What a great company, Christopher Barber Project Manager, He came out and did a full inspection of our roof outside and inside.
He was great and very honest, respectful, and very truthful. The inspection was free.
The company was awesome, and I would totally recommend them if you're looking to get a quote. Contact them. The company can also assist you if your roof was damaged by the weather with them  inspecting for storm damage.

I needed my roof replaced as it was getting old and starting to show signs of wear and tear. I had a few roofing companies come out and provide free estimates and Hardacker Roofing was the one of the most competitive that also provided a 10-year workmanship warranty. They came out the following week and went to work on replacing the roof. They did such a good job and I absolutely love my new roof. I had my house painted afterwards and the roof and paint job make it look like a brand new house. :)

I had my roof replaced in August last year. the storms had caused leaks and I could wait no longer. The fellas doing the job were prompt and courteous. I was given a date of completion that was met, and they did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. The bid had a few things that I thought was a bit beyond what the other companies bidding didn't offer, considering their price was very competitive to the others. To my joy, the upgrades I was a bit warry about receiving, were all installed and the roof is a pride for me at 6 months now. I can say that to this point, I will whole heartedly recommend Mikku and Sons to friends. They were on time for the bid. And when other company showed up while he was still here, he was very- actually more professional than the other company.  All calls were promptly returned. All in all, A very pleasant experience. Jason with America Roofing has earned 5 Stars!  Jason has exceptional customer service. He shows or his staff will come on the day requested to inspect the roof.  It is an efficient inspection. It is fair. They will tell you what needs to be done and  what can wait.  I will continue to call on America Roofing and refer them!

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

If I could leave this company 0 reviews I would. I have had 3 companies come out and give me price quotes on repairs. They actually were not the most expensive but not the cheapest. The reason I decided to go with Almeida roofing is because of what was originally displayed as great customer service, and I loved the fact they provided photos. On July 15, I went ahead and chose Almeida Roofing, the front desk was very helpful at getting the job scheduled for today, July 31st. Since I didn't get to chose the date, it was assigned I asked for it to be completed before I left for work at 11:15 am. I received an email back stating it was scheduled between 6 am to 8 am. It because 7:45 am and I still had not heard from anyone in regards to my appointment. I sent an email, asking if my appointment was still scheduled since I received zero communication. I received a phone call from Joe, who stated I was originally schedule first thing in the morning, but he decided to pick up materials first thing in the morning, and would get the job done around noon. I explained I would be at work, and had expressed on the 15th, I needed it done before that time. He said he would be on his way within the hour, and seemed frustrated. That hour passed, and I received an email from the company asking if Joe had contacted me. I decided to give a call, and the very nice lady at the front desk listened to my concern and she told me to hold on she wanted me to talk to the owner! I was surprised, she put me through to Kevin. As I was explaining to him the situation, he kept interjecting. He would not listen, he kept having a rebuttal for each thing I expressed. He then became irate and started yelling at me, and disconnected the phone after I asked him why he was yelling at me, a customer. He got frustrated that I asked him to listen to what I was frustrated about, and have some empathy, yet he didn't and couldn't. I wasn't asking for any discount. I wasn't asking for anything, just for him to listen to my frustrations as a customer upset about the lack of communication his company has given to me. As I told the receptionist, I felt Joe was frustrated and maybe it would be best to reschedule and have someone else do the tile repairs.

I understand things can change, times are stressful. All I was asking for was better communication, and if it would have been better to get the repair done a different day, I would have rescheduled. It's unfortunate I waited 15 days for the repair, and it didn't happen.

Edit: I wish yelp would allow you to respond to the owner's response. The owner Kevin DID NOT OFFER to have anyone else come out. What he is stating did not happen. He became irate and disconnected the line.

Tom and Mick from Prowest are top notch from start to finish for our full roof replacement. Trying to get a roofer with several other companies to show up on time to provide an estimate was more difficult than it needed to be (before Covid-19). I saw Prowest endorsed by a neighbor on Nextdoor and I reached out to them. Tom and Mick were always prompt, professional, and delivered on services agreed upon. Any minor hiccups were resolved promptly and with a central commitment to customer focus.

The insurance company only wanted to pay for a small part of our roof based on my initial estimate, but being in the business I understood it warranted full replacement. After firing another roofing company for no call no show Prowest picked up our claim without missing a beat. Inspected, photographed and documented all storm related damage and were able to get the full roof replacement paid for by the insurance company.  They dealt directly with the insurance company on our behalf (with our approval) so that made it MUCH easier to carry on day to day without having to make calls and explain what we needed.

The roof install started at 5:30am and the roofers wrapped up at 7:30pm the same day. We were very grateful for their hard work during a very busy and HOT day. By all accounts they were on task and detailed in their duties the entire day. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves when they left. We could hardly tell they were there aside from the fantastic new roof that we've gotten multiple compliments on!

They made something very stressful and confusing at times a much more pleasant experience and we fully endorse the company's employees and workmanship. We couldn't be happier or more appreciative we chose them.

Do yourself a favor and start with Prowest if you need anything. Take care everyone.

Luis arrived at my door wearing a mask.  Loved that!  After getting on the roof and doing the full inspection, he spent time with me explaining everything.  He explained the shingles quality, the materials that would be used,  underlayment higher quality so shingles would last longer, replacement plywood...I was totally impressed that he didn't charge me extra to pay with my credit card. And... he sent a hand written thank you card in the mail. In The Mail!! WOW!! Just WOW!!

We had Brown Roofing do repairs to ours and a number of roofs in our HOA community in central Phoenix late last year. We were very pleased with their work. We were so pleased that when it was time for additional repairs, Brown was who we called. They did a great job!
GM Jesse came out promptly to do the inspection. Then, that was it. We never received a quote, and we and our management company have contacted Debbie at the Brown office a number of times to receive the quote. This was many many weeks ago, so we started looking for another company.
I made one last try, both an email and a call to Debbie and Jesse and was told more than a week ago that Jesse would call me that day. No call then or ever.
Debbie did tell me they were so busy they're booked into January 2022. Maybe we could have gotten on that schedule if Jesse or someone there wanted our business?
It's too bad because we were pleased with their work, just not their responsiveness.

John is awesome. He was able to come out to my home in queen creek on a last minute notice. He provided the best customer service and workmanship around! I strongly recommend desert eagle home improvement.

We had a roof leak from the recent monsoon rains. Water was dripping through the vents into the living room. I called Copper West and Jordan responded quickly, coming out the next day to take a look, and the day after to do the repairs. He also showed me before pictures of the damaged roof, and pictures during and after the repairs. It's since rained again and no more leaks. Very reasonable prices too. Thanks Jordan for responding so quickly and doing a great job!

Cannot speak highly enough of Ryan and the Repair Guys. My clients home has had a slow leak happening due to a bad roof... Its been going on for years. Ryan and the guys came out to inspect on very short notice. Like 4 hour notice, lol, can't thank them enough for that! Anyways, everywhere they looked there was a problem. Facia were rotted, cracked tiles, water resistant paper torn up (elephant skin), and obvious signs of leakage everywhere.   Keep in mind 'the repair guys' only repair roofs, they don't install. So he could have charged us $10,000 for repairs and walked away. But he said that he wouldn't be able to sleep at night. knowing he repaired a roof that will probably need replaced in 2 years. Saving the homeowner loads of money (just replacing the whole thing through another company).

Basically repairing the roof was only putting a band aide on a gunshot wound.

If you are looking for honest roofers that won't take advantage of your 'lack of knowledge' these are the guys!

Little higher price quote than competitor but went with them based on the thorouness of the appraiser on what needed repairs and pictures on what needed repaired . Arrived 4 business days after appraisal- brought 5 men with them - made repairs in timely manner. Did thorough cleanup before leaving .

I highly recommend State 48 Roofing.  They finished my new roof in one and a half days.  I received excellent communication and service from the initial quote to finish.  I now have peace of mind along with a 10-year warranty.  I know I got my money's worth.  I am very thankful and grateful.
