I was looking for a reliable, reasonable roofing company. Multiple bidders simply glanced at the roof and then wrote an estimate to completely replace. Derek from Caliber did a complete evaluation and a gave me options on repair/replace and provided pros/cons. The crew was on time, clean & courteous.  Anytime I run across someone with a roof issue, I will refer them to Caliber.

My husband and I were looking into buying our first home in the Mesa area, before we made our purchase the current owners allowed us to get the roof inspected. After calling multiple roofing businesses and getting the run around or being told that it would take a couple weeks to come out, I was frustrated! So I turned to Google, that's when I found The Roofing Company. Upon calling I felt like I was immediately being taken care of. The woman that answered the phone was actually the owner of the company and very pleasant to talk to. She scheduled my free estimate three days from the day I was calling!!! Fast forward, a man named Shane called me early the morning of my estimate, he said he was going to be running a few minutes behind and wanted to make sure that was going to still work out with my schedule. Actually it worked great for me, I was running late as well! Upon his arrival he informed me what he was going to be looking for and as I watched him, he did his job with care and was very respectful. As he came off the roof he said there were a few broken tiles and that they could be fixed in no time at all. That was great news. I went back to the home owners and told them of the findings, they then called The Roofing business and scheduled to get the tiles repaired. The homeowner thanked me for finding such a good, prompt company!
Would I recommend this company? Absolutely! And for future reference I will be keeping there business card and information to use and pass along!

Great experience with the appointment scheduling and subsequent phone calls, it was really refreshing to talk to a human and not a machine.

Regan came out just as promised, and took a look at our roof, told us we didn't have any problems, and even put some caulk where it needed it - all in about 15 minutes and all for free.

About the man himself, his experience in doing this work shows in his calm, confident and reassuring manner. He was even awesome with  our dog!

Although we ended up not needing any actual roof work, Regan will be my only call if we ever do need it, and I can safely say I will recommend him and his company to whoever I can.

To sum up, you are doing great guys, and even though this review has been a long time coming, you deserve every single word.

When our roof started leaking I began calling around to get estimates for a repair. Tempel roofing was both the quickest to get out to our house and came in with the lowest cost estimate (and they didn't try to nickel and dime me after the work was done either). Ryan was able to answer all my questions and concerns and gave great advice for changes I should consider making. Yousef was super easy to work with for the actual installation and even when I got nitpicky during the inspection afterwards, without hesitation he had a crew back out the next day to make my requested changes.

10/10 I would highly recommended to friends and family.

Parents house had roof dismantled by a storm. Mike Stell is who we dealt with. Unbelievably professional. Took care of the insurance part on his own, was able to get far better than the adjuster was even willing to give us. Mikes brother Junior and his team came out and delivered. Went above and beyond and didn't make more than what was needed. Wanted to involve us through the process. His team was efficient and excellent. Couldn't be happier with the final product. Will be pushing anyone I come across their way. If I could give more than five stars, I would. THANK YOU!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

Eric and his team worked with me on a roof repair due to monsoon storm damage. They had great customer service, and the team did an excellent job doing the repair. Lyons Roofing came out to do a roof inspection.  They told us our roof was actually in good order - what we saw was not an actual issue with the roof - and that our roof had 8-10 more years of life.  He went further and recommended some things that should be done -- and here is the best part -- they told us what and how to do it all ourselves.  The cost for this was exactly $0.  We will definitely be calling them when we do need more extensive repairs.

Luis came to fix the cracked tile, patch the flat roof area and replaced missing tile. Luis and his team are very kind, hardworking people. I called them again few times when I want them to fix some more stuff and they did not charge me any of that anymore! I am grateful and will call Luis again for some roofing repair! Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through.  His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup.  MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job.  For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition.  They guarantee their work for five years.  I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work.  Pricing was reasonable as well.

Terrible response time. I requested a quote via this app only to be referred to a phone number to call to schedule a quote? Hello you call ME!  That's why I went through this app, terrible response for customer support. I ended up calling them only to be told... someone would contact me next week... today was Tuesday.... They truly don't want your business! I said no thanks, I would hire someone before then! Keep in mind I requested the response last week! When I mentioned this to the girl I spoke with on the phone..., she seemed less then concerned! It was like ok... _uck off thank you very little!  When I mentioned I had to call them! Just so you know. Piss poor!

Hi I have done all roof in 2017, it is still 10 years warranty that good. Recently Gilbert has heavy rain and the same portion need to repair.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. Thank you Arizona Roof Rescue! Alan and his crew kept me informed every step of the way. They did exactly what they said they would do and more at no extra charge. The price I was quoted was the price I paid even after they found more issues to be corrected once they dug into the job! They did a fantastic clean up job! My yard etc was cleaner when they where done then it was before. There was debris that had been left behind from some previous work we had done on the house and they cleaned all that up as well. I am a Real Estate Broker and always get asked for recommendations for roofers and I didn't have one until now. They are hands down the best and have the best warranty on the work as well. Scheduled the job for a couple days later.  They showed up early, very nice and professional and completed the work and inspected the roof at no additional charge.  Thanks!!
