I called George Keith, because I had a leak in my roof.  He came out right away, immediately identified the problem, and explained how he would fix it.  He also identified other roof issues that could lead to leaks in the future.  Turned out that I really needed my roof resealed.  He had his crew out the very next day, fixing and resealing my roof.  He's very professional, prepared, and responsive.  This is the man you want to trust with your roof.

Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

Overson provided a fair price and detailed report so we hired them. The communication with Emily was exceptional and they kept in contact with me during the entire process. I had to replace the entire roof on my shed and wanted something that would last with the wind and rain. George and George Jr. were so helpful in explaining what they were going to do and did such an amazing job. They also fixed a few issues on my main roof that could have become troublesome in the future. Now I don't have to worry about my main roof for at least a few years. We built our home many years ago, and recently we began having issues with boards warping and tiles falling off the roof. Evidentially, the roofer we used had cut some corners when performing the installation.

To repair our roof, we got a couple quotes from local roofers and by far, D & M Roofing was the best value. In fact, they provided more materials and labor in their quote and still came out significantly lower in price.

Not only did D & M Roofing complete their work for the price quoted, they came in ahead of schedule, completing the major project in just one day.

Not only were the guys performing the work very energetic and hard working, they were also very polite and professional. They cleaned up after the job and they left leaving our yard cleaner than it was before they started the project. They really seemed to enjoy their work!

Arrow Roofing was in the neighborhood and they did a great Sales job and promised to address all of my concerns.

My existing roof sheathing had a buckle and bow and needed repairs .  Stated that they recognized the issue and it would be fixed during the roofing process.

I even offered to pay for any extra work needed. They roofed over the problem and I still have a buckle and valley in my roof.  They said it wasn't rotten so it was not their concern.  It was a big concern to me and it still remains.  Everytime I drive up to my home I see this mess.  

They had me sign a very cursory Proposal which didnt describe the materials to be installed or any warranty.  

Supervision was lacking during the entire roofing process.  At one point, it was asked via a telephone call that I personally intervene and stop the roofing process that was going awry.

Several attempts were made to address  the materials of their installation.  Stated a manufacturers description of the materials used and their warranty would only be disclosed upon my final payment of amount due for the new installed  roof.  

I am 73 years old, have been around a long time and am personally embarrassed that I fell for this new roof job that is much below than my expectations.

This review is about a year overdue, but after this last monsoon I was reminded of what an awesome job William and his team did. After we bought our house last summer, the underlayerment on our tile roof needed to be replaced. After calling around and getting over five quotes, not only was Williams the most affordable, but it was also the most comprehensive and included birdstop.

His team were out within a week and had the roof done in less than 3 days. He was professional, efficient, and did an amazing Job. Well worth the money we spent, and he saved us thousands of dollars.

I am so comforted after my experience with Stapleton Roofing.  I had them redo my flat roof home in Scottsdale.  I live in California so I get particularly nervous dealing with contractors out of state.  They however were very responsive, fair priced, most most importantly, did extremely high quality work.  This particular house means a lot to me, and I will be using them for ongoing maintenance on that roof to help me sleep better!

We've used Dunne Roofing Services on three separate occasions (two repairs and one re-roof). Quotes/estimates were very reasonable. In every case the work was expertly done in a timely manner. During every job, Mark Dunne provided daily progress updates. Very professional. Highly recommended!

America's Best Roofing was very quick to respond to my assessment needs. Our tile roof was not yet leaking but after a couple of our neighbors were experiencing leaks due to age, we decided to be proactive with ours. Sergio, the owner, came out and did a drone inspection and thoroughly explained our options and held our hands through the entire process. I will mention, this company was not the cheapest of the 3 quotes we had received; but we feel completely satisfied with out decision to hire them based on the experience we had from beginning to end.

We've never had to replace a roof before, so we had no idea what we were in for. Sergio and his staff were very courteous and professional, having answers to every question. We had no issues with our project, no delays, and the owner himself managed the crew and checked in with us daily with progress photos and details. Its been storming and raining quite a bit since the work has been done. They've followed through with all promises and check-in periodically, still, to ensure the roof is seal tight. My husband and I will most definitely be recommending America's Best Roofing and crew to all of our loved ones.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
