So I called Summit Roofing because he was recommended by a friend who actually does roofing??? My friend is a general contractor and  told me to call Summit directly because they are honest and fair priced. Man, he wasn't kidding- first off I was told I needed to replace these metal things on roof, and they did not need to be replaced at all. Also, the area might need some flat wood and it was added into my other estimates as a for sure cost. Summit had it in their bill as an extra, only if after tear off of the section if the new wood is needed.

You get what you pay for, so I'm not going to just choose the lowest price ...but I will pick the most honest company.

Roof is now done, before and after pictures of the roof were emailed to me after competition for my records. The owner spoke to me personally throughout the process and although I'm sure he's a busy guy, never made me feel like an imposition.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

Being that I had already dealt with big roofing companies in the past I went another route and found Ernnie. He was so professional from the beginning. AEL was very responsive to our roof leak. They were able to fix the problem quickly and it was a very smooth process from beginning to end.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

Got a referral to Seth and Trident to repair a leak in a tile section. No other roofer would come to look at a repair, they just want to do full refoofs.

Seth arrived- found and fixed the leak right away. Then we started looking at my older flat roof section and he quoted to do that part also... at a better price and faster completion time than other quotes I had.

They did both jobs on time, clean workspace and as quoted.

I am so happy with Reyes Roofing! From start to finish their promptness and professionalism and exemplary customer service was the highest I've seen in a very long time.  Not only did they repair my roof but included that if anything comes up even if it's small; call us, we'll take care of you. Called about my office building, was told I would get a call back to make an appointment in 3-5 business days.  3 weeks later, no call.  So I called back and when I finally got someone on the phone he acted like I had never called, but then started describing my issue (so he did know that I called) and stated that my type of problem is to expensive for them to fix and they won't take it on, but this company did not have the professional courtesy to call me back.  They just decided they didn't want to do it and left me hanging with no call backs.

This has been an awful experience.  They made sure to get paid and after several promises to come out and finish the job... they still haven't completed what they promised to do.  Told my husband a check was in the mail for him to fix himself.  We haven't see that either.

I selected Jack The Roofer to replace a 22 year old builder's roof on a my home in NE Mesa.
They were able to start the job 2 weeks later and completed the the job on schedule and at a reasonable price. The materials and workmanship were first rate. The crew was courteous and left my yard cleaner than when it was when they started. I was completely satisfied.
