We just had our house painted by JK Painting and we were so impressed by George Keith and his crew! They came to our house, they do all the heavy lifting as far as moving all the patio furniture, they taped and covered virtually everything, power washed the house and painted the whole house in one day! They then put all our furniture back for us and cleaned everything up after themselves! They gave us a super price too! I would definitely refer these guys too anyone!

Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

Second house done by five guys - Justin was great, explained everything well - handled our additional requests easily. Crew finished main part in a day - would use them again if needed!

Just had our roof underlay, flashing and new updated code required roof edging done by Overson Roofing, LLC.  The entire process was a pleasure.  Their estimator, Mike, came out on the date/time promised and went through the explanation of our roofing needs and HOA requirements with expertise, honesty and professionalism that convinced us that this was the company for us. Bianca, their scheduler, kept us updated on shipment and let us know beforehand each step of our project.  Mike, their estimator, even came out prior to our re-roof job, on Christmas Eve, to remove loosely hanging edge tiles that were a dangerous hazard to our arriving guests . Supervisor Beau & crew foreman Victor worked closely with us to ensure that the new drip edge was not only prepainted close to our HOA approved color, but also brought the materials out early, so we could add a second coat in the exact required color the weekend before our install.  Their roofing crew worked harder and longer than any maintenance/remodel team we've ever encountered during our 30 year residency in this home. Work began each day at the agreed upon time and workers stayed actively working until sunset to be sure the roof was left secure and impervious to any forecasted inclement weather.  One worker, Spencer, went out of his way to paint exposed flashing to match the roof at our request and foreman, Victor, was both instructive and amenable in helping us choose the best placement for the new tiles required during the process.  The team did such an artistic job, we feel confident few neighbors will ever be able to see the difference between the original and replaced tiles the were required.  Thanks, again, to your company for an excellent and pleasant experience.  Sincerely, Joe and Marilu

I had to replace the entire roof on my shed and wanted something that would last with the wind and rain. George and George Jr. were so helpful in explaining what they were going to do and did such an amazing job. They also fixed a few issues on my main roof that could have become troublesome in the future. Now I don't have to worry about my main roof for at least a few years. We needed help on a roof....crazy long story but this company saved us! They were professional, quick, on time, accurate and most of all HONEST.

After paying several roofing companies to locate and repair a leak in our tile roof, I contacted David and D&M Roofing for an estimated. Within half an hour, David located the leak and as it turns out, it had nothing to do with the roof at all. It was a repair that he told me I could easily make myself and showed me how.  This shows David's integrity - he easily could have charged us for an unnecessary roof repair. I would highly recommend D&M roofing.

I worked with Justin from start to finish. Some roof tiles had blown off my house during one of the Phoenix monsoon storms and I needed an estimate and repair. I called 3 companies and Patterson was the most responsive and ultimately the best value. Justin took pictures of before and after and made sure that the tiles matched. He also went above what was required by sealing some cracked cement caps to avoid any water damage in the future. He kept me well informed throughout the process and I felt confident in his abilities. I would definitely recommend including Patterson roofing in your search if you're looking for a roofing company.

I watch over my fathers home here in Surprise AZ while he's away. It came to my attention that he would need a new roof as he was experiencing roof leaks and the house was over 16yrs old. We called Stapleton Roofing and they came out fast. When they looked under the tiles they saw that all the wood was beginning to rot and it would not make sense to just do repair service, he needed a new roof. Stapleton Roofing gave us a great estimate, started work quickly, kept to the timeline they gave us, and cleaned up the house and yard after the work was complete. I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough.  I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley.  Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work.  I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

Sergio came out and address the roof issue we had in a timely manor. The roof looks like new again.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
