Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Regular service was scheduled for 2:00, when I planned to be home.  Apparently the service tech wanted to finish his day early, so he called at noon to come over.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They came anyway.  They rang the door bell.  No answer because I wasn't home.  They found an open gate and did the service anyway with no one home and without permission.  They sprayed potentially hazardous chemicals around the house, and left before it dried.  My pets were outside, and could lick the wet pesticides, and walk in it.  I was not here to keep them inside.  When I got home at 1:45, for the 2:00 appointment, they were gone.  This is rude and dangerous behavior.  They put my pets at serious risk.  They came into my backyard without permission, trespassing and disregarding my privacy.  I had told them about my pets, and not to come if I am not home.  This company can be dangerous to your property and pets, and they have little regard for their customers.

We have been a long term customer.  Always arrive when they say they will, very thorough checking for our creepy bugs.  All technicians are well trained and great at their job.  Jaden Cruz came today and found spiders and webs we never saw.  So much for our thoroughness in cleaning.  Great company to work with, if callback for a new problem no charge.  We are on the every other month plan.  They never disappoint.

A company is only good as its employees and this company lives up to its name.
Recently,  an employee accidentally damaged my fence.  Accidents happen.   However he was very forthcoming about the incident and self - reported it to his company.   This kind of virtue is unheard of today.   They quickly sent out a repair man who was willing to fix it the way I wanted.  It now looks like it never happened.   Great job.  He even left me a can of matching paint he used!
Not only have they been doing a great job for me for several years,  they are always concerned with the value that I receive.  By that I mean the sales team ensures I am not paying for services I don't need and when I don't need them.
Most importantly,  my scorpion infestation was gone day one and they make sure none ever return.

Do not bother looking any other pest control company.  Ryan/Elite is the best pest company I have ever used.  They have serviced my home for the lest two years.  Always on time and very professional.  Service charge is only $45 and they do not try to sell you any service contracts.  I had black widow, crickets and scorpions in my home and after the first visit they were gone and I did not need another service for over a year.  

Fast forward to June of this year.  I had a rental house that the previous tenant destroyed.  It was a beautiful remodel only 1.5 years ago and never any pest issues.  After we had to evict the tenant, the home looked like something you see on tv's Hoarders show.  It was full of junk and garbage and tenant brought with them roaches, bed bugs, flees etc.  According to Ryan it was possibly the second worst house he has ever seen.  I wasn't confident anyone can fix the problem 100%.  Ryan showed up, accessed the situation, and treated the home inside and out.  Within 3 weeks all the pest was dead and gone.  My contractor even said he was impressed with the results.  The price was more then reasonable and less then any other company.

Ryan has gained a lifelong customer and I constantly refer him to all my friends and family.

I wish there were words to describe how amazing this company is - I'll do my best!

When we purchased our dream home in the perfect neighborhood, I was overjoyed. That quickly came crashing down when we went to get the key from under the mat & a live bark scorpion scurried out. That was just the beginning. Black light searches revealed a TON in the yard - on the brick of the house, in the cracks, in the rocks, in the plants, and a few even inside the house (nope, nope, nopity nope).

I was an absolute mess. I had nightmares for the 3 weeks leading up to our move in - I would wake every single night crying, dreaming that they were crawling on me or that I would come home to find my dogs dead from scorpion stings. I felt like I was overreacting, but I've never had to deal with scorpions before, and I've never had fear like this. I didn't know it was even possible to be so scared of something so small.

Finally, after doing literally HOURS of research on both how to get rid of scorpions and how to get out of a house contract (haha) I found Seal Out Scorpions on a Phoenix blog. We contacted them immediately, and they were so fast! They squeezed us into the schedule just a few days later. I can't tell you how thorough they were. Troy was our technician and he spent about 8 hours sealing our home. Every single crack, baseboard, light fixture, light switch, EVERYTHING. And he even endured me following him around asking a million questions while he worked. He was very patient, knowledgable, and comforting.

While Troy was sealing, the owner William came out to do a walk through with me, and I don't know what it is but this team just has a way of making you feel understood. He was never once impatient, never once told me I was overreacting, and just in general made me feel so calm about the process. He didn't sugar coat things, but didn't make it scary either. He explained that we may still see a few, but he gave us advice on a pest control company, and tips like when to black light hunt & what to do landscaping-wise to keep them away from the yard.

We have since hired the pest control company they recommended, and we've also had to call them twice for touch-ups (seals were broken in a few places when we had some electric & plaster work done) and William came right out to re-seal! He even fixed a broken baseboard in our kitchen that was definitely not his responsibility - but he used to do floors for many years, so when he saw it was incorrectly done he did his best to fix it for us so that it wouldn't be an entry point.

We have been living in the house for 5 days now, and (knock on wood) we have had zero scorpions inside. I can actually sleep at night, and have even walked around barefoot once or twice :) we are still finding them in the yard, but I know that with the job SOS did sealing our house, the little bastards are much less likely to find their way inside. I can't say enough how awesome their whole team is. Georgia has been great with communicating with us and being so understanding of the situation.

I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

Trey was so easy to work with and was able to help us out same day! We look forward to having him monthly, and so far so good - no more summer bugs!

What more can I say Ben knows his bugs and rodents. He even knows how they think I believe. HA HA.....  He is amazing and is truly a wonderful business owner through and through. He cares about his clients making sure they are living in a BUG/RODENT FREE ZONE. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new pest control company.

Update 3 years later: My mattress case ripped (pets fault, cases bought on amazon for reference) and I was terrified to sleep in my bed because I hadn't slept on the actual mattress since the day it was encased and sprayed. I know bed bugs can live without blood for a while and after this infestation, even three years later I still have emotional effects of the whole thing (it's ridiculous I know). Safe to say, never had a problem again and my cover less mattress was safe to sleep in until I could encase it again. I still recommend this company for pest control of bed bugs but also for any service since they were so great at ridding my issue.

Don't even bother looking elsewhere for exterminating bed bugs(or anything else because I'm sure they are masters of that too). I promise you, as someone who did HOURS of research on these pesky things and called a world known pest control to come inspect, I still chose Nature Zone and I am so happy I did. They offered me a way better price than the other company I had originally went to, and even assembled my new metal bed frame that they gave me(cheaper through them then online) and put my mattress and box spring encasement's on for me. The gentlemen who came in and sprayed even talked to me the whole time about many things going on in the world and it showed that they really do care about their costumers and aren't just money suckers who tell you to leave them alone while they spray and then collect your money. They also offer a full year of coverage, so if you have a problem and it comes back a few months after they spray, they will respray free of charge. No other company even offered more than 30 days. It has been a week since he has sprayed and as someone who was getting bit every night, multiple times, I have not found one bug or bite mark on my body. These won't go away on their own(trust me I tried) even if you have the smallest infestation. After TWO inspections from the other company and Nature Zone, no one found a trace of them hiding so I was lucky I reacted to their bites or I would have a bed bug zoo at this point because they are hard to find if the infestation is minimal. Bill let me talk his head off about the bed bugs and assured me they would be gone, and when Jeromy came to spray he was equally as awesome. I can't even begin to tell you how great they are, I promise you will not regret calling them to get rid of your pest problem.

I received a few quotes for Pigeon proofing my solar and other roof areas and they were square in the middle of the pack, but still extremely reasonable. I was very pleased with the service I received. Joe and his team did a fantastic job. It's been nearly a month with no Pigeon problems and I am thrilled. I would highly recommend their services!!

The standard that pest control companies should be measured. They are friendly, competent, and reasonable. A great company.

Always very prompt and helpful. Sometimes you have to leave a voicemail when you call but they have always been very good at calling me back. They are also good about calling before they come out to do a service. I had pest issues when I first moved into my house and because of Arizona Best I no longer have issues and have them on a preventative maintenance schedule which makes it easy and convenient. Highly recommend them.

My husband forgot to tell me that Bulwark would be taking care of our house. Our technician made another trip back out the same day at a time when I would be home. Tyler J was wonderful. Very polite and even took the time to get rid of all our cobwebs outside our home too.

I would  highly recommend this company. After  being told I had  termites by a friend. I contacted Eco -Logic  because another friend had  used them for termite treatment and was very happy with the  quality of service. I was given a quote over the  phone including a 5 year warranty based on sq footage. I set up a treatment date.Paul arrived and started his inspection, soon after he told me I did  not have termites. There were a few dust  strings  hanging form my ceiling. I was embrassed but he was so very sweet and honest he even left me a non toxic liquid to get rid of  some spider webs outside. I feel  like many companies might have taken advantage of me and treated my house  anyway .Thank you Eco-Logic , I really appreciate your honesty.

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

I canceled my service today after multiple attempts and requests to have weeds treated. I also found out that after 2 plus years of service they had not been treating for termites that we had specifically requested during sign up. Look elsewhere and buyer beware. You need to be the big expert to ensure they do their job.

Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment.  I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time.  As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up!   I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control.  I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!

I am updating my review because Budget Brothers contacted me to discuss my situation and was very customer service oriented in resolving it. I appreciated how quickly they contacted me and were wanting to make things right.
