After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor's yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday.
He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot.
He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. When it came time to pay, he had exact figures from the insurance company and made sure that I did not pay a dime more than my deductible. Tyler was honest, had the highest level of integrity, and took great care of this military family. His office staff and his crew members were friendly and the crew did wonderful work. This company is the Best!  Amidst the multiple errors made by my HOA, this company went above and beyond.  Their entire team's customer service is hands down very customer service oriented.  Can't thank them enough.  I would definitely recommend.

After a nightmare situation where a tenant trashed my rental home, Charles (owner) and his team at Arizona Family Painting stepped right in and did the most phenomenal job with getting my home ready to sell. What I didn't mention was that I live in Washington and my rental home is in Arizona, which created great stress on me. But, Charles from the first phone call assured me that he would get the home restored and painted to look like new. Because both me and other family members have used his company in years past, I had absolute confidence that he would able to make that happen. Throughout the job Charles was extremely attentive to me with phone calls and texts, and kept me updated with their progress and schedule. And just as he promised, the job finished on time and on budget. After the job was completed, Charles texted me pictures, and I was absolutely blown away by their quality of work . It far exceeded what I could have expected. When I compared the before and after pictures I could hardly believe that I was looking at the same home. What I didn't even mention was Charles went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with other work that needed to be done to my home. He called in favors with his friend that's a carpet vendor and installer and he replaced doors that were damaged too. Honestly, I would use Arizona Family Painting again and again and again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

Getting great service can be a challenge these days.  We had a roof tile come loose over the winter and expose our roof deck to the elements. We needed a simple repair.  Roof Specialists responded to our call and did a complete inspection. They found several other tiles about ready to come loose and several broken tiles.  The next day they had one of their guys on the roof doing all the repairs.  Highly responsive!

Couldn't be happier.  This company does everything right.  From setting expectations to communicating throughout the process.  Professional staff, finished early and cleaned up after completion.  Highly recommended!

Jose and his crew have serviced my roof 2 times now and always do a great job at a more than reasonable price.  While several other companies wanted me to pay upfront just to come and do an inspection of the damages, Jalisco showed up the next day to assess the damages, gave me a very reasonable quote and had the leak fixed the same day....I didn't even have to be home as they sent me all of the before and after pics.

Dean and his team did a great job replacing my entire patio roof and drywall that got water damaged. Very happy with the job done. He came out right away and provided me with a reasonable estimate. The job got done in a timely manner. The men cleaned up and kept everything professional. Definitely recommend Dean and his team. He is honest and will tell you the best route to take. Prior to contacting him, I got quoted  a ridiculous amount by a different company, who wanted to just put a band-aid over my roof. Glad I found these guys.

Requested a quote for a roof leak and possible whole new roof.  They scheduled a quote with a 3 hour window. They never showed up. I reached out 2 hours after the end of their scheduled window of time.  I was told by the owner that they were really busy today and two people called out, so they couldn't make it today and he is sorry for not letting me know.  As the owner I would think he would be more on top of what's going on in his business.  I could only imagine what would happen if he was hired. Don't waste your time there are plenty of roofing companies out there.

I was in need of a new roof. After doing a lot of research I settled on Allstate Roofing. Am I glad I did. They were very easy to work with and very professional. They helped me select the shingles that looked good and gave me the warranty I was looking for. They also worked around a couple of rain days so I wouldn't have leak problems. The roof was finished in the timeframe laid out and I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. The price was also very competitive. I would recommend them and also use them in the future.

This company is so professional. Not only are they experienced but they meet deadlines and go above and beyond to surpass expectations. Their work was actually complimented by another roofing company that was in the neighborhood. I loved their personalities as well, that is always a bonus. I'm seriously so impressed with their work that I'm telling anyone I know about their services. If you're looking for a professional, reliable, and committed company... you just found one!

Just had foam roof completed this week on a complex I take of. Happy with the work done and at a fair price. Will work again with them when a roofer is required for sure.

Great Experience.   We did our due diligence and obtained quotes from five (5) roofing companies.  The quote from Ridge was very reasonable compared to the other companies.  The warranty was the same.   They came out and explained everything to us; plus I even got a military discount!   The work crew was great and completed everything promptly and cleaned up the area well.   The project lead kept in communication with us and let us know what was happening; then he came and did a final walk through to ensure we were happy.   I would recommend these folks to anyone needed a roof or roof repair.

I was shopping to add more solar panels to my system; and indicating that on Yelp, several companies contacted me one way or another.  One company offered me a fantastic deal!

Josh of Truvo was one of the companies that contacted me, and he was eager to get a deal together.  He called me on the day of our appointment to say that adding more panels on my roof would not be economical for me for a number of reasons which he explained very well.

I know that Josh wanted to sign me up, but he could not move forward in good conscience.  Though Josh won't be installing panels for me (and nobody else will either), I admire his concern for my best interests.  This is exactly the kind of person/company you want to do business with.  I am confident that Josh will be straight with you as he was with me.  A very trustworthy person!

Jimmy Gordon came out the same day I made contact to estimate, which was half of another company's for the same. Jimmy and his crew power washed my flat foam roof and applied 2 coats of Elastomeric Coating to my surprisingly 'in good shape' roof in one morning and topped it off with a 5 Year Warranty. I will definitely use Circle G Roofing again and I've referred my neighbors!

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

My husband and I recently had our roof repaired by Right Way Roofing.  They were the best!  When we received a free quote from them they put together a nice folder with all of the information we needed and sample colors of tiles we could choose from.  They were professional from beginning to end.  They were always available by phone and email which was very convenient.  The guys that worked on our roof worked very quickly and did quality work.  It is very clear that this company values their customers and takes pride in the work they do.  The whole process was very easy and I felt confident that we chose a trustworthy company.  I will definitely recommend them to others in the future.
