This is way overdue. I had TSM out in July to do a full roof replacement. They fit me into the schedule in about 5 days. Not kidding. Within 1 week, I had a brand new roof...in the middle of monsoon season. Absolutely stellar job. When I reported a skylight leak, Carolyn sent someone out within a few days to fix the area on a Saturday and he reviewed the rest of the roof as a precaution. Super responsive, pleasant, and just all around good people. Thanks to Carolyn, Tyler, Courtney, and the guy I like to call flat roof guy (never got his name, but he was great too).

I just hired AFP to paint our home exterior. My wife and I had decided on a color scheme by looking online and were unaware of how different the actual colors could be from what was displayed on our phones/monitors. Charles went above and beyond to correct the base color to our liking. We really couldn't have asked for better customer service. His lead painter, Henry, was also polite and professional. Price was competitive and well worth the service that we received. Would definitely recommend AFP!

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

After a 2014 Monsoon, K. Myers the General Manager was on my roof in less than 24 hrs. Professional, personable and efficient he had repair quotes emailed to me within hours.

With bare wood exposed, Myers had his crew onsite performing Emergency repairs within 3 hrs of his initial assessment!

I can say with 100% certainty that this company is outstanding on every level. Reliability, Honesty, and Daryl the Owner has the highest standards of workmanship and integrity for himself and his employees. They have been in the business for a long time. My free evaluation and estimate were very thorough and they explained everything to me in detail with pictures.  I'm an older gal and couldn't get up on my roof to see, so the pictures help tell the story. My roof was over 25 years old. They put a whole new roof on the house. My job was scheduled in a timely manner and they were done by the date they provided me. The crew was courteous and they cleaned up every day, no mess left behind at all!  The job foreman kept abreast every step of the way with pictures. I have used them twice now. Once several years back for a major repair from storm damage ( They came out in the middle of the night to tarp my roof, the weather was horrible! Pouring rain and wind and they responded within an hour and a half of my frantic call!) They work in conjunction with my insurance company without any delay. I've owned several homes over the years, If you're looking for honesty, fair pricing and excellent workmanship This is your company!  I have referred family and friends who have had the same valued experience. ICON roofing came through on every single promise. There was no delay whatsoever from the first visit to the last. Every single one of my calls or texts was answered within the hour and it was refreshing getting any information needed. The roofers were incredible! A sudden dust storm came out of nowhere and not only did they clean up the work area, but went around my backyard taking the time to ensure that everything was cleared. They were friendly and completely professional. The only thing I feel bad about is that I didn't treat them to lunch, such hard workers. They finished the full project within 3 days and we had constant check ins from Kevin and Hayden to ensure that we were happy with the progress. Jose and his crew have serviced my roof 2 times now and always do a great job at a more than reasonable price.  While several other companies wanted me to pay upfront just to come and do an inspection of the damages, Jalisco showed up the next day to assess the damages, gave me a very reasonable quote and had the leak fixed the same day....I didn't even have to be home as they sent me all of the before and after pics.

My husband and I have used Dean for several projects and have been pleased with his work every time. He recently replaced our roof and painted the entire exterior of our house. Dean is very professional and ensures his clients are comfortable with the work he is doing. He was very patient in answering all my questions. Before the roof work started, we had a leak. Dean quickly came and installed a temporary patch on the roof right away even though the actual job wasn't to start for two more weeks. Also, the paint job he did was immaculate! I'm very picky and I appreciated that he went over the job with a fine tooth comb, even saying on several occasions I'm really picky. It's refreshing when a contractor cares and takes pride in their work and doesn't try to cut corners. Dean was also very involved with his crew ensuring that the job they did was up to standards. I received several quotes before hiring Dean and like last time, his pricing is one of the most reasonable we've found. We will definitely hire Dean again and in fact, we will be using him to replace the roof on our rental home. Thanks again for a job well done, Dean!

Requested a quote for a roof leak and possible whole new roof.  They scheduled a quote with a 3 hour window. They never showed up. I reached out 2 hours after the end of their scheduled window of time.  I was told by the owner that they were really busy today and two people called out, so they couldn't make it today and he is sorry for not letting me know.  As the owner I would think he would be more on top of what's going on in his business.  I could only imagine what would happen if he was hired. Don't waste your time there are plenty of roofing companies out there.

After getting a few estimates, chad and Allstate roofing were not only the most affordable but the most professional and friendly company I dealt with.  Chad took the time to explain all of my options, exactly what I needed and I saw him several times during the project.  His office followed up when they would be available to do my roof and kept me updated.  His work crew was professional and friendly.  They came in and got the job done! I would highly recommend Allstate roofing to anyone with roofing problems!

This company is so professional. Not only are they experienced but they meet deadlines and go above and beyond to surpass expectations. Their work was actually complimented by another roofing company that was in the neighborhood. I loved their personalities as well, that is always a bonus. Just had foam roof completed this week on a complex I take of. Happy with the work done and at a fair price. Will work again with them when a roofer is required for sure.

We had a similar experience that Randy noted below.  Garrett was going to come and give us a quote, but never showed and didn't call to cancel.  When I reached him, he noted car issues (which I totally understand), but then said he had forgotten to call and cancel with us.  My mother had stayed home and waited all day for him to show up.  A courtesy call would have made a world of difference.  After reading Randy's experience in this area also, we will be obtaining quotes elsewhere.  Unfortunate, as Garrett seemed really nice over the phone.  Too bad too many forgots are happening. :(

I was shopping to add more solar panels to my system; and indicating that on Yelp, several companies contacted me one way or another.  One company offered me a fantastic deal!

Josh of Truvo was one of the companies that contacted me, and he was eager to get a deal together.  He called me on the day of our appointment to say that adding more panels on my roof would not be economical for me for a number of reasons which he explained very well.

I know that Josh wanted to sign me up, but he could not move forward in good conscience.  Though Josh won't be installing panels for me (and nobody else will either), I admire his concern for my best interests.  This is exactly the kind of person/company you want to do business with.  I am confident that Josh will be straight with you as he was with me.  A very trustworthy person!

They repaired our flat roof three years ago and we had some leaks shortly after they did the work.  It was a fight to get them to come pack and fix the work again.  Then this year we ended up with 7 new leaks from the work they did three years ago.  I would not use this company  to do a flat roof.  Expensive and they don't do quality work.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

Right Way just finished my roof and it looks beautiful!! The company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Began the process with Gary (estimator) who thoroughly explained the current condition of the roof and what was needed - he spent a good hour on the roof before giving me the quote. Right Way was able to start the work within a week, and Felipe and crew did a great job, including tidying up the yard after a monsoon blew scraps of stuff everywhere. Kevin and John were on site daily and very responsive when I had questions. The office staff - Lori and Clorinda - were so pleasant and provided excellent customer service. The final invoice contained no surprises. I would highly recommend Right Way Roofing!!
