Daniel and his team are amazing to work with! I have been using them for years now and couldn't be happier. I have used them on extremely large and difficult jobs and they have always come through. It's very refreshing in this day and age to have a company that always does what they say they are going to do!

Clyde, Bonnie and their tile team were great to work with. The communication was great and easy. The guys that replaced the underlayment are very hard workers and took their time to ensure we would not have future problems with our roof. They are not like the big roofing companies that will nickel and dime you they will help you out as much as they can. Highly recommend them!

I had my roof replaced in August last year. the storms had caused leaks and I could wait no longer. The fellas doing the job were prompt and courteous. I was given a date of completion that was met, and they did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. The bid had a few things that I thought was a bit beyond what the other companies bidding didn't offer, considering their price was very competitive to the others. To my joy, the upgrades I was a bit warry about receiving, were all installed and the roof is a pride for me at 6 months now. I can say that to this point, I will whole heartedly recommend Mikku and Sons to friends. They were on time for the bid. And when other company showed up while he was still here, he was very- actually more professional than the other company.  All calls were promptly returned. All in all, A very pleasant experience. Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

Kevin and he team have installed a roof on a new build about 10 years ago and then installed new shingles on our remodel.  He is very responsive to any issues and is fair with his pricing.  I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for roofing services from a new roof, renovation,  repairs, and even troubleshooting.

No one ever wants to hire a roofing company. To do so means something is not right with your roof. A friend of mine recommended ProWest. They had recently finished her roof and it looked great. Josiah Guthrie came out in November to assess our roof. He was thorough and professional. Unfortunately, our insurance company yanked our chain for a couple of months which delayed the work but I'm happy to say that we now have a new roof. I highly recommend ProWest and Josiah.

Jim is a friendly , very responsible and honest guy and he has a great crew. Did both the exterior and the interior of our house. I was amazed how well they prepared the house to get ready. Tape and plastic covered everything. And they are fast! My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better job or company.

Very suspect company. I asked for a quote to just seal my flat roof and the quote was $8500 (3.5 times more than my highest quote with other companies), I'm not replacing the roof! Ridiculous price, plus the quote had a button to sign the contract that was placed to make it easy to accidentally press. They kept emailing me this.

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. Their team is Very responsive and reliable. We are happy with the final results. Thank you for your service! Highly recommended!

After this review was published Craig responded.  I contacted him, he profusely apologized and came out the next day to give us a proposal.  He was very professional and easy to talk to  My husband and I were very impressed.  We are currently in the process of studying all of the bids we revceived and will make a decision shortly

We contacted several roofers on Yelp for quotes. Jordon came and gave a quote and then he and Israel came back the same week and had the roof repaired quickly. He even went above and beyond by sending me pictures during the repair process to show me the progress. We are very happy with Jordon and Copper West!

They have outstanding customer service and communication! Even though I can't speak on behalf of their work I will definitely use this company in the future for roofing repairs!

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly. The work itself was of  high quality, efficient and they did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend this company and will 100% use them for any future needs!

WOW!!!! What can I say. This company is one of the best that I have ever had the honor to work with and the quality of work and the service they offer is second to none. After researching 12 different roofing companies in the Phoenix valley I only found 2 that had all 5 star reviews. I settled on Estrella Roofing even though they were not the low bidder, but because of the repairs and the work they were going to perform. This company also gives you a complete contract with the total cost your roofing work will require so there are no hidden fees that come up as a surprise near the end of the job. The office staff, the estimator and the crew are all very easy to work with, speak english and explain exactly what they are doing so the customer knows what they are receiving as a finished product. I have had many neighbors come by and have asked for contact information for Estrella Roofing for which I was very happy to give them. If you ever need a roof repair done it is worth your time to have them give you an estimate and you will get an honest bid.

We recently worked with State 48 to replace my MIL's roof.  Our experience was both good and bad, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.  From the beginning we had a lot of communication issues with this company.  There seems to be a lot of confusion between the front desk, contractors and managers.  There was definitely some issues with honesty.  Stories were often changed and timelines changed.  It was frustrating. We did not have a fluid experience with scheduling and work performed.  We did however have an excellent experience with Brent.  He came out multiple times and was very helpful, unfortunately that wasn't the case with everyone else we spoke to or saw.

When the newly replaced roof was still leaking we were very concerned.  Our concerns went unheard until the issue was escalated with a private inspector.  Fortunately the issues were addressed and resolved.  However the initial poor experience for months before the issues were resolved were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. For those reasons, we cannot recommend State 48.

Great company! I've requested an estimate for two houses and both came in below everyone's else estimate! They are fast to respond, very prompt to come out , never leave any questions unanswered ! I'll be using spartan roofing for all my rentals and my own house from now on!
