JK painting painted my house 18 years ago and I was very happy with the service then.  Now it was time to paint again  so I thought to try them again.  Surprisingly the same phone number worked and they came out the next day to give me an estimate.   I agreed with their price and they were available to come out within a few days.  They were very considerate of my property while they power washed it first and the paint looks beautiful.  They were awesome to work with!!!

We just had our home painted and it looks absolutely fantastic. We selected our painter from the recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp and also my community prepared a list. We live in Westridge Village in Fountain Hills . Adam came over the very next day he gave us an exceptionally great price and  he was very prompt. His crew was clean, efficient friendly and knew what they were doing. Now we're going to  have him paint the inside. Two stars for customer service. ATROCIOUS at best.
Got a bid for roof repair. They charge $49 just to come out. They do not apply that to the job cost.
So I get a bid and call within two days to get the repair done. Four weeks later and four or five phone calls later, they get me scheduled.
Original time was between 10-2. Fine. The day before I got another email time changed 11:30-2:30. Fine. I called to ask if they could call when they're on their way. Since the repair at my daughter's house about five minutes from me. I was told ok. 2:30 comes, no roofer. So I call them and I was told they came out in the morning. No call nothing.
So I drove into the garage when I got there and out when I was leaving. Come to find a half dozen roofing nails in the driveway. I don't know if I picked one up into one of my tires. Not acceptable. Not a good experience

Called for a small stain on my garage roof inside, was told he didn't go up in the attic, he  climbed on the roof moved one tile, did not do anything else. Did not put the tile back properly, had to ask him to go back up and fix it. Wrote an estimate for $1,000. You decide.

I called two roofers for a small roof repair, Gleason showed up on time.
The other roofer was a no-show.
They gave me what I felt was a fair price on site, and in writing.
Repair was made within a week.
I offered to meet them at the job site for payment, but they just stopped by the house to pick up a check couple days later.  Really easy to business with.
They will be my first call for any future roofing needs.

Appreciated the fast response, and fitting me into there schedule with very short notice.  Eric is very dedicated to his business and is very conscientious of doing a good job at a fair price.  He made a point of following up and addressed all my concerns after he finished the job of repairing my roof.

I had to replace the entire roof on my shed and wanted something that would last with the wind and rain. George and George Jr. were so helpful in explaining what they were going to do and did such an amazing job. They also fixed a few issues on my main roof that could have become troublesome in the future. Now I don't have to worry about my main roof for at least a few years. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

Came out - did the work - looked beautiful. Even when I requested that William swap out one of the tiles he had to use, he did it without complaint to finish the job the right way!

We just had Stapleton Roofing replace our tile roof. Fairly priced, terrific attention to detail, delivered on all promises. If you are fortunate enough to get the team of Ernest and Venancio you couldn't do any better. They work clean and quick. Highly recommend.

America's Best Roofing was very quick to respond to my assessment needs. Our tile roof was not yet leaking but after a couple of our neighbors were experiencing leaks due to age, we decided to be proactive with ours. Sergio, the owner, came out and did a drone inspection and thoroughly explained our options and held our hands through the entire process. I will mention, this company was not the cheapest of the 3 quotes we had received; but we feel completely satisfied with out decision to hire them based on the experience we had from beginning to end.

We've never had to replace a roof before, so we had no idea what we were in for. Sergio and his staff were very courteous and professional, having answers to every question. We had no issues with our project, no delays, and the owner himself managed the crew and checked in with us daily with progress photos and details. Its been storming and raining quite a bit since the work has been done. They've followed through with all promises and check-in periodically, still, to ensure the roof is seal tight. My husband and I will most definitely be recommending America's Best Roofing and crew to all of our loved ones.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
