Best Pest Control Services in Arizona

This was my best experience thus far. Dylan went above and beyond. He was very informative and thorough. I'll only use Bulwark at this point.

We paid a lot of money for pigeon control and issues were never resolved. We were sold something that obviously they could not maintain.  They could have determined when they gave us a quote that they couldn't access the roof to properly install screening. We've had them out repeatedly and one time they came with a lift that couldn't be used because it was too heavy for our backyard sidewalk. The last visit was in May, the person who came wouldn't discuss any findings with me and I have not heard anything since.

My family had been customers of Truly Nolan since the early 80s starting in Tucson. I will never use them again.

Josh R did a very thorough job! He gets 5 stars from us, but I didn't have as good of an experience with the scheduler-- unprofessional and clearly didn't care about what I was saying. Josh, however restored my faith in the service.

Our technician Ray was extremely thorough! He took the time to explain everything that he was doing. He was also sure to explain everything we could do to prevent scorpions from getting into our home. He is very knowledgeable and did not leave before explaining exactly what we should expect after the spraying. He was extremely helpful!

We had quite a high level of scorpions and I had been spraying around the house with limited success. With a new grandchild now arrived who regularly comes over, I was directed to come up with a solution. Coincidentally I was given this company as a reference by a co-worker who has a rental in Chandler (with a large number of scorpions) and the renters had been freaking out, also my next door neighbors had two young kids and had gone to this company to resolve their issues.  Both are very happy with this company
Anyways they have a very sophisticated package / program which takes several months to implement. This involves a mix of education, inside sealing, external sealing, and chemical spraying etc. etc.  They also have a calendar which tells you when to spray etc. . Did you know that scorpion levels are highly correlated to moon phases?
Anyways - the program costs a bit of money, but in this case you certainly get what you pay for and as I said the service is outstanding. An example is they sealed the trap doors during the internal house seal (which took ~ 6 hours for my house), but they were very happy to come back around and do some re-sealing after we had some other workers do work on our roof space.
As Georgia will tell you it's not an over night fix to get rid of the scorpions - the program can take several weeks or months depending upon what time of the year it is. Having said that since these guys did their work we have only seen one scorpion in the last 4 - 6 months and I must admit the program created a little complacency on my part since there have been so few scorpions around I am not spraying as frequently as I am supposed to.  
These guys seem to be pretty busy - so it may take a week or so to schedule you in. However getting rid of scorpions is not something you can do in a week - it's a many months long program; so if your going to do it correctly - go with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I rarely write reviews, but my most recent interaction with Precision Pest Control was unparalleled by any other customer service interaction I have ever had. I still don't understand how or why they are able to treat me with such personable service, and I've never met the whole team face-to-face. I was so moved, I had to take the time to give them props, and my deepest gratitude. This company is family owned and operated, and is a rare delight to work with. No faceless corporate BS... a husband,  wife, and daughter run the business, along with Cleve (who has nearly 20 years experience/ the owner has 30 years). They will treat you right and provide honest, reliable service at a fair price. I simply couldn't afford to pay them what they are truly worth, which is why I am glad their rates are competitive... let's hope my review pays it forward instead.

We purchased our first home this year and heard that it had scorpions in the past! We immediately started researching pest control companies.

We stumbled upon Guaranteed Pest Control on Yelp and didn't believe this 5 star Yelp rating at first, but Trey and his team are really that good! We haven't met Trey personally, but he's quite responsive to my husband and is very helpful in identifying scorpion species for us! We found bark scorpions - the bad kind!

Needless to say, since we've used their services we haven't had many pest problems! Very happy with the insecticide that they use and that it's pet friendly!

My husband wanted to give a shout out to Joseph, the scorpion slayer, for being knowledgeable, always on time, and totally awesome at scorpion prevention!

We highly recommend you call Trey and his team if black lights and neon simply aren't your colors.

I called 5 big name brand exterminating companies before calling De-Soto, and was promoted through ridiculous automated sales pitches each call. I then called De-Soto, and WOW! A human being answered the phone. I spoke with Charles regarding some pests that made their way into my bathroom vents. He scheduled a visit promptly for a few hours later. Fortunately for me (unfortunate for de-Soto) I was able to get rid of the pests myself before their visit. I called Charles to cancel my appointment. He was nicer than could be. Customer service 5 stars all day! De-Soto will be my first call if I ever need their services again.

Joaquin is a super friendly, efficient and responsive person! So easy to work with and did a great job with drilling for my termite issue.  Highly recommend him if you need pest control.  He even came out a second day to touch up my brick area with red colored filler as he only had cement color with him at the time.  Great guy!

Honest and outstanding service.  Quinn was great, very friendly and used product that would not harm my cats.  Their one year contract is very reasonably priced.

This truly was a great experience. We use to have 20 pigeons on the roof and bird poop everywhere. Now they are pretty much gone thank you Professional Pigeon Control!

Arizona's Best Choice Pest & Termite Services are the most effective pest/termite company I have had in AZ. Vern ( company professional) calls when coming and is always on time. He checks the inside and outside of my home thoroughly for bugs and termites. The pest strips he places prevent the bugs fro entering my house.

We've been using Bulwark for years. Cory is professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I pay for every other month service. If I have any problems in between treatments, Cory comes out and takes care of it-whether it's a cockroach, a hornet nest, or a rat-for free! One time, my neighbor's house was INFESTED with black widow spiders. Thanks to Bulwark, we didn't have a single black widow, but Bulwark came out and checked just to make sure. That's the level of service they provide. It goes way above and beyond.

Paul and Michael were awesome!!!  Very friendly and on time!  They were very responsive, handle what needed to be done and very reasonable. I would use them again!!!

Wow this little company got rid of my brown ticks!! I wasn't sure at first, but after the 3rd time...GONE. I was referred to Are You Bugged by another pest control company. When I called They told me the process of getting rid of ticks was a 3x process plus I had to do some things on my end. After suffering for 4 months with ticks, they are gone. Thanks Are You Bugged.

Aaron W (the owner of Greenleaf) reached out to me via Yelp to apologize for the negative experience I had with his company, which I appreciated but didn't feel a need to respond to. Then he asked me to delete my review. I then received a call from him a week or so later again, apologizing for my experience but still asking me to delete my review. Then today I get another message from Aaron asking me to delete my review.

I'm sorry Aaron, but despite your apology, I still had a crappy experience as a customer. My 1 star review stands and constantly asking me to remove my one experience only solidifies it. I recommend to train your employees to deliver better future interactions instead of repeatedly asking an unhappy one time customer to delete their experience.

Wow, this company is amazing! They did a complete treatment on my home and they did a phenomenal job. They answered a lot of my questions and were even kind to my pets. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Horrible!!!! Worst service ever! Beware! Stay away. Took my money and never service my house. Called them to service house never came. Told me to remover to remove  the térmite área if it came back to call them. Asked for a manager to return call never did until numerous calls. Owners don't get involved. This is a company name says it all BUGET, you get what you paid for
