So thankful for this company.  Genuine, honest, friendly, and down to earth. I didn't feel like they just wanted to sell me their extended warranty and only spot treat, like any of my experiences with the better-known companies out there. From their customer service team to their technicians, we have had only positive interactions.  We purchased a home with a termite problem two years ago and these folks have been a God-send.  I have been in Real Estate since 2000 and dealt with dozens of termite companies, via my clients and their shared experiences, and now, I am thankful to be able to recommend Poor Boy Termite exclusively(!!) to any and all.

I have been using Open Range for over 5 years. They have been consistent, reliable and professional. I went thru 3 companies that consistently disappointed me. Open Range always backs their service!!

We just started our service with Overson and so far so good. Alex was here today and was very good at addressing all our concerns and really focused on our problem areas!

Complete Pest Management meets all of my wants and makes me fell like an appreciated customer at the same time.

Courteous and thorough. They even cleaned out some ants from our pool! Only 4 stars because I wish there was a way they could confirm the service and just follow through without ringing the doorbell. I work from home quite often and can't always go to the door (twice) to talk to them. Not sure of a solution off the top of my head - but something to consider.

Ben was professional and knowledgeable. He located the area where the chipmunks were getting into my attic and secured it. He inspected the attic and did not find any live critters. He set traps just in case there were any stragglers and came back in a week. The traps were clear. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of pest control.

Worked for this company for a month and loved it, had to quit for health reasons and never received my last check. Some disconnect between office and field staff at times but overall it wasn't a bad place they treat the customers well.

I was happy with AZ Pest Squad's initial service and they definitely took care of our cricket invasion, but the thing that most impressed me was their follow-up. David called me 2 days after the service to ensure that his service met my expectations and I told him I was very happy with all the dead crickets on our porch (there were at least 40, maybe even 50 dead crickets) - and he offered to stop by and sweep up the mess when he was in my neighborhood. I don't like crickets so I was dreading cleaning up the mess, and I really appreciated this high level of service from AZ Pest Squad - thanks y'all!

I hired Excel Termite and Pest Control to take care of my termite issue in my garage. They did a great job and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

This gentleman was honest and I explain my situation to him and he informed me that he was not equipped to handle that situation and he referred me to someone that is very honest straightforward and helpful I highly recommend him

We moved to Arizona City in monsoon season. Needless to say, bugs, bugs, bugs. Called Arizona City Pest Control and they were able to help me right away. Friendly service! They also spray for weeds, so they are my one stop shop.

I've been using Anteater For almost 10 years now. My entire family uses them and loves them! Tom is simply the best but whenever someone else has come out we have gotten the same level of excellent customer service we have become accustomed to. Their products really get the job done as well! If we've skipped a month due to being out of town or whatever we still don't have bigs return. And I'm sure this will jinx me but as long as I've been using them I have. Ever seen a  Scorpion unless it's name is Walter O'Brien!

I had bees and honeycomb removed by Arizona Professional pest control about a week ago. There were still bees buzzing around when they left, but they told me to give it 7 days for all the activity to cease. I wanted to wait until the bees were fully gone to write a review. It's been 4 days and all the bees are gone.

I have had bees removed from the same spot before but the last pest control guys never mentioned that there could be honeycomb in that that would attract back another hive. I really don't want to be over run by bees again so I was definitely ready to have it taken care of once and for all.

After returning from holiday to discover my apartment had bed bugs as most people I was horrified. I'd had them once before about 3 years ago & had an absolutely terrible experience with a local exterminator & wound up doing all the work myself plus shelling out nearly a thousand dollars. After reading about Anthony on Yelp I was eager to get his opinion. He came over and I was immediately put at ease by his kind, non-judgmental & empathic demeanor. He delicately & carefully inspected my entire apartment, turning over all furniture & peeling over my bed. He confirmed I did have a mild case of bed bugs & showed me the evidence. I was initially leaning towards heat just because of my bad experience with chemicals but he carefully described in detail why this would be more cost efficient & best suited to my needs. He did not try to sell me anything & was both an excellent listener & communicator. He came & did my place, even taking the time to carry all the bags I'd mistakenly left outside. I left him a key which he promptly delivered to me at my job for my convenience. He was patient & accommodating with my method of payment and answered all my questions in great detail. I would HIGHLY recommend Anthony to anyone suffering this horrible infestation!! I am so glad I found him on here & if I ever have issues he will be the first I contact. So far I'm fairly confident my bug issue is remedied & to that I owe him all my thanks & gratitude!

We moved to Arizona in October to a house we had built On an extra large lot... That being said we need a landscaper for the side yards and backyard... all dirt! We needed a sprinkler and drip systems, grass, rocks, pavers, trees and bushes planted... the works! Phil came and sat with us for hours to get our ideas and give us his! Phil is Extremely experienced and knowledgeable, very easy to work with! He does not have a lot of employees so the lack of overhead makes his prices more than reasonable!

Christopher was awesome!!! Called him and he came immediately! Super knowledgeable and very nice! Will be using his company from now on :)

Our technician was Barnaby. Great personality, explained things very well. Hope to have him back on this route for the next service!

horrible service,  needed 2 visits at ttl $275.  Roaches still in house after 2nd visit.  They returned, Bill said he sprayed more areas then before, why wasn't then done in the first 2 visits?  He said the problem was that I didn't sign up for monthy service, why would I since the problem never changed after 3 visits, he answer then was it was because I lived in a townhouse, why couldn't they have told me this in the begining and I wouldn't have had their service?

After doing research on the internet I went with roach traps and boric acid, with-in 2 weeks they only roaches I see are dead ones.

Ask for a guarantee before using their service.  More than likely they won't give you one.  All they to is take your money anf make excuses
