JK Painting came by and quoted their price to paint the exterior of our house. The price was in our estimation competitive, they knew the colours to use and completed the job in about 7 hours, including crack repairs prior to application.
A few weeks after the job was completed, I noticed an area that needed some attention.
A call to Charles and a few days later he showed up with a crew and completed the repair without hesitation.
This is the kind of service I appreciate.

We just had our home painted and it looks absolutely fantastic. We selected our painter from the recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp and also my community prepared a list. We live in Westridge Village in Fountain Hills . Adam came over the very next day he gave us an exceptionally great price and  he was very prompt. We received excellent service and a new roof from Five Guys Construction.  All the employees we were in contact with were truly professional, courteous and prompt in all of their communications from phone calls to text messaging to emails. Justin arrived promptly for the appraisal of our roof and told us what was wrong with the roof without a high pressure sale.  His bid for the job arrived in a timely manner.  The bid was clear and thorough as to what they would do.  The cost in comparison to other bids we received was very reasonable.  Jake, the project manager, and Landon,the assistant project manager, were great to work with.  They listened to our concerns about preventing roof rat access into the attic and followed up by making sure we knew they had stopped up a hole we had pointed out as a problem spot and any other areas they thought could be a problem.  The crew did a thorough, quality roof replacement for us that we have confidence will last and protect our home. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and left the premises pristine at the conclusion. Our neighbor was impressed and noted how systematically the work progressed with equipment (roll off dumpster, trailers, roofing supplies, etc.) coming and going efficiently as needed throughout the project.  Everything was done as they promised with no surprise extra costs at the end.  We can definitely recommend Five Guys Construction for your roofing needs!

Beautiful job on my new roof and skylight tubes! Very professional team. I highly recommend them. Only complaint, if there is one, is I keep finding roofing nails on the ground where they weren't before, even a week after the install! Guess they are blowing off the roof. Anyway, great guys, kept me informed, and were very nice to work with.

From start to finish Stapleton Roofing has been fantastic!! Took me a while to decide between quotes and roofing options...I always liked the idea of a foam roof and so glad I trusted my instinct and went with this company! Experience was smooth from day one thru out the entire process...arrived as planned, each team had decades of knowledge & experience, worked professionally each day and yards were cleaned up daily! They suggested waiting out a rainy weekend and they were spot on back on Monday for the final coats. When it came time to spray they even covered the few cars parked near my home just in case! Each foreman gave me a daily update & what to expect next...all questions or calls were returned within an hour!! My neighbors were so impressed that Stapleton is replacing their tile room right now! I encourage you to call for your roofing needs...you will be glad you did!!

We had many leaks in our roof and had Mark Dunne come out to repair the roof. He told us we didn't need a new roof at the time and he charged us $8,000 to spray some stuff on it and repair it. We trusted his expert opinion and did what he told us to do. Every time it rained the roof continued to leak, over and over and over again. We called him to come fix it, he'd show up but still never fixed the problem. I have been dealing with a leaky roof now for 2 years after spending $8,000 on it. I'm extremely frustrated, disappointed and feel as though he scammed us. I would never use this company EVER again!

I messaged to schedule a free estimate on our roof and we confirmed an appointment . However, on the day of our appointment no one showed up and there was no phone call.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
