Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead.  Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.

I had concerns over some home electrical work I had previously done and wanted a professional option on if it was done correctly and to code. Jason responded to my request for help via Facebook and quickly offered to discuss the work over the phone to determine if an in person inspection was warranted. After discussing the work I had done, James was honest and advised he did not need to inspect in person which would have resulted in a likely fee. He continued to offer support for my questions via text and was very responsive in making suggestions on what to buy and why it was recommended. His work is precise, and he cleans up after he is finished. He also looks around to see if
there is something else you forgot to tell him about. He will stay to  fix whatever you need.
Jim is very knowledgeable, and can determine the problem, and has always fixed our
electrical challenges. He does offer information for preventative maintenance as well.

I was recommended to springs & sons by my pool guy to replace some burned out led lights. After getting quotes from a couple places and getting the run around, I went with these guys and so happy I did. They were efficient, the new lights look great and although it wasn't cheap it was worth it. There was one minor issue with the timer of my yard lights and they came out first thing to get it fixed. Hopefully I won't need to replace the lights again soon, but if I do I'll call them for sure.

They were very thorough during the quoting process (many of their competitors left out significant components). The quoted price was fair and was what I actually paid. The work was done as described and appears to be of high quality. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Mikey and his team did a wonderful job wiring and installing two light fixtures in hard to reach locations. Did a great job making sure the job was done right.

Extremely knowledgeable, his experience shows. Respectful and trustworthy. Has the highest standards for process of work completion, as well as the results. Had two patio fans with lights installed, all he needed to know was what wall switches I wanted them on and he took care of the rest! Thrilled with how the fans and lights look, they work exactly as we wanted. Any future electric needs and I will call him without hesitating. Best value, best work, that's all there is to it.

Tommy was great to work. Exceptional communication, before the job (while planning) as well as throughout. Their work was very detailed. Installing recessed lights in stucco can be tricky, but they took great care and the finished product looked amazing!

Qualtire replace water lines throughout house, had an issue over a year later and they came out and repaired at no charge. Karen was a great help

Second time calling them out and was so impressed again the second time that I need to get a review done. They did a very large job for us three years ago. Job was well done. Contacted this week about during some further work and he was out the next day to give fair estimate. Quick and explains everything very well.

This is by far the best experience that I've ever had with any electrical contracting company that I've used over 40 years. The guys showed up on time did everything that was necessary according to code, and the price was actually cheaper than they quoted. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone.Also Dan the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helped me out of a jam.
