When we moved into our house it had been treated twice with a drilling treatment. There are multiple sets of drill holes all over the house, even through the epoxy coated garage. We noticed right away that we still had termites in multiple rooms. Once Poor Boy came out they were able to find all the live termites using thermal imaging cameras and we haven't seen termites for years.

When he was here he asked lots of questions that clearly were intended to inform his decisions on exactly what services we needed. While Hyrum was here he was through, methodical and attentive. He communicated with me about everything he was doing and checked in with me often to determine if we had additional needs. I called out Complete Pest Management for a termite inspection after our service technician from another company found 2 small tunnels on an outside wall.  There was no sign of termite activity elsewhere on our property.  Stuart Babcock, General Manager of CPM, responded to my call immediately and came out promptly.  He spent a significant amount of time inspecting the home and recommended top of the line chemicals to eliminate a possible infestation.  He was very knowledgeable and presented his recommendations in a reasonable manner.  I never felt pressured or  subjected to scare tactics, which I did experience with 2 other companies.  Shortly after his visit, Stuart emailed us a readable contract with outstanding pricing.  We did request a few small revisions, which he honored and tended to immediately.   The service technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation job of both bait stations and liquid chemicals.  The areas where drilling was done in the patio grout joints were expertly repaired that day.  To sum it up, the customer service on all levels was excellent.  They will be inspecting the bait stations multiple times this year, and I look forward to their visits.  I have total confidence in this small, yet very professional company and highly recommend them to others.

Let me first say You are a Professional  I really appreciated you explaining everything that you were going to do prior to the implementation of the chemicals and noting that they are safe in the event my pet were to come in contact.  You were on-time for the appointment and completed the work without delay paying attention to the problem areas that we discussed and even as soon as today I see great improvement to riding the ants I spotted in the beach sand.  Thank you!  Hope you are my Tech for my follow-up treatments going forward.

Patriot treated a house we bought for bats, wasps and pigeons.  The pigeons returned and they came out again with a more robust solution.  Total professionals, very pleased.  Highly recommended.

I'm selling my home and needed a termite warranty.  (I had completely forgotten that I renewed my warranty last August.)  When I spoke to Lexy at Titan she not only reminded me that I was up-to-date, but was really understanding about my mistake.  

It took her only 5 minutes to email me a copy of my warranty and get me squared away.

They could have charged me twice and I wouldn't have even noticed.  It's a nice feeling to do business with a company you can trust.

I found Arizona Pest Squad on Yelp and was looking for a general service due to my in-laws coming into town.  I explained to the staff coming to my house that I do not have issues with bugs on the interior of my house.  Further, I explained that we spend a lot of our time in the yard and that was where my concern was.  I told him we have had spiders, crickets and beetles emerging.  He said with the that if I bought the yelp special, he would be able to take care of all of these issues for just under $80.  I agreed and they serviced that day.  Over the next week, I continued to see the bugs that I complained of but thought the treatment may need time to work.  In addition, fire ants began to emerge.  I contacted the company again explaining the issues and the mounds of fire ants that I found and due to spending so much time outdoors, the products I bought myself to immediately take care of them.  Arizona Pest Squad said they would be out that day to redo the yard service.  They then called and rescheduled for the following early morning.  They did arrive, late, while my wife was entertaining her parents and completed the treatment.  Within a week, my 3 year old son ran to me crying and I saw fire ants all over his legs.  I found 4 large mounds of ants that day and again went to the hardware store to buy more products on my own.  Since then, it has been a constant battle, costing me more and more money, for something that was supposed to be taken care of in the first place.  I continue to find spiders near my pool area and beetles around the yard.  On a positive note, crickets are gone..

I have used Excel for my monthly pest control and recently discovered termites on my foundation.  The owner is very professional.  He came out to my home, gave me an estimate and guarantee that could not be beat.  He comforted me with his assurance that everything would be ok as termites can be a stressful situation.  He performed the work and was extremely neat and thorough.  His equipment is maintained and neat...so I am not embarrassed to have his work truck parked in front of my home like other pest control/work trucks you might see throughout your neighborhood.  I highly recommend Excel.

I had him out to spray today and when I came home I found a dying scorpion on my patio. Great service, great person, great job! I didn't even know I had scorpions because I hadn't seen any, but now I'm not concerned about them.

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

We have been using ant eater for the past eight years and have never had a problem with their service. They are punctual,reliable, knowledgeable , caring, and courteous. When we had an issue with bees they addressed it the next day. We highly recommend ant eater. OK

I just had Marcus out and he really saved us from a nightmare with Wasps, we actually had an infestation in our roof on the second story so this was not an easy task! Marcus was so great and he was educating me and my neighbors about what to do, how our landscaping is contributing to the wasps and when to call for inspection. I would definitely call them for services.

I was so freaked out when I found bedbugs in my house. I was not sure what to do because I was embarrassed to tell anyone. My house is extremely clean so It was a mystery to me how I got them. I immediately called Phoenix Bug Expert and made an appointment. Anthony showed up the next morning and was very professional and seemed to really care. He thoroughly inspected my house and answered all my questions. I give them 5 stars for sure and would recommend Anthony and his team!

Phil was servicing my neighbor for ants and was able to fit me in that day. His price was reasonable and he did a thorough job.
We had discussed him returning the next week to repair a sprinkler leak. He surprised me and looked at it while spraying and fixed it!

We have had green mango for over a year and unfortunately they have not been able to deliver results. We live in an area that backs up to a desert wash and is adjacent to the desert, so scorpions are an issue. In the year we had green mango there wasn't much activity for the first 6 months. However, over the last 6 months I have seen multiple scorpions in the house along with multiple spiders and those little beetles. I now walk around at night in fear and always with a black light, it sucks,

After a service a few months ago I noticed they did not knock down a large spider web on the patio furniture, so they sent a nice gentleman out to do a free re-service. I asked why I was seeing so much activity still and he said because I back up to the wash I really had to take it upon myself to go back and find/kill scorpions frequently. I kind of understood that but thought to myself isn't this why you guys come out and do your thing? Anyway, over the next few months after the re-service I continued to see spiders inside and scorpions outside. Sometimes the scorpions were dead and sometimes they were alive, not sure why.

Over the past two weeks I saw two live and well scorpions in the house. One I spotted on the kitchen countertop and the other was on the carpet in the walkway of our bedroom!!!! Having a small child at crawling age this is entirely unacceptable.

I called to cancel so I could try a different pest service and they transferred me to their customer retention person. She was very nice and said she was confident that they could solve the issue, and that they would send a field supervisor out to my place. However, after seeing two scorpions in two weeks I was understandably done with this company. We kept talking and she eventually said something along the lines of you've only seen two scorpions in the house in two weeks? That's nothing! Some people have way more!

I'm sorry but I prefer to have zero scorpions in the house forever, which is why I have a bug company that supposedly guarantees no scorpions. And after not living up to their guarantee, I asked if they could waive the $149 cancellation fee due to my unfortunate experience and the lack of results, but they said no and got me for the $149 on the way out.

If you have small children or don't want to have scorpions in your house, I would highly recommend you go with a different pest company.

The worst customer service co I've ever seen.  Paid for termite protection and they do not show up for treatments that they sell and get paid for.  Told I would receive a call from management...never happens.  Told service person would be coming between 8am-noon (had  to take off work to meet him)  NEVER SHOWED UP NEVER CALLED.  Based on my horrid experience, plus what I read here...you should stay FAR away from these unprofessional crooks.  I have called AZ attorney general to report fraud and I am suing them in small claims court for every dime I can get!!!
NEGATIVE 5 STARS FOR THIS OUTFIT...NEVER GO HERE!!!
