THE BEST!!!  We moved into our house in April of this year.  We had a lot of crickets, a couple scorpions, and a couple spiders.  Ever since Brian has been coming, if we see something, it's usually dead!  Cheap pricing and great customer service, not to mention the best peace of mind I've ever had living in Arizona 8 years!

I have been with Arizona's Best Choice for almost 2 years now. Scott, my tech, does a FANTASTIC job keeping us bug free from the outside! I do not like spraying inside my house and in 2 years I've never had to. We've never had anything more than a couple of tiny spiders make it in. We rarely see any scorpions on our property either, thanks to their diligence! Their great prices and positive reviews are what drew me in, but I stay for the service and quality of work. Scott takes pride in his work, shows up on time every time, and is just a generally nice guy too.

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Don't hesitate to go with this company!

I have been using AZ Pest Prevention for many years on a monthly basis for my personal residence and rental properties I own. I can happily say I rarely see any type of pests. I have 3 cats and feel safe knowing the products they use won't affect their health or mine.

Johnny is just lovely. He was at my property within a couple of hours of calling. Unfortunately what my property needed was not in the scope of services he offers but he was quick to recommend someone who could help me and he was so very kind and knowledgeable in his dealings. I will definitely call him again if I have a need that falls in his scope.

I've had this company taking care of my property since 2017 (it's 2020). They sealed my house for me because I bought this place and immediately started seeing scorpions inside the house!!! Eeek!!

They gave a free estimate and came out and sealed the house for half of what other scorpion sealing companies charge!!

They provide reduced fees for monthly service if you seal your home with them. It's been almost 3 years and I haven't seen one scorpion in my home or in my yard since they sealed it and started coming here once a month.

Having a rat show up in your house is an unnerving and upsetting experience. After some investigation, including on Yelp, we chose CritterTech and we are SO GLAD we did. They are an amazing company in every way. They are totally professional; their knowledge of rats and rat behavior is impressive; they are punctual at every turn, and perhaps most important, they are thorough and thoroughly dedicated to ridding the house of the infestation. When one sees what they do, how they go about doing it, and the extensiveness of their efforts and concern, it is surprising how reasonable their fees are. The whole undertaking (of getting rid of the rat, sealing the house, and determining points of egress and ingress) cost far less than what we had imagined. We thoroughly recommend them.

I have immediate catastrophic shock... i glance to the sky and and notice a cloud in the shape of a hand with the middle finger exteded, flipping me off.... i think... it's gonna be one of those days eh?...

I literally thought... ok... wall has to come down (block home)... gotta get the bee guy to come, get the bees out...then we gotta rebuild the wall, hell we might as well paint the house while we're doing this.. i could take out a loan to take care of this, or maybe sell one of the cars... or maybe a kid!...

After a minor freak out, I yelped beekeepers and found THE BEEKEEPER... called and told them my problem, they said they would be out to my house within the hour.... and they were. 40 minutes later, a keeper of the bees knocks on my door... i open my door... he says, Hi, I'm Marino... he was very professional and was very confident that this was a minor problem...very Robert Shaw of him (the old boat captain from the hit movie Jaws)... so much that he walked up to the bee hole and knocked on it... later he described, that he was trying to diagnose their behavior to see how long they had been there... (a guy who knows bee behavior is the guy you want for the job... right?!)... long story short, he says... this is nothing ill take care of it right away... ... i ask... how much? Lets just say i didn't take out a loan, sell a car, or a child... it was more than reasonable! Less than $200 to take care of me and my family... I loved the service these guys provided! It was done quick, cheap, and freak out free!... and its warrantied work! This time when I looked to the sky... it was I who extended the middle finger to the cloud... not today cloud... not today... Marino is here!

Next time you have a ball of bees that crawls into your wall call these guys, and I hope you are lucky enough to get MARINO!!! You da MAN Marino! In all seriousness... My home is currently bee ball free and my family is safe! This company was incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient at doing what most fear to do! Couldn't be happier with a business... We recently had a pidgeon problem on our roof which caused it to leak.  I hired Burns Pest Control to resolve the issue.  I had problems with this contractor not showing up and not calling, not explaining what they were going to do and the products they would use or why, getting our scheduling done, and a lack of communication when contacted.  I had such poor service and the installer was rude, that I was concerned now about the partial work they did on my roof.  This is not a review of Burns Pest Control so I don't want to elaborate on the issues I had with them.  Suffice to say, when I was not happy with their service, I decided I better call some other pest control companies as I was unhappy enough to fire Burns Pest Control and let someone else finish their work.  I live in a large community and saw the Maricopa Bug Busters truck in our neighborhood and remembered I had also seen them before in here.  Maricopa is a small community.  If you're not a good contractor, word spreads, so it meant something that I had seen their truck in here more than once.  I decided to call Maricopa Bug Busters and was lucky enough to talk to the owner, Frank.  I expressed my concerns and he patiently explained to me about the products Burns was using on my roof and gave me his time and attention like I was the only customer he had.  He owed me nothing, but instead of blowing me off because he was busy, he gave me his opinion and told me he would be happy to get on the roof and give me his report.  He took his time to explain all.  He immediately alleviated my concerns about the products being used and we made an appointment for him to inspect our roof.  All I got from Burns Pest Control was NO RESPONSE when I emailed their Customer Service Manager regarding my concerns twice.  He reported that Burns had completed most of the work already and that he felt that they did a good job.  All that was left to do was some netting around the turret.  Since it was a small amount of work left and Frank was obviously busy with a lot of work (even offered to come over on Sunday which was his only day off), I elected to let Burns finish up what they started.  Frank made such a good impression, I was sorry I didn't hire him in the first place.  If I ever have an issue again, Maricopa Bug Busters is the only company I will call.

We have used them for over 9 years and are completely satisfied with their service. They are family-owned and are friendly in their dealings with us.  They respond positively to all our concerns.  They are very reasonably priced.

Joe was great to deal with and spent several visits having to look for rats, and setting traps. Yuck! Glad he enjoys his job!

The 1st treatment guy was nice and knowledgeable.
2nd treatment guy was very thorough and even did the garage a 2nd time when I mentioned a worrisome area.

I rarely review businesses: I only bother to review ones that are truly exception, or truly exceptionally bad, and Responsible Pest Control is the former.

We were customers with another scorpion control company, and we suffered with very much alive scorpions in the house for 3 years. The moment we hired Responsible Pest Control, and after their first treatment, we stopped getting any scorpions inside the house. Not a single one. We would see one or two every week, very much alive and scurrying inside the house, but after their first treatment that stopped. We've been with the company for a year now, and we haven't seen a single scorpion since.

If you're looking for an effective scorpion control company, with proven results, great and diligent workers, this is the one for you. I can't speak more highly of them.

Leo is a wonderful technician!  He really cares about his work and his customers.  He has been helping me out since I moved here and each time he comes he spends time asking me about pests and how the service is working.  I appreciate him taking the time to ensure the quality of his work.

They're fine at killing termites, just not very good at scheduling.
As part of my warranty renewal I tried to schedule an inspection.
The morning before the first scheduled appointment they call and say the technician had to cancel.
The second week I didn't get a call, but the technician just didn't show up, so I called to find out what happened and they didn't know, so we had to reschedule.
Third week they call an hour before the appointment and say the technician has called in sick.
I'm fairly certain their technician doesn't like working Fridays. Very frustrating to try and accommodate my work schedule around whenever their technician wants to work. After my warranty is up I'll not renew.

Beware....all very odd...I called Frontino to treat termites...3 weeks later this company sends the invoice..not sure why...I did call departament of agriculture to advise..all shady...now  I see all these bad reviews...not sure how or why you call Frontino and these guys want to get paid....no paperwork either...pretreatment plan or récord of what was even done....Very shady...

We have been a loyal customers since we moved into our house in Arizona 2 years ago. They were great as far as pest control goes- we never had any issues and we live next to a green belt.
We finished landscaping our backyard in July and were having a tough time containing our weeds so the pest control technician recommended for us to have Preventive come out for weed service. We really liked the company and thought we would give it a shot. My husband was tired of pulling weeds so we opted for them to pull them and spray them for our initial service and pay extra for the service. The Friday prior to Labor Day weekend the technician came out and instead of pulling the weeds, he weed whacked them and made a HUGE mess, leaving the roots in the ground. Had I known that they were going to weed whack instead of pulling the weeds the proper way- we would've done it ourselves. I called Preventive Pest Control and spoke with a manager named Mike who swore he would make it right, especially considering we planned a Labor Day BBQ and our yard looked terrible. After calling multiple times, he finally told me he wouldn't charge the initial fee to remove the weeds and wouldn't charge for the first 2 services. I was really impressed and satisfied- until I received my bill and realized that wasn't the case. I called the office again a week and a half ago and finally received a reply today via email that I needed to pay $110 (which wasn't agreed upon). My yard is STILL a mess. So today I paid my bill and cancelled all of my services through Preventive Pest Control, which of course is tough because I was very happy with the pest control services provided. Hopefully they can figure out the weed control portion of their business so they won't lose any more loyal customers.

Was out of town and house sitter found a nest.  Father called them, they came out and $1650 later they removed the bees and the honey comb.  They did a great job on the removal, HOWEVER after doing MUCH research, these guys are overcharging by over $1000 dollars.  Even in an emergency situation, the most it should have cost was $350-$800.  They are way over priced so I would not recommend them because of this.
