I had a great experience with everyone I worked with for termite treatments at my home! The first appointment was the technician coming by to investigate the problem and come up with a plan and quote. They were able to schedule the treatment fairly quickly and were very good about it when I needed to reschedule. They were true to their quote and very friendly and courteous!

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Ruslin texted me and notified me they would be here in 15 minutes. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and efficient. My dog didn't even bark at them! We paid the $395 we were quoted over the phone. Ruslin and Bobby explained everything in detail and we're 100% satisfied. We were given a 5 year warranty as well. They did the treatment 5 days after my initial call.
Prior to all this we had Truly Nolen out, got a $1,300 quote with a $200 per year warranty. They couldn't do the treatment for a month.

Goldshot Exterminating provided a great service at our house. They arrived right on time, and took the time to walk around the property with me to make sure they understood the trouble areas we were having. They even inquired about other pests that I might not have been aware of because of their knowledge of the neighborhood and the troubles that other houses have had. CritterTech is an amazing company!   We called one day for a roof rat problem and Jason showed up the next morning at 7:30 am.   (He showed up when he said he would which is uncommon in today's service world!)  Within 20 minutes, he had identified the source of the problem and set away to remediate the source.  Within one hour of his arrival, Jason reviewed the work that had been done, found the source, repaired the open pipe, located and removed the decaying rat, and cleaned up the work area.  Unbelievable!!   And the price he charged was incredibly reasonable.  He is extremely knowledgeable about roof rats and very logical and efficient in his problem solving.  Hats off to Critter Tech and Jason!

There are few things that are creepier than hearing BEES inside the walls of your own house. Rather scary, too. For the last month, my wife and I have struggled with a swarm that is highly attracted to a certain area of our house. We fortunately found the Beekeeper via Google.com, and James T came out the same night and treated the area to push the bees off of our home. What we thought was a little problem was actually a rather large infestation! Thousands of bees were in our walls! Scary to think what would have happened had the bees been left to their own devices for a longer period of time.

Cut to a month later, because bees have memory, they came back to the very same spot. Russ W from the Beekeeper came back as well and BOY did he give us an education on bees! I swear, a documentarian should follow Russ W around for a while and film him on his adventures. I've never met a man more excited and knowledgeable about his job. Russ W is a very soft-spoken man, and even while the chaos of buzzing bees surrounded us, he was cooler than the other side of the pillow, explaining what was going on, what he was going to do, how he was going to treat the area of our house, etc. Russ W re-treated the area, and armed us with some priceless knowledge about the type of infestation we were seeing (it was scouts, not a hive or honeycomb, thank goodness).

The most surprising thing about working with the Beekeeper: Because we had called the Beekeeper the first time, this second visit was covered under their 90-day warranty. I've heard horror stories of bee control companies gouging clients left and right and never fully solving the issue. That was NOT the case with the Beekeeper! They solved our dilemma and were true to their word about the treatment we'd receive. I honestly could not be happier with their service, friendliness, understanding, professional (and very calm) demeanor and their timeliness (each time we called, the Beekeeper had either James T or Russ W at our house within the hour! Talk about service!!). My wife and I are forever grateful of James, Russ W and the Beekeeper and would highly recommend their services for ANYONE in need of bee control.

We recently had a pidgeon problem on our roof which caused it to leak.  I hired Burns Pest Control to resolve the issue.  I had problems with this contractor not showing up and not calling, not explaining what they were going to do and the products they would use or why, getting our scheduling done, and a lack of communication when contacted.  I had such poor service and the installer was rude, that I was concerned now about the partial work they did on my roof.  This is not a review of Burns Pest Control so I don't want to elaborate on the issues I had with them.  Suffice to say, when I was not happy with their service, I decided I better call some other pest control companies as I was unhappy enough to fire Burns Pest Control and let someone else finish their work.  I live in a large community and saw the Maricopa Bug Busters truck in our neighborhood and remembered I had also seen them before in here.  Maricopa is a small community.  If you're not a good contractor, word spreads, so it meant something that I had seen their truck in here more than once.  I decided to call Maricopa Bug Busters and was lucky enough to talk to the owner, Frank.  I expressed my concerns and he patiently explained to me about the products Burns was using on my roof and gave me his time and attention like I was the only customer he had.  He owed me nothing, but instead of blowing me off because he was busy, he gave me his opinion and told me he would be happy to get on the roof and give me his report.  He took his time to explain all.  He immediately alleviated my concerns about the products being used and we made an appointment for him to inspect our roof.  All I got from Burns Pest Control was NO RESPONSE when I emailed their Customer Service Manager regarding my concerns twice.  He reported that Burns had completed most of the work already and that he felt that they did a good job.  All that was left to do was some netting around the turret.  Since it was a small amount of work left and Frank was obviously busy with a lot of work (even offered to come over on Sunday which was his only day off), I elected to let Burns finish up what they started.  Frank made such a good impression, I was sorry I didn't hire him in the first place.  If I ever have an issue again, Maricopa Bug Busters is the only company I will call.

We have used them for over 9 years and are completely satisfied with their service. They are family-owned and are friendly in their dealings with us.  They respond positively to all our concerns.  They are very reasonably priced.

We recently contacted them regarding a pest occupying a residence that one of my husband's clients recently purchased. After speaking to 3 other companies, we hired them to come out and remove the animal. He was the only one able to come out the same day and he was able to remove the animal during the same visit. We are very happy and will be using him again if the need should arise in the future. Excellent service and a job well done!

We found a scorpion in our kitchen last nite, called ecoguard, Tanner was able to get us on the schedule for today, even though I said next week was fine! Josh and Aaron came out earlier than original time, and in about 20min, they had done inside and out! These guys Rock!!

This company is great. I love that there's no contract. They are always on time and flexible if I need to change dates. Ever person I've spoke to over the phone or text is friendly. Haley and Keaton are awesome. I haven't seen scorpions in a long time and when I do it's either dead or about to die (I have a huge fear of them) I recommend Responsible Pest 110%

I tried contacting and scheduling with this company since June (it is now the middle of November). We just purchased our house which was previously serviced for termites and we wanted to continue the services. After contacting them and leaving a voicemail every week, they would not contact me back. When I was able to get ahold of someone who was not directly in my location, they said they lost the initial quote I had done in June and it would have to be redone and they would ask someone to contact me. I cancelled my other pest control services because my initial appointment had a bundle deal. Unfortunately, after getting a quote, I was never put into the schedule and could never get ahold of someone. Instead of going with consistency, I will be finding another pest control service.

I will say the tech that came to my house for the initial quote was wonderful and I wish it worked out. The tech was female and I wish I remembered her name because she was very kind and knowledgeable.

I agree customer service and timelines is great for the initial treatment and payment. We started service in 2017 with the Termidor product. We have had to have return treatments 4 times now and for these return visits the experience hasn't been as pleasant. I understand they are busy and work in certain areas of town on certain days, however I called with an emergent matter. I have a new tube that formed above my work space in the ceiling and tiny termites are dropping on to my desk and work area that I have to be wired into and work all day, it is disgusting and very concerning that they are now in my ceiling after a year of treatments. When I called in for this I was told they don't live in attics they live in he ground, well I know that but they are definitely there! I was told to put tape on the area, and that most companies are booked out 30 days. Not so happy with my warranty costumer service and concerned that the treatments are not even working, and now I get to see actual termites dropping down on my desk and near my head as I work.

We used this company for over a year and we never saw a decrease in pests at all! I would not use them again, and would question what are they actually spraying/using. Total waste of money.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! This company came out to remove bees from our roof and quoted me $150-$200 over the phone. The tech, Joe, came out and killed the bees and then told us there was 20-70 lbs of honey that had to be removed immediately or it would begin seeping into our house within the next 24 hrs! That would cost us $900 (a total of $1100!!!!!!). Because we felt under pressure to make a decision right then and there without shopping around at all, we agreed. Then he told us we would have to have a contractor come out the next day to do the repair . . . no idea how much that would run us. Afterward I started calling around and checking them out on-line - ALL negative reviews! F rating with the BBB! AND I called a A+ rated company who told me I hate to say it, but you got taken. I am sick to my stomach. Called Mountain View to express my disgust - They stand by their business practices. It is disgusting! DO NOT USE MTN VIEW PEST CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
