I thought I had a few shingles come off the roof as there were multiple shingles in my yard. With all the monsoons, everyone's roof is taking a beating. I called around and roofing companies were 4-6 weeks out.  Which shows how busy it was.

But we keep getting monsoons and I was getting nervous that I would get a leak from missing shingles.

Multi-pro had great reviews on nextdoor app, so I decided to call. Chris just happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house within 10 minutes! What a relief!

It was hot but he went up to the roof and the good news for me (bad for the neighbor) was the missing shingles were my neighbor's in the back. Chris said my roof was perfect and well made. He didn't even charge me!

Very friendly, professional, and very honest. Someone could have told me I was missing shingles and I would have not know. I easily would have paid for someone to climb on the roof with this heat, but he didn't charge. Great company and service!

In preparation for installing solar panels on our roof, I invited 4 roofers to evaluate and improve the condition of our 27 year old roof to ensure optimum function and durability for the life of the new electrical system.  

Complicating factors included 5 existing skylights and the proposed addition of 3 solar tube light fixtures, to be integrated into the layout of 52 photovoltaic panels.  Also, due to the age of the roof, the original concrete tiles are no longer available on the market, so existing materials had to be recycled and supplemented with current tiles in such as a way as to be aesthetically unobtrusive.    

Clyde Hardacker's analysis and proposed solutions were the most practical.  His pricing was not the lowest, but was quite reasonable in the wide range of responses from the other contractors.  Going with the lowest bid would have certainly entailed sacrificing some degree of confidence in the quality of outcome.

Work was performed quickly and skillfully by his competent crew, with first-hand involvement by Clyde at critical milestones.  Clyde also personally performed finishing tasks to ensure the job was done to our complete satisfaction.  

We are very pleased with the outcome and would enthusiastically recommend Clyde Hardacker for any roofing project.

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended.  That's how I found Mikku & Sons.  They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof.  I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame.  Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule.  They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.  

I will continue to use and recommend Mikku & Sons going forward.

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

One of the best roofing companies I've ever worked with! It is very refreshing to have a company actually pick up their phone and answer versus leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. I needed a roof estimate (patio roof area in particular) for home located in Mesa.  My client was under a time crunch and AZ Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule quickly able to take a look at the home and assess its condition. A very thorough inspection was done and common sense approach was taken (ran a hose on the roof to determine if any leaks were active or inactive leaks with old water stains). With their professional help and guidance with regard to the condition of the roof, we were able to move forward with the home purchase and know that any future roofing need (we'll soon need a new patio roof as they don't last long) in good hands with  no other company but AZ Roofing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needed a fantastic job done on their roof.  The work was done in exactly the amount of time I was told it would be--a day!  The workers were very respectful of our home and yard.  Everything was covered well, including my pool and plants.  No surprises in price or added charges.

Chose McMillan because of their reviews on Yelp. Charles was great to work with, showed up when he said he would and gave me a fair quote.  He said it would be about two weeks before they could do my work, and they were here in a week.  The soffit and fascia fascia repair was well done.  And the painters did a great job and were such nice, polite guys.

Very professional and prompt service. We asked for a quote and L&R provided it quickly after looking at our project. Looking forward to starting our project and see what other prompt/professional service they provide.

Brown Roofing just completed our new roof project this week.  I like Craig Brown.  He is straight forward and tells it like it is.  As other reviewers wrote, Craig does not play games:  when he quotes you a price, it is the final price with no hidden charges or add-ons. Brown Roofing reliably followed the schedule that they presented.  Chris and his crew were friendly, efficient, competent and clean. I had one blip that was not related to the new roof.  Craig immediately solved it to my satisfaction.  He repeatedly said I want you to be happy.  Guess what?  My 5 stars say that I am happy! Thank you Craig and Brown Roofing for a job well done.

My husband and I are very pleased with the results of our exterior house painted by Desert Eagle! John Baker was quick on his response for an estimate. He was very thorough in reviewing the work to be done, as well as the details we wanted. You'll get a walk through estimate as we'll as a final walk through. Any follow up items were taken care of in a timely manner. We had a lot of flexibility in scheduling the work (even though we had an HOA) and John was able to accommodate a quick turn around. His pricing is very competitive and he uses the best materials.

His workers were very professional and friendly, and left the property in great shape. They worked well together as a team  and were obviously seasoned professionals.

We highly recommend Desert Eagle, and would used them again.

Good guys.  I had a leak that needed repairing and they came out quickly.  Problem solved, reasonable price.

They did our roof repair quickly and competently.  The men who showed up were very nice and professional. Took a wee bit of hounding to get the final email with the photos of the job, but other than that, they were great. I would hire them again.

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly. The work itself was of  high quality, efficient and they did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend this company and will 100% use them for any future needs!

After having Estrella Roofing do such a great job on my last residence I of course called them again for the recent house purchase I made. Bart and Adilene again were amazing with their service, communication, and honestly. Bart was able to make it out to inspect my roof within a few days which was extremely needed since I was already in escrow and needed a quote fast. The sellers real estate agency had sent out a different company and I was told the entire roof and underlayment needed to be replaced and it would cost over 10k. After that quote was so high they called another company out who said they could patch it in sections but the quote was still over 7k saying they could not reuse the existing slipped tiles. I'm not a roofer but I know if the tile isn't broken then they can be reattached and used again. Incomes Bart with the honesty. He told me there were sections that needed patching and there were a lot of slipping tiles but the roof overall was in fine condition. Due to this confirmation I went ahead and closed on the house. The Estrella Roofing team was there within a few weeks and repaired everything. I lucked out because a severe storm that destroyed many peoples roofs in The Valley had just passed through two days before. So they were able to repair any damage I may have incurred from that storm as well. A few months after the repair I had solar installed on my roof. In order to proceed your roof has to be in good condition prior to install since they warranty everything. My residence passed the inspection without a single question which further shows the work completed by Estrella was excellent. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you need a roofer and want a real honest opinion from people who are not in the market to overcharge and rip you off, you need to call them.

I can't say enough about how great these guys were, they're thorough, efficient and particular about their work- true professionals. This is my second experience with Jason and State 48 Roofing, recently for my own roof and once for a client. Maybe most importantly, they showed up when they said they would and were finished exactly on schedule (in my experience, a rare quality in contractors of any kind). They cleaned everything up every day... I had no worries about nails or debris in the driveway or around the yard. I also noticed some surprising and thoughtful details after they were finished like diverters to redirect water away from patio grilling and other critical areas of the house.
