHT AT ME AND STUNG ME IN THE FOREHEAD! I knew I had to call someone before my husband came home from work and tried to remedy it himself. AZ Professional came up when I searched and when I called they said they could have someone out same day. Christian came to my house yesterday afternoon and I could not be happier with the service provided. He explained what I had going on - a hive under my shed which I guess had been there for a while that became too large to go unnoticed anymore. I told him to do what he had to do to take care of it & fast so I could get it done before hubs came home. He got straight to work & after taking care of the bees he cut a hole in the shed floor and took out a HUGE honeycomb. No idea how long they were in there but it was impressive. They were busy little guys. I really appreciated the promptness of this company and the time the technician took to explain the issue & how it would be taken care of. I'd rather not have the issue again, but if I do I will definitely be a return customer & if anyone else I know has a problem I would definitely recommend them!

Called these guys up for my dad who lives in Phoenix to clean out what he described as a horrific infestation. I was told Phoenix Bed Bug experts were extremely friendly, timely, and that they did an amazing job getting rid of all these lil nasty guys. They were extremely affordable too! Five stars for sure.

Phil made great conversation as well as great service. He fit me into his schedule when others could not schedule me for a week or two out. Pricing was reasonable and he was very informative of what to expect, along with when the next service is required.

We have had Killum Pest Control for over a year now. Chris is awesome, always on time, easy to schedule, and the critters are gone! We live in an area known for scorpions and termites and Chris has done an excellent job of ridding our scorpion problem. Our dog has not been stung walking around in the backyard since we hired Killum. Thanks Chris!

I have had several pest control companies and none of them could completely get rid of scorpions and other pest.   So far Green Mango has been successful.    I had lots of webs on my house too from some other bug and their rep even had a long handle brush to clean the high areas which I have struggled to do myself in the past.   It was night and day difference once I switched to them so I recommend you give them a try.   They were referred to me by close friends who have used them for a long time.

My neighbor had fumigation done at  E. La Donna Street in Tempe.
I have one attic opening and one cooler opening about 7 feet away from the fumigation tent. Before they schedule to remove fumigation tent, I was worried and talked to the worker there, one of them told me, All chemicals only goes up,
Huge mistake to trust any chemical company, should have covered the attic and cooler opening.

That night, when we returned home, 11 pm.
my house was foggy with something and with a very strong DDT smell.
At that moment,  we went into a panic mode, just trying to grab couple of things and leave the house asap.
We found out later it was a mistake not calling any officials to document what happened and witness the DDT smell.

2nd day of fumigation, not knowing if it's safe to go back in the house.
I called Tempe Fire, they  came and  check any trapped gas.
My family then went back home after the clearance from TFD.
I  also turned on all fans for couple hours until the horrible smell seems cleared.

Then I called the company to bring chemical detection equipment  just to make sure no other odorless chemical still trap in my house.
3 pm , 30 hours after the tent removed.
One person from the company did come with just his nose,
No smell; no way any chemical can get into your house. he said.

That denial contact was the first communication with the company.
Then, they don't return any phone call or emails. No apologize; no pretend to listen.
Last communication from the company was a respond letter through BBB,
they threatened me to stop all communication with them
or they'll take action against me.

After reading their letter, I remember thinking, what a way to do business, unnecessarily harsh; unkind and no compassion to other's suffering.

This is a company not very friendly in listening to your complaint.
Good luck to you if the service gone wrong and you need to communicate with them.
