This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

Moved to az 18 months ago from Chicago so we were not aware of all the pest concerns. Ray has put our fears at ease and taking care of every concern we had.   Ray goes above & beyond & shares his knowledge with us at every visit.

We've had Bulwark for 1.5 years since moving to Gold Canyon. The home was vacant for several months and they helped us get rid of pests like spiders, scorpions, and a roof rat! Early on, they came out several times upon request to respray. They even call after the followup to make sure the problem was solved. Now they just come every 2 months. The day before they send an email and text reminder so I know when to expect them and the tech calls to let me know he is on the way. Excellent customer service, with a desire to make us satisfied! Our tech Cory is super courteous, with a great attitude and eager to please! Can highly recommend.

Kile was the best and always did a great job with our home. He had great attention to detail. He is no longer with the company but everyone else that has come out has been great too. They always ring the bell or knock to see if you're home and if not they will still spray around your home so you don't need to stay home all day and wait for them. They give you a card with all the listed chemicals  that they use, and are always considerate of our dogs. We even have tortoises that live in the yard and they are very careful around them. I would recommend Responsible Pest Control to anyone.

Great company! They came sealed every crack and crevis we had.. Even ones I would never think about! What I love about them Is that they cleaned up and you would never even knew we had work done. They offer a free touch up if you have any other work done. Mike was great super informative and walked me around the property to show me things to pick up and look for. Georgia was great too she explained in detail their services and was very helpful.
Sealing our house even made it significantly cooler in the house! Definitely feeling better about scorpions and living in a scorpion area!

I have used Precision Pest Control multiple times over the past decade and have always found them to be professional, friendly and efficient.   Customer service is superb and all staff members I have encountered have been exceptional.   I would not use any other pest control service.

Contacted Trey almost 2 years ago after trying other companies that either failed to respond to issues, weren't timely, failed to show up when promised or wanted to charge insane amounts.  Oh yeah.  Or have me commit to monthly service regardless of number of scorpions or having a trial period to see if they delivered as promised.  Trey and Guaranteed have been the answer to all of those problems.  He responded quickly, he showed up when promised, he gave a fair estimate, I never had to chase him or his crews down.  He sends me reminders before he comes and is always right on time.  And the best part...nary a cricket, earwig, roach or nasty scorpion in 2 years!  Who would have thought that being fair, honest and timely would lead to a successful business?!?  What a concept!

So glad I took the advice of a friend who recommended De-Soto Exterminating. They show up as scheduled, are great communicators and know their bugs. We battle spiders at our house because of being nearby a lake. Ben has advised us how to best manage the problem, acknowledging that it will be an ongoing challenge, and without trying to sell us some magic remedy. Our research backs him up. After 6 months with De-Soto, we have found them capable, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. What more can you ask?

Reasonably priced and effective. Everyone I have interacted with so far has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have very young children and cats, so it is important to us that the products used are safe for both, and that is what Naturzone specializes in. The invoice includes a detailed description of the service performed including amount of materials and where they were applied, so we know exactly what is being brought onto our property.

I paid another company to bird proof my home about 5 years ago but the stuff they put down on my tile roof dried out and the birds returned to nest over and over and over.

Joe came out and was professional and very educated on bird behavior. We agreed on a plan to tackle the nesting problem. Solution was implemented as designed an on budget. We also did a few weeks to trap the pigeons. When it was obvious we weren't going to catch anymore, the company was honest and didn't keep spending my money.

I'd feel very comfortable recommending this company to anyone who has pigeon problems. I think they've seen it all and will be honest with you on how to deal with your situation

This guy is very inappropriate in dealing with veterans and conducting inspections for VA home loans. A VA loan makes it the sellers responsibility to pay for the inspection. Once   Joe Funnell couldn't get payments from the sellers he harassed me and threatened me with collections. I'll be glad to send anyone a copy of Joes correspondence with me about his actions. I will be seeking legal counsel for his actions.

Great service! It's was Kevin's first visit, but as most of Zacks staff, he was great. AZ Best has been with me for years. If you don't like something, just address it and it will be handled. Great service.  This is an overall rating over 10 years, not one visit.  I almost want to give all the stars, but it just fell slightly short.

We had our bi-monthly service fro Bulwark today. Phil did his usual superb, thorough job. In addition to spraying the house perimeter for ants he sprayed inside the kitchen where my wife recently saw a bay scorpion; removed and dead rat and rebooted our outdoor traps; and sprayed two bushes for silk worms. We never have an issue that's not addressed quickly and expertly by Phil. Always pleased with the Bulwark service.

I have had my extermination done with Eco Logic for over 4 years.   I have been bug free ever since.  Michael has always been very honest with me, and prices are very fair.  One example is when I was living in a condo I had a bee problem. Of course I called ecologic immediately. Michael informed me that I would be wasting my money if he were to come out because my condo complex should be taken care of that.  He was correct!  He lost the service call for being honest but kept a lifelong customer!

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

Leo performed our regular procedure today and was courteous, informative, and the consummate professional. We've had no critters in all the years while using Greenleaf, so either they've collectively decided to go to greener pastures, or Greenleaf has kept them away. No qualms with continuing service.

TPC is awesome!!! This company has been treating my home for about 5 years now. We had a termite problem all over our home when we first bought it and after these guys came in and thoroughly investigated and treated the problem areas the termites seem to be gone. Now we just call them back lately for routine sprays. Even with just that getting done, Israel takes his time goes through every part of the house/yards to make sure our home is treated properly. TPC gets the job done right, very professional. I can't forget Diane who is the sweetest and so polite each time I call for an appointment. Customer service on point! I totally recommend Trojan Pest Control, they are an awesome team/family who put pride in their work and business.

Second and last update. 5 weeks after calling about reinfestation (August 31, 2022) a guy came out today, Oct. 6, drilled 4 or 5 holes near the baseboard of the nearest wall and sprayed some chemical into the holes, patched with caulk and gone in 30 minutes.  There is an obvious break in the barrier on the outside when they treated the first time in February of this year, so injecting into my wall will stop them?  They will just move to another part of my attic!  You get what you pay for people!
