Bad service overall. A lot of employee turn around with this company. Multiple requests to schedule our pool to be drained and cleaned. Multiple no shows for pool service no notification that they were not going to show up. When I told them an employee did not show up they proceeded to tell me they did. I have cameras in the backyard that showed they did not come.

A+++! Shane was so honest. I had him inspect a termite issue in my home which I had purchased recently. He came out to inspect the issue, then said it looked like the area had been treated for termites recently, so he looked up the information and found that my home currently had an active contract with another pest company who had treated it under a year ago. Wow! He could have easily had me pay $1,000 or more but he referred me to the other company and I didn't end up having to pay anything. Highly recommend this company!

Offer affordable pest control with no contract required. We've experienced superior customer service with great communication and flexible scheduling to fit our needs. We prefer to support local businesses whenever possible so using them is a win win. Highly recommend.

I chose this company due to the overwhelming positive reviews, and that was my biggest mistake. The customer service is lacking. It is very complicated getting in touch with someone and there were several calls never returned. I let that slide though. The service was severely lacking. Generally rude and unpleasant, but I also let that slide. I was told that I would be called monthly to see if I needed any service. I wasn't. After services, there was a lot of whining and complaining. (ie They couldn't spray the backyard because they couldn't get into it, which I told them to let me know beforehand so I could let them in. Instead, they did half a job for the price of a full one.) The coup de grace was when I called them recently to come out. I had to call twice to get a call back in 2 weeks! That's not abnormal though. The resulting conversation was to find someone else... sent to me through text message... in response to my voicemail! How unprofessional!!! I'm SO glad they don't do a contract. That is about the only benefit, and they aren't the only company that doesn't. Prices are par with other locally owned businesses. They will charge the card you leave on file, with permission, which is fine; however, it's taken up to 2 weeks after services for them to process payment. Although I monitor to make sure everything is posted and cleared, not everyone does, so it could be an issue to some people. Most would assume payment is pretty instant. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Customer service is lacking. Services provided are lacking. Ultimately, it seems they don't want to do the job. I'm cutting my losses with them, and hopefully this will serve as a warning to other potential customers. Look elsewhere.

I have used Johnny Reeves Pest control several times over the years for rodents, snakes, bees and termites. My experience's have always been extremely favorable. Johnny and crew are responsive, efficient and diligent in their actions, and have always cured the problems. We have 100% confidence in their work and would recommend them to any and everyone.

When it comes to customer service I really do appreciate a coordinated effort from start to finish. Starting with my initial contact, Brooke was very accommodating and understanding to my schedule was able to make me feel comfortable and not rushed while getting me on the calendar.
Then to complete the job Shawn Crawford brought his knowledge to the table not only providing the service but educating me on prevention and future needs as if it was his home. He explained the entire process prior, during and afterwards.
I would definitely recommend their service to any homeowner in the valley.

We have a 2 rentals in Surprise but live in Colorado.  We hired them to take care of pigeon problems at both properties.  They were efficient and the work looked great.  They kept in communication with us throughout the process.  It was great not having to worry about this work.  They even provided pictures upon completion.

Absolutely Fantastic, worth every penny.  I would not hesitate to hire this company again!

We had been dealing with a vermin problem in the wall of our bathroom for about 6 months and had gone through 3 different exterminators trying to get rid of them.  We've endured the sounds of them at night, the smell of them rotting in the wall (we were told the poison prevented them from smelling as the decomposed-wrong).  The plague of flies that comes after there death. etc...

Scott came out and walked the property, the day after making the initial call, looking for evidence of where they were entering.  Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and stated you have a hole in your vent pipe in the bathroom wall.  Before tearing out the wall he suggested doing a smoke test.

Two days latter his team was at the house doing the smoke test and verified there was a hole in the vent pipe.  They then began to open up the wall and did so in such a way that every bit of trim/decorative board could be reused.

And there it was, the hole in the pipe they were coming through.  Cleaned out the dead rats in the wall.  The nest they had made and got rid of the odor.  Absolutely fantastic and my only complaint was  I wish I had found them earlier.

Out of nowhere, an enormous swarm of bees took over my backyard in Tempe and decided my oleander was a great place to hang out. We immediately called the Bee Keeper on a Friday afternoon. James was at my house in an hour and it took less than 30 min to safely box up these little buggers. He estimated about 4500 honeybees- yikes! Super professional, extremely knowledgeable and definitely recommend these guys! Feels good to know these little bees have a chance to thrive on Tyler farms and I plan on stopping by there soon to pick up some local honey! Professional, kind, and resourceful. That's how I'd explain the character of the exterminator who assisted me with a job that my 'full-service', state-wide extermination company would not do: remove an inactive wasp's nest.

The company I'm contracted with at $428 annually have a team of exterminators that are apparently so precious they are unable to climb a ladder. So, if a bug is on the home's fascia they pass you to a 'sister company'. In this case that sister company wanted to charge me $290 (on top of my annual fee) to remove the nest.

I was furious, and decided to look for a licensed exterminator who was local. Maricopa Bug Busters LLC came out that very same day, took a look, grabbed a ladder, and with the agility of a spider the exterminator popped onto my roof and removed the nest. It was all of 10 minutes, and I'm too embarrassed to say how little I was charged - let's say it was free.

Not only that, Maricopa Bug Busters LLC is a full-service extermination company and they would cost me $100 less annually than the unethical louses I'm with now.

Lesson learned: contract ends, goodbye cheats and hello Maricopa Bug Busters LLC!

We have used them for over 9 years and are completely satisfied with their service. They are family-owned and are friendly in their dealings with us.  They respond positively to all our concerns.  They are very reasonably priced.

Not attentive to problem, barely listened to my concerns.  
I had another company come the following week that took care of the problem AND will do a follow up without charging me $50.00 for a followup.

Great customer service! Every single time one of the guys come to my house, they all have amazing customer service and you can tell they are all happy doing what they do! They are always there when they say, they honestly go above and beyond! Ecoguard has been servicing  my house for about a year and I couldn't be happier!  Also, I should add the first time I contacted them I had ants everywhere in my house and they came within the hour!  Amazing!

Josh has been doing my pest control for over 6 months and I couldn't be happier! He solved our cockroach problem completely and I haven't had any other bugs inside the house. He takes the time to understand all of the issues your experiencing and provides solutions that work. I love they are family owned and an honest business. I highly recommend using them!

This company is great. I love that there's no contract. They are always on time and flexible if I need to change dates. Ever person I've spoke to over the phone or text is friendly. Haley and Keaton are awesome. I haven't seen scorpions in a long time and when I do it's either dead or about to die (I have a huge fear of them) I recommend Responsible Pest 110%

I rarely write reviews but I had to for Denny's Exterminating.  My elderly mother was having a bug problem.  Service tech MARK came out to service her house.  He was very friendly and took very good care of the problem.  My brother Ronnie was there and he also confirmed how friendly and experienced MARK was and they will definitely asking for him to come back out for the next service.  Thanks Mark for taking care of my mom.

Been with this company for 12 yrs and am very happy with them, we had ants and a few scorpions and they are all gone. The techs are always early and very polite...

I had termite tubes coming down from the ceiling in one bedroom and tubes low on the walls in the garage. This was the first evidence of termites inside the house since '89 when I moved in. Cordell came out last Saturday (8/20) and did a very thorough inspection. He was very personable, bright, energetic and easy to talk to. Full of information, answering all questions fully and very understandably. As part of a whole house treatment plan, he was to squirt termiticide foam in the termite holes under the tubes in the one bedroom. None of the other contractors I interviewed offered to do anything regarding the tubes in the bedroom. Gabriel came out today (8/24) on schedule. Drilled, trenched, applied (Termidor) termiticide and foamed the tubes inside as promised. I found Environmental through their representatives of Cordell and Gabriel to be responsive, smart, enthusiastic about my job. All for a price less than the others wanted. Yes, Environmental did more for less than the others offered, hence the five stars=Outstanding!

Have used Preventive Pest for many years and they always do a good job. Sometimes they send out a new technician and I have to make sure they do a thorough job , but the regular tech knows the property and does a wonderful job! thank you.

Be very careful with this company; be sure to read all reviews about them available online and see their BBB rating before deciding to go with them. Unfortunately, we did not read reviews and see their BBB rating before we called them to our house and now we are short of $95.

Here is what happened.

We have bees on our roof. Googling for bee removal brought up Mountain View Pest Control. On the phone we asked for an estimate and we were told we would be provided with an estimate once their technicians come to our house. They come very quickly, which was good. We talked to them and asked for an estimate; they told us they would first have to check the bees/hive and then would provide an estimate. They lied. Instead of providing a cost estimate like they said, they got up on the roof and sprayed the bees. Then they came down and told us to pay them $395 for bee removal. Not only is this an outrageous price (other companies charge less than $100, based on my research) but they never asked for our permission nor did they bother to tell us how much they would charge before actually doing the removal.

We haggled with them and they agreed to invoice us for $95 for inspection and estimate. They showed us receipt and asked for payment. We paid them... and then they ran off with receipt, telling us we would get the receipt after we paid the whole $395.

I tried to call their company number but the guy on the other line -- who identified himself as Gary -- said his technicians told him that they (the technicians) informed us of the price to remove bees, received our permission, removed bees, and now we are refusing to pay. That is not how it happened and I tried to explain this to Gary; however, he said he would not talk to us and closed the phone. He is now ignoring our calls.

To top it off, I walked outside after Mountain View Pest Control left and found the bees (and hive) are still there! I'm not sure what Mountain View Pest Control did but they surely didn't remove the bees or the hive.

We are now out of $95 but I'm glad we didn't pay these guys the full $395 they were asking for.

I'd recommend everyone take away from this company.
