Luckily TRC was recommended to us just in time and we called them for one more estimate. Shane was great, and the price was significantly more reasonable than the other estimates we had received. Anderson Roofing did an amazing job on our full custom home tile roof remodel.  Lexi was so polite and detail oriented thru the process.  We knew we were dealing with a true professional company with the knowledge and experience when the owner Regan came out himself to consult with us on the process and project.  We imported tile from Spain and needed true craftsmanship when it came time to install and properly blend this custom tile.   They did an AMAZING job and highly recommended.   RJ was so helpful during the install checking on our job regularly and making sure the installers always had what they needed to keep working smoothly.   They also had a very competitive price which was well worth the value and hands on professionalism we received

Waited almost two years to see if the roofing job held up. It has. I was pleased with the workers, although only one spoke good english. They did a good job and fixed some bad spots that a previous roofer had incorrectly repaired, before I bought the house.
Things I didn't like, were trying to upsell me on  roof vents that weren't needed. They didn't measure venting that I had before recommending more. I measured myself and verified that I was above minimum requirements and declined the additional vents. Other item was a threatening letter from some legal office if I failed to make payment, before anything was due. I was being covered by insurance, so what was that for? They didn't even have their numbers right on the letter.  Other item was their forgetting word of mouth agreements onsite during the work, such as number of water proof layers to avoid ice dams. We're in northern AZ.
Over all I'm pleased with the roofing job, but will probably try someone else next time.

This February, a wind storm caused serious damage to my roof. I called my insurance agent. He gave me two names that could do the repairs. Mike Stell at AZ Shingle Pros was one of them. Mike [the president of the company] came by, examined the damage, and told me what he and his team could do for me. Then he gave me an estimate for repairs the next day. I was sold and looked no further. Mike worked with the insurance company and achieved an awesome settlement. Mike's crew under the leadership of his brother, came each day 7am till 5pm. This was no small task with 2 fireplaces, skylights, satellite dishes, and 7,300 sqft of roof. At the completion of the last work day, the crew stood on the uphill side of the driveway and assessed their work. There was even a high five.
In a time when contractors can be divided into two groups: those that focus on upsell, fast completion, and use cheap materials, it was heartwarming to see a dedicated crew that took pride in their work.
I have never done a yelp review before this one but felt compelled because AZ Shingle Pros excelled in every parameter you would use to measure a business. I am more than pleased.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

Eric and his team worked with me on a roof repair due to monsoon storm damage. They had great customer service, and the team did an excellent job doing the repair. I needed a written Inspection Report from them for my refinancing company. They did come out in a timely manner; the problem was that they did not understand my request and did not give me the report just a receipt for the payment. As of today, I still have not had any response from them. Part of the problem was that the Gentlemen who came out did not speak or understand English. I would love to give them business, he was very polite and did seem to know what he was doing but they did not do what I ask and charged me for it

Very professional and great work. I had a leak repaired and foam roof re-coated Jan 2017. Charles was on time, personally sprayed the foam to ensure a quality job and he showed me detailed photos afterwards. The price was reasonable. I will recommend them to friends and family.

We needed a gutter system that worked. Unfortunately the DIY plastic system I had installed, got warped and deteriorated over a 3 1/2 year period and did not work. so much in fact that a portion of our brick walkway was washed away during rains.   Alex from Curtis -C roofing - came out gave us a quote , we accepted and he came back within two days and installed approx. 240 feet of Gutter. install was done smoothly and within 2 days , color matching with the roof line and wall was done. We do not like downspouts and only the necessary amount were installed . Also removable extension downspouts were provided to divert water over walkways and concrete areas to go directly into the yard. Also due to the dual color matching , the gutter and downspouts are almost invisible.
Very happy and satisfied with the product, the 2 year labor warranty and the lifelong warranty on the metal material itself and the service provided by Alex of Curtis-C Roofing. As an added bonus, Alex even removed the previously installed plastic gutter and disposed of it at no extra charge- another company had quoted us $200 to do the same!
As of this writing , the newly installed system has not been tested as there has been no rain.
But i am sure i have a Robust  system that will safely divert the rain water away from my house and foundations to lawn areas.

Great move as a business to call me insane on social media. I would never choose to threaten a company for a review. I love Yelp and like to keep the integrity of the site as much as I can. I explained that if the deductible could not be covered, that I understood but you kept giving me the runaround and now, want to call me insane and forget the fact I never cussed you out whatsoever or called you ten times. Also remember you called me a cheap b**** because I just asked you to stop giving me the runaround and tell me what you could or couldn't do for me. I can take no for an answer, you just didn't want to lose my business is my assumption. I'm so glad I went with the roofing company I went with and they didn't even cover my full deductible but explained why they couldn't and how if anyone even claims that they could (your company), then they're trying to give you the runaround. Have fun claiming your potential customers are insane. Smart!

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

We contacted ARR to repair some tile damage caused by high winds. Alan showed up at our appointment on time and clearly pointed out the issues I could see. He then explained additional issues that may need to be addressed. He prioritized the issues that should be addressed now and pointed out issues that will need to be resolved in the future. He performed the work within 3 days (weather preventing 2 day turnaround) and the work was high quality and thorough. He even corrected several of the secondary items at no additional charge. They were minor issues, but they were out of scope and he didn't have to do them. A good experience with a trustworthy roofer. We will be return customers.

I called on Reuben last year, about this time, when a monsoon storm took a few of our roof tiles with it.  He came out and took care of everything within days -- even though he had a lot of calls and I was referred to him by someone who couldn't help me.  Lo and behold, I had to call him again this year -- not only did he address the pressing issue but checked the whole roof and fixed a few other spots.  He is awesome and very responsive- I highly recommend Reuben and Revamp!
