We found a termite tube hanging from the ceiling after just moving in. Poor Boys came over within a few days. He was masked and clean and polite and thorough. Love the minimally invasive treatment. Reasonable price and a good warranty. Haven't seen any signs of a return in the few months since the treatment. Would recommend to anyone.

DeLane has provided pest control for my home for several years and I remain VERY impressed with his professionalism and honesty. Always prompt, friendly and flexible, DeLane provides an educational, no frills, no contracts service with very reasonable prices. Most important, I no longer have an issue with ants, bugs, crickets, crawly critters and other things that go bump in the night. If I could give 10 stars, I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend Overson Pest Control. They've been spraying for us for almost 2 years now and we've never had any issues with Overson or bugs. In fact, Alex from Overson is always prompt, very courteous, very informative, and thorough! Recently we thought we may have a roof rat issue, because we have fruit trees on our property and we heard scratching noises in the attic. Alex quickly set traps in the attic and returned a week later - exactly when he said he would - to inspect the traps. One large rat caught, he reset the traps and will be back next week to inspect again. Excellent service at a fair price! Thanks so much Alex!

My old pest control people were in and out in 15-20 min.  Art was here for 2 hours.  Very knowledgeable and efficient.  Highly recommend these guys.

Shady door-to-door sales guys using aggressive tactics, blatantly and intentionally ignoring posted 'No Soliciting' signs and verbal directions to leave immediately.  This is not a one time thing- has happened on numerous occasions and they're clearly being trained this way.  These guys still try to pitch their scam even as the door is closing and thereafter.  Absolutely obnoxious.  Don't listen to or consider doing business with these guys. Get them out of our neighborhoods.

They guarantee work for 30 day. Bs. They double rob me. Agent quoted me 400, turned around and billed my landlord 700, and when he couldn't kill the pest twisted my words and billed my landlord another 700. I still owe Journey Real State 500. I should have sued both patriot and Journey

I called to get an estimate on my home. We played phone tag and finally was able to talk. The guy on the other line was not interested to have my business. He was very rude and short with me and didn't have time to talk to me on the phone. He said he's too busy to answer my questions. Also when I asked how many employees he has and get a general idea about the company, he did not want to share any information to make me feel comfortable as a new client. I looked at the reviews, and since Yelp gives it 5 starts, that's why I called. They might have good service, I would never know. But what I do know is that the customer service is very poor and I didn't feel like they deserve my business.

I just had Marcus out and he really saved us from a nightmare with Wasps, we actually had an infestation in our roof on the second story so this was not an easy task! Marcus was so great and he was educating me and my neighbors about what to do, how our landscaping is contributing to the wasps and when to call for inspection. I would definitely call them for services.

The guy who came out to do the inspection was polite knowledgeable respectful he knew what he was looking for and he gave me some good advice. It was nice to have a helpful but professional person doing the job and give good recommendations as well.

Back in July 2020 we were getting bitten in our house by something and couldn't figure out what it was so we hired green mango pest control to come out and eliminate any pests that were biting us. we captured a couple different bugs just in case they were the ones biting us and we weren't sure what they were. the technicians took pictures of them and the bites on me and said they would upload them onto our account for a specialist to review and diagnose for proper treatment. Come to find out the pictures were never uploaded and no one ever contacted me so in the 2 months we have been with them I have had to call to let them know we're still getting bitten we've had three technicians come out in the last two months and no one did any thorough investigations on why I keep getting bit they checked for bed bugs and found no evidence of them so just did normal treatment spray ing our bedding and furniture to be safe. I have over a hundred bites all over me now and I called them again and the third technician came out Hector C. He was amazing and very thorough he again checked for bed bugs and found no evidence but got on his hands and knees with a flashlight went across a lot of my baseboards and did find evidence of fleas droppings. he said that they came from our yard and brought in by the dogs. They have a specialized flea treatment but it costs almost $300 for the whole treatment I told them because I've had three techs come out no one has Even tried to diagnose what the problem was until Hector and didn't even upload the pictures that each of the techs had taken previously that I wasn't willing to pay for the expensive treatment for something that should have been diagnosed when we told them we had some problems earlier in July. It took a third technician and over a hundred bites on me to figure it out I told them I found it in bad taste and terrible customer service when their company dropped the ball and they won't fix it without charging me a lot of money. They offered a discounted rate still almost $200 to get rid of the problem. I was told that a manager Alan would call me today and work things out with me. Alan did call and said that they couldn't do the specialized treatment at no cost.I told him that I would have been willing to pay full price for the treatment if back in July when I asked your company and your technician to please find out what's biting us and now I have over a hundred bites and you want me to pay for a treatment that none of your other techs even looked for. I told them I wanted to cancel my contract and instead of trying to keep my business as a new customer he went ahead and canceled my contract for me. I will never use them or refer them to any friends and family

We've had AZ Exterminating as our exterminators for many years. I will say we have not always been very pleased. There were years when we still had roaches in the house, mice in the garage... We were told by the exterminator that we needed to put food away, close drains, etc. Still had problems until a few years ago. There seemed to be a change in the company. We got a new exterminator assigned to us and we haven't seen roaches inside for a long time. Recently I heard noises in the ceiling (flat roof, no attic), so they sent out an inspector and we talked about options. Turns out it was birds and probably roof rats. We decided to seal the house completely, set rat bait and also do a termite treatment. The teams that came out to do the work were really knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing. They sent out a supervisor at the end to make sure everything was done. I was impressed. So now, 2 weeks later, I don't hear noises in the ceiling anymore. But, ew, I have found 2 very large, very dead rats in the yard, and I think I smell that something has died in the ceiling. They did try to scare out anything up there, but... So I'm a happy customer. My suggestion to the company is this - your exterminators should be more observant and proactive to help me keep the critters at bay. If you notice my house is vulnerable, let me know. You deal with this everyday. Thank you!
