I have used Lisa with Smitty's Pest Control for many, many years!   She is always prompt and does a great job.    My house is always pest free!

Called several Weed Control Business's and got a wide range of prices.  Decided to look at Yelp and found A & E.  We just had rock put in our yard and wanted to get it sprayed for weeds before it rained (predicted for this week). Steve would have come out the next day but I asked to move the appointment 1 day.  This company is excellent to work with. We plan to have them do our pest control as well.

We use Branham's for our termite service.  So, when we discovered we had mice, they were the first we called.  Since we aren't around in the summer months, we left instructions for the tech.  Scott came out and didn't even service.  We were pretty upset with them.  Office staff was fabulous so they rescheduled with Clint.

However, Clint came out the next day.  We were so pleased with him and his knowledge that we are giving them 4 stars instead of 1.  He really knew what he was doing.

BRAD was quick in responding, informative with all the info I needed, and was able to quickly solve my problem with these wild wood peckers He also sent me pics of the work & was reasonable with what I paid.

Friendly and makes sure you're pest problem is taken care of. Excellent service. I'm a customer for life.

We just moved into a remote house outside of Tucson from Ohio. Pack rats had already rendered the AC inoperable before we even arrived.

Pestmaster came out and identified evidence of them living under the house as well as throughout the yard. Ryan suggested a three visit treatment that should remove them from the house and gave great prevention tips for going forward. The education alone was almost worth the price of removal.

I had a swarm of bees that were beginning to nest in my backyard and called ASAP. They were at my house the next day in the morning, completed the removal and worked quickly. Great customer service and was able to use a discount from their website. They also have a 30 day guarantee for the whole property not just where they removed the bees. If I ever need them hoping I won't I would definitely call them.

We've tried various services to get rid of our recurring roof rats over the years, generally with dismal results.  I wish we had tried Li'l Critters a long time ago.  Artie is organized, knowledgeable, responsive, uses actual professional-style traps and schedules times to come back and check them.  Clearly knows what he's doing.  We are very grateful for the help!

I was having issues with birds that had nested under our solar system right above my entryway.  The front was constantly covered in bird poop and mess.  Contacted them and they responded the same day.  Did the quote using Google Maps and were out right away to fix it.  Showed up right when they said they would and did fantastic work.  Workers were incredibly professional and worked to get it done quickly.  Has been over a week and have not seen any birds in the area since it was fixed.  Highly recommend Absolute Bird and Pest Control if you are having issues.

his driving is atrocious, moves over from 3 lanes to get to his exit and has the audacity to be pissed at a driver in the right lane for not letting him in immediately. They then proceeded to swerve into the right lane drivers lane at their vehicle to get back at them. seeing such terrible driving makes it hard to believe they can be a trustworthy business

Most of the pest techs here are brand new and does the same spray and pray, hopefully the problem goes away. Doug Richie is the only one i trust to get rid of my roaches

horrible customer service! they do not stand behind there warranty, and the termites do not go away!!!! do not hire this company, stay far far away!!!! i will be going to the bbb over me paying $400 for a warranty that is not even a warranty with this company. they also do not like to have to come back out under warranty and the owner is super rude, does not care that you are a customer. i hired another termite company to come out and was told that they never treated the termites properly, and that i should call them to re-do it since they keep coming back. i called and spoke to a mike, i'm sure he was the owner and he said no, no, no. we don't 100% guarantee the termites will not come back and we can only treat 10% of your home. this is false advertisement! no one would pay a company to come out and treat their home, knowing that it is only 10% effective. this company is a joke!

Do not use this company!!!  We purchased a home and the termite inspection came back positive.  The former owner engaged this company and gave us a 2 year warranty.  Now we can't find them.  One of the phone numbers we have is now an addiction recovery home and the other is a private residence (which I wouldn't be surprised if it was the owner's...).

I want to recommend that you DO  NOT hire this company!! I was horrified one early morning when i was woken up by bed bug bites! i called a few companies right away but there weren't any open that early, so i left messages for a couple of places to call me back. Ugly Bug was the first to call me back and come out to see my problem. The guy's name was Chris.He took a look around my room and the rest of the house. He only saw them in my room so he said he would treat my room and the room next to mine because we share a wall with a closet.He said that he would come back in two weeks and spray again.  He said if I see them anywhere else he would come back and spray in those places. He charged me $375 but guaranteed his work for 30 days. Well, long story short, I did find them in every room of my house and when I tried to get him to call me back, he never returned my phone calls! I had to hire another company to come out and spray and fog my house! . At the two week mark, someone did call me to come spray my house. At that point I was so angry I told him that i thought he should give me half my money back for only spraying the first time and me not being able to ask them to come treat the rest of my house. The guy said he would tell the office manager to give me a call. Well guess what? I never got that call back either!! I was ripped off by this company. Stay away!
